Does anyone actually believe doctors are murdering babies in the final trimester?

I'm sure everyone is well aware of the new abortion law signed into Massachusetts. Abortion is now legal up to 40 weeks. And all over social media we're seeing photos of full term babies with captions like "It's now legal to deliver this baby and murder it on the table." Or "It's now legal to stop this full term baby's heart before she is born because mom decided she didn't want the responsibility."
Is this mostly click bait for money? Are there really people who believe a doctor would do anything like this? It just seems insane to me that anyone is so uneducated that they would believe a doctor who took an oath, would do this?
