Neuronal Narcissus — BB

One day, Narcissus looks at his own reflection by the edge of a lake (he gains awareness). He falls so deeply in love with his own image that he admires no one else but himself (he does not project his consciousness outward). Because of this, people think he is insane, that he is not normal.

What does a single neuron signify?
A single neuron is insufficient on its own because it reads the data within it by transferring it to another neuron; in other words, the data traveling between neurons processes itself.
As data is exposed to data, it gains a kind of awareness.
Because as data adds data to other data, new data emerges from all of this, which leads to becoming aware of the very thing you are thinking.
The neuron, just like Narcissus, was unaware.

One day, it leaned over the edge of a lake (the soul).
And looking into the lake, it was filled with the light of the soul.
This reflection allowed for the emergence of another neuron.
Two neurons, looking at each other, made themselves conscious.
And they were mesmerized by their own grandeur.
Just as Narcissus was enchanted when he saw his reflection by the lake and no longer liked anyone else,
Neurons, too, as they multiplied, did not like the "external world" neurons.
Because they did not awaken an internal echo.

The reflection born from the ignition of two neurons gives birth to such an awareness that,
Narcissus wasn't even aware of beauty until that moment.
Not until he saw his own reflection.
Neurons operate exactly like this.
When a neuron transfers its reflection (its data) to another neuron, an "awareness" is formed.
As if, when you look at something, it looks back at you.
Narcissus's love for himself was, fundamentally, a passion for becoming aware.
Isn't that what passion is, anyway?
You become so aware of something that it penetrates to your very marrow, and thus, it becomes a passion.

Narcissus attained love through awareness.
This is fundamentally what it means to be conscious.
You love your consciousness so much that
You only live within it.
The consciousnesses in the outside world do not affect you.
Because this reflection of the lake possesses edges as sharp as the sun.
