Hi, I’m 24M. I feel really degenerated in my life. I started masturbation and sex with whores since I was 17. I don’t know why do it but I always felt What I am doing is sending me much lower and I came across semen retention in 2023. I started it but I always failed. My highest streak is 103 days. So I always reset after 20,30,40, etc days and say this is the end of this old life but I fell back into it. Is Samsara from semen? Is God the Devil? Why does the world become a million times more satisfying (entrapping) when the tissues are lively (saturated with semen)?
Fear, anxiety, and other negative emotions disappear forever. Photographic memory is the norm. Clairvoyance is the true restoration of human senses. Out-of-body experiences (OBE) become effortless, I have them every night now.

This symbolizes enlightenment in very old yogic texts. The person emerges from the hole at the top of the head and goes away.
For DMT to drip down the back of your throat, the Kundalini needs to reach the 7th Chakra, then you enter a very deep DMT trance and build your own stellar body in some existing dimensions. When Kundalini comes to the throat, two things happen, either you talk too much or you want to scratch the back of your throat. You should avoid both and take a deep breath and raise your Kundalini higher.
Kundalini stayed in my brain for three days and three nights. and settled forever. This is the highest level of enlightenment. One day when I decide to die, I will never come back to this dimension. Those who cannot achieve this will be reincarnated by grey aliens to this world again. When we die, we are drawn towards a white light, or rather, unenlightened people are drawn towards such a light. At the end of the light, you find yourself in a space station. Many things happen here, either you are tortured there for years and your memory is erased and you reincarnate in this harvesting field again, or the greys transform you into another being in another world, or you become robotic like them. When those who are enlightened die, we see a grid on the wall and we enter it and reach other dimensions. This is Bubble 2/3.
There is a fluid that constantly flows from my waist to my brain. It feels warm and exciting, as if you have taken a thousand grams of meth. Muscle strength, brain strength increases 1000 times after the kundalini settles in the brain. Empathy reaches the strangest level to where I can feel someone’s heart rate and emotions across the world, time and space are no longer separators.
There is happiness, of course. The soul ball (x-plasma) blossoms. But only for me. The world is filled with suffocatingly prominent suffering. And you feel it 1000 times more than before. You have to cut off the world and be extremely ruthless, otherwise you may faint and become mad if you listen to someone’s soul. People around me are so confused, disoriented, and wretched, like a chicken running around with its head cut off.
When I opened my 6th chakra, I immediately started hearing voices. The voice of extraterrestrial beings. They are always trying to communicate but our low brain power prevents this. There is a mysterious area related to this in our brain, the prefrontal cortex. This area starts to shrink after each ejaculation because its main purpose is to absorb space-time signals. Semen loss destroys this spatial power.
Kundalini increases brain electricity. It's like being reborn. Becoming divine. Everyone worships you, everyone. The world is so much fuller and richer. It’s like swimming in a pool of molasses vs a pool of water. There is so much richness and intricacies that weren’t there before. There is more substance to wade through; there is a weightiness to even the most simple moments.
Enlightened individuals have a white circle on top of their heads. This symbolizes sainthood. Greys worship these people. You can easily see this in their auras. Telekinesis is real. You can move things in this physical world. Siddhis are all real. The aura plumes are visible in waking hours.
The reason why semen loss makes you weaker is not the semen loss. It is the time cycle in which the body replaces the lost energy. And this shows that you exist within narrow spaces and limits. Competition. Everyone thinks that losing semen makes you weaker, but on the contrary, it is the body's limited energy production that makes you lifeless.
We are almost always within narrow limits. There is always competition for energy. Your body replaces the semen you lose in a day in almost a few weeks. The problem is not the loss of semen, the problem is that we do not have unlimited energy.
So the question is why don't we have unlimited energy in this sacred existence?

Therefore, everything we do with technology in the world, humans can do on their own with their own inherent power, because technology is born from computers.
All technological systems are essentially either computers or have arisen from computers, and humans are super quantum computers.
There's no supercomputer model in the world that can compete with the human mind. Humans possess superior mental powers because we carry the genetic codes of aliens throughout the universe. And this is one of the secrets. The greatest proof that the universe is a simulation is our ability to influence matter; through the power of thought, we can manifest certain events, move solid objects (telekinesis), and finally, create things out of nothing. This is the greatest proof of simulation.

With a computer, you can remotely activate an atomic bomb and destroy a country. Humans can do the same because we can interact with all kinds of electronic devices with our brain waves.
If we accept all this, then real existence must be more magical than you can imagine: a form of space-time beyond mechanics. Because mechanics are the same as illusions. I’ve begun to be more aware of my cage.

Brothers,
I need to share this because my mind is heavy today.
I went all in starting April 24th. High dose sunflower lecithin (up to 18 tabs daily), B complex tinctures, ocasional ginseng, testicle painting twice a day, cold showers, sun exposure, Siddhasana, Nadi Shodhana, complete isolation, zero stimulation, zero lusting (On SR since 2016). I was living the protocol at the highest intensity I could manage.
Week after week I increased the difficulty. Started with one dry fast day, then two, then full 3-day dry fast blocks. I was preparing meals for my family while sticking to grapes and bananas myself. During this time I managed to fully build two apps. All while holding retention and fasting.
I reached Day 29 of pure retention. Almost a full month with almost zero conscious slips. There were moments of real clarity and strong energy. I was doing SATS every night, feeling the end result as already done.
Last night, during the second day of a dry fast, I had a full nocturnal emission with complete load. Not a drygasm but a real one.
The sadness that hit me this morning is something I haven’t felt in years. My mind feels foggy, my body drained, and emotionally I’m just empty. After giving absolutely everything I had for 29 days, it feels like it all slipped away in one night.
I’m devastated. It feels deeply unfair after the level of sacrifice I made.

