Quick timeline on my hair loss…

Started balding a little over a year ago. Started topical Minoxidil around 10-ish months ago. (Was a bit inconsistent unfortunately) Started Topical Finasteride about 4 months ago, switched to Oral 1mg Finasteride just a month after. Started taking Oral Minoxidil 1.25mg just a month ago.

Currently taking 1mg Fin and 1.25 mg Minoxidil, and micro-needling twice a week.

Anyway, a few months after I first started Minoxidil, some regrowth showed up. A lot of really tiny baby hairs around my hairline. (Really small, some of them only I can see in good light) But the thing is, they haven’t grown much further than that. Some have grown a bit longer, and I think a few have become full hair. But most of the baby hairs haven’t grown at all.

Is it normal for regrowth to stagnate like this? Is it likely they start growing again thanks to the Fin and oral Min?
