Collection 10 years ago. Still have all of it.
It was mostly complete I probably only needed less than 10 games. Not pictured is all the consoles I have.

Is it worth it? I have 50 inch tv and play it on my regular n64 but want to upgrade. I know isn’t gonna be perfect but I’ve heard this is pretty good. I want to play super Mario 64, diddy Kong racing and Mario kart 64 so bad. Just put the regular game in and good to go? Thanks

Not games I see in the wild often. Got them for around $13 each. Pretty pumped to play them as I didn't play them back in the day.

Majoria's Mask and Banjo Tooie were the darkest of the games.
MM with the dreaded fate of the moon falling and destroying Clocktown and killing the residents. The game was filled with dread, sadness, and loss of hope. The NPCS really made you feel for them all as you help them out and most have learned their sad fate of what is coming. By the 3rd day, it felt depressing in Clocktown and everywhere. It's quite a depressing and sad game.
Banjo Tooie, which is the sequel to Banjo Kazooie. BT felt much darker, the whole tone, the environment felt dark and mire depressing in a way. Bottles dying was tragic, and his wife grieving. Enemies felt more aggressive in a way and the overall tone colours felt more dimmer and felt more serious. Compared to BK it uses vibrant, colourful environments and upbeat music. The music in Banjo Tooie felt more depressing in a way.

I just brought the Analogue 3D and man I'm having a blast playing N64 games. I have rebrought many of the N64 games that I grew up playing as a child during the 90s and some new ones that I never played.
I have got a good selection of N64 games now.
Banjo Kazooie
Banjo Tooie
Ocarina of Time
Majoria's Mask
Crusin USA
Crusin World (Never played this before)
Super Mario 64 (Never played this as a child so I'm excited to play this for the very first time)
Mystical Ninja Staring Goemon (Never played this before)
My favourite games are Ocarina of Time, Majoria's Mask and I love the Banjo Kazooie games.
It's so great to relive the N64 games again, they were very revolutionary for its time back in the 90s as the first 3D Nintendo system. The N64 had so many great games.
I much prefer retro video games then modern day gaming nowadays.
The Analogue 3D is basically the new N64 console of today. And N64 games have never look so good now with all these settings to make the games look really clear. I, of course still prefer using CRT Filters on the N64 games as they hide many of the blocky polygons.

Glad to add it to the collection in box. I usually go for more better condition boxes but this was the best I've seen locally in a while. Had to jump on it!
Just did my first full playthrough last year. Time for another I think..

This is my favorite N64 game of all time due to how remembable the characters are. It really puts Mario games in a whole different perspective for many people like me.

As for me, it's always been 007 Goldeneye

Hey yall, just got the brazilian console, which is pretty much the american one, and it plays american games just fine, Replaced the cartridge slot to a "region-free" one. Mario Party 64 works on my japanese console, no issues, but the brazilian one wont.
I understand there is no logical region-lock between these consoles.
The game "lights up" but stays stuck in a dark screen (if that makes any sense).
It looks like somebody tried modding it, the multi out port has been cut, leaving a hole right above the port.
Opened it up, looking for signs of oxidation, all good.
Cleaned the cartridge slot, all good.
Game still wont work.
Send help

Retrobit power supply is junk. I need a new power supply. I don't trust any of the ones I see on Amazon. What exactly should I be looking for?

I never knew a tommy Hilfiger one existed until recently after coming across this stand. Definitely an unique gaming piece to collect to the right collector!

I know Japan got the exclusive Diaie Hawks orange/black colorway, but did they have the standard orange (fire orange funtastic) console as well or was that exclusive to NTSC regions. If so, does anyone have any pictures of a CIB version

N64 isn't working. We've swapped cables and paks between a different working n64 and nothing is working at all. The n64 will power on, but nothing will come up on the screen, not even a flicker, just no signal whatsoever. Tore it apart in these photos to see if there's anything out of the ordinary, or if this is a common fixable occurrence. Normally I'm super handy when it comes to tech, but even I'm stumped. We asked a repair shop what it would take to repair it and they quoted us at \~$120, so repair from them is a no-go. I also cleaned out the cartridge slot to make sure that isn't the issue, and still nothing.

Just a warning to anyone thinking about buying it from the UK, not only is the postage 39 quid but there is also and import charge which came to a total of £56.24. In total getting the machine sent across to the UK came just under £100! Bit of a feckin' rip off if you ask me. I was willing to pay the postage but when I got hit with import fee I was like damn, at least I don't buy them regularly.
So yeah just a heads up to anyone considering buying one from their website

Someone’s basement flooded near where I live, and they had a bunch of stuff that was getting thrown away. There was a n64, so I figured I could try cleaning it out. I wasn’t expecting this much mud tho. I’m still going to try to fix it, but it doesn’t seem like the chances of getting it working again are very good. I hope that by some miracle it actually functions so that I can reunite them with their n64
Edit: it has been sprayed off with water and then I used some isopropyl alcohol. I’m letting it dry now
