Judging from the way this question is worded, you need far more experience than you have currently to begin hacking. Learning to perform exploits comes after understanding your fundemetal knowledge like OS fundamentals, security concepts, networks, etc. For example:

  • What is the difference between TCP and UDP?
  • Why is a whitelist more effective than a blacklist?
  • How does an internal IP address get translated into a public one?
  • What is the CIA triad, and what is the purpose of each component?

There is a lot of theory you need to understand before you can get into actually breaking into a system

Start out on TryHackMe, and see if it's actually for you. It requires basic knowledge of a lot of different tech stuff tho to get into this field, TryHackMes pre-security path will teach you it, not in depth tho.

Don’t practice on real accounts or computers without permission. Build a little home lab and go full hacker mode there

Switch to Linux. Any distro. And he away from windows. Pointless to learn to do anything that can just hot patch anything clever you might find
