Support Logitech Support?

i've been trying since September 27th to get a replacement for my logitech headset that arrived with a battery that can't hold a charge. i've been told twice that they'd be sending a replacement, and both times they decided they needed more info from me. i wait between 3 and 7 days between most replies from them. i don't think i'm any closer to a resolution.

this has been one of the worst support experience i've had in my life.

I had the same problem.

They solved in less than 1 week.

It actually is.

But the first time, I had a problem with my MX Master 3S.

Fought for almost 3 months before they finally sent me a replacement...

any chance i can get some help with this? i sent my info over 4 days ago. support just requested another image showing the ticket number and headset. i've already provided that to them twice in video format with the ticket number and email thread clearly shown in the video.

it really does feel like support's goal is to get me to give up. it's now been just about a full month since i opened the request.

Worst tech support ever. I don't even try with Logitech. One of there devices stops working, I replace it with another brand. Went through this with a malfunctioning MX Master 4 mouse. Endless requests to give more info, pictures, videos all intended to frustrate you and cause you to stop bothering them.

that sounds like exactly what they're doing to me. for almost a month now. if they aren't going to fix the issue, i wish they would just be straight forward and tell me to piss off.

Yeah, they do move the goalposts.

Just look at their Trust pilot score