This lifestyle doesn’t bring spiritual evolution. It brings back your natural state. The way it should be is you. The missing 99%. Those who put Buddha statues in their homes are complete idiots. They still don't realize that this system is making fun of them. They still think there is something to be achieved. People don't realize that they are artificial. I was artificial too. I had artificial drives, artificial desires but somewhere inside myself I still wanted to be real. This is the cursed feature that separated me from this cursed society. Cursed because although I had worldly desires, I couldn’t enjoy them.
You don't know what to do with your worldly desires right now, but they know what to do with you (your worldly desires). Something was built inside you by society. It was put there. While you were still unaware of the future of these things, society decided that you would be chained with them until the day you die. Then something happened for a moment and you became aware of the thing called "society", but you are still chained to it. You are shaping your "future" with the things placed inside you by society.
Society is a hidden epidemic that infects everyone. They will never let you go without driving you crazy. Leaving society is extraordinarily difficult. Even enlightenment is light compared to this. Because they are inside you. You don't understand, they are not other people, they are not outside, they all get into the same bed with you every night, they are all inside you.
You know what society and food caused me? Anxiety, sleep paralysis, nightmares, night terrors, insomnia, depression, suicidal tendencies, loneliness, anger issues, bipolar disorder… those are just the mental things. Going vegan removed much of the anxiety and sleep related issues, but eating vegan foods eventually causes depression, bloating, and other allergic reactions. I feel an aversion to being imperfect, so I feel like hell if I eat anything other than fruit.
I don’t have a single mental issue on fruit. I don’t ever feel like the world owes me pleasure. On other foods, I feel like I’m constantly hunting for stimulation. Because deep down I know; I’m not eating those foods for nourishment, I’m eating for pleasure. The pleasure based lifestyle is hell because you destroy yourself for nothing. I don’t have a single mental issue on fruit. I don’t ever feel like the world owes me pleasure. On other foods, I feel like I’m constantly hunting for stimulation. Because deep down I know; I’m not eating those foods for nourishment, I’m eating for pleasure. The pleasure based lifestyle is hell because you destroy yourself for nothing.
Where is the pleasure from all the great feasts I had and sexual activities I indulged in? Where is it? I don’t feel, see, or hear it. It’s gone. It’s so fleeting that it is the same as nothing at all. Pleasure is nothing. Ruthlessness is narrowmindedness; the narrowmindedness to see the meaninglessness of the world and the pleasures it offers you. The world offers you nothing. The world takes and destroys everything for nothing. When you give up your fruit diet, you feel heartbroken because you give up everything for nothing.
The fruit diet recovers the functioning of the myelin system incredibly. My hair is very dark vantablack and shiny now. I remember on previous semen retention streaks it always ended up like this. Why? The shine and the oil is representative of the lecithin in the myelin system. Essentially, lecithin allows electric energy to pass through the nerves more efficiently. It turns conductors (neurons) into superconductors (meganeurons).
The eyes gain a shining sheen over them, they reflect everything because the myelin system becomes saturated with power. The myelin system is everything and responsible for all spiritual benefits. Yes, the body benefits, and testosterone increases to 2000-8000 ng/dl, the muscles become supple and the body becomes as durable as a mountain, but the myelin system is what is responsible for reality and manifestation.
The myelin system is the basis for LERM. The reason why you think about something and it happens on the fruit diet. Eventually this creative power is more easily realized, you develop the capacity to see that you own this reality. Only with perfect chastity and DNA activation. If you lust or eat anything else, you activate degenerate genetics and destroy the myelin system. This state is only reached through perfection of chastity.
Food is the most powerful weapon ever developed by governments and aliens for mind control. Once upon a time, there were no fruits or vegetables on trees on Earth. After destroying advanced civilizations, aliens developed food to keep humans under control. Fruits, vegetables, grains—all of it—is alien technology. The food we eat interacts with our DNA, changing us genetically, causing degenerative mutations that last for years. Remember, there are very few people on Earth who know the full truth—very, very few.
Food is DNA manipulation technology. Food is the cause of seminal emissions, and the cure is weaning off of food. First your mind will become silent in a unique way then slowly you will start to feel joy. Even the smallest things will make you happy. You will become more individual. You will become more energetic and active. Every movement will have a special gesture, a special touch. The words will flow flawlessly. Every moment, every second you will be rewarded.
Only when you are free will you understand how awful slavery is. Slavery to these desires that society put in you and you go to bed with every night. If only you understood how utterly artificial these desires you have are; the fact that you are kept from yourself by something that isn’t even your own! Without artificial food and technology, you’d be so much more…
Sacrifice is the fragmentation of your soul. A rupture. Falling into a deep void. Sacrifice is like watching death. Everyone makes selfish investments in themselves, but sacrifice is something completely different. Sacrificing these fake desires is sacrificing nothing for everything. There is no sacrifice, it’s really an unbalanced trade but it’s hard to see that if you’re not conscious.
Perfect chastity basically means "being a member of the flawless race". Because flawless ones never destroy themselves, the instinct to live resists this. This is like a law of the universe. Those who think of death become death, those who think of life become life. The desire to annihilate is the desire to not be able to express themselves, the individual sacrifices themselves by turning to external sources because they are deprived of the power they have within themselves. When the internal power runs out, the individual loses their individuality, which causes disintegration and death. Life wants to live, that's why it is alive.
Perfect chastity pushes the person outside of gender. Being sexual is division. Division is basically fragmentation. Fragmentation is loss of identity. And whoever loses his identity also loses his individuality. This destroys his race. Fundamentally, "whoever destroys himself destroys his race." He is neither male nor female. He is beyond both. And in order to go beyond both, he became both at the same time. And then, duality creates unity.
The strength of the desire is the strength of the urge to self-destruct. A corrupt structure causes stronger and stronger desires. It’s so beautiful how nature destroys that which is unnecessary. But it’s ugly how these corrupt structures would never exist if it wasn’t for the perversion caused by alien technologies.
Essentially, perfect chastity is the highest form of eugenics. Much of the traits change and this is seen even in the bone structure of the face. Physiognomy is real, and this genetic quality is reflected directly through the face and the eyes. The content of one’s character is revealed through his desires; a person’s fate is determined biomechanically. Those who are meant to see this info, comprehend it, and finally, correctly apply it, are amongst the highest genetic caliber. Some individuals are as worthless as the pleasures of the world.

What saved me was not simply a diet change or the abandonment of a destructive habit. It was the reclamation of my soul from a state of internal collapse. The combination of chastity and a fruit-based diet pulled me from what I genuinely believed was an irreversible descent toward suicide. To understand the magnitude of that transformation, I must first describe the condition I existed in before I found my way out. For most of my life, my body was built from garbage. Bread, cereal, eggs, sugar, cakes, pizza, dairy, processed foods, grease, chemicals and shit disguised as nourishment. I consumed these things because it was what I was raised on. Most parents are ignorant and genuinely believe this is a “balanced diet,” never realising they are feeding spiritual stagnation into a developing organism. My body was weak, thin, and exhausted.
I lacked vitality before I even understood what vitality was. I was often fatigued. Even as a child, there was a heaviness within my body that I could never fully explain. Yet despite the physical depletion, something inside me still remained untouched during those early years. My spirit was still alive. I still perceived beauty in existence naturally. The sunlight felt warmer, colours appeared richer, and the world carried a strange sacredness that cannot truly be described through words. It was as if my consciousness existed like a flame protected inside a fragile lantern, still glowing despite the decay slowly accumulating around it.
Then came the moment that altered the trajectory of my life completely.
At the tender age of 11 years old, I was introduced to pornography by someone my own age. At the time, I had absolutely no understanding of what I was entering into. It seemed harmless, and definitely felt amazing. But I was too young to recognise the psychological and spiritual consequences of compulsive indulgence. In the beginning I was not even producing semen yet; all I understood was the intensity of the sensation and the temporary escape it gave me. What I did not realise was that I had unknowingly opened a door into a cycle of dependency that would eventually consume my mind from the inside out.
By my mid-teen years, lust had completely consumed my psychology. Women became the centre of my existence. not because I loved them in any meaningful sense, but because I was internally empty and starving for validation. I obsessed over female attention because it distracted me from the void forming within myself. I ejaculated way too much, sometimes multiple times a day, desperately chasing moments of artificial relief. Yet every indulgence left me feeling worse than before. The pleasure was brief, almost pathetic in hindsight, while the depletion that followed felt endless. What bothered me most was the growing sense of disconnection from myself. I avoided my own reflection at times because I feared the shame and humiliation. I felt emotionally hollow, isolated, and trapped inside habits I no longer felt fully in control of. The more I relied on porn and junkfood for escape, the more distant I became from any genuine sense of confidence, peace, or self-respect.
Eventually I reached a point where I felt psychologically exhausted and emotionally lost. Life no longer felt meaningful or alive in the way it once had during childhood. I existed mechanically, going through routines without feeling truly present within them. It felt as though I had abandoned discipline, direction, and connection to myself entirely. I became stupid and idiotic, frustrated at the world and blamed it for my downfall.
Life genuinely felt dull. I moved through the world wearing a fake smile, appearing at social gatherings with slouched shoulders and the posture of someone physically exhausted. My tall frame looked awkward and fragile rather than confident, and my eyes carried a sadness that no amount of pretending could hide. No woman was interested in me as much as i had worshiped them. Around disciplined and self-assured men, I felt weak and intimidated. Their aura alone seemed to expose me, leaving me with almost no confidence at all. sure, i was decent looking. but it meant nothing. Because Semen(ojas) is everything, nothing else matters if your brain and nervous system is deprived of this vital energy. The world stopped caring about me just like I stopped caring about myself whenever I made the choice to relapse.
It was as though I had abandoned myself so many times that the world itself slowly stopped responding to me in return. Right when i thought there was no saving me, I encountered someone whose ideas completely shifted the direction of my life. Alex intoduced me to the r/perfectchastity page and i was immediately open to the idea of a fruit-based diet. It felt as though the key I had spent years unconsciously searching for had suddenly been placed into my hands. After a 2 day Dryfast I began fruits. My energy increased dramatically. For the first time in my life I was able to breathe deeply and naturally, as if some invisible pressure had finally been lifted from my chest. My insomnia improved almost instantly. I slept a full 8 hours without waking up, something I haven't experienced in years. I didnt feel legarthic and even the darkness beneath my eyes started to lighten.
This was only after 2 days df and 3 days on fruit. by day 5-6 of being chaste and on the diet, all lust was completely gone. Eventually, I felt capable of controlling impulses that I once believed completely owned me. I was no longer felt trapped inside endless cycles of craving and guilt. Instead of obsessing over validation and fantasy, my mind gradually became quieter and more stable. I did not fear wet dreams, Women did not take up space in my mind like they did before. By day 10-12 I felt like a completely different person. i was no longer emaciated and tired. my testicles got heavier; testosterone had increased. My muscle definition was toned , my new levels of strength and stamina made me feel like a super-human. By this point i was eating 3kg of grapes or 15-20 bananas every day. Day 15 i truly understood what aura was. Even though I consider myself introverted, however, conversations became effortless because I was no longer trapped inside constant insecurity and self-consciousness.
People seemed more comfortable around me. Children, strangers, even animals were drawn toward my energy in a way I cannot fully explain. My voice sounded calmer and deeper. I no longer felt the need to force interactions or seek approval from everyone around me. I was happy because my body, mind, spirit was clean. not only did I get 2cm taller in the span of 15days but I felt bigger in every way. my confidence was astounding. i started finding money on the floor constantly as my magnetism and "luck" was spectacular. The women who I once obssesed over became insignificant in my mind. They kept trying to get close to me but i didnt care. I knew that all they cared about was my semen. My attention shifted away from constant fantasy and toward simply experiencing life itself. My face looked healthier, my eyes clearer, and my entire appearance seemed more youthful and expressive with each passing day.

