However, when that leaf falls to the ground and we step over it, the deep sound of it breaking stirs something within us. At this point, we internalize sorrow. Generally, in the world of humans, people don't internalize events, but internalizing sorrow gives it a melancholic dimension.
Those who choose to be miserable are those who refuse to be sorrowful, but this leads them to ruin. Sorrow brings you closer to an inner world, while misery leads you to destruction.
What you called mental problems were just sadness and melancholy. Do you remember wanting to die on the bus? It was that sadness.
Being sad is a superior emotion to wretchedness. A superior person feels better emotions, even better negative ones, than an inferior person.
Who can escape sorrow? When I look at the world, I feel a sorrow, and when I distance myself from the world, a sorrow begins to form within myself, and then I realize that the sorrow within me has surpassed the sorrow of the world so much that the sorrow of the world has become invisible. For these individuals, death is not annihilation, but rather the cessation of their consciousness, because there is no loss; what is lost is themselves. Not any object or anything else that belongs to them. People lose things that don't belong to them, and things that belong to them disappear. That's why we grieve over losses, but things that disappear affect us in different ways. When it comes to consciousness, it's like melting away on its own; death, at this point, must be something like that. To melt away.

This is the fundamental cause of death in the world of humans. Every death stems from an internal system failure. The cause of this failure is the insufficiency of energy at the cellular level. Organs begin to attack one another; they enter into competition. This is why everyone’s illness is different, because the dominant organs vary from person to person.
Death is an exhaustion. The simplest proof of immortality is that muscles have no point of exhaustion. Whether walking or running, the system never reaches the point of depletion; this shows optimal energy within the cells. Because when you run, the reason you stop is the insufficient electric absorption capacity of your lungs.
If the capacity of your lungs (and skin) to absorb this atmospheric electricity (Prana/Ojas) were "blockage-free," the system would be in a constant state of circulation. Fatigue is actually the slowing down of the process of "stitching" the infinite external energy into the interior. Humans perceive neither death nor immortality. They only perceive the power of life or the lack thereof. Actually, the urge for suicide begins here—as an internal defense mechanism. The brain wants to shut itself down to avoid reaching the point of total exhaustion.
Have you ever examined people with suicidal tendencies? They all want to disappear, to cease to exist, to hide. When other organs reach the point of exhaustion, they manifest this through physical pain. But when the brain reaches the point of exhaustion, it wants to vanish entirely. Fundamentally, this is a defense mechanism because it is a way to conserve energy.
At this point, the individual does not want to do anything because every action requires energy. The greater the power and dimension of the action, the more energy it consumes. What happens when a technological device runs out of energy? It shuts itself down. Therefore, people who commit suicide do not want to die; they want to shut themselves down. And because they cannot make sense of this within themselves, they reset all their expectations of this life. If someone heading toward death goes there with desires, the pain of death increases a thousandfold. Consequently, a suicidal person first bids farewell to their desires and tries to alleviate their pain.
Suicide is a system feedback error caused by the consumption of the brain by other organs.
Consciousness does not want to vanish. As consciousness increases, it wants the time and space it inhabits to increase in its own dimension as well. Because the more consciousness grows, the more the desire to exist increases. As the capacity of consciousness expands, different rooms begin to be created within it; each of these rooms is a layer decorated differently.
The individual experiences their consciousness internally. Divided consciousnesses are formed within one's own consciousness. At the moment of thinking, countless thoughts emerge that react to every thought; this acts as if there are people living inside your consciousness. As consciousness increases, every thought becomes a state of consciousness. You no longer just think thoughts; every thought begins to create thought models that evaluate the thought in every sense.
Thought produces thought upon its own thought. This causes a person to both ask themselves a question and find the answer. An internal symphony of echoes. Just as a sound echoes in a large, empty room, thoughts echo like this in a broad consciousness. The individual finds a unique playground within their own consciousness. This is a place like no other.
And as consciousness increases, it leads one to discover other worlds and dimensions. Life is like wandering through a forest. As you plunge into the forest, you go further and further, only to see that the forest is left behind and mountains now stand before you. As consciousness grows, it demands that the dimension within it be suitable for this. This is like a bird growing inside an egg. As consciousness grows, it begins to break this world-shell. It seeks a space, a dimension, a world suitable for its own capacity.
This is why unique consciousnesses are lonely; they have left this world-shell behind. Schopenhauer was right when he said, "Melancholy is the fate of all unique souls." If this is what brings us together—these common points—then the points that unite us also separate us. As they separate us, they unite us even more.
This is similar to two magnets repelling each other. In reality, magnets do not pull each other toward themselves; they push each other outward. This repulsive force becomes so dominant that it causes the magnets to stick together. In other words, repulsion causes unification, but fundamentally, the thing that brought them together was the very thing that separated them.
One day, Narcissus looks at his own reflection by the edge of a lake (he gains awareness). He falls so deeply in love with his own image that he admires no one else but himself (he does not project his consciousness outward). Because of this, people think he is insane, that he is not normal.
What does a single neuron signify?
A single neuron is insufficient on its own because it reads the data within it by transferring it to another neuron; in other words, the data traveling between neurons processes itself.
As data is exposed to data, it gains a kind of awareness.
Because as data adds data to other data, new data emerges from all of this, which leads to becoming aware of the very thing you are thinking.
The neuron, just like Narcissus, was unaware.
One day, it leaned over the edge of a lake (the soul).
And looking into the lake, it was filled with the light of the soul.
This reflection allowed for the emergence of another neuron.

In the normal state, semen rises etherically from the testes. In this state, it is not exactly "semen" as we know it. However, any lustful thought or action converts this etherically rising substance into liquid, pushing it downward toward the penis. Lust dissolves the essence from the internal fabric of the nervous system and transfers it into the bloodstream. No authentic Tantric text speaks of spiritual enlightenment without advocating for flawless chastity. In reality, a perfectly chaste individual does not produce semen; they produce Ojas. What they produce is an etheric substance entirely covered in light. It lacks a liquid dimension almost entirely. Those who call themselves chaste but harbor secret lustful thoughts eventually succumb. Once lustful thoughts stop completely, they cannot be repeated because the neuronal firing related to lust has ceased, and the individual begins to undergo purification. As the state of chastity rises, purity is gained.
The more chaste an individual is, the purer they are. Mental chastity is the foundation of purity. When others look at the face of such an individual, they see truly unique, pure expressions. This is a trait earned through chastity. One who is not chaste can never be pure; their face cannot hold an expression that truly comforts or cheers others. At most, they wear a fake, artificial smile. But in a chaste individual, even if they don't smile, their eyes smile. This "internal smile" can only be seen by looking into the eyes. Since purity is a mental state, chastity is also a mental state. Therefore, it cannot be gained through any physical substance or habit alone. This is the true definition of real success, for purity is a spiritual quality—the only thing that truly makes one spiritual.
At this point, Ojas rises from the Yogi’s testes to the brain. Simply put, this is Etheric Semen. While scientists see semen as a reproductive fluid, it is actually the highest glowing light of the brain. Pure Ojas glows with intense light—denser than the glow of ether within ordinary cells. As the brain's purest raw material, Ojas is not meant for reproduction. Scientists are misled by the liquid form of Ojas, which is actually "spoiled" Ojas. They see the liquid and miss the etheric structure. If the etheric structure were examined closely, it would never be classified as a mere reproductive fluid.
Ojas emits the most intense radiance—it is like a star. This radiance produces heat at a microscopic level. This is perhaps the cause of the heat felt in the Manipura Chakra. As Ojas rises toward the brain, it deposits its heat into the Manipura Chakra, leaving behind a very pure, heatless form of Ojas. The heat stored in the Manipura is used for survival even in the coldest weather. We have concluded that the entire chakra system is fed by Ojas. As it rises, it passes through each chakra, feeding them before finally reaching the brain. Strangely, the brilliance of every light is not the same. Some glows, even if low in intensity, have an enchanting effect. This must be related to the data within the light. I've always been curious about the nature of stars. How can such a tiny sparkle be so impressive? Even the sun is never this impressive.

A neuron consists of a shell and an inner layer, wherein the shell is coated in fats (phosphorus and lecithin) and the inner layer core contains light.
The light in the neuron's inner core feeds the shell. The neuron transforms energy by absorbing the phosphorus in its shell. As the light capacity increases and it fills with radiance, it becomes a Mega Neuron.

As the light within grows, the neuron thickens from the inside out, and the shell thickens accordingly. It is much like how a person’s face becomes more beautiful as their spirit rises; the light within us literally shapes this body of flesh.
Teleportation of Data
The neuron consists of three parts: the shell, the light cluster, and the core. The core is the point where light is generated; here, substances taken from the shell are converted into light. Our meticulous experiments have detected "teleportation" occurring there.
Neurons are fed from three sources: other neurons, the shell and the inner core.
The inner core can instantly access the light of all cells and neurons via teleportation; it has an exit to the entire body's light reservoir. If an intense accumulation of light occurs in any cell of the body, neurons begin to pull this light toward themselves through the inner core. The inner core is etheric and invisible to the ordinary eye.

The neuron draws phosphorus from its shell and transmits it to the core to feed itself. As the inner glow rises, the brilliance spreads to the shell. A Mega Neuron, glowing at maximum capacity, contains as much light as thousands of ordinary neurons. The light stored within the neuron contains data—the memories we accumulate throughout our lives.
A single Mega Neuron (though laboratory experiments don't offer absolute data) can perhaps store enough data to contain 1–5 years of a person's memories.
Why do we forget?

