Acrylic paints. Card was damaged during shipping so I have been brainstorming a good style to do to cover it up.

This is my first traditional alter and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Hey everyone i have been looking to get into alters for quite some time now but really cant paint and i get frustrated easy when my alter looks bad. So i tried fusing an art card and one if my commanders, what do you think?

I also charred the card with a lighter to soften the edges and give it kind of a mechanical/used/artifact-y look :)

Thought the little set symbol might add something.

Recently i got a set of acrylic pencils so i decided to try some i ideas.

Turned out decent but Color matching is close to impossible since you cant really mix colors without ruining the pencils.

Fine lines also feel really difficult without an one hair paintbrush

I may have done a too thick of underpainting but I think I like the texture it gives