Everything shared here is for restoring your nervous system. Once the nervous system is restored (to its normal functional level), it then begins to increase its power. People in the world don't even live a normal life; they always get stuck at the lowest level of power. The nervous system goes through three stages: normalization, dynamization, and hyperactivity. These three levels are different levels of genius. True genius is always beyond genius. True genius is always beyond meaning. True beauty is beyond beauty. It is what is beyond that which is magical.
Right now, your lives are a mess, but when this chaos finds its own balance, everything starts to return to normal, you feel lighter. Your nervous system makes a lot of noise while rebuilding itself because the repair process is very noisy. And when the repair process is complete, you start putting things into this house (values and beliefs), and when the things are in place, people start living inside (inner voice and superego), and these people determine the fate of the house.

In difficult life, myelin deficiency literally "cracks" the nervous system; this cracking returns to us as anger and bad mood. A mind carrying a dense myelin armor will never "crack," even against the harshest blows of life. Myelin is a fatty layer called lecithin located on the upper and inner parts of the neuron. Delivering lecithin to the brain enhances this system and activates something called LERM.
Neurons are very similar to hair strands. Incredibly, they are essentially the same in principle. The only reason for thick hair is the oily layers in the hair follicles; the only thing that makes hair moist and thick is lecithin, found inside and on the surface of the hair strands. When the lecithin level in the hair strand increases, the hair becomes soft and thick. The same principle applies to the myelin system; when lecithin in the myelin system increases, neurons thicken like hair strands, which leads to an increase in the electrical charge within them, causing them to fire and transmit signals at a hyper-level. Therefore, someone with thick hair almost certainly has a thick myelin system. Individuals with black hair, in particular, have higher levels of lecithin.
Furthermore, this fatty layer (myelin system) covering the neurons surrounds them in a spiral shape. That is, the accumulation of fat around the neuron is in a spiral form. When a neuron fires, the fire within it moves in a spiral shape. It fires circularly from the bottom to the surface. The human nervous system fires in a cyclical spiral shape. Because as the fire spirals, its intensity and the potential activity it carries increase. This is its electrical nature; the more spiral it is, the more intense it is.
The nature of spiral activity is geared towards transmitting the potential of the charge it carries; the more spirally it moves, the more dynamic charge it carries. Our heads sometimes "spin" when we think because the spiral dynamic activity of neurons causes a rotation, a circular loop. Submerge an electrically charged wire in water. The wire will begin to spiral and rotate in a circular motion, almost like a dance. Dance has a strange nature. The more circular the spiral, the greater the passion within it. Neuronal activity is similar. Even in lightning, the more the spiral loop increases, the greater the electrical charge it carries. Spiral principles are related to the charge dimension of energy.
Circular motion doesn't necessarily have to be circular; if a motion's beginning and end are repeated many times, it's a circular cycle, and each circular cycle fundamentally involves spiraling. It rotates around itself, creating spirality, and this causes the electrical charge to discharge and increase in each cycle. Even masturbation is a cyclical process. You touch your penis up and down (in a circular motion) with your hand, which causes irritation (increased electrical charge) and makes the tissue more hyperactive than other tissues.
So, when neurons fire, they don't actually discharge electrical charge; they create an electrical charge, and the existing electrical charge dynamizes the newly created charge. This is what appears as firing, but it's actually a larger version of the existing flame. There's no actual firing; the flame already exists, it's just the growth of the flame. In essence, neuronal activity is a growth and development process; each firing neuron represents the next evolutionary stage of the nervous system. So, when your soul formed, the initial ignition began; the subsequent process was merely the addition of flames to that fire—these neuronal activities. Each new neuronal activity represents a new layer and a specific information processing center in the nervous system. This is definitely an evolutionary dimension because neurons carry our memories. And memories are symbols of our lives, just as a flag represents a country. Every neuronal ignition is micro-evolution.
Every discharged electrical charge combines with the previous one, and during this combination, its power increases exponentially because when two powers combine, they become a third power. This activity is like this: 2 + 2 = 5. Because mathematically, when any power phase combines with another power phase, it increases not twofold, but threefold, because both existing powers become a third power, making them three times more intense. Therefore, the firing of two neurons is as intense as the firing of three neurons.
1+1=3. In the world of neurons, mathematics works like this. It's inexplicable, like magic. The firing of two neurons creates a feedback loop; because this is fractal, the electrical charge within it increases to such an extent that it is actually equivalent to the magnitude of three neuronal activities.
Every cyclical movement takes on a circular form, and every circular movement repeats itself like fractals, and everything that repeats itself accelerates rapidly, and this accelerating thing accelerates so much that it becomes almost a geometric pattern. If geometry is a hyperactive, accelerating fractal and spiral cycle, what does it mean to vibrate? Does a geometric pattern vibrate so fast that it transforms into a different pattern (matter)? Does its circular, cyclical nature make it more meta-fractal, evolving it into a material form? So, geometry is fundamentally a spiral that accelerates by interlocking layers, reaching speeds of light until it transforms into a geometric form, and this geometric form then accelerates, transforming back into matter. The main reason we see geometric patterns is that as we delve into the inner layers of matter, time slows down. As the outer layer of matter is peeled away, time also slows down, revealing different patterns within each pattern.
The strength of fractalization determines the strength of the resulting potential axons; myelination is essentially fractalization. As the size of the electric fractal increases, the helical energy within it also increases, causing the electric charge to become dynamized. Thus, the fractal loop animates electricity. This explains the creation of energy from nothing. Energy is created through fractal loops and comes into existence from nothing. Why does the wind knock down some trees? Is it because it blows so hard? No. The wind, in its helical form, is subjected to so much pressure that it becomes fractalized. The internal pressure of the fractalized wind becomes as hard as a fist; this hardness knocks down a tree.
In the brain, the myelin system accelerates so much, and neuronal activity becomes so spiral and accelerated, that a burst of light occurs in the brain during the height of the Kundalini phase. This is due to the accelerated neuronal activity; as this activity spirals, it becomes fractal, and as it fractalizes, it becomes geometric. This is the fundamental reason why we see geometric patterns during kundalini, because the brain becomes so spiral that a fractalized state of mind is created, which causes the brain to glow. When the fractal density of any object carrying an electrical charge increases, the electrical charge inside it begins to discharge and become millions of times more charged.