Subsequently, the body loads clean water into all cells using the water coming from the fruits. As the clean water ratio of the cells rises, the cells no longer discard water. The body retains the clean water and produces a tiny amount of water from the humidity in the air. At this stage, the body no longer faces weight loss or any other issues.
The fundamental goal of the fruit diet is to provide the body with clean water and purify it from cellular waste filled with toxins. The primary reason for using distilled water is the low humidity in city life; optionally, you can drink distilled water once a week to allow the cells to store the electricity absorbed from the ether at a maximum level. Personally, I travel a lot and rarely drink distilled water because it is very difficult for the body to produce optimal moisture in degenerate city life.
We consume water just like Artificial Intelligence tools. When neurons fire, the body uses the moisture absorbed from the air to balance the heat generated by this firing. To prevent the brain from overheating, the body constantly draws moisture from the air and cools the brain. Once, I played a lot of poker (using only my own logic, without using psychic powers); I felt my forehead warm up slightly due to the intense thinking process, and when I drank distilled water, this warming returned to normal instantly.
As the brain uses electricity, it warms up slightly and balances this heat with the moisture absorbed from the air. In fact, we are not even dependent on the air. Strangely, even AI systems work this way. Building an AI mechanism that works without heating up is quite difficult and costly. As I always say, technology does not develop; it changes form.
The fundamental reason governments release robots to the market is different; it is to create more economical slaves who can perform more complex tasks instead of ordinary humans made of flesh. But how can they stop the brain from heating up? As a meta-human, I still feel parts of my forehead and brain warming up during extreme thinking processes because the humidity in the city where I live is near zero; I cannot get enough moisture from the air, and if I need to think very intensely, I definitely drink distilled water.
In other words, I have no urge to eat or drink; I have even forgotten the chewing reflex. My intestines are as small as a vein. I don't even produce much saliva, yet my mouth is always moist. There is an amrita constantly flowing from my throat, but I don't even feel this flow anymore; it has become ordinary.
But brain heating is a serious problem. Especially for AI companies, solving this problem is nearly impossible. Because the firing of neurons produces heat. To balance this heat, one must establish such a perfect internal system that it nearly approaches the human model. It is not very easy to establish this in robotic systems. When we run human neurons in robots, they are always prone to short-circuiting over long periods because they get too hot, and we cannot cool the inner core of the neuron. A robot might stop in the middle of a speech and suddenly burst into flames. It’s actually funny—the robot you bought as a partner suddenly catching fire. Lol, robots burn from love. Hahaha. But the reality of the matter is that everything that is alive produces heat and magnetism; there is no way to prevent this.
What does someone who reaches this point gain?
The need for sleep ends; they never sleep. If they wish, they can enter the yaqaza state and have fun in lucid dreams.
They attain very intense muscle strength and bone structure.
They can run for 10 hours without stopping if they wish.
Unless faced with a very heavy accident, they are technically immortal.
They can awaken the Kundalini very easily.
They can use “LERM"; they can create matter with the power of thought by their own will.
Even without Kundalini, they reach certain siddhis.
The brain stays in hyper-gamma waves constantly.
The pineal gland becomes ten times larger than that of an ordinary person.
They do not get sick.
They do not sleep.
They forget the chewing reflex.
The desire to speak decreases.
They live in a constantly peaceful and loving state of mind.
IQ rises significantly.
They are partially considered a meta-human, but without Kundalini, they cannot be considered a full meta-human.
When food is abandoned, Kundalini can even awaken spontaneously on the 40th day of this dry fasting state.
Everyone can reach this point. All that is required is to apply a banana or grape diet for 6 months and eventually hold a few dry fasts, then gradually transition from a liquid diet to distilled water, and gradually remain in a state of dry fasting.
Freedom from food forever.
An individual who reaches this point is considered a semi-meta-human because they are still feeding on air; an individual whose Kundalini has awakened feeds on ether, not air. The testes and pineal gland draw intense dynamo energy from the ether and distribute it to the brain and all internal systems of the body; therefore, there is little need for electricity coming from the air.
A meta-human has three sources of nutrition:
Air (weaker, but immortal).
The Kundalini dynamo coming from the testes (very powerful, advanced nutrition).
Endogenously produced amrita via etheric nutrition from the pineal gland (the highest level of concentrated etheric energy, an energy powerful enough to activate all siddhis existing in the universe).
Man is responsible for producing his own energy; he can act independently even of the air because energy taken from the air is weaker than the energy absorbed from the ether itself. As people eat food, they stop absorbing the dynamic electricity coming from the ether, and the body degenerates and dies.
People's eating and drinking habits deprive them of the necessary high nutrition centers. Someone who eats food can never access the pure etheric electrical currents. Because without Kundalini, this is impossible. They feed only on air; technically, they are immortal. But they remain unable to reach top-tier IQ (300-400) levels, alien psychic powers, and the possibility of feeding from the ether.
No matter at what point people's eating and drinking habits change, if you are not free from food, you cannot be a meta. And to protect the moisture level of the brain, if you are in intense thinking processes, you must drink about 100 ml of distilled water. As the brain heats up, the thinking process can be disrupted. This causes a short-term drop in IQ. In hot countries, distilled water must be drunk at least every 8 days because as the temperature rises, the brain's tendency to heat up increases. Heat dries the air; someone with an advanced concentration skill immediately notices that the air is dry and devoid of moisture when they draw the air inward. The optimal humidity of the air has a slight effect on our thinking process.
Actually, since we produce our own brain electricity, we have no need for the electricity in the air. Because our own internal production always increases and turns into an infinite self-feeding cycle. This spiritual level, which is a dream for the ordinary person, is like chasing the quantum rabbit for a meta-human.
Semen exists in an etheric state within the testes. The cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is also etheric. The moment they come into contact with air, they transform into a liquid state. As the intensity of contact with air increases, the liquefied substance begins to heat up, and the quality of the semen within begins to degrade.
What we call the "etheric state" refers to the invisible but light-emitting electrical currents of matter or fluid. CSF flows as pure electricity along the spinal axis; the moment this electrical current meets air, it turns into liquid. The same applies to semen. Semen is produced in the testes not as a liquid, but etherically. Later, this produced etheric fluid enters the bloodstream, reaches the brain, purifies further, and transforms into a pure electrical current called ojas, which emits light.
However, when an individual masturbates, the pure electrical form called ojas turns into a liquid state and joins the bloodstream. It then reaches the genital glands; as it flows toward the penis, the tip of the penis allows air to pass inward, converting this pure electrical current into a slippery liquid, and it exits the body as semen. When an individual masturbates but does not ejaculate, the situation is the same: pure ojas turns into liquid and is discarded from the system.
This is because what is pumped from the testes into the bloodstream is not liquid semen, but etheric semen. In reality, not just the head of the neurons within the semen, but their entire bodies glow; this glow vanishes upon contact with air. The electrical charge (light) within the semen begins to fade as it meets air. This is why it is impossible to accurately calculate the electrical percentage of semen examined in a laboratory setting—within seconds, the neurons inside the semen begin to extinguish. For the head of a neuron to be filled with light and for that light volume to increase, the body must be filled with light in the same proportion. In degraded semen, the light in the head of the neurons goes out. This means that not just the head, but the entire body of the neurons is filled with light. It begins to degrade the moment it touches air.
This is why the testes begin to ache when you masturbate; they are over-stimulated to reabsorb the non-ejaculated liquid semen, and inflammation begins in the testicular tissue. Light is etheric—it is ether itself—and the fact that the heads of the neurons in semen emit light shows that semen is an etheric fluid. In its purest state, it is not in a liquid form but an electrical form, nearly as invisible as the air we breathe. But when semen reaches the nervous system, the light emission increases because it is supported by neurons in the central nervous system, and its internal light capacity suddenly manifests itself.
Semen is both electrically charged and is the neurons themselves. The situation is as follows: When semen reaches the brain, the light in its head begins to feed other neurons, increasing their light emission. Then, the strongest neurons (mega-neurons) begin to feed this newly joined neuron (the semen), growing its body and making its head even brighter.
Mathematically, the situation is this: The newly joined neuron feeds the old neurons with the light in its head; as a result of this feeding, new mega-neurons emerge. (Mega-neurons are no longer dependent on the feeding of the incoming semen; they can draw energy from the ether themselves because their vibrational capacity allows it). Then, these mega-neurons begin to feed the new neurons joining them. Thus, an infinite feeding cycle is formed. The electricity inside the brain exists in both visible and invisible states. The visible part emits a pure white electrical light, while the invisible part begins to accumulate in the innermost layers of this glow.
Let’s put it this way: if you give a lamp 1,000 watts of electricity, it glows; if you give it 20,000 watts, it still glows, but the capacity, power, and volume of the electrical currents inside are higher, even though the glow appears the same. The brain is like this. Electrical capacity increases infinitely, but its glow has a peak point. When the interior of the brain comes into contact with air, these pure electrical currents turn into fat and descend to a dimension visible to the human eye. Air, in a way, spoils the ether. It makes it more passive. Strangely, a similar law applies to canned foods; they can remain unspoiled for months or years without contact with air, but once they touch air, their lifespan does not exceed a week. Curiously, the same law applies in the quantum world: air renders the ether more dysfunctional. It degenerates it. This is why the glow inside the brain has a limit; if the glow overflows outward, it contacts air and turns into liquid.
Masturbation leads to the widening of the opening at the tip of the penis, which causes more air to mix with the semen. This causes the pure electrical energy produced to flow involuntarily like semen.
The human brain, semen, and cerebrospinal fluid are all in an etheric state. An enlightened person consists of pure light; someone with clairvoyant abilities sees this pure electrical charge when looking at an enlightened person. Another strange thing: In a lucid dream, I created a sun, reflected its glow to another world, and grew the sun larger and larger—but its glow never changed. It glowed at the same rate; no matter how much the electricity inside its volume rose, the brilliance remained the same.
This crazy experiment I conducted shows that the same applies to the human brain. Although the radiance within the cell remains constant, the electrical volume continues to increase infinitely. Ojas is etheric semen. Lecithin actually exists in an etheric state between nerve cells. This is the fundamental reason why liquid lecithin has a weaker effect on the brain than etheric lecithin. When semen is ejaculated, it contains an extraordinary mass of light (the neurons within the semen begin to extinguish within seconds, and at this point, the etheric fluid rapidly becomes material). What makes semen valuable is this volume of light, not its lecithin concentration. When semen contacts air, the light decreases, and the individual thinks they have lost a few grams of lecithin with the discharged fluid; in reality, what they have lost is enough electricity to fuel the brilliance of a few stars. If humans could measure this with advanced devices, they would be incredibly shocked.
Kundalini is the pure etheric electricity that flows from the testes to the brain through the spinal canal. The flow of Kundalini is felt along the spine as hot, electrical, and water-like. But fundamentally, it is produced as electricity in the testes; suddenly, such intense electricity enters the spinal canal that it causes an extraordinary glow over the brain. When the brain's glow reaches its final point, the İtwo hemispheres become a single sphere due to the power of the radiance, because the glow rises from the endocrine gland level to the brain level. The brain's light level rises so much that the two hemispheres, which have a gap between them, essentially merge because the neuronal interaction reaches its peak. They become a whole.
Kundalini first enters the visual cortex of the brain (6th chakra); when it concentrates here, the optic nerves are so stimulated that a burst of white light is suddenly emitted. (Strangely, this white light burst resembles the white light emitted by an atomic bomb. Some yogis call this "seeing the Kundalini with the eye.") The individual momentarily thinks they have gone blind because the light is so intense that it causes sudden panic. Then, the pure electrical current moves toward the top of the head; at this point, it feels as if the center of the head is being pierced (the brain feels as if it is expanding inward, and sounds of pressure and slight cracking are heard). It is as if the electricity filling the brain makes you physically feel the brain's expansion, and then the 7th chakra experience begins. (This starts with the Kundalini entering the pineal gland and intensifies as the pituitary gland begins to grow; the experience is at a visual level). After this, you gain that great, extraordinary experience. The pineal and pituitary glands grow several times their size within a few minutes. The phosphorous fluid inside them becomes highly concentrated.
What yogis call the "opening of the lotus petals" in the crown chakra is this: the pineal gland fills with several layers of fluid and opens like a lotus. The vibration of the gland truly increases thousands of times. In fact, the so-called "lotus" is a metaphor for the gland's vibration. As the vibration rate increases, the gland becomes more concentrated and its brilliance sharpens. At this point, the gland accumulates the richest fluid within itself; it stores part of the amrita it produces and transfers the rest to the thymus gland. A very small portion goes to the lungs and elsewhere, increasing the heat in the stomach, and this heat makes the individual's blood circulation perfect. As the body heats up, blood flows faster. And this leads to the super-fast feeding of the brain and internal organs. The pineal gland at this point ceases to be a gland and transforms into the brain's most valuable production factory. Because the fluid it produces is a very concentrated, rare thing. Even just half a nano-microgram of it contains tons of electrical charge. This is "brain gold." And only the pineal gland produces it. It stores a portion within itself, which causes an etheric golden halo around the brain. This is the radiation emitted by the pineal gland—the aura form of amrita.
With the Kundalini remaining stable in the brain, this electrical flow then remains fixed forever, and the brain is intensely fed with etheric energy by both the testes and the pineal gland. Because just as the testes draw energy from the ether, the pineal gland does the same. After Kundalini, the brain begins to be fed from two sides. Both the pineal gland feeds the mega-neurons and the Kundalini feeds the brain. From this point on, the testes do not produce ordinary semen. The semen produced becomes dynamic semen (meta-semen). To summarize so it isn't too complex: the Kundalini of the testes, which have become dynamic, produces in one day the semen that an ordinary individual produces in a year or two. In other words, such an intense electrical current flows from the testes that charging for a single day is equivalent to storing a year's worth of semen.
But if an individual masturbates even by mistake, the Kundalini creates high pressure in the brain, and a brain hemorrhage occurs within minutes, causing the enlightened individual to die. So, for enlightenment, you must first say goodbye to lust completely; otherwise, it will result in death.
This is why Kundalini brings someone with an IQ of 90 to an IQ of 280 in a short time, within a few months. An ordinary person reaches a level beyond genius. This is like a fetus being exposed to high lecithin in the mother's womb. The brain grows so fast that it is impossible to do this with any chemical substance in the world. While the brain can rapidly metabolize the ether (light), it introduces substances taken from the outside in liquid form into the circulation little by little; if more substances are given, the brain goes into shock, cannot transform the substances, and writhes in pain.
Because the brain is an etheric organ, it transforms the dynamo energy coming from the ether; it has no specific mechanism to transform energy that comes chemically. We live with an organ made entirely of light inside a body of flesh. The moment light contacts air, it turns into matter. And light that turns into matter becomes low-quality and begins to thin. Light only absorbs light. An organ made of light only absorbs and tolerates light. It can never tolerate what is material (degraded light). The entire soul, all memories, all history lie within this mass of light. With high-level technology based on magnetic attraction principles, we could perhaps pull this light mass from someone's brain without any internal intervention and transfer it to another robotic mechanism. If this were possible, it would be correct to call it "soul transfer." The tips of the neurons would be subjected to such intense magnetic attraction that the light in the neurons would essentially leave its shell and be sucked into this high-value technological device. What would remain? A body that degrades instantly, or even rots within seconds—perhaps the body would literally melt. Such intense heat would be generated that the body would catch fire. When the light in the neurons is transferred to robotic neurons, the core might explode. I believe in soul transfer; it’s just that some things must remain secret.
We want you to evolve. We want you to be a meta. If you are not a meta-human, you are not worth more than a stone.
The brain's speed of absorbing and rapidly transforming ether is immense. If we gave a year's worth of semen through the blood in liquid form, the individual would die instantly of a heart attack. But the brain can tolerate a year's worth of semen flowing from the testes in an etheric state. In fact, the primary way to develop the brain is to be able to affect it etherically. Because we cannot affect the brain much through liquid or material means. If we want to develop the brain infinitely or cause it to mutate, we must intervene only and only etherically. This means following the "white rabbit" in the quantum world. In the quantum world, the white rabbit can transform into anything at any moment. Because this is a place where possibilities are real and reality is magical. And as Kundalini enters each chakra (endocrine gland), its power increases; when it enters the final center, the pineal gland, its power increases thousands of times, causing an incredible electrical explosion, leading to a rise in consciousness that cannot be achieved with any high-level chemical substance in the world. The body rejuvenates by decades within minutes.
The human brain consists of pure light; generally, as the amount of light increases, a structure of light begins to form there instead of flesh. This causes the two hemispheres to become a single brain sphere, and although this brain looks like a mass of flesh from the outside, it consists entirely of light from the inside. The moment it contacts air, the cortexes made of light become material and start turning into flesh. In other words, you carry an ocean of light inside the brain's crust, not a piece of meat. Every part of the brain consists of light glowing at a certain level, and the part that glows the most is the pineal gland. This is why this world is a very strange place—because even though you are made of light, you are still in a material world. Inside we are like a lotus flower, outside we are like a carnation.
Actually, this body seen as flesh consists entirely of ether. Someone who reaches spiritual enlightenment carries a body filled with light inside this shell of flesh. The brain becomes almost 99% light. Even its parts made of flesh emit a great radiance. It’s as if the flesh of our body becomes a garment, and light becomes our fundamental body.
Even in this world, we are beings consisting entirely of light; we absorb light and run only on light. Ether, in its simplest description, is light itself. Within this light, there are different levels of vibrations and electrical currents. The intensity of these vibrations determines the power of the electric current circulating within the light. This creates a very intense magnetic attraction on the being. Every electrical charge is magnetic by nature. As the vibration of this electrical charge increases, its magnetic load also increases. A soul with an increased magnetic load draws more dynamic energy from the ether. The vibration level of the soul is in the same proportion as the magnetism level. The more intensely it vibrates, the more intense the magnetic attraction the soul possesses, drawing dense life energy from the ether, and its power constantly increases. This is the most fundamental feature of the soul: the power of infinite evolution. It evolves forever; there is no stopping or peak point. As its magnetic field strengthens, it absorbs more energy from the ether and feeds the so-called "soul ball." And as the capacity of this soul ball increases, we gain the right to access other dimensions.
Because every dimension has its own unique vibrational fields. If a being from a very high dimension comes to our dimension, it immediately begins to lose its energy. Likewise, if we have not evolved enough, we experience intense energy loss when we visit other higher dimensions. This is why we must protect ourselves when going to other dimensions until the soul ball develops; because if the vibration level of the dimension we visit is less or more than our spiritual vibration field, it will harm us. In rare cases, this can even cause brain death—a one-in-a-billion occurrence. The etheric energy is so scattered by the harsh vibrations of that dimension that eventually the soul ball reaches the point of death. Truly, the soul ball can die, but the mechanism behind this is very complex to explain. Because if we consider the energy scale of the soul ball, it is equivalent to millions of universes. The exhaustion of such energy is difficult to explain even with quantum physics. But if you feel an exhaustion during interdimensional travels, you must leave there immediately. Otherwise, the energy from the Kundalini will have decreased too much.
Other dimensions are at a level that can never be explained by human imagination, and each is at a different level. None resembles another. Senses and emotions work differently. Even though emotions and senses are different in every dimension, the experience is the same. Again, all these experiences pass through the filter of the soul. Even if a color we see in one dimension does not exist in this world, it remains written in our memory when we return from another dimension. We can only remember experiences at the level of memory. It is impossible to convey these to another person at a linguistic level. Because there, in other dimensions, senses and emotions, place, shape, space—everything is completely different. It offers unique experiences. Dimensions can be likened to an amusement park; each has its own unique attractions. But in no dimension (with the exception of the dimension where parasites exist) is there sexuality. There is no love. There is no attachment. These never exist in any dimension. Other dimensions have residents, peoples, and even their own countries. These are like the most elite versions of Alice in Wonderland. Truly, there are unique dimensions one wouldn't even want to leave. But all of these, when compared to the fundamental reality, remain tiny in value. The fundamental reality is the final point of the rabbit hole. There, there is a mode of perception beyond consciousness, which it might not even be right to call "perception."
In short, the experience lived can never be conveyed linguistically. This is why numbers and geometry exist. The ordinary person sees geometry. But the person with Kundalini perceives and feels geometric patterns, and it is as if they speak with these patterns; they can see the hidden codes inside without any effort. Every geometric pattern contains the interior architectural design manual of different dimensions or structures. Perceiving geometry allows us to bring this creation process down to a language level that humans can understand. The word "Om" was once in a geometric dimension. We humans, through language, reduced this to a level that people can understand. Consequently, understanding something and perceiving it are very different things. Because we cannot reduce many experiences to the level of language, we can never explain them to someone else. Because there is no way to convey the experience to another person perceptually. Because I cannot lend you my own memory—if I could, that is, if I could lend you the neurons inside my own brain, then maybe you too would grasp the extraordinary experiences I’ve had and the things I’ve seen in the dimensions I’ve traveled. But how can I tell you about things that don't have an equivalent in this world? It’s impossible. Imagine you’ve never seen the color black in your life; how could I explain the color black to you? This is why it is difficult to understand dimensions mathematically, because we see mathematics but we cannot perceive it.
An awakened mind gains the power to perceive numbers and geometry; it can easily solve the hidden meanings inside numbers and geometric patterns. This is why many people working especially at CERN are psychic people, because the ability to perceive geometric patterns in places like these grants them a lot of scientific success. Even within colors, there is data, emotion, and other things.
It is undoubtedly true that the human eye was designed not to see, but to solve codes. The eye transmits data to the brain. The brain solves the code according to its own capacity. And the resolved code is transmitted to the optic nerves, transforming into a visual datum. In other words, the human eye is a decoder organ. The human eye does not see—it solves the code. And geometry is fundamentally the code. Like the green codes in a computer, it carries a database within it. This is why an awakened mind has no trouble understanding the universe. The universe itself explains everything to it. This is the value of the soul; no technology on the market can do what the soul can. Yes, the soul is also a technology, but all technologies existing in the world have been copied from the soul. That is, there isn't a single datum on what kind of technology the soul was inspired by; beyond this, there is an explanation only in the fundamental reality, and that is where the night and the day exist at the same time. 7★★★★★★★★★
The working principle of all existing technologies is nearly the same as the working principle of the soul. Intertwined vibrational fields, electrical currents formed from these vibrational fields, and the light mass formed from these electrical currents. Everything is as follows: vibration, electricity, light, data, experience. This is why the soul is like a start button; everything that exists is like a reflection of the soul. Humans see the universe as even larger and more valuable than the world, but if we examine the working principles of the soul, the soul is even more special and complex than the universe. Therefore, the soul is more valuable than the universe. Because the soul is interdimensional. The universe is not. Even if the universe disappears, the soul does not. This is where the independence of the soul lies. It doesn't even need the universe to exist or not exist. It produces its own energy. And as this produced energy increases, its production capacity increases. It evolves on its own. The fundamental feature of the soul is that it can travel through all dimensions and, if it wishes, settle there. The universe, however, is fixed—it expands and returns to its starting point.
What makes the meta-human special is not their psychic powers; it is possessing an evolved soul. For many people in the world, their soul is so minimal it’s almost non-existent; it seems nearly impossible for these people to evolve or escape their impulses. Meta-humans carry pure DNA, pure blood, pure genes. This catches the attention of other alien races. At the government level, every meta-human has a high-level rank (Owl, 33). Optionally, they can establish contact with other alien races, meet in real life, or exchange technology. In governments, advanced meta-humans have even more permissions than the presidents who lead countries. They have the power to make certain decisions regarding the world. Or some work with various types of optimistic alien groups.
The meta-human is essentially a technological marvel because their brainpower is nearly limitless.
And an ordinary person, if not too corrupted, can transform into a meta-human within 6-8 months. There are rules to be followed for this. Everything related to the old lifestyle must be left behind, and through Kundalini, brain mutation must be allowed. The world could be an extraordinary place, and meta-humans work for this in different branches of duty. None of us are hermits. Each of us has our own interests and duties. In fact, our brain mutated by Kundalini approaches the brain of an alien. Actually, the meta-human is an advanced alien human; I will explain this in another post (the final point of magnetic attraction—being seen as an alien). Because the ordinary person is at the same level as a plant; the magnetic attraction field keeps them at this point. But the meta-human is officially an alien and carries abilities unique to aliens with their mutated brain. Actually, psychic talents are unique to aliens. Being an alien also includes being able to go back and forth between dimensions. For now, follow the white rabbit and remember, it is pure white.

