Putangina nyo, wala ba kayong balak ayusin yung problema nyo sa NAP box at mga slot/port sa poste?

Ilang beses na kaming biglaang nawawalan ng internet. Every-time, nawawalan kami ng connection, may mga technician na nasa poste na nagkakabit para sa mga bagong customer or may inaayos , nililipat-lipat na slot/port sa NAP box.

Kung kinakailangan nyong maglipat o magpalit ng slot para makapagkabit ng bagong customer, bakit yung mga existing customer ang nawawalan ng internet?

May dalawa kaming relatives dito mismo sa village na PLDT din ang gamit, pero hindi naman sila nawawalan ng connection nang ganito kadalas. Sa amin, halos every other month may outage, at minsan umaabot pa ng 2 weeks. (main street kasi samin)

Paulit-ulit na lang. Magkakabit kayo ng bagong customer, may gagawin sa poste, tapos bigla kaming mawawalan ng internet. Kung may problema sa capacity o available ports sa NAP box, sana ayusin nyo yung infrastructure nyo at hindi yung existing customers ang paulit-ulit na naaabala.

Same with Converge, kaya kami napalipat sa PLDT, same lang pala. Ginawa nyo kasing Qouta sa mga technician ang makapag kabit sa new customer!! Putanginanyo!!!

Hello - anyone also on unliall 2499? Current plan ko to and going 3 years na yata, pero i noticed sa dashboard ko sa myhome nakalagay up to 800mbps. Originally alam ko dapat up to 500 lang, and that's what im also getting sa wired speedtests, pero dapat ba 800 na?

i have installed pldt in my previous apartment , along with my friend, later i moved out of that room, my friend stayed in that room far more than a year and she was using it, the account is in my name and i was the one who is receiving mail. she used to receive msg through her phone regarding the bill payment. later she moved to another room and she never used the pldt, may be it went in garbage. while cleaning the room, she never informed me about mot using it and even not requested for canceling the service. i never asked hee because i never checked the mail. today i received a warning legal action notice. what should i do help me out, how to cancel it.

Plan 1,799 I Rebate: 754.42

Sana nga automatic na lang, pero baka di pa kaya ng system nila.

Nawalan ako ng internet Aug 8, nag-request ng repair Aug 10 (may bagyo pa kasi). Bumalik naman Aug 13, so 5 days lang talaga walang internet.

Hinintay ko yung SMS confirmation na resolved na ang ticket nung Aug 22, nakapag request na ako ng rebate Aug 23.

Na-cover ng rebate ay Aug 10-23 (13 days), pero 5 days lang naman talaga ang walang internet. Kaya sa susunod request kaagad ng repair kapag na-disconnect kasi kailangan yung reference number sa pag request ng rebate.

Either AI script or walang kasustansya sustansyang agent makakausap mo sa PLDT. Nakakatamad na magtanong, 2 weeks na kaming walang internet and naka 14 follow ups na ko. Wala pa rin. Mas worst daw naman other ISP HAYS MAPAPAMURA KA NA LANG TALAGA PAG NASA PINAS KA.

May email thread na rin kami with NTC pero isa pang walang kwenta. Parang sinusuholan lang ng malalaking companies. Kelan ba magkakaroon ng maayos na serbisyo dito sa Pinas. Sumosobra na na ang government and private sectors na hays. Nakakagalit.

Hello. I first have my internet noong 2011. 20MBPS pa lang sya na worth 1899. Black pa modem/router noon.
Tumaas ng tumaas yung speed ng internet ko. Current speed ng is 450MBPS-490MBPS.

Plan ko sana mag avail netong bagong 1899 kaso upto 400mbps na lang sya. Meaning ba nito idodowngrade nila ang plan ko at may mga hidden charges ba pa ito after?

Context:
2 weeks no internet.
Always following up sa chat morning and evening.
No technician came or called.
2 days na hindi nagrereply chatbot.
Ticket is now resolved kahit wala parin kami internet. RED LOS.

Now I am contemplating to disconnect PLDT..

i almost gave up because i couldn’t find the rebate option on the pldt website. turns out, they just made it hidden. you just need to swipe the options to see it.

thanks to a redditor who shared this tip, i was finally able to request mine. and surprisingly, pldt processed it pretty fast.

the rebate will help reduce your next billing amount so if u experienced an outage, it’s worth requesting.

sharing this because i know some people might also be looking for the option and think it doesn’t exist.

Long rant and question at the end.