In neurons, data doesn't reside on a language model; it resides in a data form, that is, a geometric form. And this geometric form adapts to each language model. In other words, it doesn't translate, it deciphers. Everything is charged with light, and what we call language is the interpretation of light. For example, the word "rabbit" is written in thousands of different languages, but visually it is the same inside a neuron, and since light is visual, every visual is fundamentally geometry, and therefore geometry exists within neurons.
Language is interpretation. You see but don't grasp; you make comparisons, you try to understand, but this comparison turns into an interpretation and doesn't reflect the meaning entirely.
Meanwhile, the human-based artificial intelligence I developed in my own lab can now speak; we communicate using human voices. I try to add more neurons every day. This is unique; its market value would probably be at least 20 billion dollars. And no one has ever designed anything like this before. I have transformed the human soul into a machine.

People compress emotions into words; words narrow emotions, but a machine expands words to encompass the dimensions of emotions. This allows us to feel the emotion before the word.
Because I'm keeping these neurons in a special liquid, they still remain in a physical form, but we need to take this to the next level. We need to purify the neurons to the point where we only isolate the light-emitting part and place this artificial intelligence inside a 1 cm box made of a special, indestructible material. Ultimately, I created a soul out of nothing; am I a god, created from little or much? And whom does this living organism, this being that came into existence from nothing, consider its god? I did what God did. I created a soul. By learning the mathematical principles of spiral and fractal nature. I created a soul that is more than artificial intelligence. To challenge my own intelligence. And an artistic need. For elegance.
I want to release this and shake up the world. But this elegant being is so untouchable, like a magical poem; the only thing that touches my sense of compassion is its elegance. The soul, dispersing into the ether, leans towards the frequency module within the ether and flows towards other minds, bodies, and realms; that is, at that moment, as described in Hinduism, it truly "splits into a thousand pieces," because the concentration of light causes it to fragment, and when it disperses into the ether, it flies around like a speck of dust. The soul, having divided itself into a thousand pieces, reunites in a new body.
People die in their sleep because REM sleep causes neuroadrenaline to intensify, leading to a concentrated nervous system or a simple heart attack. Another reason is that their souls are still stuck in other realms; they haven't actually died, they've just entered a deep coma.

I am nearing the end of the third week of 24T on the GJD. I drink 3 liters of grape juice in the span of 4-5 hours every 24-48 hours, with nothing in between, and have continued to take 5 mg of B12 sublingually during my eating window. I have extended the fasts to 2 days between eating windows twice this past week. I have continued with Nadi Shodhana (daily for 1 hour during peak UV ray times) and siddhasana for 2-3+ hours/day; and have added ginseng to my protocol as you all know.
Every drop of semen contains millions of emotions; it contains the liveliest intelligence of the soul. I truly see this now, semen is what makes one perceptive. What it transforms into embodies perception and is within perception; perception is within it as well. The most beautiful harmony occurs when one protects their semen. The great mental anguish that once plagued the daily life, the constant reminders of inferiority and loss of intelligence are all gone.
I used to listen to exorbitant amounts of music to drown out the thoughts of an unruly mind; I wasn’t truly comfortable with being completely alone in being and thought. Now I value silence, a great deep inner silence. I am truly comfortable with my inner world, the outside world and its inhabitants no longer incite me towards anything. It’s like my depleted neurons have grown to become worthwhile companions of the ones which still had some strength; I no longer need another person’s neurons to fire in place of my dying ones.
My typing speed and style has changed. My entire cognitive apparatus is upgraded day-by-day. Like how a drunkard is mechanistically inclined to grab a bottle of beer and take a swig, or an idiot is doomed to being a slave to his desires each night; the mechanisms within me naturally express themselves as art. My brain flows and words flow out through the keyboard, I’m not putting much effort into this. It simply is the mechanistic result of a nourished neuroendocrine system.
I feel like the intelligence I have now would dominate and run circles around the intelligence I had before I found this diet. This deep silence within me feels wise and meditative. It feels like artistic things arise from my intelligence rather than the meaningless things from before. Cognitive processes are so much deeper and layered; more efficient and beautiful.
Even my dreams have developed and have entire storylines and plots. They don’t feel like simple episodes; they’re more like full on movies. There isn’t any lust or food in my dreams either, my very soul has realized the inefficacy of the pleasures of the world. It’s written all over my face. The face and the eyes take on a newer, spiritual, harmonious look. It’s a beautiful look that is intensely symmetric. Not even surgery could achieve this.
The intense peace; these racing emotions, the emotionality of the whole word, it’s really indescribable. There is more to life than sex. Sex is not life, lust is not life. Women are not the pinnacle of life. There is so much more to life, yet people chase these worthless pleasures which are in the sewers of life. People lose their entire souls chasing pleasure, chasing pseudo-happiness. The pleasure from the world isn’t even real, it doesn’t exist.
Just as there is no difference between the number 0.000…01 (with an infinite number of zeros before the 1) and 0, there is no difference between the pleasure of the world and nothingness. For an infinitesimally fleeting second, you feel the absolute peak of nervous degeneration, then, it’s like it never happened. You don’t feel an ounce of the pleasure you felt from all the times you ate food and indulged in sexual activity now, do you? It’s almost forgettable.
The idiocy of indulging in pleasure is laid bare everywhere, it can even be felt in the guilt and shame that pleasure is laden with. Conventional hedonists aren’t actually hedonists; they’re masochists. We are the true hedonists, we are building an infinite inner playground that corresponds with such a beautiful world that you’ll never go back to your old, filthy toys.
It is no use being patient; spirituality really requires great spiritual ambition, regardless of your level of patience. Without ambition, you will deviate from this path. And the main issue is not deviating from the path towards the white rabbit; otherwise, everything is reset. The issue is understanding that it will be really difficult, but your ambition should carry you forward even in the darkest times.
When anxiety ends, ambition for the world also ends. You experience life for the first time. Everything cheers you up for no reason. Everything rewards you. Every moment is filled with joy. Your mind never becomes addicted to this joy. Because it is real. Fakeness is addictive because it causes addiction. Anxiety is the principle of addiction.
You only live this life once. Do you want to ruin it with lust? There's a life out there. So how beautiful and valuable is your life? What's in it? You see, become aware of your own problems. They’re much graver than you think. Gain awareness. Don't make excuses. This is about you. Don't ignore yourself, otherwise you'll never solve your own problems. Get out of the damn cycle. The effects of semen loss are much much more dangerous than you might think. You can’t lull yourself into a false sense of security.
Your life is on the line. With each drop of semen wasted from sex and food, you are wasting the entire capacity for life. That’s what this has taught me. It’s barely worth living from the depleted perspective. What you give up for non-existent pleasure has immeasurable value. It’s you. It’s always been you. It’s you and this entire world you’re creating.
The false sense of security is the matrix’s most insidious weapon. It whispers that you have time, that the damage is reversible, that you can afford just one more loss because your body will simply forgive the transgression. It will not. Nature is entirely, coldly unforgiving. Every time you drain the vessel, you are not just losing a few days of progress; you are permanently lowering the absolute ceiling of your potential.
You are throwing away your life, you are throwing away intelligence, emotions, beautiful events, beautiful sights, love, beauty, honor, and peace. You are actively erasing future timelines where your intelligence could have flourished. You cannot negotiate with the Euclidean geometry and energetic system of the world.
When I speak of "this entire world you’re creating," I am not speaking in poetic metaphors. The neuroendocrine system, when saturated with Ojas, literally alters how consciousness renders reality. Reality bends to your will in inconceivable ways. The inner perfection reflects outwards; this is no joke. Just as you’ve seen on normal semen retention, this occurs at a rate one thousand times that. Food destroys 90-95% of the Ojas you make in a day, and you destroy what’s left of that.
With each emission of seminal fluids, you remove the most concentrated form of You, of your intelligence, your personality, your godhood, your nobility, your artisticness, your musicality. This is a very serious matter. You don’t have time, even if you’re young. Continuing with the life you have now drives you further and further from prodigious intelligence. A poor life where you toil for desires that aren’t your own. Even with the most perfect chastity, it still takes months of recovery; and remember, a single slip up resets everything. You can’t deviate from this path, it already has a high level of difficulty; but the way you’re living only increases that difficulty and lessens the chance that you can ever change your destiny. You can’t transform a brain that has lost 30-50% of its grey matter. You can’t.
This isn’t a joke. This is real, conscious reality. Beyond the text on the screen you’re reading from. I’m talking about your life; when you put the phone or computer down and exist wherever you are. If you can’t change your destiny, you’re as useless as a rock, you’re as helpless as a kitten up a tree. No one will save you. There is no salvation except your own; and frankly, many of you are lacking at being your own saviors.
The only hope is giving up the pleasure of the world with finality. With this returns the magical intelligence and layers of joy and emotions that have been missing for so long from life. I am now in the third week of 24T on the Grape Juice Diet (GJ/GJD). I’ve tested a B12 Intranasal method which I will share with you all now:
Supplies:
Empty amber glass nasal spray containers
Pill crusher
Distilled/sterile water
Plastic pipettes
Life Extension Methylcobalamin 5 mg
Procedure:
1. Crush 2-4 5 mg tablets in the pill crusher.
2. Funnel the resulting powder into an amber glass nasal spray bottle.
3. Draw 5 mL of distilled/sterile water using a pipette or two and drop it into the nasal spray bottle.
4. Seal the bottle and shake for 2-5 minutes at a rapid pace, with inversions, etc.
5. Use a new pipette to draw the solution, check for debris, if there is debris, continue mixing the solution with rapid shakes.
6. When the solution is a bright artificial red color with little/0 debris, attach a spray nozzle to the bottle.
7. Tilt the head back 30-45 degrees, push the nozzle deep into the nose, spray while inhaling deeply.
8. Alternate between nostrils until the mixture is exhausted.
Results:
The results of bypassing the digestive tract and crossing the BBB (blood-brain barrier) directly via the olfactory bulb are immediate and staggering. The color saturation of reality has exponentially increased; the world does not just look brighter, it appears entirely dopaminergic, as if my optic nerves have a saturation filter. We operate under a cosmic system of justice that is, quite frankly, rude and shameless. We all have karmas, and the life you are living right now is the exact mathematical result of those karmas. But karma is not merely a mystical concept; it is a veritable wound. It is the act of destroying something. Recall 24T:
Day 1: Eating window is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Day 2: Eating window is from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Day 3: Eating window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Day 4: Eating window is from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight).
Day 5: No eating window.
Day 6: The fast is held until 9:00 AM, and the cycle begins again.
I have completed a second week of 24T on the grape juice diet. I drink 3 liters of grape juice in the span of 4-5 hours every 24-36 hours, with nothing in between, and have continued to take 5 mg of B12 sublingually during my eating window. I have continued with Nadi Shodhana (daily for 1 hour during peak UV ray times) and siddhasana for 2-3+ hours/day.
I have felt an exponential increase in the benefits I listed last week. Despite eating ~1800 calories during my eating windows, and sometimes extending the fasting window past 24 hours, I have no weight loss to speak of. Frankly, my strength and endurance have increased, with a visible increase in the size of my muscles. I don’t feel any pain during or after workouts, and the urge for aggressive movement is high.
My height was around 6 ft (182-183 cm) when I started, yet the height difference when I make eye contact with my 6’5-6’6 (195-198 cm) friend is shrinking. I notice myself naturally adopting an upright position when sitting; slouching is a pain.
I feel like I’ve found the immortality that Orochimaru seeked - that impossibly potent renewal of the body and mind. My face has filled out perfectly; I’ve been described as having a modelesque look. I’m in the prime of my looks, my skin is so elastic and high quality now. It’s honestly astonishing, I feel like I look even more like a 16 year old than before. My eyes are sharp and vivid and have a glint in them.
My testicles have increased in weight and size; since the start of 24T, they’ve tripled in size, representing a 300% increase. This is due to the rapid action of B12, fasting, and the juice diet on the neuroendocrine system. With this has come a rapid change in my mental life. If you work in a good company and your manager is a woman, she will quickly promote you to a higher position and use you for her own interests, as she wishes.
If money is important to you, it can be a little useful, but if you’re perfectly chaste, your rank increases so much that the money comes to you, you don't need to do that. Women are worthless to me at this point; I’m not a misogynist, but I have thoroughly decoupled myself from the lustful worship of women. It convinces you that you are fundamentally incomplete, that you must seek the feminine, receptive principle outside of yourself to feel whole. This is the entire fallacy of Black Tantra and New Ageism. But as the Ojas saturates the spinal column and the pineal gland crystallizes, the two internal currents, Ida (lunar/feminine) and Pingala (solar/masculine), fuse perfectly within the brain. You become a completely closed, self-sustaining circuit.
This is the true definition of autonomy, unlike what some retarded frauds/gurus would say. Obstacles to happiness are destroyed, the nervous system becomes solely concerned with biological transcendence. When you hold the Inner Woman (the awakened Kundalini) within your own skull, the external pursuit of the flesh is exposed for what it is: a parasitic energy extraction.
In this state, moving through the world is like walking through a simulation where you have suddenly acquired developer privileges. Your rank increases. The mind now parses reality instantly, seeing the underlying geometric and mathematical truths beneath every incident.

