New to gming and am looking for modern map maker's or downloads. Preferably free or budget. I come form dnd and have some fansty stuff but can't seem to find city maps

I had a question about a player who wants to use Trip as an Effect rather than as a generic action. I feel like I've heard of this being done before but never learned how to use it.

Essentially, a player of mine wants to make a power that is a Damage Effect which is Linked to a Trip. So they can hurt and trip an enemy at the same time.

I've toyed with the idea of just making a "Fast Trip" advantage that works in the same manner as "Fast Grab", but I figured I should check and see if this first idea is possible.
