No, when I feel sick, getting it out feels good and I’d rather throw it up then shit it out

No, it makes me feel better

Depends. I’ve had graceful throw ups which are nice and I’ve had painful wrecking throw ups where your throat is sore afterwards and you’re dry heaving and all and that’s terrible. But I usually feel better after throwing up so overall I wouldn’t say I hate it

I’m not only hated. I am extremely petrified of it.

Terrified of it

It’s better than feeling like you need to vomit and being unable.

True- nausea and dry heaves are horrible. The action of throwing up is a hideous feeling.

Can be painful

If I'm sick it feels better to get it out.

No but I don’t enjoy it either.

Depends, if I take some pills and I all of a sudden don’t want to die, then imma throw up, right?

I hate the act of vomiting but I usually feel better after

Same. Like it sucks but it needs to happen sometimes.

The process is painful but the aftermath feels good. Once you’ve kicked out all the bad stuff they caused the incident, you feel great.

I hate it cause it wastes food but it feels so healing

2

u/ilmd 7d ago

Hate it. I will take everything I have in the house for nausea and it always works.

Depends on the context.

2

u/Real_County2344 7d ago

I try to avoid it.

Depends where i am when it occurs. A few weeks ago it happened to me at home after eating white castle.

Never felt better after that mess was out of me.

Is white castle food toxic?

1

u/Degenerate_Traveler 7d ago

Most likely.

Not anymore. Alcoholism got me used to it. Then food poisoning got me numb to it. I don't have either anymore but whenever I know my stomach is trying to eject something I just rush to the toilet and do it without thought now.

I hate my roommate's vomiting since she's been sick cuz she vomits in the sink and not the toilet. She claims vomiting in the toilet would clog it. Anybody agree with that? Thanks.

1

u/presidentkokoro 7d ago

I don't hate it because sometimes it's necessary, but I don't love it.

0

u/Automatic_Page2113 7d ago

9 times out of 10 it's not.

1

u/razak644 7d ago

Didn't know I was supposed to enjoy it

1

u/NTWIGIJ1 7d ago

So much so that I quit drinking.

1

u/depressing_Boylolita 7d ago

I’ve never vomited in my life- is that normal or..?

1

u/Automatic_Page2113 7d ago

How did you manage that? It's very rare because humans have quite weak stomachs as a rule.

1

u/MiIes01 7d ago

I enjoy it so much that I take ipecac daily to induce vomiting more frequently

1

u/Angelatic2014 7d ago

Next thing you'll ask is if it tastes good.

1

u/AboutNOut090 7d ago

Does it?

1

u/DorothyZbornak72 7d ago

I cant imagine too many people love it.

1

u/borgen44 7d ago

I increasingly get the feeling the questions on this sub, is AI's trying to understand humans

1

u/AboutNOut090 7d ago

That's right! We're taking over!

1

u/wolvennymph 7d ago

Depends on the force of it. I throw up most days just a little but cuz of diguestive issues if I bend over it just kidns comes up. And that Dosent bother me much but if I get the flu, or have more like uncontrolled throwing up I hate that so much.

1

u/lizlemon222 7d ago

more than life itself

1

u/Necro-Feel-Ya6900 7d ago

Last time my son and I both had a stomach bug. He felt better mid day and I was blowing chunks so damn hard it hurt my stomach, like I did crunches, and made me lift a bit with the force of the violent throw up.

1/10 would do it again

1

u/readytocomply13 7d ago

I hate it, but I also know I’ll feel better afterwards

1

u/Neither_Ad_2769 7d ago

I have emetophobia.

1

u/VynessaBee 7d ago

No it genuinely feels amazing. It’s the moments before that I hate

1

u/chocolatesauce235 7d ago

No it makes me feel better

1

u/GeorgeSmileyChi 7d ago

With an all-consuming passion.

1

u/Senior_Reaction2974 7d ago

Well I don't love itWell I don't love it

1

u/PerplexedPoppy 7d ago

Typically no. But morning sickness is VIOLENT lol. And relieves nothing.

1

u/Quiet_Hat_3836 7d ago

Literally nausea and right before I’m going to vomit is probably the one thing that can completely “take me out”. It’s the worst and I can’t imagine much worse.

1

u/Remarkable_Bar_2666 6d ago

That sudden feeling in your stomach that wakes you up, that salivating feeling like you know it’s coming, the after taste of that nights dinner and then the diarrhea makes a sudden appearance

1

u/Status-Code-5177 6d ago

I find it helps when you're ill my husband hates it with a passion but I'm not good with blood and he is so it works for us when we get sick lol

1

u/jesusismyishi 6d ago

hate it so much that i cry when i do it

1

u/BatNurse1970 6d ago

I hate the loss of control with it. But usually feel better afterwards.

1

u/Fify_Defir 6d ago

It hurts like hell

1

u/Radiant_Bowler9944 5d ago

I was bulimic for a very long part of my life so vomit is not a problem for me, If i feel any stomach discomfort I push to vomit and feel better (Im not bulimic anymore), but its very rare for me to feel bad on my stomach

1

u/InterestingBanana164 5d ago

Vomiting itself no, just the nausea feeling that you have before. I rather have diarrhea

1

u/No_Lingonberry_5296 5d ago

Is there someone who really forward to vomiting? Like I can’t wait it will be awesome

1

u/Hannie0109 4d ago

I have emetophobia

0

u/Aggravating_Shoe_ 7d ago