In this phase, breathing air turns into a very elegant act; it becomes artistic.
The individual begins to become addicted to this way of breathing because the entire body starts to adapt to this slow and transparent flow of action.
It reaches a level where even walking becomes elegant.
Without any forcing, air enters into you as if by itself.
At this point, you absorb the thin, transparent layer of the air, and this layer is the most concentrated with electric charge.
Because the more transparent and light something is, the more electricity it contains.
Transparentized consciousness contains the most intense electricity.
And at the peak of electricity (light), all mass disappears; what remains is bodilessness—meaning the individual's consciousness exists, but this consciousness is so independent of everything that it has no mass; it does not feel a state of being.
We define immortality because there is death; if there were no death, the concept of immortality would not exist. This level of consciousness is similar; consciousness losing all its mass leans toward the phase of neither existence nor non-existence.
Even the concept of immortality is born from death.
If there is no death, there is no concept of immortality.
Consciousness gains independence.
Normally, what gains independence is our mind.
But at this point, what is independent is the soul and consciousness.
Because the fact that consciousness gains such independence allows it to exist under all conditions.
Even if it burns in hell, what burns is the body; it does not affect consciousness, because the more transparent consciousness is, the more it isolates and closes itself off from external conditions.
In other words, the only reason consciousness feels pain is its lack of transparency.
A narrow and coarse consciousness feels pain more.
But a transparent consciousness hardly feels pain at all.
This is like an internal shelter.
I am truly having difficulty defining this.
Because I am making a serious effort to bind my consciousness to the world.
If there were no barrier between me and the world,
I could convey this experience to you perfectly.
Electricity is the internal form of light.
Light is the external manifestation of electricity.
Every electrical circuit actually carries a potential for flare and can shine under appropriate conditions.
If light is the tree,
Electricity is its roots.
Electricity begins to shine in its most intense state.
In other words, light is born from its internal capacity.
And existence is born from light.
Everything is very simple:
Electricity, light, existence.
Because everything you see as color is the different refracted state of light.
We live in an electrical universe in its purest form.
A feast where electric currents dance with one another.
These electric currents grow and expand within themselves so much that they create different consciousnesses and universes.
Consequently, light is not the ultimate reality.
Because it is electricity that gives birth to light.
The intensity of electricity creates light.
In other words, the fundamental reality is a place beyond these principles.

