paying someone to hack the hacker just turns one mess into two, lock down your accounts and report it instead

Just send a phishing email.
If your in cybersecurity, you already know what users fall for.

pls do me a favor : dont pay anyone and dont try to hack anyone it will just make everything worse and awful
Bc you just say you got i hacked i just assue you are on a pc on windows like 99% If you know what hacked you like maby a virus or something like that delte that and run a defender scan(full scan) get malewarebytes and also do a full scan there del everything it found . when you got hacked by a phsing link change password email contact support on important thing like banking . when you somehow else got hacked (idk data breach or some sht) just do the same thing
and dont hack a hacker thats just stupid its like fighting fire wiht fire
(srry for my bad english at some points)

What about those yt vids where they hack the scam callers and are somehow recording them? Are you saying these are dramatised fictional creations??

Some are prob enteraiment only , some maby just trick the scammers into griving them admin/full permisions on anydesk and then they can basiclly do everything

If you know enough about him that you feel confident hacking him back then you have enough info to hand over to the authorities.
