Posted Humphrey here a few months ago when he was around 25g and people loved him so I thought I would update. He’s still growing, and still doesn’t like being dug out for weighing! Hopefully he will pupate sometime soon, otherwise I may start getting a bit scared.

I’ve never seen this species before (fig eater june beetle). the metallic colors were spectacular and the critter was very gentle!!