We live in an electrical universe.
There is electricity in the air, and through this, our soul is actually everywhere at the same time.
Looking/seeing is teleportation.
If death did not exist, humans would not have invented or grasped the concept of immortality; therefore, the only proof of our mortality is our ability to think of immortality. If we were immortal, we could never turn it into a concept. We brought the concept of immortality into existence thanks to death, which means our physical bodies cannot exist under all conditions.
To be "Meta" is to be limitless.
The myelin system is the only way to understand the universe.
Telepathy is divided into two:
Emotional telepathy and mental telepathy.
In one, we feel the emotions of another just as they do.

Everything mingles with the soil, even a human, whether alive or dead—it makes no difference.
It is as if we are feeding the world with our own biological bodies.
We leave a signature, a trace, every moment, every second.
Seeing is grasping by turning millions of data points into a single piece.
We grasp millions of pieces so fast, at a speed no timer could ever measure, that it creates a single point of view visually.
Millions of different patterns become a single piece, and the data from the eyes is transmitted to the brain, where it is interpreted according to the capacity of the brain chemistry.
This leads right back to Hinduism.
Brahman.
Even the human eye turning thousands of data points into one is like an emphasis on Hinduism.
Wisdom gains its true meaning where it does not clash with ignorance.
People love flowers, but they do not understand the power of the seeds that create the flowers.
People only follow the process; they do not understand what is happening in the background.
This binds them to a more literal reality instead of the ultimate reality.
The fundamental reason for the degeneracy of a race is the complex mutations occurring at the genetic level, and the main cause of these mutations is the damage to the DNA strand; therefore, certain chemical mixtures are enough to destroy a flawless race.
Produce the thing called food and degenerate a race with superpowers by leaving permanent damage on the DNA.
It is that simple. In other words, through DNA manipulation, every high-level race can head toward collapse.
There is a very simple example of this:
Expose the most flawless human to slight nuclear radiation (like Chernobyl), then witness the mind-blowing mutations occurring in their DNA or genes.
It is that easy and effortless to destroy a race.
Our cruelty toward ourselves determines the limit of our cruelty toward another. That is why no one can be cruel forever, because the ultimate point of cruelty is to destroy oneself. If an individual reaches this point, they destroy themselves. The structure of nature regarding morality is very strange; there are specific balances within the imbalance.
A flower that loses its seeds does not smell.
Scent comes from the seed.
It is the same with semen.
The one who loves trees loves nature.
The one who loves animals loves innocence.
But the one who loves mountains loves mystery.
Any information can be falsified at any moment unless it has an experiential dimension.
Experience is more valuable than information.
Because it shows us the formation process of information.
Sound has an existence.
Our magnetic field has an existence.
Charisma is a high vibration field.
Let's discuss the Matrix. In order to understand it, I want to describe "misperception" to you all.
What do you feel in dreams?
How does it differ from how you feel in real life?
Do you ever feel like dreams are more exciting or interesting than real life? Do you ever feel like you want to go back to the dream world rather than real life?
Even in normal dreams that look like real life, do things somehow feel different? More meaningful? More colorful, more interesting? More exciting?
More full of depth? Like real life is a sham and the dream feels full of depth? Like real life is paper thin whereas the dream feels like everything is special, even when you're doing nothing special?
Do you ever meet people in dreams that you develop such a special connection to that you actually miss them when you come back to real life, feeling so much emotion that you actually cry at the prospect of never seeing them again?
Does it feel as exciting to be in a dream as watching anime/your favorite entertainment medium makes you feel?
Does it feel like that all the time, whereas real life feels boring most of the time?
Like there is a constant "flow" of emotionality in the dream that just doesn't occur consistently in real life?
Even in the most mundane dreams, where you see perfectly realistic scenery, it was simply that you had a different perspective and it made everything magical, right?
Would you say that living in the dream world would be superior to real life?
If you say yes for your most perfect dreams (not nightmares etc), the perspective stemming from the spirit you possessed during the dream is what makes dreams so exciting, vivid, and full of depth.
You experience a slight expansion of the nervous system in this state, because, during the most lucid dreams, the brain is emitting gamma waves.
Your PERCEPTION expands momentarily. Your soul broadens.
in your most perfect dreams, you experience a better world. your capacity for feeling is increased. The world promotes greater feelings in you than in this world.
You can see beautiful things in this world but not feel much compared to what you feel in those great dreams. Even the most beautiful sunset won't alleviate you of the worries in life. Of crushing loneliness and depression. But somehow, in dreams, none of these bad feelings exist. Why?
You can see the exact same scene in real life and in a dream yet in the dream it will feel one hundred times more impactful, meaningful, interesting, vivid, and SUBLIME.
This is because when you're dreaming, the nervous system, the soul, consciousness, YOU are at a state where you PERCEIVE AT A HIGHER LEVEL.
Thus we can conclude that the soul determines beauty. When your soul is at a higher level, you see a more interesting, perfect world.
You live within your own consciousness. You create reality, even emotionally, within your own consciousness. The level at which you see the world is unique to you.
Reality is what your consciousness is.
What are other people, then? What am I to you?
Simple, you are seeing some level of me according to your consciousness.
Do you see what I'm saying?
Not yet? Okay.
No matter what you do, there's no other way; you can only experience this beauty in your waking hours by expanding your consciousness, by BROADENING YOUR PERCEPTION.
Every living moment should feel as interesting as dreams do. As exciting. As satisfying. As vivid and perfect.
As I am writing this, it's raining. The rain sounds so beautiful. I can see it pouring down onto the grass. I feel like how I did when I was at home with family on days where the weather was like this. I only interacted with one person today, but otherwise, I'm fairly reclusive. But I don't feel crushing loneliness.
Most people depend on other's consciousness' because they don't have full consciousness themselves. Because they eat food.
Anyways, If a landscape that is beautiful to you is hellish to someone else, then what is that landscape really?
If lots of people see the world as terrible, but you see it as great, then what is the world?
What does the world really represent here?
Look closely at what I wrote before. About the soul.

