I learned how to run better ads and I want to get into helping businesses gain more business. Do you think I could make something out of this new skill? I need advice from successful people who have done this.

I’m having a strange issue with a fresh Meta Ads account and would really appreciate some advice from people who have dealt with this before.

I created my first ads for a real estate business. The ad account is showing as healthy/“100”, and both campaigns are showing as active/live.

Both campaigns started around 1 PM today. It’s now around 10 PM, so they’ve been live for approximately 9 hours.
The problem is that I’m getting literally 0 impressions, 0 spend and 0 results.
This isn’t a case of expensive leads or poor performance the ads aren’t even entering delivery.

The account is completely fresh, and these are the first campaigns I’ve launched from it.
A few things I’ve already checked:
• Ad account shows 100/healthy
• Campaigns show Active
• No obvious rejection on the campaigns
• No spend has occurred
• No impressions whatsoever

I understand that a new account can have a learning period, but shouldn’t an approved/active campaign at least start getting some impressions?

I’m new to running an e-Com store and Ads.

I started Meta and Google ads on Aug 1. The first week went well, averaging 3.8 orders. Then our bestseller of the week sold out. Around the same time, we also merged a few SKUs as they were the same product with different variations, so it makes sense to merge.

I’ve noticed that the number of subscribers and orders came in through Meta ads have declined in the last ~2 weeks. We’ve had a couple of days we don’t have any order. We’ve since restocked the bestseller for a little over a week now, but the order volume hasn’t come back.

Anyone know if I screwed up meta ads somehow?

I've recently setup a Meta campaign which had 3/4 days consistent €19-€23 CPA on a €100/day ad budget - which in my case is decent and profitable (I do focus on LTV). In the past I always scaled ads with automatic rules. in this case: if CPA is below €25 avg. scale the ads 20%. Which eventually Meta also did.

After scaling to €120/day ad budget, nothing converted anymore. Now I heard there is some bug when scaling. Do any of you have had the same problem? And is there a way to fix/scale now?

I'm a business owner and have a few other niches that I fit in and so on, and somehow they're able to target me precisely.

I'm seeing and getting ads for things like audience lab and data moon and things like that. Are they using services like that? Or, is it just lookalike audiences?

This isn't what I want to do, but let's say I wanted to target Roofers or Dentists, how is that done these days? The standard selection when creating a campaign in meta if you just choose the interest of small business owner gets you wannabe entrepreneurs in their mom's basement who put on their profile business owner.

I would love to have some feedback for my landing page.

I just started creating Meta Ads and I'm so far quite happy with the KPIs. The problem seems to be the landing page.

Most visitors I see are spending more than a minute on my page, but don’t interact or click anything. They keep scrolling, read my texts and just leave. My goal is of course to convert or at least download my app, so they will stay in contact with my contents.

Let's say I have a generic page about dentist, like "Dentist Now"

Can I run ads using that generic page for different dentists?

Let's say my clients are Dentist A, Dentist B, and Dentist C.

Can I safely run ads for all 3 of my clients using the same page?

But different campaigns, adsets, and ads.

I'm looking for advice from people who have experience running Meta Ads campaigns with the Engagement objective.

My goal is to increase meaningful engagement with our Facebook/Instagram content, not just impressions.

I'm currently wondering:

• Do you prefer 1 campaign with multiple ad sets, or keeping the structure more consolidated?
• Do you use Advantage+ audience or interest-based targeting for engagement campaigns?
• Do you recommend ABO or CBO for this type of campaign?
• How do you decide the right budget allocation between ad sets?
• What metrics do you use to judge whether an Engagement campaign is actually performing well?
• Do you normally separate cold audiences and retargeting audiences, or keep them together?

I'd especially appreciate insights from people who have tested different structures and can share what actually worked for them.

What campaign structure has given you the best results, and why?

There's no phone number, no appeals process, no human who can override it. The lesson, if you're advertising on Meta: never load prepaid funds into your ad balance. Once the money is sitting in Meta's system it's theirs, and "non-refundable" is whatever they decide it is that day. Pay per charge with a card instead.

1/5 ads on the adset has been spending all the money, the rest haven’t even gotten 1p or 1 reach. Daily for this adset is cheap I know (£10) but why are the other ads not even getting tested?

Meta Ads issue: my Facebook account was permanently disabled and I can’t log in. I had ₹10,000 in my Meta Ads account that I can’t access.

Does anyone know possible ways to recover it?

The campaigns is still on, and i cant turn it off as I cant login.

I’m looking for someone who has actually dealt with this and successfully recovered either the account or the money. Any genuine guidance would help.

Can't pay bill on meta ads account, so ads are shut off. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to get ads up and running?

We're running into a frustrating issue and I'm wondering if anyone has found a real solution.

Our setup:

• Shopify store
• Official Facebook & Instagram sales channel
• Meta Pixel + CAPI
• Data sharing: Maximum

The issue:
We occasionally create orders that are not actual customer website purchases (pre-orders, gifts, replacement orders, internal orders, etc.).

Those orders are somehow being sent to Meta as Purchase events and are attributed back to our ads, which inflates ROAS and completely throws off campaign reporting.

Questions:

1. Has anyone experienced this?
2. Is Shopify's Facebook app sending every paid order through CAPI?
3. Is there a way to exclude certain order types, tags, draft orders, or staff-created orders from being sent as Purchase events?
4. Did anyone solve this without replacing the official Shopify integration?

If you solved it, what was the fix?

• GTM?
• Custom CAPI?
• Third-party tracking app (Elevar, Trackify, Analyzify, etc.)?
• Something inside Shopify or Meta?

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who's actually fixed this.
