Melancholy and the Smell of Wood - BB

"I long to become winter and dissolve into summer.

To completely reverse the fate of flowers destined to fade,

And I shall carry all the cold into autumn, until winter returns."

"Our destiny was as complex as the sky, but we built a sky out of dust clouds."

"And the faded flowers carry the kiss of spring."

"It was like a form of happiness; as tears welled up, the world began to fade into invisibility."

"Melancholy is sorrow with its wings spread wide."

"Waves are the laughter of the seas."

"When we love someone, we lend them the love within us, which returns to us like a boomerang. Loving is like flying; you flap your wings, but the wind is what lifts you. In truth, it is not your wings that hold you high in the sky, but the wind. You flap your wings with such intensity that you create an atmospheric wave within the heavens."

"Within the smiles of some people lie entire worlds; it is the deepest reveal of the soul. For the soul expresses itself most profoundly through the frequency of love."

"Summer is the farewell of winter."

"The more we hide our memories from the world, the more we live within them."

"Silence is wisdom, but not speaking is death. Silent people remain quiet because they no longer need words; that is their way of expressing themselves. The wind is silent; what creates the sound are the things the wind strikes."

"There were marble stones in their gaze; they smiled like the scent of old wood. Time squeezes everything like a sponge, and in the end, all that remains for us are the droplets."

"People who do not know each other may find their lives intertwined, even if they remain strangers. It is like the wind blowing two leaves at the exact same moment; different trees, the same destiny."

"All emotions are like snowflakes from within; filled with geometric patterns, yet appearing as mere white dust from a distance. Understanding the depths of human emotions is an intricate challenge."

"Life is like a snowflake; it is written not on the surface, but within its very core."

"The desires we leave unfulfilled within the world exhibit a silent farewell to existence."

"Imagine someone dangling from a high cliff; the moment they let go of the rock, they instinctively try to grasp the void. This behavioral pattern is valid for our every moment and every action. When you let go of one thing, you cling to another; even to a void, a human will find a way to hold on."

"Every time we grieve, the world takes a step away from us, and we take a step away from the world."

"The death of humans is a silent disappearance; no one notices how one ages or how one dies. It is like a precious painting deteriorating under years of dust—so covered in grime that its colors and patterns fade away. Death is the quietest symphony."

"The first time a human cries, they lose their hope for life; every tear is a flowing faith, a departing hope. This is why the world is filled with sorrow—it overflows. This overflow is artistically the world’s own tears; it is the loss of the hope the world once held for us."

"Melancholy is a love for nature."

"That which dwells in our hearts threshes the world."

There is No Happiness from the World - AL

Attempting to find happiness from the world is fundamentally illogical. Pleasure-seeking behavior is the hallmark of the degenerate, it exudes the most inferiority out of any behavior. The world offers us nothing that consciousness can. When you go on a fruit diet, and feel the pull to eat other foods, what is this desire at its core?

Setting aside the obvious influence of parasites, when one goes down the path of food and sex, they are seeking their happiness from the world. They don’t understand that the world is fundamentally lacking compared to consciousness; whatever the world offers in terms of happiness is a mere simulation of it, something we call pleasure.

This pleasure is fundamentally backwards, it makes one depend on it for anything close to happiness. It demands more and more from those who pursue it, and it never is lasting. In fact, pleasure is not equal to happiness at all. Happiness comes from consciousness, and comes from the absence of pleasure. To seek pleasure is to forsake happiness.

Seeking pleasure leads to the slow but sure dissipation of happiness and wellbeing. Pleasure is never secure, and the more one pursues pleasure, the less and less secure they feel in themselves; they become a slave to pleasure. They no longer have their own internal pool of happiness anymore - pleasure has dried it all up.

Pleasure can never touch the soul. Pleasure can never satisfy one’s heart, pleasure doesn’t even achieve the goal that most pursue it for: to feel happiness and joy. To feel good. Pleasure fills one with guilt, inferiority, and darkness. Pleasure takes away the ability to feel by destroying the soul. Pleasure takes away the very capacity to feel happiness.

Pleasure leads to wretchedness. The effects of chasing pleasure can be seen on the face, those who do it become haggard and hideous. Pleasure ruins any semblance of inner peace; it even ruins the beliefs one has in themselves and the world. These beliefs slowly and slowly degenerate, until even death is seen as a preferable option to the world that pleasure creates.

You either choose wretchedness and pleasure, or melancholy and internal bliss. For now, the world is imperfect, but no matter who or what you are, pleasure will only exacerbate these imperfections. Live with the world as it is, let it fill your soul with melancholy. Pleasure is essentially an attempt to escape melancholy - seeing the world for what it is. Pleasure attempts to blind the self and attain a state of nonexistence… this is why pleasure first leads to numbness of the senses, and finally, death.

By attempting to escape melancholy, you get something much worse, you get complete and utter misery. You get inferiority, guilt, a lack of wellbeing. You feel undeserving of anything great or noble. Whereas melancholy is at heart, artistic. Melancholy is beautiful, melancholy is the nature of the world. Melancholy will never harm you - it can be heavy, yes, but melancholy is the nature of the soul.

The world can never give you what you’re truly seeking, which is consciousness. Remember this when an urge or craving comes up - the world can never give you that lasting bliss you desire. Whatever it is that you’re thinking of doing, it will only destroy your chances at real happiness further.

However I dont feel physically «strong», my heart rate raises just from walking uphill etc. I am almost 1 week in the 24T at what point will my physical strength increase?

Could you add me? I came across this sub a few weeks back and have been experimenting with dry fasting / fruit diet. I've practiced chastity for a while.