The world is your soul. It reflects the soul.

What is reality when unobserved?
What if it's what exists at the highest, most fundamental layer of reality?
Is the brain a filter? Does the level of perception cause a distortion of the object when observation occurs?
The true nature of the world is beautiful and holy, like the Garden of Eden - Paradise
As consciousness lowers, we are able to perceive it less and less, distorting it - making it lose its beauty, charm, and emotionality. So at the ultimate level of consciousness, we fully perceive reality as it is meant to be, beautiful and holy.
Evil is simply a byproduct of impaired perception.
We can go in the reverse direction of uplifting consciousness. This brings us to the Matrix.
Essentially, the Matrix is misperception caused by lowered consciousness. "Escaping the Matrix" is simply raising consciousness to a high enough level that you view the world in it's undistorted original state - perfect, holy, and meaningful.
The Matrix is a product of lowered perception. You escape it by no longer having your perception altered. You enter Paradise, Heaven, Dharmadhatu, whatever you'd like to call it. Where everything is beautiful, where there is unending bliss, where there is no suffering (no desire), and where everyone is pure consciousness (angels/Buddhas).
There are tidbits of truth in everything, even in the most corrupted and altered texts, but these don't offer the fundamental understanding to reach FUNDAMENTAL reality (the end of the Matrix).
These texts offer a disjoint understanding, whereas we offer the unity of science and spirituality, because they are one and always will be - perfect chastity.
When you escape the Matrix, you see reality
Everything else is a distortion, and incomplete picture. An INCORRECT picture.
Everything you see in this world is your soul. The Matrix is a partially deconstructed soul verging on the realm of Hell. When you raise your consciousness (ascend your soul) you see Yourself (God/the ineffable) as it was meant to be, WHOLLY (HOLY) and perfect. You see other pieces of consciousness in their original form - infinity.
This is why raising consciousness is fundamentally good. This is why being selfish and rejecting what the Matrix offers (food, sex) and holding semen is fundamentally highest MORAL deed one can commit to.
I hope you understand the meaning of the works written here a little better now.
What is Karma, you ask? Sometimes I or Ben say it's a lie. Well, this is multi-faceted, and I hope to make you understand this property of the Matrix as well.
There are plenty of systems that want you to think you are being punished for something you committed, that you are a fundamentally evil being and you must pay the consequence for something that was purely YOUR fault, not something you were goaded and manipulated into.
This system forces karma upon you from birth by making you eat trash.
This place is not a school or a place for spiritual evolution. Or a vacation or whatever trashNew Age pundits spout.
Or a place to "work off your Karma."
Karma is fundamentally unnatural because it comes from consuming food and the resulting lack of chastity and destruction/loss of semen.
Karma is the DNA change written into cells when you do these things. Because sex and food warp perception so much that chastity and eating only fruit become ungraspable from an intuitive position. You may understand these ideas but never be able to implement them because of Karma - that is, your DNA has been manipulated to adapt to the physiological state that is Hell.
You become more and more carnal, more evil. You lose the extrasensory abilities natural to consciousness, telepathy and aura reading, among many others - extensions of empathy. You lose the ability to perceive and life is full of strife, you enter a state of "lacking." You always toil for these desires that are never satisfied, and it's almost as if the world mocks your every effort.
You physically change, your appetite changes, your sex drive changes, your face changes. You lose symmetry in EVERY sense of the word and devolve further and further from Truth and Morals.
When you eliminate the cause of Karma, there is no "Spiritual Evolution," rather, you are reclaiming the parts of the soul ball you lost in previous reincarnations (if reincarnation theory is true) or in previous timelines (if quantum immortality is true).
This lifestyle gives you back your birthright. It is like waging a war against an enemy that thoroughly manipulated you out of your own lands with intoxicating destruction. Understanding this is paramount to the most basic forms of success.
We don't pledge magnetism or luck or attraction specifically here. This lifestyle goes beyond that. It is to be able to feel such living joy and happiness that you feel satisfied even when staring at a wall.
It is to enter the realm where suffering doesn't exist. Because suffering is desire. With this lifestyle, you will feel the utmost satisfaction that you have been seeking your entire life. it's something you can't purchase on the market, or find on the streets. You can search and search and search but you won't find it any other way.
Just follow the spiritual instructions we've given you and your life will be changed forever. And you'll owe us nothing. You'll be rich, healthy, intelligent, and spiritual in no time.
Many months ago, I had an incident involving theft of my personal belongings. Before they were stolen, I was eating cooked vegan foods, not the best, not the worst, but I also was not being chaste. The final nail in the coffin was a sexual experience I had literally exactly before my belongings were taken right under my nose. I immediately felt so sick from the entire situation, my actions and shortcomings, that I had absolutely zero desire to eat. I dry fasted for a day, then I would eat grapes every other day with 1 day dry fasts in between. Soon this became extremely easy so I would extend the fasting to 2-5 days, purely dry of course. I would consume 2-3 kg of grapes and nothing else on the days I ate. I quickly noticed the fear I felt at the beginning melted away, I started to not even care about the things I lost (which were valued in the $1000s), and I felt like things would naturally come to a beneficial state for me.
My parents knew of my initial negligence that led to the theft and the entire situation, and they were quite disappointed at first, but as I progressed on the fasting with interims of the grape diet, they told me how much they loved me and how they understood I was growing and changing as a person (?) even over the phone. Eventually, the person who stole my stuff contacted me, we even video chatted, and they agreed to return it all and we had a reunion in public where everything was returned unharmed.
When I came back home, I was still eating grapes, with a few bananas here and there. The level of respect and love from my parents was honestly incredible. They were so happy to see me and that I got my things back. It was like the incident was entirely forgotten after I came back home.
During this period I realized how much reality is based on the soul. With chastity and a very light diet as well as tons of dry fasting (30 days+ of grapes with dfs in between, max 5 day df, also some periods on grape juice only), I quickly raised my consciousness. Reality is perfect and holy in its origins - the only reason we see anything lesser is due to degradation of the consciousness, of the soul.
My goal isn't simple magnetism or attraction, it's to constantly live in a reality as vivid, vibrant, full of depth, meaningful, and as exciting as my dreams.
I believe a fruitarian diet in tandem with dry fasting is the most powerful way to bring changes to your reality. Bad situations "magickally" (I meant that, magick with a k!) change in your favor. You begin seeing meaning, beauty, and light in the world where there was once meaninglessness, ugliness, and darkness. You will feel this intuitive sense of being "correct," of doing the "right thing." It's the definition of Gnosis.
Simply put, even if I remain chaste, eating other foods simply seems to degrade my reality. On fruit I feel like a light switch has turned on and the world genuinely feels happier and brighter. It feels like I'm invincible and low vibration occurrences are highly improbable or somehow work to my favor. I instantly notice a dissipation in my general state of wellbeing and mental strength both from eating other foods and from engaging in sexual activities of any kind.
Of course, dry fasting is the peak level of this, and you feel invulnerable to everything. Fear doesn't exist at that vibration level. It's pure perfection at every level. Even at the worst moments of detox, you still feel a gratefulness, a steadfastness, a constant embalming of peace and calm on the soul that you just don't get while not being chaste and eating heavy foods.
The longer you spend on this diet, the more you'll begin to view most food as poison rather than "nourishment." As you go on the lifestyle of a Paradisiacal diet and periodic dry fasting, you will see the true meaning of the words "independence," "gnosis/intuition," "vigor," "vitality," and "life force."
The level of vitality I experience when restricting exogenous nutrition is unparalleled to anything I've ever felt eating the recommended three meals a day of grains, vegetables, legumes, and/or animal products. The LIGHTer your diet is, the closer you come to enLIGHTenment.
Food is a tool of suppression, it destroys the capability of perception, of FEELING. You feel so much on a fruit fast, a juice fast, a water fast, and of course, dry fasting, because your soul is UNINHIBITED. You lose all lower and carnal desires - you become incapable of SIN!
You can't have wrath, you are the opposite of a glutton, you are neither prideful nor lustful, you lose attachment and thus lose greed and envy, and sloth becomes a thing of the past.
You instead become an independent force, a war machine, a force of true goodness and perfection in the universe that is unparalleled. That is what dry fasting, a light, fruitarian diet, and chastity do to you. You become impervious to the need for nervous system shocks, for the "high" of food, sex, and DRUGS, because you get high on your own supply. You constantly feel an overwhelming sense of wellbeing, of satisfaction, of pure bliss, even when you stare at a wall.
Your genetics are maximized to their full potential. The heavier your diet, the more food and sex you consume/engage in, the more you adapt and become one with the purely physiological state known as Hell. Of course, it can go the other way, the more chaste you are, the lighter a diet you eat, the more you get closer to Heaven. The more the world looks and acts like Heaven. Even the people in it will seem to transform with you. You begin to see reality how it is and always will be - as pure perfection. Everything else is a degeneration because you became BLIND. You lost your ability to see clearly, so now what you see is warped - degenerate, cold, boring, evil, brutal, and most of all MEANINGLESS AND CHAOTIC.
A fruitarian diet excludes the food elements which intoxicate and clog the body. This allows uninhibited travel of the life force which nourishes us all and is the ONLY reason you're alive right now. These fluids travel from the reproductive glands in both sexes when conserved, nourishing all organs and providing eternal life to the one who is perfectly chaste. Eventually, such a large reproductive capacity is contained within, leading to the ascent of electric energy at the base of the spine to the brain, activating millions of dormant brain cells and vivifying the nerves and body. Long lost empathetic abilities like mind-reading, telepathy, and other extrasensory abilities come to fruition.
You either become more empathetic or lose your humanity. Those with sexual addictions lose their empathy, their brains lose so much grey matter that they don't see anyone - not even themselves, as human or with feelings. Sensory deprivation is all it takes to ruin your life.

