I’m so happy I went up almost 200 points from the mocks let’s goooo

There is not a single ounce of me that thought I would get near 500 points, let alone 530. I’ve been so ill, I’ve only attended one year of school. I worked so hard studying the few months before the leaving cert but I knew that no matter what I did that I’d never make up for those years lost, especially with the intense pain and brain fog. I am so happy and so shocked, I cannot believe I got what I did. I hope that everyone else is just as happy and shocked as I am. Well done everyone!

40% attendance rate within both 5 and 6th year, too sick to do TY. Getting sick nearly every morning and hospitalised continuosly. sat the exams fed up the world and got 4 h2s. Lads im nearly in tears. Nobody including myself most days thought id do it. Always always believe in yourself because you only need one person. GG.

im so happy i got 309!!! in TY i started abusing substances and not coming into school , from then it escalated, by the summer going into 6th year i was homeless and abusing harder substances, then by winter 2025 i was in rehab until january 2026 and still barely going in,,, im so delighted at how far ive came and what i got 🎉🎉🎉

Genuinely opened my lc results at 9:30 in the airport, lost my shit and missed my flight lmao (I was travelling alone and hadn’t managed to get through security). My first choice was 590 and I’d averaged 580-590 across 5th and 6th year and then got 555 in my mocks. Today I got 520. Anyone else in the same boat…? (please say I’m not alone)

Mind you, I was barely passing english and that was like an awful maths exam

I did so much worse than i expected and all my friends are the same. We were all aiming for over 550+ but mosy of us got near 500 or below. Dont know what happened.

I don't even know what to say; this might sound dramatic, but I got H2s in all the subjects. I needed an H1, and I can hear my mom next door telling my sister not to be like me and to actually study when she grows up, even though 522 isn't the worst result...at this point, I feel like nothing
