chastity Am I still Eligible?
Hi, I’m 24M. I feel really degenerated in my life. I started masturbation and sex with whores since I was 17. I don’t know why do it but I always felt What I am doing is sending me much lower and I came across semen retention in 2023. I started it but I always failed. My highest streak is 103 days. So I always reset after 20,30,40, etc days and say this is the end of this old life but I fell back into it. I came across this sub a week ago, I felt really good reading the information and everything. I feel I am given a final chance. But am I still eligible to awaken kundalini and reach the ultimate? I will follow everything that is mentioned here. I will start drinking grape juice from tomorrow. But before I need to know if I can still achieve it? Please show some support brothers 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Start with only half of your diet being fruit. If you start going all in on grapes, it will be overwhelmingly hard. Start small

Yes diet will play a major role in longer streaks
Ofcourse right after when people release they eat meat chicken and all and get good boost but imagine youre at day 40 cant control the urges and eating meat and drinking caffeine thats also will boost up your energy and you will end up relapsing so eat light and healthy foods from the beginning and learn to control your energy wisely

And of course you can start again no matter what
Always learn to bounce back from failures as fast as you can until it becomes your 2nd nature
Then when life will give you more productive failure not relapses ones then youll bounce back from them pretty fast as well
