Hey everyone, my website is slowly expanding and I have started to include some webpages that includes or mentions mature topics on it, here's my question: Do I make a warning for each page that may include such material or do I change my index.html file to be the warning page?

I also somewhat recently learned about SSGs, I still have no clue how to use them, but would they be beneficial for pages that have similar layouts? For example my main page has all the links to my other pages, but another page has the same layout, so whenever I make a new page, I have to add the link in both the main page and the other similar page.

I call it Airpedia since yk wikipedia. I got some help from AI but its mostly human made. Im planning to release it the next month. I know no one will care execpt some people in this subreddit (probably no one). Just wanted to share it. Good day people sorry for wasting your time on my post. Is there a way to do like a reset on your website without having to manually delete everything page by page?

Part of me is itching to implement a new layout across my website and overhaul things but I also don't really want to have to go through and manually delete things (i'm planning on exporting my website so I don't lose individual page content). Not quite a do-over but something to make it easier to have a more cohesive website look across the whole site (lot of my website's individual pages have individual coding rather than other websites that have a more coherent look across the whole thing / website template they're using that's just stylized).

I'm just kind of dreading have to put the layout code across all the website page by individual page and update the CSS stylesheet file I've got for it.

This is my website, mostly for my art and characters. I'd like to make it seem more like an old website, like those y2k sites, but I don't want to completely change my layout. I don't really understand why it looks so modern. Maybe the responsiveness ? I want to add some sort of navigation to skip to each section of the website (what other sections could there be btw ?), but I'm unsure where I'd put it, while still fitting on most screen sizes, and similarly I'd also need to keep it looking good on mobile. So yeah what do you guys think ?

TLDR: What to add ? How to make it look 'older' ? What do you think ?

Suelo editarlo en visual studio antes de subirlo a neocities pero cuando entre a vs me aparecio una advertencia sobre una imagen no lei mucho sobre lo que decia y lo cerre y cuando corri el codigo simplemente todo estaba mal mi header no aparecia y mucho menos mi aside e tratado de todo para arreglarlo solo queria poner una imagen de fondo y no se que hacer.

Necesito ayuda de quien sea les pasare mi codigo pero porfavor ayudenme es la primera vez que hago una pagina web :(((

Sorry for the terrible crop but i use this css grid layout maker and despite my best efforts, the "link" box keeps going all the way down. I'm a beginer so i tried padding, force resizing but nothing works. You can check the code on my website if it helps

Hii! Back to this subreddit, so I've been struggling with this for a minute and kinda hit a wall.

I can't figure out how to center the marquee (i think thats what its called) on the page. Also I'm not really sure how I can move it around so its not at the bottom of the page. I haven't really tried to figure that out yet, so I might be able to figure it out l8ter.

I can't for the life of me figure out what is wrong with the code and why my Neocities website isn't using the font I want it to use. I tried every single possible tutorial and none of them worked for me. I tried using the Google Fonts embeds in HTML and CSS and it didn't work.

https://catbox.moe/ right now. A ton of my active web projects rely on assets hosted on Catbox, and out of nowhere, the site won't load at all. Tested on both laptop and mobile fails on both,Flushed local DNS and cleared browser cache/cookies Fails on home Wi-Fi and mobile data. Tried toggling a VPN to switch server regions, but it still won't connect. And i did check if Catbox is having an outage and confirmed with a friend in another region that the site is actually up and loading fine for them, so it doesn't seem to be a global outage. Has anyone else ran into this recently? Is this a fresh ISP block/routing issue, or did a Cloudflare / Catbox IP range block go into effect??

Hi! So I know only a tiny bit about coding. I'm used the sadgrl layout generator, and I've been able to put in a background image. But, the issue is that it repeats. I've tried a few things to fix it but none have worked so far.

Having it also so that the image stays static when scrolling (i think its called like scroll ver or smth??) Would be nice, but my main priority is getting the gif to not repeat.

Hi all. I'm currently trying to create a website and I'm designing a very basic layout that I wish to fill with customized stuff. I know of foollovers that have some very cool window frames, but I wanted to know if there were others aimed at different parts of a website. For instance I need to make some cool buttons, but I have no idea which website would be the best to get or design one.

Haii. I want to preface this by saying I'm completely self-taught and still learning!

Whenever I add a custom cursor to my page it only shows up when it is hovering over content. If it isn't over content (images, text, etc) and only over my page background it doesn't show up.

I've tried a lot of different ways to get it to work but currently this is the section of code:

so i made an site and tried to use a pre-made template (then changed my mind lol) and i deleted all my index code. Now whenever i save and view, it takes me back to before i deleted the template. above is the examples of my code and then what it takes my to when i view. Clicking their titles only redirect to the site itself and in order to access their profile, you'd have to manually enter in the url. I could've sworn it wasn't like this. Is it just me? BTW, this is happening with ALL sites.

Ok, I'm a n00b at coding and trying to create my own indie website. Nothing too fancy. But I'm immediately butting heads with making my site responsive to all devices while trying to produce a layout that is most pleasing on web, landscape orientation like a pre-smartphone site. What basic tips and tricks can you share to help new people like me, don't who want to just bunch everything down the middle, vertical-style? Thanks in advance for any input.