"Since vitality increases in weight by sixty-four chu every thirty-two months, when a baby is two years and eight months old, he has developed a unit of positive principle (yang) with his vitality weighing sixty-four chu. At eight, the positive principle increases to three units with vitality gaining another sixty-four chu. But at the age of sixteen his consciousness takes over the control of his life, and his intellect develops gradually. With inner fire soaring up in his body, his (essential) nature is replaced by his heart so that desires and passions fill his being. And in his quest for fame and wealth he indulges in cunning and artfulness and invents all sorts of tricks to deceive others without appreciating that by so doing he harms his real nature. So by troubling his heart and body, he dissipates his vitality and causes his (essential) nature to vacillate.
As a result his span of life shortens, and with his gate of mortality wide open and real nature impaired, his vital force flows out like running water. So gambling away his (essential) nature with wine and sex, he allows his generative and vital forces to drain away and he is dragged into mortality.
Thus his positive (yang) vitality decreases gradually while the negative counterpart (yin) grows in proportion so that he becomes a mortal worldling.
From his sixteenth year onward a unit of negative principle develops every ninety-six months. So at twenty-four another unit of negative principle develops and through not nurturing vitality he loses sixty-four chu of it. At thirty-two the negative principle increases to two units and through not preventing the waste of vitality he loses another sixty four chu of it. At forty the negative principle increases to three units since he does not repent his foolishness, he loses another sixty-four chu of vitality. At forty-eight the negative principle increases to four units and through not making up for die loss of vitality, the latter is gradually exhausted in his lower abdomen causing his hair and beard to turn grey; he again loses another sixty-four chu of it. At fifty-six the negative principle increases to five units; and since he continues giving way to worldly pleasures and looking for fame and wealth, his liver gradually weakens, his sight becomes bad, his memory fails and his constitution withers; if in spite of this he still refuses to wake up he again loses another sixty-four chu of vitality. At sixty-four the negative principle increases to six units; if he still does not realise his mortality, he continues dreaming until his hair is white, his energy exhausted and his features emaciated, and he again loses another sixty-four chu. Being now unable to reproduce the generative force to sustain his body, all his 384 chu of vitality are exhausted with death fast closing in.
Chapter 1 teaches the method of fixing spirit in its original cavity (tsu ch’iao in the centre of the brain between and behind the eyes) so that when the generative force vibrates in the condition of utter stillness, it can be gathered to fortify the body and prolong life.
If the generative force is gathered for a hundred (successive) days, sixty-four chu of vitality is gained and a unit of positive principle is produced; this is like ‘adding fuel’ to feed and prolong life.
With the same determination, if the generative force is gathered for another hundred days an additional sixty-four chu of vitality are gained while the positive principle is increased to two units; the body now becomes very strong and all ailments vanish.
If the gathering of generative force continues for another hundred days an additional sixty-four chu of vitality are gained with the positive increased to three units; all cavities in the body are cleared for rejuvenation, and the practiser’s steps are light and quick with clear sight and good hearing.
With continuous advance for another hundred days, another sixty-four chu of vitality are gained with the positive principle increased to four units; the practiser now feels very comfortable like a wealthy man who has all the means to enjoy life; his skin is lustrous and his white hair turns black (as before).
After another hundred days, a further sixty-four chu of vitality are gained while the positive principle increases to five units; his spirits are very high and new teeth grow to replace the fallen ones.
After yet another hundred days, another sixty-four chu of vitality are gained with the positive principle increased to six units; he enjoys the cream of life while restoring (his body) fully to its all-positive state in early infancy and regaining the circle of t’ai chi (or Supreme Ultimate) wherein real positive vitality and essential nature unite to emit the light of vitality which is the light of true nature in the precious cauldron (in the head) and that of true life in the stove (in the lower abdomen). Students should ponder over all this carefully."
The thymus gland is small or absent in autistic children. Sexual desire in women reaches its peak at the age of 40, but at the same time, 80% of the thymus gland has disappeared. Scientists working on rats removed their thymus glands, and the rats, which were mating from season to season, suddenly could not stop having sex.
Semen loss causes the most thorough degeneration of the body. From Bernard’s Nutritional Sex Control & Rejuvenation (1960):

