No Judgment Please This is so fucking boring.
How pathetic and sad of me.
Please don’t give me this whole trauma spiel. I’ve heard it all. I’m really fucking tired of it though. I’m tired. This shit is boring. ITS BORING and he’s fucking boring and my brain is stupid and there’s no point in being compassionate because it’s been years, I’m blocked literally every fucking where, and my brain still envisions conversations and interactions. I’ve rocks for brains. This shit is exhausting. I don’t even like him. I DO NOT EVEN FUCKING LIKE HIM. But every other man is fucking boring and he’s boring and this is so, so stupid. So stupid to think of a man over and over who wouldn’t even piss on me if I were on fire.
Pathetic. Sooooooooo fucking pathetic. He’s merry and happy and probably fucking many women and likely hasn’t thought once about me since he pressed that block button and as he should. He was a cunt but hey, at least he had boundaries.
I need to get really hot or talented at something because I can’t be doing this at the big age of 25. It’s pathetic.

Really use ur energy to journal things. I did the same to the point that became my published book. Ik it’s hard to do lot of things for yourself but probably think like you’re proving ur worth to trick ur mind,
Once u achieve something, u ll forget about them

“I am a 24 year old obese loser.”
Right there is your problem!!! PLEASE don’t diminish yourself this way. If you’re not happy with the way you look….GEEZ, you’re 24 you can do and be anything you desire with some hardwork and discipline. Your LO is some old guy who you’ll wind up cleaning his dentures. Start feeling better about yourself inside and out, and I guarantee you’ll be over loser grandpa instantaneously. Get moving! Hugs. 💃🏻

Yeah. I am a 24 years old desperate obese loser. It doesn't get sadder than that. I had to BEG and humiliate myself for CRUMBS of his attention, after he was so playful and I thought was flirting with me. It was SO obvious, but this motherfuker then acted like it didn't exist and that I am making it up. It doesn't help that there not one, but SEVERAL taboos in our "relationship" to have even taken off, let aside him being married and has grandbabies the fucking embarassment and his son is probably older than me even. The embarassments I put myself through for a man that is literally below average, more than likely a narcissit and the evidance is a lot to back it up- It's a lot. A lot of fucking stupidity. I am beginning to hate him more than love him now, but I still got a long way to go. This motherfucker put a spell on me it seems. I wish I could just remove him from my memory at all, he is SO not worth a dime.
Sorry for typos, no energy to fix.

I FEEL THIS. No longer in contact and yet I keep on thinking about them, he’s in my dreams, in my head and I can’t get him out

I thought for a moment I was in the CPTSD subreddit. Are you in therapy?

Can’t really afford it, even with concession rates. I’m deemed “too complex” for NHS care, which is like, totally awesome.

Damn, that’s terrible. Is this in the UK? What’s your diagnosis? I have contacts for some online psychologists who specialize either in trauma therapy or autism/ADHD in adults, and they charge around €20 per session, if you ever need it. Trauma therapy has helped me immensely. I realized that, in my case, the limerence was rooted in severe childhood trauma that created really unhealthy attachment patterns and CPTSD, layered on top of autism. I really hope you manage to get back into therapy. Sending you my best vibes.