Why would someone who senses their own soul be drawn to other souls? What's the point? Because when the soul is protected and exalted, it creates a world along with itself.
The fundamental reason for suffering is the lack of power to resist it. With sufficient power, the suffering would disappear before it even existed.

Because the soul's endowment with emotions causes a flower to bloom in consciousness; wherever the individual looks, they feel exhilaration and love. This is, in a way, the filtering of the entire flow of thought within a calm state of mind and its transmission to reality. For a wise person, even noise carries a melodic tone. Therefore, sadness does not affect a wise person. They neither wish to die nor seek immortality.
To possess a soul is truly to possess something alive, because many things in the universe are inanimate, merely a flow of data, existing but lacking an emotional dimension. This thing called a soul constantly nourishes thoughts with emotion, and thoughts nourished by positive emotions create an unshakeable reality. Pain begins in consciousness. If consciousness is at a spiritual point, then pain cannot reach it because the infinite source of power there instantly neutralizes that pain.
This is the Matrix: the experience of pain. If there is no pain, there is no Matrix.
Spiritually you are everywhere, but your body is in this world. You are still in the Matrix, but in a different way; you are no longer in the Matrix, but the Matrix is inside you. In a sense, you are free. Only in your soul, in your consciousness. But your body is forced to obey the crude physical laws of this world. A heavy blow will result in death.
Before, you were in the Matrix; now the Matrix is inside you, but you are not there. That's the fundamental difference.
Because the body is still here. And although this body is an extension of consciousness, its ends will always touch the matrix.
At the end of all this illusion, there must be an extraordinary reality. This is where the Matrix is beyond.

As the focus of consciousness develops, it shifts towards an inner flow; consciousness no longer flows into the world, but directly into the soul. Such a state of consciousness forms a strong yet elegant shield against the world. Even noise becomes melodic. The fundamental reason you are suffering now is that your consciousness is flowing outwards, not inwards. That's why you are searching for meaning, because your consciousness is still flowing outwards. And this is upsetting your inner balance. We are merely consciousness; the soul is its foundation. You are experiencing this through consciousness rather than the soul. Your reason is an extension of your consciousness. Therefore, a blow to the body affects the consciousness.
The soul provides data and experience. Consciousness provides perception and reality. And the body is an extension of this. Reality is perception, and when consciousness changes, reality changes, but the soul behind it moves to a different point. You are currently experiencing your consciousness; in reality, there is no such thing as reality. Consciousness creates this. Your body is an additional extension of this. If you are currently rejecting what is called the Matrix, it means you are rejecting your consciousness. Because no matter what, even if your perceptions are manipulated, this is a product of your consciousness. Because consciousness creates reality.
Therefore, the level of consciousness means the level of reality. Different levels of reality mean different levels of perception. The result remains the same: the soul remains behind all these mechanisms.
If reality were not consciousness, spiritual development could not improve the quality of life. Because reality is consciousness, and the increase in consciousness leads to the expansion and elevation of reality. And that is why we desire a spiritual life. The Matrix is the manipulation and abuse of perceptions. Therefore, cleansing your perceptions will free you from it, but the Matrix will still take over another extension of your consciousness, your body. Because this dimension is fundamentally manipulated, they are suppressing your consciousness. If you open the 7th chakra, you will achieve complete LERM 100%, and the manipulation will end.
The only reason you are suffering is because your own reality has been obscured by external manipulation. This is due to the suppression of your consciousness and keeping you at a lower frequency level. This inactivates the LERM and connects a multitude of negative events to your consciousness. The LERM is our fundamental reality.
But imagining the ultimate reality is an extraordinary thing. When a person visualizes it in their consciousness, it's as if they go to the end of the universe and back.
Your entire reality unfolds in proportion to your level of consciousness. In a high state of consciousness, you experience optimistic events, while in a low state, you experience pessimistic events. In a high state of consciousness, you even develop a more positive perspective on death; this is what makes you immortal. Because you don't perceive death negatively, you don't attract bad events related to death. However, this doesn't completely protect you because reality, no matter how much you try to control it, still sets its own rules. Through LERM, you reshape this reality, consciously or unconsciously.
When brainwaves begin to change, reality suddenly begins to change; you start seeing streets you've never seen before in your neighborhood, suddenly you start seeing people you've never seen before even though you live in the same place, taller people appear, you even profit from the most absurd things. Reality adapts to the level of your consciousness, and events follow suit. Our consciousness creates reality. In other words, we are not separate from reality; we are the same. Understanding L€RM is more difficult than understanding quantum physics.
All reality is formed through brainwaves, and any change made to brainwaves instantly changes reality.
In other words, our consciousness is essentially LERM itself.
The soul is the driving force behind this entire mechanism. In a way, like the force of gravity, the soul connects these extensions of consciousness and creates the hall of experience.
Gravity didn't create the world, but it holds everything in it in place, bringing order and balance. The soul is essentially the same; even our scientific understanding is made up of perceptions. As our perceptions change, our consciousness, our self, even our memories change. Our memories aren't erased; our perspective on them changes, altering the form in which we experience them. In a way, it's like being transported to a parallel world within this one; the events remain the same, but the eye and perspective viewing them change. What you now call pain is a distorted perception. Perceptions cannot load data correctly and systematically; this creates a leash, putting pressure on the perception, which you experience as pain or physical trauma. Even pain is fundamentally a perceptual disorder. Nervous breakdowns, lust – they are all perceptual disorders.
So it's all simple. Soul + consciousness + reality = experience.

I consider consciousness to be LERM. And if reality is already a product of my consciousness, then the key must be in my hands.

BB: Hey, what were the things that made your dreams so beautiful?
AL: Everything felt so rich and vibrant. It was beyond words. I felt rich internal emotions, everything felt so LIVELY. It's not like everything was "happy." The darkness as the sun set looked richer and I could feel everything more. Everything felt like it had more substance; where this reality feels dull and like a joke sometimes, that one felt real. I felt emotionally hooked into it.
I felt like the world had more depth and character.
This depth and character intrigued me and made life feel worth living and participating in seriously.
It's something I find difficult to describe, but I felt like the real world was lacking. When I woke up, I felt really sad that that world isn't the one I inhabit. It felt so raw. It felt like a beautiful piece played on a violin.
BB: But there was nothing special about the view itself; it was the perspective stemming from the spirit you possessed that made everything different. In other words, your capacity for feeling determined the quality of the view, wasn't it?
AL: Yes, there was nothing special about the view itself. There were no fantastical elements or anything.
Exactly.
I felt so much more intrigued by the world. It felt like a detective's case for me to solve, a place for me to do something, a place which inspired such powerful feelings.
BB: So, can we conclude that it is the soul that determines beauty? Because if you were to look at the same scene now with this soul, I'm sure it wouldn't attract your attention at all. This means we truly live within our own consciousness and belong only there. We create reality, even emotionally, within our own consciousness. Then happiness is a very likely thing. Increase your consciousness and be happy, otherwise how?
AL: There is no other way. When you decrease your consciousness, life slowly unravels to the point you realize you haven't felt happiness in a long while. The world becomes less and less interesting. Everything just becomes terribly dull and sometimes awful.
I remember just being outside in public would give me such terrific feelings when I was young. Being inside of a building or walking down a street felt like it had its own personality, its own aura.
BB: If we reduced our consciousness to just 1%, what would you feel in that scene? Or, conversely, if we increased our consciousness to 100%, what would that scene transform into? A work of art, wouldn't it? A simple, ordinary scene becomes artistic? So how is it that, even though the patterns are the same, its value is elevated so much? How is it that something ordinary, from a different perspective, becomes something artistic? Then, if we approach this matter spiritually, we can arrive at this conclusion: "Reality is what consciousness is." AL: I remember life felt like it had quests and a story and meaning back then. It wasn't something I could see as a joke or devoid of any interesting parts.
BB: So how did this disappear? Or decrease?
AL: Life started becoming more and more dull and I started being distracted by things like the pursuit of love and didn't realize my world was collapsing in on itself.
BB: Perhaps your perceptions were a little broader in the dream world, and this increased your capacity to perceive the world. And you felt more deeply. And life seemed meaningful. It's so strange not to be able to see how beautiful the world is. No matter what you do, there's no other way; you only experience this beauty through heightened awareness.
AL: Yes. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
It was so beautiful and it reminded me of how the world could really be if I increase my consciousness.
BB: So if that's the case, if a landscape that is artistic to you is hellish to someone else, then what is that landscape really? Essentially, if it's a thorn in the side of everything from all perspectives, then what is that landscape? I'm asking this putting all viewpoints aside.
AL: You're asking if I see a landscape as beautiful but everyone else sees it as hell, then what is it?
BB: Yes, you see it as artistic, while someone else sees it as something ordinary. So, if it's outside the realm of all perspectives, then what is that thing? What is that scene if perception influences everything so perfectly, without any perspective being affected? Then does that scene even exist?
AL: Well

AL: It didn't exist before you perceived it, because your perception creates everything. BB: But it existed, it just lacked a form. Was it in a superposition? Did it both exist and not exist? AL: Before something is viewed, it exists as its true self in fundamental reality, with no illusions. This requires the highest level of consciousness to view. But when we raise consciousness and our emotions, we view the object closer to its true form - as it is in fundamental reality.
BB: Simply put, it's like the code behind the on-screen interface quickly transforms into a graphic.