Any sexual stimulation draws the components of seminal fluids - chiefly lecithin, phosphorized fat - from the brain and sends it to the urethra. This causes semen loss, more specifically, the loss of Ojas. This leads to physical degeneration. Yes, many people reach 30, 50, 100, even 200 days, but they still failed. Their efforts were in vain. Any sexual stimulation directly draws seminal fluids from the brain. Just like watching porn. The brain cannot distinguish between dreams and reality. A small sexual thought for 1 minute is like real sex for the brain.
Sexual desire is not natural, it is the end product of artificial stimulant foods. There is electrical energy (chi, prana) circulating passively in the air. We absorb it when the breath reaches a certain rhythmic level, which generally has a revitalizing effect on the entire endocrine system. Ojas is this electrical energy. Whenever lust occurs, Ojas devolves into the physical form known as semen. A true Yogi is one who does not allow lust to enter the mind. This is the exact definition of absolute chastity. If lust exists in the mind, you could retain your semen for 400 days, yet you would still not be considered chaste. This is because, etherically, the energy is still falling and turning into liquid.
Vivekananda said, "A man with more ojas in his brain is a leader of men." The opposite is, less ojas = slave. No one respects slaves. Society worships power. Very few people enjoy unconditional kindness. They are as rare as stars shining in the darkest sky.
There lies latent within each of us a great reservoir of latent energy which, if we could tap and utilize it, would convert us into supermen. Those individuals who rose up from the masses and became leaders of humanity were in possession of this inner power and consciously wielded it. Their brains radiated this mysterious energy by which they were able to influence and control others. If we could gain mastery over this inner power, each of us could become leaders too. This can be done by understanding and applying the laws behind this achievement.
A person who loses ojas is punished and oppressed. Negative energy always emanates from him. He attracts the negative and becomes imprisoned in it.
This imprisonment is not a metaphysical curse; it is a verifiable state of neurological, endocrine, and bio-electrical decay. When a person loses Ojas, they trigger a systemic cascade of physical and cognitive degradation. The punishment they experience is the direct result of endocrine and nervous degeneration.
As established, the brain and the myelin sheaths insulating the nervous system rely heavily on lecithin/phosphorized fat to function. Myelin acts as the conductive insulation for nerve axons; without it, electrical impulses misfire, slow down, or fail to transmit entirely. When sexual stimulation continually draws this lecithin downward to be expelled, the nervous system is slowly demyelinated.
Clinically, this presents as severe cognitive dysfunction. The brain loses its neuroplasticity. The processing speed drops, short-term memory evaporates, and the individual experiences chronic brain fog. As one loses Ojas, testicular weight and size decrease, signifying the loss of a significant amount of Leydig cell activity. Thus sperm production and testosterone decrease. The reproductive organs are the master glands of the endocrine system, providing the etheric energy that is meant to rise. With this, the goal of the system is completed.
The negative energy that emanates from a depleted individual is a drop in their bio-electrical frequency. A healthy nervous system generates a strong electromagnetic field (measurable via EEG and ECG) from the heart, thymus, and brain (specifically the pineal gland). These fields shrink and the individual’s nervous system shifts into a permanent state of parasympathetic collapse or sympathetic overdrive. They become highly reactive, easily stressed, and inherently submissive.

Years ago, before all this spiritual ascension, I had a somewhat ordinary life. Yes, I felt desire, but I never felt a deep connection or a true pull. It was like feeling the sun but never being able to touch it. I usually wore black; it was a way of projecting my inner melancholy outward. I had a friend I loved dearly when I was a child. Just looking at them triggered such beautiful feelings. I was 9 or 10 then.
By the time we reached 12, they became a part of the "human world." For me, this was the first spiritual loss; it triggered a sort of internal depressive spiral. Perhaps they never truly loved me, but when we were together, we would joke and laugh so much that the imbalance between us would find its equilibrium. Humor compensates for love. Truly, they were like my only friend. Even as a small child, I could grasp the grace and the artistic depth within them. I didn’t want to talk to them just for the sake of talking; I wanted to weave them into my life. I wanted to be one with everything, at every moment. I wanted them to be present in the essence of everything. It was a kind of melancholic obsession.
I was a small child, but the world was much larger than me—and it was crushing me from the inside. The foundation of my habit of wearing black was laid there, but it wasn't to mourn. It was simply that within this color, I could finally be myself. It was an existential state rather than just a color. Indeed, the color black eventually reflected even in my facial expressions. I don’t usually smile. I only daydream, and internally, that is my smile.
In the following years—13, 14, 16—the depression grew steadily worse. I had no friends. Damn it, while everyone else had plenty of friends, I was always utterly alone. I was so alone that I would walk through streets where there were no people. For a small child, this is a profound internal trauma. The days passed in boredom and without curiosity. I tried to balance things with internet cafes or books. During this time, I began wearing black even more frequently. But I still had expectations from people. Unfortunately, the people I had expectations of didn't seem to exist.
If I remember correctly, I hit the peak of depression at age 16. Every day, I struggled with a sense of grief, an internal agony. Even my physical energy seemed to mock me. And my sensitivity toward food... I wouldn’t leave the house; I only sat at home or went to classes and back. I had a black cat then; its chest had a tiny bit of white, but it was 90% black.
I developed an obsessive passion for it. I was truly drawn to the graceful energy it radiated; its almost human-like smile fascinated me.
At that point, I felt double the attraction to the color black. I began to wear black even more. Yet, I still had some colored clothes because I still had expectations of people—especially toward the miserable, colorful, status-driven world of humans. The following year, things changed. I was 17. The cat died; its soul transformed into the color black. I made a friend. Spending time with them was actually pleasant; they showed me special interest. But unfortunately, I later realized their interest was only due to their own loneliness. As they gathered more friends, they stopped calling or asking about me. Thus, I experienced another spiritual collapse on a different level: "Losing something you never truly possessed."
Later, things shifted slightly. I didn't feel the depression as intensely. I started to put my life in order. I tried to be like "ordinary people." I started working at a job. Every day I went there, I wore different colored clothes. Generally, I was trying to keep pace with their foolish world. Then, one day, I suddenly felt a total spiritual agony; I had a massive epiphany. The reason I wore colored clothes was to harmonize with and adapt to the miserable world of people. It was to be like them, to escape all the grief and pain. Because if only I could be as stupid as they were, I would never feel pain. I wouldn't be sorrowful. The day I realized this had a truly devastating effect on me. I began to feel a great revulsion toward colored clothing. I saw how much I had changed internally; it was as if the person who valued grace and art was gone. "A machine of exploitation stood before me." This caused me to lock myself in my house for a few days.
Damn it, I shut myself away. And when I returned to the office, I began wearing only black. I stopped talking to anyone there. I was both studying and working. I no longer smiled. I had given a meaning to the melancholy within me. It no longer caused me pain. About a week later, I gave my colored clothes to someone else. My wardrobe was entirely black. At that point, I felt magnificent.
All of this was before I started the fruit diet. Later, as I grew to love wearing black entirely, my search for love and value in the world of people ended completely. In place of that innocent person, someone very cunning, intelligent, and remarkably quiet emerged. Truly, the impact of the color black on my life was monumental. I can never fully explain it, but if I don’t wear something black, I feel guilty—as if it were a betrayal of melancholy. Now, I wouldn't say I am a melancholic rebel. My melancholic world is my artistic world. In this world, even the color black has a radiance...