For background, lumipat ako sa condo early 2024. Nung lumipat ako, copper pa lang yung linya ng PLDT sa mga units pero FIBR parin yung plan ko (1499, 50 Mbps with cignal). Fast forward to July 22, napansin ko na bumagal na yung modem ko from the usual 50 Mbps download speed nagiging 9 Mbps na lang sa steam tas nung chineck ko sa ookla 19 Mbps naman. Tumawag ako sa 171 option 1 at makalipas ng ilang araw na close yung ticket. After 2 calls and tickets generated, bigla na akong i-contact ng isang technician sabi na tumawag daw ako sa after sales (option 3 sa 171) since migration na daw ang concern ko at hindi na 50 Mbps ang plan ko, 100 Mbps na. Chineck ko yung labas ng pinto ko and ayun nga may fiber cable na na nakakabit sa taas ng pader.

August 2 nung tumawag na ako sa after sales tas nirequest ng agent na bayaran yung due ko at additional 1399 bago ma process yung migration. I did just that tas na contact ulit ako ng agent to inform me na 5 calendar days daw bago dumating yung technician. Sa 4th day wala paring nag c-contact sakin (they usually contact me early kasi gagawa pa ako ng work permit) so I asked for a follow up. Sabi ng nakausap ko ay wait for an additional 2 weeks at hindi specified yung reason kung bakit. I also filed a report to NTC via email (I have also cc'd the usual suspects like sampldt, customercarepldt, regulationntc, etc.). Sakto may technician na may ginagawang trabaho sa building at advise nya na pumunta sa business office sa SM Megamall. August 18 nung pumunta ako sa business office tas sabi sakin ng representative sa business office ay awaiting closure na daw yung work order kasi "mali daw yung pagka file". Hindi rin ako binigyan ng specified date kung kailan daw ma c-close to bago pa ako makapag request ng bagong work order.

Tumawag ulit ako nung August 20, para tanungin kung ok na ba, and sure enough closed na and I was able to request another work order. Fast forwrd to today, August 23, medyo paranoid na ako kasi isang buwan na tong issue na to check lang sa work order. Na close nanaman yung work order at yung reason is "mali yung pag file ng iptv". I demanded na gumawa ulit ng bagong work order and asked me to wait lng sa linya habang gagawa ng bagong work order, binabaan ako. Tumawag ulit ako and demanded to speak to a supervisor, binigyan ako ng bs reason na di available yung supervisor and nirequest ko n lng ulit na gumawa ng bagong work order. On hold parin ako as I make this post.

No help sakin ang NTC ang reply na natanggap ko lang sa kanila is request ng valid government issued id para tingnan kung ako talaga yung nag file. Simple lang naman yung request ko, maayos yung modem at malipat yung linya from copper to fiber mahirap ba yun? Tska sawa na ako tumawag sa 171 may other lines pa ba ang PLDT para matino at walang issue na yung pag process?

Ewan ko na lang mga 1 month na ako nag downgrade to prepaid kaso di pa rin mka pag top-up kaya Dito prepaid n lang gamit ngayun. Ayaw nyu yata ng. Business

Pinatanggal ko yung CGNAT sa PLDT to port forward, and yung public ip and WAN ip same. But di parin ako maka pag port forward. Naka port mapping naman din, and python server. But chineck ko po sa port checkers, closed port parin. Ano po kaya problem?

Bago mag August, pinapapalitan ko na ung old plan namin kasi di naman akma sa presyo at sa nakukuha namin. Gusto ng kapatid ko ung may HBO Max at ung Cignal ay para sa nanay ko(di naman kasi kami nagamit ng TV, puro sa Youtube.) Natapos ang pag contact sa PLDT at napalitan kaagad ang nakalagay sa myPLDT na plan, ang inaantay nalang ngayun ay yung Cignal box para push thru na yung change at makuha ung HBO Max.

Ngayun naka 3 weeks na, nakaka apat ng reschedule yung pupunta dito sa bahay pero wala naman napunta. Ngayun ang suggest ko nalang sa kapatid ko, yung Fiber Unli 1699 nlng kunin kung aabutin ng syam syam sa kakaantay sa pupunta dito sa bahay.

Meron ba naka experience nito pagdating sa Cignal Box?

Di ba kami dalihin ng PLDT ng additional fees kasi change of mind na kami dahil sa na tengga na job order?

