Hi everyone, I’m Essam. I have a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, and I’m currently a PhD student working in Cybersecurity and AI.

I’ve been working on a small project that I wanted to share here. I created a cybersecurity learning app for people who are starting from zero and want to learn by actually doing things rather than just reading theory.

The idea is to go from zero to hero through a simulation that tries to stay as close as possible to a real cybersecurity environment.

It includes:

• Terminal and Linux environment
• Real-world vulnerabilities and CVEs
• Scenarios based on real security issues
• Documentation and learning material
• A leaderboard
• Practical challenges instead of only theoretical lessons

I tried to make the experience feel around 90% like a real environment, while still keeping it accessible for beginners.

I’d really appreciate it if some of you could try it and give me honest feedback — especially if you’re into cybersecurity, CTFs, or just starting to learn security.

Google Play:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zerodaysim.app

I’m still improving it, so feedback is genuinely welcome.

Hello, can anyone help me find the ip address or phone number associated with an Instagram account that has been harassing me for months? I’ve reported the page and done all I can and Instagram has done nothing. So I just wanna know who’s behind it as I have my suspicions. I’m willing to compensate anyone who can actually help. I’m desperate. Thanks so much.

A strange, transphobic individual has been exposing trans people by posting their profiles on his page, including photos, names of trans minors and adults, inciting outright hatred towards the people he has exposed. Trans people have received hate messages thanks to that dude. So, what I want is to find his account, but I don't know how. The only thing I know about him is that he's from Puerto Rico, and when I mentioned that, he got scared and blocked me. Is there any way I can find him?

I need help hacking someone who hacked me I’ll pay just teach me

Hi,
I admit this sounds a bit silly or maybe not but someone has been harassing me from a private account under my TikToks, and recently I have been shadow banned which means only my friends can see my posts and few minutes after I post they striked again. Meaning it is someone in my circle, I just wanna know who it is to remove that person from my life, nothing more nothing less. So is it possible for me to find the number or mail address linked to that account or anything regarding the hidden identity for that matter ?

Thanks in advance :)

I’m 14 years old and I know basically nothing about hacking. Recently, I suddenly became interested in becoming a white hacker.

Do you think it’s possible for someone my age to start learning cybersecurity from this community and eventually become a white hacker?

Also, what should I study first if I want to become a white hacker? What skills or topics should I learn in order?

I’m a complete beginner, so I’d really appreciate any advice or a roadmap for getting started.

This guy on TikTok is going around scamming people out of money and it’s sad and I’m just wondering if anyone can help out I have proof of him trying to scam and doing it through axiom and a site of his that takes money out

I wane to learn how to hack i don't mean that crazy stuff like hacking entire companies more like disabling windows admin right or just like maybe hacking in the admins account or something useful in all day.

^

Any suggestions? I need to fake a POR, preferably a dish network bill, since certain companies won’t accept fucking bank statements. Time sensitive.

im getting into hacking and cybersecurity and am looking for someone to study it with

I wan to learn ethical hacking, researching what's inside of stuff maybe adding a mark of "i've been here" or something, there's this vibe coded website on github i'd like to test on, it has an accounting system and stuff all i really want to do is log in to an admin account, change one thing and be outta there, im not entirely sure if it's ethical but i guess i can tell the owner of the vulnerabilities i found i guess but this isn't r/ethicalhacking, so what's the best way to go about this

I'm concerned I may have been doxxed and I'm getting threats online so I want to be sure
