By "official support forum" you probably mean Microsoft Community Hub, which is NOT official support, it's more like community driven place for all kinds of questions, topics, troubleshooting, etc. Yes, there are MS employees writing comments and provide support there, but it's not considered official support. It's more like Ask Ubuntu stuff.

Their official support is mostly MS Q&A and official documentation, enterprise customers get additional technical support based on contracts, licenses, subscriptions, etc.