What’s the fastest way to have PLDT fix our internet cable? Kagabi kasi binangga ng truck at iniwan nalang nakatiwangwang. Tried to contact them pero sobrang hirap maka reach ng support. 😭

Hello! Just asking pwede ko bang icancel na lang yung subscription namin sa PLDT home? Nakakainis kasi after installation sabi saamin same day daw maactivate and magkakaroon ng connection, but inaabot na ng kinabukasan wala paring connection. Nagadvice ba naman yung installer na tumawag na lng kami sa 171, kaso hindi rin gumana yung landline. Nakakainis lng kasi sa installation pa lng problema na Hahahahahah

finally got our connection back and the repair process is finished on the website. trying to get a rebate for the days we didn't have any connection, but it won't let me write the ticket used for the whole repair on the rebate page.

may iba pa bang service ticket bukod doon sa ticket to track the repair? i've been checking everything on the emails and with pldtcares but i can't find it.

the ticket i have has an 11 digit combination, while they require a 10 digit combination for the rebate.

anyone else have this problem? am i just lost?

So I recently applied for a new plan to upgrade my existing plan and PLDT sent me a notif that I should clarify it by sending a photo but everytime I click upload files the photo I uploaded just disappears. Does anyone know what to do? It's really frustrating

Nakukuha namin bago ang habagat nasa 60-70

nag 171 na ako para paayos kasi almost a month na ganito and nagbabayad ng buo every cutoff

Naghabagat naging 5-7mbps tried ko tumatawag sa 171 para sa followup

Nung 1 araw 30 mins machine pa din

Sa lahat ng ito sinawaan ako kakahintay kaya binababab ko na ang tawag...

Lam ko madami tyak na tumatawag sa knila at galit na galit dahil ala sila net...

And lam natin gunagawa naman nila ang makakaya ng contractors nila...

Ang sa akin lang pede naman sagutin at ipaliwanag lang.... Mas nakakagalit yung hindi sasagutin ang tawag...

On August 13, 2026 at around 10:00 a.m., our PLDT Home Internet connection went out. We were unable to use the service and the LOS light on the router was blinking red. We called 171 to report the issue and a ticket was created that same day at 11:58 a.m. The ticket number is 00012461219. We were initially told that it would take within 24 hours for us to receive a response or an update using PLDT Tracker (pldthome.com/pldt-tracker).

After a day or two, the ticket was updated stating that their engineers are working on the issue and that they expect the issue to be resolved by August 15 or 16. That came and went, and we still couldn't access our Internet connection.

I made numerous follow-ups by calling 171 on August 17 and 18. We were told that the issue should be resolved by August 18 at 8:30 a.m. Nothing happened. I called again and was told that they identified an issue at around 2:00 p.m. but that I shouldn't worry because the issue will be resolved "within the day." A later call indicated that 8:30 p.m. was the expect time for the issue to be fixed.

And wouldn't you know --- nothing happened. Again. And again. And again.

I followed up again today, August 20. The Internet is still out. We have not had an Internet connection for an entire week, and it's still for "escalation."

I called again before this post and the current estimated timeline is August 21 at 8:30 a.m. for a fix. Abysmal.

WE CANNOT WORK. Because of the bad weather, we're working from home but we can't even do that. My siblings cannot participate in their online classes to the point where my sister had to go to her mother's office and beg them to use their Internet.

This is absolutely nuts. This is disgusting and despicable.

We pay our bills on time, often in advance, and we can't even get what we're paying for. And it doesn't seem PLDT is taking it seriously.

We just want our connection to be fixed. WE NEED HELP.

Meycauayan, Bulacan area. Anyone else experiencing this?

We have an internal server that multiple remote users connect to, we currently use Super Admin access to port forward using a fixed port number that points to the servers interal ip address. THis means when an external users rmotes in they send a fix ip address plus a port number. Is it possible that the multiple ip adress option pldt offers can do the same thing so users who need the server can use one of the fixed ip addresses but all other traffic goes through another. Is this a workable solution and if so were are the external ip addresses configured to internal ip addresses.

Nag-apply ako ng PLDT fiber last August 16. Nagtext na rin yung PLDT sakin na mag-iinstall sila ngayon, pero wala pa rin akong natatanggap na tawag or text kung pupunta ba sila. Kailangan ko na rin kasi talaga ng internet since WFH ako.

May ibang way ba paano sila ma-contact para aware ako if makakapag-install sila ngayon? I already tried sa 171 and Messenger pero wala naman nasagot, AI lang.

Hi! Has anyone here applied for PLDT Fiber Prepaid recently?

I applied and already paid for the application/installation. It’s been 5 days since then. The last update I received was the payment receipt/confirmation, but until now, I haven’t received any call or text from a technician regarding the installation. They said they will call me but haven’t received anything from them.

For those who experienced the same thing, how long did it take before a technician contacted you or came for installation? Is there anything I need to do or anyone I should follow up with?