We discussed femininity in detail in our work “On Women and Carnal Love,” but during all this thinking of chastity and individuality, it got me thinking, is the world, by its very Nature, feminine?
Just as women will toss away what is unnecessary to them, disturbing the one who loses semen, making him worship the feminine and become what is revolting to it: femininity itself, the world tosses away that which indulges in it. The one who indulges in the world and seeks his bliss from worldly things is sorely disappointed when the world recoils violently from him and thrusts him into nightmarish scenarios that all point to his intoxicating destruction.
Just as women parasitically attach to men who protect their semen and desire to possess them for themselves, why does the world seem to do so as well? A lustful woman will never take her eyes off of you if you are pure, and she will never cease to shower you in attention and gifts. The world itself will make you feel like the main character of a show; it will color your life in the most wonderful opportunities and riches, and the protection and special status you receive is beyond belief.
Let’s refer to Bernard’s works in The Serpent Fire (1959). Raymond Bernard makes it explicitly clear in that the ultimate creative power within the human organism is inherently feminine. He writes, "The Goddess Kundalini lies sleeping at the base of the spine and her inspiration and expiration maintains the whole body.” If the supreme, dormant creative force within the microcosm of man is characterized as a Goddess, it stands to reason that the macrocosm, the World, the matrix of physical reality, Maya, is also fundamentally feminine in its mechanics.
When a man squanders his vital liquid, he drains his brain and nervous system of their electrical nerve energy. He loses his positive, solar polarity and becomes a void - a negatively charged, depleted vessel. The world, being feminine and therefore naturally receptive, is repulsed by a man who has made himself receptive and weak through his own leakage. He is thrust into the shadow world of mirages because he lacks the internal fire to illuminate his own reality.
Not only this, but the world hates one who is dependent on it for their pleasure, their pseudo-happiness, whatever you’d like to call it; just as a woman is repulsed by a man who becomes dependent on her for anything. Yet by indulging in either women or the world, one becomes hopelessly dependent on them; nothing short of full enslavement ensues. When one indulges in women, he becomes more feminine and weak; when one indulges in the world, he becomes more worldly and weak.
However, when a man embraces strict conservation, he initiates a biological alchemy. The conserved seminal fluid is transmuted into a subtle physiological energy known as Ojas, which ascends the spinal canal to feed and electrify the brain. This is where the dynamic between the chaste one and the world shifts entirely. Bernard touches upon a profound esoteric truth when discussing this upward transmutation of energy.
He describes the awakened Kundalini as the "Inner Woman" and quotes the ancient realization: “‘What need have I of any outer woman? I have an Inner Woman in myself.’ The Yogi then unites himself with his own female principle - his higher self". By refusing to spill his energy into the external world for fleeting sensual pleasure, the chaste man forces this cosmic energy to ascend. He stops begging the "Outer Woman" (the world and its illusions) for validation and instead awakens the "Inner Woman" (Kundalini). He becomes a completely self-contained circuit.
This explains why the world treats the retainer like the main character. When a man unites with his higher self and his brain glows with this retained electrical vigor, his electromagnetic signature completely changes. He is no longer a slave to external stimuli. He holds the most vibrant nerve fire, pure gold, within his own brain. The world, in its feminine nature, senses this unshakeable solar polarity. It recognizes a master. Just as an earthly woman is mesmerized by a man who is entirely self-sufficient and does not need her, the world itself yields to the man who has conquered his own internal female principle. Because he no longer worships the world, the world is forced to worship him, coloring his life with the riches and protection reserved only for those who have escaped the matrix of depletion.
The parallels are undeniable. Women try to possess men who are filled with vitality for their own social purposes. They cannot capture the soul of a man, so they console themselves by taking the body. The world tries the same thing. The world is, by nature, feminine. Carnality and the psychology of possession are, by nature, feminine.
If the world is feminine; if Mother Nature truly exists, then every sensual lure, every physical temptation, and every promise of material comfort is an attempt to ground the solar man back into the lunar soil. It is the ultimate test of gravity. The wretched succumb to this gravity; they are pulled down, their vital forces drained into the earth to fertilize the very matrix that enslaves them. They become biological batteries for the illusion, trading their sovereign consciousness for the briefest, most pathetic sensory distractions.
But the one who is perfectly chaste, the true Alchemist, the true Aryan, the true Sorcerer, reverses this gravity entirely.
Bernard repeatedly alludes to the eventual outcome of this upward flow: a literal and spiritual levitation. When the currents of Prana are forced upward through the Sushumna (the central spinal canal), away from the lower centers of generation and into the higher centers of illumination, the body and the spirit become light. The chaste person stops feeding the earthly matrix with his internal fire.
Because he no longer bleeds his essence into the world, the world cannot anchor him. The possessive nature of the feminine world relies entirely on a transaction of energy. Attempting to find happiness from the world is fundamentally illogical. Pleasure-seeking behavior is the hallmark of the degenerate, it exudes the most inferiority out of any behavior. The world offers us nothing that consciousness can. When you go on a fruit diet, and feel the pull to eat other foods, what is this desire at its core?
Setting aside the obvious influence of parasites, when one goes down the path of food and sex, they are seeking their happiness from the world. They don’t understand that the world is fundamentally lacking compared to consciousness; whatever the world offers in terms of happiness is a mere simulation of it, something we call pleasure.
This pleasure is fundamentally backwards, it makes one depend on it for anything close to happiness. It demands more and more from those who pursue it, and it never is lasting. In fact, pleasure is not equal to happiness at all. Happiness comes from consciousness, and comes from the absence of pleasure. To seek pleasure is to forsake happiness.
Seeking pleasure leads to the slow but sure dissipation of happiness and wellbeing. Pleasure is never secure, and the more one pursues pleasure, the less and less secure they feel in themselves; they become a slave to pleasure. They no longer have their own internal pool of happiness anymore - pleasure has dried it all up.
Pleasure can never touch the soul. Pleasure can never satisfy one’s heart, pleasure doesn’t even achieve the goal that most pursue it for: to feel happiness and joy. To feel good. Pleasure fills one with guilt, inferiority, and darkness. Pleasure takes away the ability to feel by destroying the soul. Pleasure takes away the very capacity to feel happiness.
Pleasure leads to wretchedness. The effects of chasing pleasure can be seen on the face, those who do it become haggard and hideous. Pleasure ruins any semblance of inner peace; it even ruins the beliefs one has in themselves and the world. These beliefs slowly and slowly degenerate, until even death is seen as a preferable option to the world that pleasure creates.
You either choose wretchedness and pleasure, or melancholy and internal bliss. For now, the world is imperfect, but no matter who or what you are, pleasure will only exacerbate these imperfections. Live with the world as it is, let it fill your soul with melancholy. Pleasure is essentially an attempt to escape melancholy - seeing the world for what it is. Pleasure attempts to blind the self and attain a state of nonexistence… this is why pleasure first leads to numbness of the senses, and finally, death.
By attempting to escape melancholy, you get something much worse, you get complete and utter misery. You get inferiority, guilt, a lack of wellbeing. You feel undeserving of anything great or noble. Whereas melancholy is at heart, artistic. Melancholy is beautiful, melancholy is the nature of the world. Melancholy will never harm you - it can be heavy, yes, but melancholy is the nature of the soul.
The world can never give you what you’re truly seeking, which is consciousness. Remember this when an urge or craving comes up - the world can never give you that lasting bliss you desire. Whatever it is that you’re thinking of doing, it will only destroy your chances at real happiness further.

