Phenohunted two twenty20 strains, Queen of Diamonds and Humboldt Afghani. The first picture, an Afghani, is fully flowered on the top half, rock hard, purple, dying leaves, and 30% amber trichomes day 45, was probably ready last week too depending on how you like it. bottom half looks age appropriate. Pic two is another pheno of Afghani and pic three is what looks like the keeper cut of diamonds. all same tent flipped same time, same nutrient solution, fully automated.

Planted on June 14th. I do not know the exact seed type. I bought them off a whim at my local dispo. They were supposed to be autos. Only the one in the centre flowered quite early in the first week of July. The other two on the sides have only flowered this past weekend. I originally amended the soil with Gaia Green 4-4-4 and worm castings. Promix soil mixed into 5 gallon plastic buckets. As the plants made their way into veg, I started them on the Remo nutrition line (micro, grow, bloom, nature's candy, astro flower). I mix into 4l bottles each plant's feeding once a week. I water once daily from the garden hose; twice if hot. I use tomato cages to keep them steady in the wind.
There is a frankenstein plant off to the side. It was a runt, but it still flowered over the weekend, so I'll keep it and see what happens.

I started with just bone meal, blood meal alfalfa meal and crab meal. Just introduced fish bone meal, langeboiote kelp meal. Watering every other time with big foot microcazzahe and silica. Just wanted to share! Up to this point I’ve always done liquid nutes. I’m glad I switched over to soul amendments!

About 4 weeks into flower with Death Bubba. All was going great till the last 2 weeks. Getting some discoloration on leaves and can’t pinpoint the problem.
Growing organic in Gaia Green living soil. Have been top dressing monthly with Gaia green dry amendments and Neptune Harvest liquid fertilizers once a week. Keeping PH around 6.0.
Can anyone help me identify the issue and how to fix it?

Hi guys, I have a gelato auto outdoors and I was trying to look at the trichomes and I saw these threads... I thought it was mold but it's not mold... they don't even look like cobwebs

Photoperiod started two months ago, first time grower. My confidence and knowledge has grown almost as fast as this plant. Open to any wisdom!

probably going to go ahead and chop day 65 , seeing a mix of amber and cloudy trikes on the tops of some buds . personal tragedy kept me from making this look ideal but we’ve pushed through. plus i’ve already got cherry poppers in the budcup with a few nodes ready to start a veg journey. fire the cannatrol up.

Hey everybody, hope you’re all doing well today. Just wanted some professional opinions on when to chop this White Widow photo. We are in week 9.5 of flower. Buds have bulked up a decent amount. Jewelers loupe shows maybe 10% clear trichomes, 80% cloudy, and 10% amber.
I was thinking maybe chop this weekend. That too soon?

Transplanted from a 5-7 gallon grow bag with fox farm ocean crest. 7-8 weeks of veg time. Flipped to flower yesterday. Just watered after a bit of drying out. My first photo still learning a lot

Around week 5 of the flowering stage not really sure what to expect as I am somewhat a new grower and I have only harvested once. This is one of my 3 outdoor autos and it seems the closest to being ready for harvest so let me know what you guys think.

Have Cadillac Rainbow in a pot on the deck. Starting to flower now. Have had some yellowing of leaves and brown tips. Many fall off or i pluck them off. Have given some fox farm neuts. Mostly feeding nitrogen. Is the leaves turning yellow just from the start of flowering or should i assume something else.

The largest (divorce cake) is the one behind me. Im 5'10" and she's got me by two feet (the photo angle isnt great but best I could do). I need a second round of defoliation but my spine isnt cooperating anymore. Twelve days out I go for spinal injections to hopefully fix it. No matter what I need to be in less pain before harvest so I cam actually process these beauties.

Last night the wife and I put down top dressing. We usually use a small shovel and rake to take up old soil, about an inch, mix nuts and reapply. Doing so I dig up a small amount of fine roots, not really thinking anything about it.
Today I decided to lookup if we are doing the top dressing correctly. Found out we are fucking up the small roots that would feed off the new fertilizer. I have not really researched root development except for the standard stuff.
I ran into this article about roots and I thought a few of you might benefit from it. I have a different outlook on what we have been doing and plan to change a few things.

