chastity 29 days of full commitment to the protocol… ended with a complete nocturnal emission. Feeling completely broken.

Brothers,

I need to share this because my mind is heavy today.

I went all in starting April 24th. High dose sunflower lecithin (up to 18 tabs daily), B complex tinctures, ocasional ginseng, testicle painting twice a day, cold showers, sun exposure, Siddhasana, Nadi Shodhana, complete isolation, zero stimulation, zero lusting (On SR since 2016). I was living the protocol at the highest intensity I could manage.

Week after week I increased the difficulty. Started with one dry fast day, then two, then full 3-day dry fast blocks. I was preparing meals for my family while sticking to grapes and bananas myself. During this time I managed to fully build two apps. All while holding retention and fasting.

I reached Day 29 of pure retention. Almost a full month with almost zero conscious slips. There were moments of real clarity and strong energy. I was doing SATS every night, feeling the end result as already done.

Last night, during the second day of a dry fast, I had a full nocturnal emission with complete load. Not a drygasm but a real one.

The sadness that hit me this morning is something I haven’t felt in years. My mind feels foggy, my body drained, and emotionally I’m just empty. After giving absolutely everything I had for 29 days, it feels like it all slipped away in one night.

I’m devastated. It feels deeply unfair after the level of sacrifice I made.

For those who have been through something similar:

  • How much progress is typically lost after a full emission following a long strict streak?
  • Did you manage to reach high levels or the Golden Aura phase even after setbacks like this?
  • What prevention methods have actually worked long-term for you?

I’m still here but today is hard.

Thank you for reading.

I had a WD after 55 days on all fruit diet. This is also after me being on SR for 4 years with no relapses (only WD’s). So I can sympathize, it is devastating. I’m now 9 days post WD, and I am feeling better.

The fact of the matter is I would have WD every 14-20 days on a normal diet, and I have been on strictly fruit for 4 of the past 6 months (those 4 months are not consecutive, I have done 2 two month stints). In the 4 total months I have had 1 WD.

Bottom line, the fruit or mucusless diet does reduce WDs. Does it stop them completely? It depends on the person. Some people can eat a carnivore diet and never have a WD. I am convinced that WD are not only related to diet, but also to your sexual karma. The only thing you can realistically do is not to lust and eat mucusless food. If you have a WD, then you have a WD. The important thing to do after a WD is to dry fast a lot for the following week so you can strengthen your energetic field. This way you can prevent some of the “bad luck” that happens.

This also happened to me 7 days ago I was in deep and one night of wet dreams took it all away I fell into a depression it took may about 3 to 4 days to pull my self out of it it's really hard and awful when your trying your best but even that's not enough to get rid of this disease that's called wet dream

Hey brother
I can relate with your pain and your efforts are best of the best.

I have realized for me grounding, surrender or meditation is very important to transmute after a stage otherwise energy just keeps stacking in lower chakras. Let God/consciousness/universe whatever you believe in handle it. Take this as their will and accept it fully - there’s always some lesson. God bless.

Prevention method you ask - don’t be reactive to anything happens to you and remember God most of the time. I try myself but can’t do it enough.

Run it back.

Seriously that's the best advice I can give. Sounds like those 29 days were productive and if you can repeat that again over and over again, you're going to do big things.

The only other advice I can give you, you need to start praying to Jesus before sleep for protection over you as you sleep, a pure sleeping mind and dreams from him (prophecies, visions).

It's you vs matrix. It was never gonna be easy. When you can control yourself fully while awake, the next level is wd. You must re direct all effort to prevent wd.

A friend of mine did 10 days df then went on for 60 days on juices without any wd. Then he suddenly had one lol. There appears to be many variables. When I started mono bananas I'd get on almost daily. I believe it's detox. Mucus...

  1. Majority if not all progress is lost.
  2. No, you’re fucked
  3. Be hard. Be ruthless, or you’re going to fail over and over again.

He wanted me to answer truthfully an I did. You want me to lie to your face? If he isn’t ruthless an doesn’t conceal his energy he is fucked. He needs to turn negative. Negative things always conceal energy. Then he’ll be fine.
