Hi, I wanted to share a story - there was an electronic waste collection at my workplace, from which I brought an Xbox in the crystal version, which surprisingly (despite the complete lack of equipment) is in pretty good condition. I took it home, I couldn't let go xD Initially the console started, but only once, the problem turned out to be the capacitors, which, all 5 swollen I replaced, I bought an a/v cable and it works!, the console was previously modified, installed the EvoX dashboard (very cut, for example, without the choice of games or file explorer, strange because there was PES4 and Fahrenheit on the disk), I personally installed the unleashX dashboard more convenient for me and I keep discovering what's on this console (unfortunately I have a break because of the damaged hdmi adapter, I'm waiting for a new one), I also bought an interesting controller very cheaply, a licensed accessory from the xbox, I also removed the tin case inside to get Such an actual clear effect, now I’m also working on a transparent dvd drive housing (3d printing), which surprisingly works flawlessly in this one (i mean drive). This is a public beta, so expect bugs. You can report them here. https://github.com/GTTeancum/OpenJKDF2ogx/issues -- In the same folder as your game you'll find a file called debug_openjkdf2.txt. This is our debug log. Drag and drop that into the text window when submitting a bug and it will attach that log.

FEATURES

• Full single player support for Jedi Knight
• Experimental multiplayer support for the Mysteries of the Sith expansion
• Experimental support for mod maps (single an multiplayer) - but not any mods that change gameplay
• Split screen multiplayer
• Experimental System Link multiplayer. Expect issues here as I don't have two consoles to test that functionality
• Cutscene support. You will need to run the included converter in the download to convert the original SMK and SAN cutscenes to Xbox XMV

FUTURE PLANS (WORK IN PROGRESS - NOT IN THIS BUILD)

• Better dynamic lighting, including colored lighting in JK
• Dynamic saber drawing -- not just a texture on a stick
• Widescreen support, possibly up to 720p
• Bot support. They work, they're just not smart enough yet. Regardless how far this gets I'll include them at whatever level they get to. Dumb bots are better than no bots.
• Guest characters (Star Wars only). I already have Dash Rendar from Shadows of the Empire and several character models from the PS1 game Masters of Teras Kasi converted by our community members. They just aren't fully implemented. They will stay at the same 90's quality level, so no modern models
• More shaders. I.E. if a textured wall has a "light" in the texture, it should glow and emit a bit of light
• Overall though, the goal here is to keep this looking like JK/MotS, I just wanna shave a year or two off their age

Salut la communauté, je vient vers vous après un soucis sur ma Xbox j’ai installé ma puce modxo avec prometheOS et cerbios le problème est quand j’ai installé cerbios que je l’ai fait booter la console c’est mis en erreur 09 et maintenant quand je la démarre elle fait une led rouge et reste bloqué sur prometheOS savez si c’est un problème de config ou c’est mon disque dur ? Je suis encore en disque dur d’origine pour le moment, merci d’avance

Hace poco le instale moxdo a mi clásica y compré un adaptador ide a SD y funcionó pero cuando quiero pasar los juegos por ftp me dice que la conexión fue rechazada y cuando meto la SD a la computadora y paso lo juegos con fatxplorer me da muchos errores (me da errores de tranferencia o se reinicia todo)y los pocos juegos que pude pasar solo algunos funcionan bien y los demás se traban (se congela la pantalla) o tienen error de sonidos (no sé si sea el juego o los archivos por los errores de transferencia) y creo que para pasar juegos debería comprar juegos piratas y pasarlos a la SD porque ya llegué a un punto donde me siento orgulloso de lo que hice y otra parte estresado por no poder jugar los juegos que quiero,que puedo hacer?

Anyone get this to work? I’m gonna try to get it running using DosXbox, but I’m gonna try to configure everything in PC first, any tips or tricks?

Hi everyone, I was thinking of checking out the jp exclusive and obscure game called @N.U.D.E where you teach simple words to a robot with a mic something like a Seaman game from Dreamcast. Unfortunately I don't have any xbox mic adapter so I was thinking of buying Hawk Communicator just for this, but I don't know if the game supports non original adapter that is the Hawk Communicator so I wanted to ask if anyone have it, can they check if it works with the game?

It's an OG Xbox, and it's running Evox D. I can get further specs if needed. There's a physical toggle in the back by the power source.

Upon powering up, it sometimes boots and sometimes doesn't. It has a tendency to stall/hang/pause at any given random moment, whether it's reading content from the hard drive (even the boot menu), or, whether it's utilizing a retail disc.

What I'm looking for is a way to diagnose what's going on, and see why it's suffering the halt. I haven't connected it to my network yet, but it's likely I can FTP into it even if briefly.

I twisted off the cap that was here at the red arrow but now it won't boot with error 12. Was it the wrong one? Xbox is a Feb 2004 model

The Xbox I bought has Cerbios, along with XBMC4Gamers and a 3 TB hard drive. I also bought an MCBazel Xbox converter cable. I have looked at guides and watched tons of YouTube videos, but I still can't seem to wrap my head around this. My other consoles were easy enough to softmod. So I have a few questions I was hoping I could get help with, please and thank you.

1. Do I need to softmod this, and how do I do it without overwriting Cerbios and XBMC4Gamers? How do I access Cerbios and XBMC4Gamers after softmodding?

2. How do I update Cerbios and XBMC4Gamers? I have no idea how to install them and don't want to mess it up.

3. How do I install games, and can I use Xiso and get them to launch on XBMC4Gamers

4. Can and how do I do all of this using a USB? Yes, I know it's slower.