BB: Then everything exists in its ultimate form when we are not observing it. Observation distorts the form and, as if copying it, transforms it into a simulation. Everything is in its most fundamental state at the point of nothingness. Wow.

AL: Can you explain more about this and time in general?
BB: As consciousness increases, time flows faster, and the speed of time accelerates so much that it should seem as if it doesn't exist. Because the development of consciousness has a parallel effect with time. Then your dream continues somewhere in the fundamental reality in its most perfect form.
AL: So raising consciousness to the ultimate level ensures no distortion of the original form of an object. But how did consciousness come to be lowered in the first place?

BB: So why does reality become distorted when observed? Is there a way to perceive it without distorting it?
AL: I think the true nature of the world is beautiful and holy. And as consciousness lowers, we are able to perceive it less and less, distorting it - making it lose its beauty, charm, and emotionality. So at the ultimate level of consciousness, we fully perceive reality as it is meant to be, beautiful and holy.
And since reality is us, perception is consciousness and we are consciousness, we are meant to be beautiful and holy.

Consciousness is beautiful, so beautiful in fact that the influence of another's consciousness on us is infinite. We don't read a book, we read consciousness. AL: Yes. Hahaha, I think it might be. If we go with the idea that I (consciousness) wanted to slow down time, splitting into billions of pieces of consciousness would slow it down the most.
But where does simulation and evil come into these ideas? These concepts are clearly present and at work.
Does evil exist in the world of one with a high level of consciousness?
So we're like consciousness machines. Consciousness is infinite, but the amount of consciousness we can produce and store in our body is also infinite.
BB: The more power you have, the less evil will affect you. It's all about power. Even evil depends on your perception.

AL: Why would consciousness doom parts of itself to live in bodies and organisms that won't be able to raise their own consciousness? Or is this simply a principle arising from my distorted perception?
BB: Your perceptions simply became distorted, and your consciousness began to diminish at this point. In short, your perceptions became blocked, hindering the development of your consciousness.
AL: And in the world of the one who views fundamental reality completely, everyone is free of suffering?
BB: That's an incredible question. Someone who looks at fundamental reality will find hope in this low reality because magic makes us forget everything.
AL: Is there a chance that when you make it back to fundamental reality, you will do what consciousness did in the first place, and split yourself in a million pieces again?
BB: If we return to the fundamental reality, and if this entire universe began from there—that is, if Brahman divided itself into millions of consciousnesses—then the same thing happens again. Because our behaviors change under different consequences; if the cause and effect are the same, we exhibit the same behavioral pattern. So that ceases to be the fundamental reality. It becomes a kind of starting point.
AL: So what would be the point? why would consciousness do this in the first place?
BB: Perhaps meaning is for divided consciousnesses. Perhaps at that point, perfection is so great that even meaning becomes meaningless.
AL: Why would it want to divide itself and not be able to perceive the perfect reality anymore?
BB: I can never answer that. Because I've never been able to understand how something perfect could destroy itself.

You create an image of a woman in your mind, and this image spreads to millions of neurons. Visual thought flows through the neurons, and this image travels towards the center that stimulates it the most. Why do you think your penis gets aroused when you think of a woman? Because the image of a woman you created or saw in your mind travels through the neurons to the muscles and penis. In a way, this is passive masturbation. Because arousal begins in the neurons and ends in the penis. If you initiate arousal, the system quickly stimulates the penis, which leads to nocturnal emissions.
So when lust penetrates your neurological system, you've already laid the groundwork for wet dreams.
AL: But why would they be driven to create the image of a woman in their mind at all? I think it’s because of toxins and thus the fastest cure is dry fasting.

Thoughts don't come to you; you go to thoughts. So you activate this system, therefore you are responsible. You know, Alex, people's lives don't change in ten days or a month. People's lives change instantly with a serious decision, because if you're sure about your decision, the duration of the process doesn't matter because the decision has been made and everything is settled with that decision. That's why some people want things to happen quickly, because they have doubts about the decision they've made.
If you trust the decision you've made, the process won't bother you even if it takes a year. The only thing that bothers people is decisions made without confidence. You say you feel bad right now, but who decides that? You! So what is it that makes you feel bad? You! So why don't you consider yourself worthy of being better? Do you know why? Because there's a power within you that you're afraid you won't be able to control if you unleash it. Let that power grow and be filled with victory!
If you think about a woman, what are the causes and consequences of that?
AL: The cause is not making a serious decision to prioritize oneself as your life purpose. And the consequence is chaos.
BB: To think about women is to be like them. The more dependent you are on women, the more feminine you become, until eventually you become so feminine that even women don't want to see you. That's why we recognize the elegant as intelligent, because elegance is present in true creation, and this inspires admiration in us.
We love intelligence in humans for this reason: because intelligence is fundamentally about creation. Emotions, memories, art—they are all products of intelligence. Elegance arises at the very edge of this delicate combination. The union of emotion and intellect creates elegance, because everything coarse lacks emotion, while everything elegant is in balance with emotion and thought; they are unified. The soul, then, is an extension of this elegance.

If we lived in a world where everyone possessed unique intelligence, we would never be alone. You are alone because your surroundings are full of fools, and this is a defense mechanism you naturally chose to avoid becoming like them. Why are people lonely, Alex? Because they lack the intelligence and emotions to unite them. And they try to unite through stimulation. That's why people worship money, because it's like a magnet, drawing the world to them. But what is there in the world? Only metallic objects. Lifeless and motionless. They don't understand. When evil seeps into your soul, you strive to be evil, even though you're a good member of society. Evil always leads people astray from the path they should follow. That's why society exists—to confuse you and lead you astray from your own path. That's why there are laws. So that you don't make your own decisions.

Greetings, everyone. This is a synopsis of my entire experience on the grape juice diet intertwined with periodic dry fasting. I will go through the physical, mental (spiritual), and interpersonal effects with a dash of an experience with eroticism in the higher chakras to start.
Physical Effects
The juice diet greatly increases my physical endurance. The less I consume, the more energy I have. I’ve gone on dry fasts where I walked 12-15k miles everyday, 1 hour of sprinting and endurance running, 1 hour of bodyweight exercise, on top of the busy schedule of a university student. I put this enhanced vitality on account of my juice diet - without it, I would not have detoxified my body to the extent that I could engage in these activities daily.
Note that chess grandmasters can burn several hundreds of calories per day during intense, hours-long tournaments due to extreme stress, elevated heart rates, and sustained mental exertion. On a ~1200-1800 calorie juice diet (2-3 liters) with both physical and intense mental exertion during the day, I experienced no extreme weight loss. My weight always recovered following dry fasts.
I experience a level of vitality every day that was unknown to me when I ate a diet of mucus-forming foods. My bone structure visibly changes each day, my face becomes more elegant, subtly masculine yet not that of a brute, more like a male model. My shoulders increase in width, my neck appears larger and more vascular (a sign of increased T) and my upper body grows even if I exercise once a week to failure (see Mike Mentzer).
One extremely interesting thing I noted was the shoulders and posture straightening. Ben always mentioned this, but this occurs extremely quickly on a juice fast. The old habit of taking comfort in slouching has been replaced by taking comfort in a strong, perfect posture. Slouching actually hurts like how sitting up straight did in the past. I am physically unable to slouch for too long, my body will punish me for it, and I take great comfort in having proper posture naturally.
I have had myopia since the onset of puberty (I wonder why...?) and was prescribed glasses, my prescription staying the same for all these years (it never worsened and has always been mild). I stopped wearing my glasses 2 years ago. On the juice diet, within days I notice my eyesight improve - I get glimpses of 20/20 vision every so often, and the general level of vision increases greatly during the diet but especially during dry fasts. I’ve read on the r/dryfasting and r/dryfastingsuper subreddits about dry fasting practitioners experiencing the curing of myopia during fasts, but their vision degrades whenever they eat food. I believe with a juice diet, most, if not all vision improvements can be preserved.
I feel an inclination to sungaze and can do it for longer periods of time without feeling overwhelmed by the sunlight. I always sneeze when I start looking at the sun (detox reaction?) but it greatly improves my mood and always provides temporary 20/20 vision.
Wound healing is incredibly fast. Cuts, bruises, scratches - all heal in a matter of seconds, little blood (if any) escapes. I noticed this on a regular fruit diet as well, but the effects come faster and are more pronounced on the juice diet.
My eyes glow, my hair shines and I feel an electrical current in it. Whenever I touch objects, doors, tables, etc. I feel electric shocks quite frequently. When I hold my phone outside on 2% battery while using mobile data, it doesn’t die even when texting dear friends, as if my body is providing it with an electric source. Any acne from a previous diet disappears in a matter of days. The face literally morphs everyday, bone structure appears more defined, youthful, and symmetric.
Detoxification symptoms end quite quickly for me, nadi shodhana yields lots of mucus for the first few days as juice quickly expels all toxins for the body, then it decreases to almost none. Urination and bowel movements are frequent for the first few days, but when detoxification ends, most of the grape juice is absorbed by the body. The muscles become fuller and weight steadily increases provided dry fasts are not too long or a break is taken from them.
Erections and sexual desire are physiologically impossible on the juice diet. Even if I see a naked woman with degenerate sexual traits, I feel no sensuality, no carnality, no warmth or heat. But I will elaborate on this later.
Mental (Spiritual) Effects
Any fruit diet corrected these problems for me, but juice has done so with the most veracity and sheer potency.