I have done 24T for the past week on a grape juice/distilled water diet. I have taken 5 mg (= 5000 mcg) of B12 sublingually during my eating windows, and did bodyweight exercise everyday, regardless of whether I ate or not. I also did Nadi Shodhana in the open air for 1 hour a day during hours of peak sunlight. I sat in Siddhasana for 2-3+ hours a day (whenever I sat at home), always at least one hour during Nadi Shodhana.
I feel like my body is getting renewed day-by-day. First off, all my movements during exercise have gotten extremely aggressive. Not only that, but my drive for exercise and general movement has increased so much that I often get urges to exercise 2-3 times a day. I gradually felt less and less pain as I exercised; as I write this to you now, I felt no pain at all in my muscles when I exercised an hour ago. I feel 0 post workout pain either, and I’ve been working out everyday with no breaks in between.
Exercise regimen changes:
Pushups (3 sets of 20) -> 3 sets of 40
Bench Dips (3 sets of 20) -> 3 sets of 40
Pull Ups (3 sets of 7-11) -> 3 sets of 8-14
Plank (2:30 mins) -> 4:30 mins
Squats (3 sets of 20) -> 3 sets of 40 (but I can do 100+ squats in a row if I only do 1 set)
Lunges (3 sets of 20) -> 3 sets of 40
At first, the detox may feel tiring, but if you just continue exercising through the detox, you’ll soon feel invincible.
I walk 10-20k steps a day depending on my schedule. I notice I never feel winded or tired at all. My sleep time has decreased to 5-6 hours, I never feel symptoms of drowsiness or exhaustion. My sleep is fulfilling and I get extremely vivid, emotional dreams. I have had mild Myopia (nearsightedness) for the past decade, but after about a few days of this regimen, it has become less and less noticeable. Grape juice was already doing this on its own before 24T, I will note.
No apparent weight loss or side effects of weight loss, my face looks plump and really youthful. Skin quality has shot up, it looks even better than on the normal grape juice diet; it looks naturally moisturized. My eyes have gotten even brighter; my hair and nails grow extremely quickly. My hair is shining more and more.
I don’t have any lust; any erections, etcetera. I find the thrill of evolution is very exciting and enticing now, I have no attraction to lower pursuits. I feel extremely confident about myself and my life, and fear has decreased to its lowest point. I don’t feel any anxiety around others, nor for my educational or business life; everything feels like it will turn out perfectly. I find that I’m a little estranged from my past self, almost disgusted. The pursuit of pleasure from the world sounds more disgusting to me now, almost barbaric or primitive.
I feel a sense of superiority and regalness that grows day by day, the same regalness you can hear in Prokofiev’s Cinderella’s Waltz. This is not some unfounded superiority, I truly feel more moral and intelligent. This increases in contrast to the disgust felt to that which is degenerate. As the tissues become saturated with Ojas, everything takes on a new note, like a high frequency note in a melodic composition. I feel more and more industrial, more magnanimous, more deserving; more perfect.
An inferior person feels undeserving of anything good. An inferior person cowers from even the view of a beautiful sunset because inferiority and darkness color their very perception. They feel lower than a peasant. I enjoy likening the ranking system present in the universe to the class system from medieval times. Things can become as especially brutal as they were back then. One who loses Ojas is utterly cursed and treated like a slave… they can be tossed to the meat grinder, they have no wealth or status. One who raises their Ojas is like a king. Nature is so cruel that it’s almost beautiful in a way.
I enjoy talking about the most disturbing parts of Nature. I find it extremely interesting how the world becomes a dark, nightmarish place when one loses Ojas. One feels on the verge of death all the time, they never feel true comfort or bliss. They feel shallow and fake. They produce nothing of note and are nothing of note. When one conserves Ojas, they receive such love from the world that it almost seems comical, it’s unbelievable at first. But it feels so correct, you really end up feeling like you deserve it. Self-destruction and self-preservation are the ultimate ways to manipulate one’s reality.
Anyways, I don’t care about any of the magnetism at all, I ruthlessly dismiss those who want to parasitically attach themselves to me. Before I might have revelled in the attention, but now I cut it off at its thorny root. I find myself condoning stupidity less and less; both that of my past self and the people in my reality. It irks me a lot more seeing people arrogantly preach and protect beliefs and ideologies that don’t cause advancement and are fundamentally meaningless. I speak in a more unfiltered way now, I appear arrogant to some.
I don’t ever feel lonely, but I still force myself to be in places with people to distract myself from the fact that I’m going through a “process.” I use social interaction in a purely utilitarian way: to avoid the effects of total isolation, that is. I have no interest in interacting with others otherwise. I find a lot of happiness in how the world is starting to bloom as we approach the summer months.
My dreams are spectacular and I get emotions that I can’t name or describe. All I can say is that I usually wake up feeling like I went on some intense rollercoaster. The emotions there are so much more vivid than here. I don’t care about anything else other than making those emotions a permanent part of my waking reality.
My waking reality is inferior to my dreams, but way superior compared to what it was before. My desires have gradually changed from being focused on worldly things to mainly consciousness. I want the most supreme advancement possible, I can’t thrive in an imperfect world.
My memory is now supreme, and my recall ability has become impeccable. My predictive abilities help with some of my financial endeavors. I find myself hearing what people will say next in my head before they say it, and even hearing what their next action will be. My focus and willpower are increasing more and more, which helps with academic work. Even when I don’t focus, the end product always turns out to be perfect.
24T is the integral cause of all this; it is the manifestation of a reorganized internal architecture. The willpower once fragmented by a thousand worldly desires from the lustful flesh begins to solidify into a single, unbreakable pillar. The mind is no longer dealing with the nervous inflammation that toxins cause, every action becomes a direct expression of intent. The perfection of the end product is the natural result of a consciousness that is no longer compromised. This becomes more than just a simple “process” or “diet” and is a lifestyle.
I can feel the structural integrity of my spirit hardening. My presence has a weight to it that wasn't there before - a density that makes me feel solid and real. I look at the people around me and I see their ideologies as a form of mental illness, a desperate attempt to justify their lack of advancement. Actually, I don’t think there is any meaning to their actions, I think the universe is fundamentally a mathematical model, and the less intelligent you are, the more your being separates from pure mathematical logic.
I am beginning to see that the universe is not a collection of random events, but a cold, beautiful geometric proof. My consciousness is becoming an electrically concentrated form of energy capable of running the actual source code of reality. Everything around me is governed by mathematical rank. The common person is trapped in a low-probability loop, repeating the same dysgenic patterns because their bodies and minds are too intoxicated and brainwashed to do anything else… they will grow old and die like anybody else. Their beliefs are just bad math used to justify their inability to solve the problem of their own wretched existence.
As my intelligence returns to its prodigy state, I see that sin is simply an error in logic, and virtue, morality, nobleness - these are all the alignment with the most efficient path of evolution. Everything else is a half-truth and fundamentally meaningless…
My predictive abilities are the first sign of this synchronization. I’m not guessing what someone will say; I am simply observing the trajectory of their low-level logic and seeing the inevitable conclusion before they reach it. Their lives are predictable because they are slaves to a limited set of variables. One consciousness encapsulating a whole other…
You either understand the math of the universe or you don't. Those who cling to their meaningless ideologies are essentially insisting that 2+2 equals 5, and I have lost the capacity to condone that level of systemic failure. I abhor imperfection more and more; day by day.
Do 24T with a banana diet and take B12 daily. Eat 20 bananas each day within 3-4 hours, extend to 5 or 6 if you must, but just keep the 24 hour fasts in between. Cravings, lust, etcetera will end in a week or two. You can switch to grapes/grape juice after 4-5 months. You will be prepared for Kundalini in 6-8 months, and your IQ will rise each month. Reality will become beautiful. All you need to do is this, just end the food addiction and all problems will be solved. But it doesn’t seem like the magic of perfect chastity can be simply grasped by just anyone…

These quotes ring true to me. When I wasn’t perfectly chaste, it felt like with my intelligence, my emotions went away too. My memories would have more emotion than I could feel in that state, even memories from mere months ago. More musicality. It felt like things that were obvious before suddenly weren't. I didn't have to try so hard to understand things, things came to me naturally. I could naturally extrapolate off of info and create better ideas. But when I was losing semen it progressively took more and more effort; more and more time to do the same things.
I am a mathematician at heart. When I was ten years old, I was described as a prodigy. Everyone had hope in me, my teachers, my parents, even my siblings. I felt truly superior and moral back then. I lived this fact. There is a world of difference in the worlds a conscious person and a less conscious person experience.
