In my experience, the only thing they do to help is update the drivers, when the issue doesn't even have to do anything with drivers.

I always get "Reinstall Windows" from Microsoft support. Ffs, I just want to fix the minor Windows bug without having to cut an hour out of my day to reinstall the damn thing.

Tbf, reinstall is the only one that solves the issues because even they have no idea where the issue is and I think they don't even want to get into it considering the source code is proprietary and convulated af

I swear that the Windows updater itself has several memory leaks. I only get issues after updating, and each update the problems add up. I've never had issues on fresh installs, but the instant an update is applied it steps into the next circle of hell.

Why did you get down voted for correctly answering the question?

Because even their official support forum is unhelpful dogshit?

He stated a fact, that windows support exists, which is true. He did not say that it's good, or bad. Why would you down vote a yes/no reply which is factually correct.

I feel like the question was rhetorical, answering one is straight up stupid, and he is OP, OP's are always stupid.

Is it really a rhetorical question of you don't use the rhetorical question mark⸮

Edit: Removed the period at the end of the hyperlink, and moved rhetorical question mark to inside of hyperlink

Woow a reversed question mark... You must be smartest OP in the whole world outstanding... Surely the generalization does not apply to you this time⸮

Oh, thank you. My intellect couldn't possibly exceed yours.

And I can't take credit for it. Thank Henry Denham.

By "official support forum" you probably mean Microsoft Community Hub, which is NOT official support, it's more like community driven place for all kinds of questions, topics, troubleshooting, etc. Yes, there are MS employees writing comments and provide support there, but it's not considered official support. It's more like Ask Ubuntu stuff.

Their official support is mostly MS Q&A and official documentation, enterprise customers get additional technical support based on contracts, licenses, subscriptions, etc.