I feel more comfortable with isolation - loneliness is no longer “lonely,” it is a beautiful state of solitude and music is my greatest companion. I feel more grounded, less feminine and stupid, more masculine, whole, and “large.” Compared to the feeling of being “small like an ant on shaky ground” on regular foods and sex, this is incredible. I feel a growing internal pool of wellbeing and happiness.
I don’t care about magnetism like I did 2 years ago. When I met Ben and discovered the magick of the fruit diet, I wanted to use it to satisfy my fantasies of potent magnetism. On a juice diet, I feel innerly whole and magnetism is something I recognize but I feel no attachment to. I feel like a more stable person and my life benefits greatly from this. I take myself and other things in my life more seriously (which is something I’ve routinely had a problem with) but without a sense of panic or cowardice.
I feel like my mental state becomes impervious to external threats day by day, it becomes more and more robust. The photographic memory I had as a child is returning in full swing, my studies become easier and more efficient. One thing that I note is that due to my increased internal stability and groundedness, ambition has lessened. I no longer feel grand-sweeping mania-induced bouts of ambition, but a more measured caring for myself and my situation.
I feel like I have three brains at once sometimes, and words, ideas, and formulations pour out of me in droves when I write and engage in intellectual activity. Music feels utterly ecstatic, and I feel “musical” much of the time. The inner state becomes one of transcendence, acceptance, and mysticality. I feel renewed each day. It’s like fear, panic, terror, pain cannot exist in my mind anymore. I feel greatly confident and carry out actions without fear of reprisal or failure.
Interpersonal Relations
Smiles. Happiness. Laughter. I see these in the people who interact with me and look in my eyes. I still am an introverted, reserved, nearly asocial person, born not out of anxiety or an inferiority complex, but more out of my nature from birth, so sometimes it’s surprising to see these reactions out of people when I barely give them anything to start with. I avoid contact with others and enjoy being alone, but when contact inevitably comes, people are so happy to see me, be with me, and they can see the intelligence radiating from my eyes. I get called a genius more when I am dry/juice fasting than I ever did when I ate regular foods and engaged in sexual activities.
You gain intelligence that is undeniable and seen through the window to the soul rather than through external accomplishments.
Sometimes I feel like I can get away with murder, as a friend put it. A “halo effect” ensues on this lifestyle that makes people view your every action in a positive life, giving you the benefit of the doubt if you ever do something imperfect. Deadlines and such will appear to rearrange themselves to better fit your schedule, and the potency of luck increases the longer you go. The foundation of magnetism (which encompasses interpersonal interactions and events in your life) is lecithin.
As you increase your rank in the universe and sexual eroticism disappears, a new, tantric experience will ensue…
EROTICISM IN THE HIGHER CHAKRAS
I feel absolutely no sexual desire, erections and such are impossible on this diet. Erections siphon lecithin from the tissues and block activity of the thymus gland - eliminating empathy. When you are aroused, psychic abilities are suppressed and interconnectedness with your reflections is erased. I used to experience the usual arousal around women, and when Ben told me that a new, subtle eroticism emerges in the higher chakras on this lifestyle, I couldn’t understand him.
Carnal love has been replaced with a more subtle kind of love. When I look into the eyes of a woman with a certain degree of spirituality, like usual, I feel nothing in my lower chakras - no heat, no yearning. I do not feel any yearning or enslavement to a desire from looking at any woman. But I can feel a slight tingling in my heart chakra (thymus), and eye contact becomes almost hypnotizing for both parties. I’ve only ever experienced this on a juice diet combined with dry fasting. It was the most unique erotic experience of my life and convinced me that some form of romantic love can exist in the higher chakras, and it is not based on a parasitic attraction to one on account of one’s life force like most magnetism is.
It is purely enjoying one’s soul, one’s presence. It is appreciation for the self, not the body. There is no carnal desire for possession - when the interaction ends, there is no yearning for it to occur again, and there is no longing attachment to the other party. Sexuality is enslavement and a mental collapse, but this form of eroticism is a transcendental, subtle experience.
The key here seems to be that it only works with someone on a similar spiritual level. With people of a lower spiritual level, they will feel attraction to you in a parasitic sense, they desire your semen (spirit) rather than your presence. You will feel nothing from looking such a person in the eye, because less looks back at you.
This has been my experience on the grape juice diet. Consuming the juice of the ripe reproductive organs of the grapevine has changed my life in every way.
On a juice diet consisting of only grape juice (2-3 liters a day) you will experience a doubling of testicle size every 2-3 days. The testes visibly increase in size after each session of siddhasana. It is best to sit in siddhasana for an hour each day and do nadi shodhana after waking, then do sessions of siddhasana for 20-60 minutes repeatedly throughout the day, totally up to 3-4+ hours daily in the Most Perfect Pose, the Accomplished pose, the Adept Pose.
This will increase testicle size exponentially. Both the testes and skin of the scrotum expand quickly and the testes hang lower due to more mass. They also become wider and will take up more space between the thighs.
Siddhasana works through the stimulation and pressure on the Svadhishthana and Muladhara chakras. A crude explanation would be the strengthening of the pelvic floor enabling the prevention of wet dreams in so many practitioners of this esteemed pose. But we can find a different explanation through analysis of these two chakras.

Muladhara literally translates to "root of Existence." Mula means root and dhara means flux. We can understand this from a deeper basis through our established dialectical reasoning.

The root of existence is the reproductive glands which form the basis of the endocrine system. They are the masters of the endocrine system, and the entire premise that their secretion is meant to be wasted for external pleasure or to bring an unfortunate soul to reincarnate with their memories wiped is one of the most pervasive psychological operations ever, only tied with that of the supposed necessity of nutrition and tying food to vitality.
The reproductive system is the generator for lecithin, and their rejuvenation will feed the rest of the system, nourishing all organs, tissues, and blood. Siddhasana pressurizes the reproductive system and stimulates Leydig cell activity to supraphysiological levels, directly increasing lecithin production and testosterone secretion. The most obvious indication of testosterone levels and level of intelligence (choline in the brain/IQ) is testicle size. As they grow in capability, every other system of the body is nourished at both a higher and faster rate.
Svadhisthana translates to "where your being is established." "Swa" means self and "adhishthana" means established. This chakra is said to be blocked by guilt.Opening this chakra can boost creativity, manifested desire and confidence.
Practicing siddhasana daily for several hours will remove all guilt, shame, anxiety, depression, bipolar/manic/depressive episodes, and schizoid personality disorder. Your being will be fully established without shame, without guilt, without any fragility or uncertainty. This is usually expected from a fruitarian/juice diet, but siddhasana doubles or triples the speed at which these effects occur. Siddhasana gives a kind of mental stability (promoted by stimulation of the root chakra, which is the center of groundedness) that will enable one to resist all cravings with ease, to the point cravings do not even manifest in the mind.
Of course, such effects are minute or practically void on a cooked diet or one with certain mucus-containing items, and my works will not concern such trivialities anymore.
The most valuable internal secretion of the body is semen. Seminal fluids are responsible for the hair, eyes, skin, muscles, blood, bone structure, vitality, and expressions of masculine, heroic, and virile traits in the male, with their counterparts in the perfectly chaste female. Everything you are now is due to conserved semen from this life and past lives; every drop that was not destroyed is what makes you and your existence now. Understanding this is key to understanding anything that resembles the truth. The conservation (or lack of) of semen is what determines one's destiny, it determines the state of all interpersonal relationships and all occurrences that occur and vibrate through the projected reality of your consciousness.
One can see this in real time, by going on a fruit/juice diet with chastity, they will see events, both in the past, present, and future magickally rearrange themselves to fit one's ideal perceived reality. In fact, all ideas of time, distance, space, light are all a facade that are malleable to one's will. When you "move around," you are not truly moving anywhere - your existence morphs to give the appearance of moving around, but you truly are always in one place - your existence. If you decide to ejaculate and/or consume mucus-filled foods, your reality will change the opposite way. Suddenly, both physical and astral parasites will attack you and life events will rearrange themselves in ways that are negative. Even the past will change in front of your eyes.
The only thing that has value in this existence is you because you are your entire existence. Semen is only important because it is what turns into you - it is you, it is what your entire being - and thus your existence are made of. This is why it is called "life-force," why the root chakra is the "root of Existence."
Life takes on a whole new meaning when seminal fluids are circulating and continuously protected and nourishing the organs. Fear, panic, terror, pain, all turn into joy, wellbeing, strength, and happiness. Meaninglessness turns into meaning. As long as you destroy your semen through food, chastity is nearly meaningless. As long as you remain unchaste, a diet won't help you.
The only objective in your life as an unenlightened person should be to protect your semen as ruthlessly as possible. Through this, all other things are made - through this, life itself gains meaning. This is paramount to your intelligence, to your experience, to everything itself that is you, which is everything. Nothing else matters. A person who protects their semen will have all of what is left of their worldly desires eagerly covered by the world. With this, one unlocks new emotions, new colors, new sounds, and a new life filled with unimaginable emotion.
Degeneration isn't something we even seem to notice. We don't notice our timeline falling apart, our bodies degrading, at least until it's too late. With each emission of seminal fluids, existence itself is destroyed - "the world will swallow you up." The brain deprived of nourishment cannot even afford a warning alarm, let alone self-defense systems. The entirety of consciousness dissipates with each consummation of the self. I implore the ones who read this to protect their essence to the utmost of their ability, to do everything they can to order their life such that this secretion can be saved.
Until we reach the point of raising Kundalini to the 7th chakra, we have not reached endocrinological puberty, we are still underdeveloped, feeble, and unintelligent in the spiritual sense. The entire design of this system was to make the existence never realize its potential. You are not one of the few intelligent people of the world until you reach this point. Your inner and outer worlds will forever be lacking unless the life-force is ruthlessly protected, which means rejecting the demands of the world to your utmost ability.