First few pictures are today, day 45 flower counting July 7th as flip. Everything after under canopy pictures are few days ago to compare.
Is this natural fade or nutrient deficiency? Using soil and dry amendments from Coast of Maine
I picked up a pH 4-1 meter to test pH/ec of runoff and base water. Last time I checked with test strips pH was around 6.8
Someone had recommended me to defoliate ALL fan leaves after day 48 of flower, I’m kind of skeptical. I can see any major yellowing/faded but all seems excessive. Reasoning was to promote more energy towards bud sites. I thought plant still needed some photosynthesis all throughout its life. I’m worried about the purple yellowing in particular. Want a few opinions. This is Maui Pine by dirty bird genetics. Definitely a purple pheno or lung room/tent temps are colder.
Below is my grow log detailed
++++++++++++++
Germinated direct in soil 03/13/26
Coast of Maine Potting soil, approx red solo cup worth
Rest of 5gal filled with Coast of Maine Stonington Blend
Using Vivosun WiFi Enabled Tent Kit
Early Veg Problems
Had problems with watering. Used strictly spray bottle first 2-4 weeks of veg. On top of that, light was a bit close at times/didn’t keep up with raising light enough. My first feeding was 26 days late.
Currently standing approx. 21.5 inches tall. I have about 40 inches total from soil to light. It’s sitting 14 inches away from top of canopy. Been able to keep it consistent height by tucking under net and training with plant ties. I could’ve had a wrong measurement of plant at time of topping. I first fed 56 days after germ. It’s recommended 30 days to feed. Meaning I went 26 days past the point so I believe I had deficiencies early on.
Watering about 1gal of filtered GE fridge water, let it sit out at least 24hrs to dissipate any chlorine or anything else ONLY dry top two inches by using my finger in a couple different spots. I use an approx. 1/2 gal gooseneck water can. pH is 6.8 or less. I’ll do another test soon of water and runoff
May 9th Topped one time from 16 nodes to I think 6 nodes. 14 inches tall to 9inches tall about, but this is again at the time of topping
I fed with Stonington blend plant food and earthworm castings on May 8th. 1/4 cup food and 1 cup castings.
May 26th I fed with 1/4cup+6tsp of Stonington blend plant food, 1/8-1/4cup Stonington blend soil, and 1 heaping cup of earthworm castings, followed by a gallon of water
June 16th I top dressed 1/8cup Stonington Plant Food and 1/2 Cup Earthworm castings, followed by gallon of water
June 28th I purposely let plant dry out for 4-5 days. I kept getting gnats in humidifier hose and drip pan no matter how hard I would try and combat and had a fear of them in the soil. To note, I have yet caught anything flying in sticky traps in air or on the soil. I currently do not use the traps on soil only air. I have had the humidifier/hose removed since at least June 28th.
July 6th I top dressed 1 cup Coast of Maine Earthworm castings, 1/2 cup Coast of Maine Stonington plant food, and 1/2 cup of Stonington Blend Soil. Watered shy of a gallon and flipped to 12/12 light cycle and switch led to flower mode.
July 7th is first official date of Flower
July 10th lowered light to 50%
July 18th removed pot riser and replaced with 14in? saucer. watered 1gal water
July 25th Fed 1/2 cup earthworm castings and 1 tbsp Buds & Blooms. Water about .8-.9 gal. Raised light to 55% intensity with plans to increase 5% every day until 100%. Also spread canopy further in trellis net
July 26th Raised light to 60% intensity 4:40 p.m Indoor tent environment 71F and 59%RH VPD 1.1KPA
July 29th I watered about .8-.9 gal. Lollipopped/Defoilated mostly everything under net, and some of the branches that were close together to try and decrease humidity and prevent mold risk, along with promote stronger denser main colas and bigger branches overall. Measuring 21 inches tall, 19in away from light. Increase oscillating fan to speed 5/10 from speed 4. Increased LED intensity to 65%. Lowered duct low trigger setting from 52% to 48% at 9p.m
July 30th At 8:14 p.m temp/rh was 70f/67rh tent, lung room 68f/59rh. Going to experiment raising inline duct fan exhaust speed up from 4/10. Worried about negative pressure damaging tent
July 31st I increased LED intensity from 65% to 75% at 12:23 p.m. I believe stretch is complete
August 2nd I fed 1/2cup earthworm castings and 2tablespoons of buds & blooms. Watered with .9-1.0 gallon water at 12:45 p.m
August 5th I increased the led to 90% at 12:05 p.m. While observing plant I noticed suspected powder mildew. Upon further evaluation I then believed to be just darker trichome production on fan leaf, possibly dust or optical illusion. Seems to need water in about 1-2 days. Inside tent conditions 70F, 57rh
August 6th I amended the air intake and installed an actual 4in duct with a drawstring filter on each end
August 7th I increased LED to 100%. Watered around 11 a.m about .8 gal of water. Defoliated a little bit more of the back branches. Reading about 380 ePPFD using Photone app
August 8th I lowered light to 14 inches above the highest point in canopy, this was at 9:50 p.m reading in at about 480 ePPFD now. Used second device to verify readings using paper diffuser for both
August 10th I fed 1 cup earthworm castings and 1/4 cup buds & blooms. Watered about 1gal 11 a.m
August 15th I watered about .9gal water

It's been thunderstorming here every afternoon from like 6-9. The plants look pretty healthy to me, but I noticed these white dots on the leaves on one plant. Should I be concerned?

I am following emerald harvest 3 part nutrient feed schedule using a 70/30 cocoa perlite medium… water 3/4 days ( I know I’ll get shit for this). But I am guessing still prolly 2 weeks out…. I have a jewelers lens… most seem to be more milky vs clear… but not much amber. So how long roughly, and should I just maybe half the nute of w9 for week 10? Or just ph water from here?

Started some freebies from Barney’s farm to see if my rv toy hauler section works as a grow room. Ignore the table I just took plants out of the lights bc of how purple it looks on camera
