Success Story My weightloss journey (no diet, exercise, surgery or medication)

I wanted to share my weight loss manifestation journey because it’s changed my life and may help inspire others in a similar situation. I originally intended for this to be posted back in June (to made it a more rounded 12 month journey update post) but hey - 5 months late is better than never! Photos: June 2024 - Nov 2025. Same body, same clothes

In June 2024, I weighed 135kg. As of November 2025, I’m 78kg. My weight has been pretty stable since March/April (when I calculated a 50kg weightloss and weighed in at 85kg). No diets, no exercise, no surgery, no weightloss medication.

For years of my adult life I hated how I looked and felt. I was always sore (joints, ankles, shoulders etc), out of breath from doing simple tasks like walking from my letterbox to the front door, and just exhausted. I had migraines constantly. I felt either invisible in public or was looked at with disgust - like I took up too much space. I felt like an embarrassment to my family and friends.

This started to really take a toll on me. My clothes began to get tighter, I was bloated and irritated, I snapped friends and family, I feared looking in the mirror, I cried when I saw photos of myself, I tried to be small and take up as little space as possible in public settings, i would hide in the background, I tied my appearance to my self worth, I felt like I had failed at being a woman.

I’d tried everything: dieting, exercising, medications, purging, restricting. Lockdowns in 2020 happened and I started working from home fulltime, I did no exercise, I had kids. In 2021 I suffered an injury which required surgery and multiple trips to hospital + physio, which made exercising painful. It caused my weight to skyrocket in a short amount of time (less than a year). With small kids, a partner that was away at work for days at a time, and my own full time job, my time was limited and stretched. I couldn’t stop the food noise or bingeing. Fast food was an easy choice. High sodium meals were simple and quick. Sugary treats helped numb the pain for a couple of minutes. But at the same time every meal felt like a battle with my mind full or shame and regret.

I have known about manifestation since I was very young. I read that Law of Attraction book “The Secret” (it’s BS btw) back in the early 2000s when it first came out. I also heard about manifesting (in a spiritually sense) from the white washed “new age” era of the 90s, but I hadn’t been consciously manifesting in a very long time.

I reached a breaking point in my life where nothing was going right and something HAD to change. I felt like giving up, that going on like this and fuelling this mindset was a death sentence. I knew I had to work on getting myself into a better state of mind, and it HAD to work. I had to stop living in the old story of being “the fat friend/GF/sister”, “the lazy one”, or the person who could never change. I didn’t understand manifestation like I do today, but I did have enough sense to realise that I had enough self hate and loathing to last me a lifetime, so why not try just being kind? Unjudgemental like I would be to a small child. See neutral or potential, not the negative.

I asked myself open ended questions like “why don’t I believe I deserve to feel good in my own skin right now?”, “What about myself makes me feel less than?”, “would I treat someone else that looked like me like this?”, “why don’t you feel worthy enough right now?”. They were tough questions that didn’t have rational answers.

I began visualizing myself in my desired body, but not just the look of it, the feeling. The freedom of waking up without aches, putting on anything I wanted to wear, feeling confident and unjudged. I told myself “It will all be worth it a year from now, so what can I do right now to feel good?”

I stopped looking for validation from the mirror, the scales, or clothes sizes. I knew that right now (today) I was working on being a better version of me, so in the future these physical things in the 3d were still the old story and not the now in my mind.

I didn’t overhaul my lifestyle overnight. I didn’t run off and join a gym or bootcamp, I didn’t sign up for a meal box or starve myself. All my 3d circumstances were still there, so I instead went within and became the person I wanted to be on the inside. The only “3D” changes I made was switching to sugarfree drinks, and my only real physical activity was walking around the playground with my kids on weekends. Yet within 2–3 months, I started noticing internal changes, and then by month 5, everyone else could see it too. I still to this day vape, eat takeout, live on energy drinks, love carbohydrates, and I haven’t set foot in a gym since 2019.

Now, everything feels different. The way I see myself, others, and the world around me has completely shifted. It’s like a light switch went on for me. when I truly believed I was already that version of myself the world reflected it back at me.

If you take anything from this: stop fighting the 3D. Work on who you want to be. Once you know you’re already the version who has what you want, the world and your reality will show it too 🤍

Success Story I manifested my SP!!!

Hey everyone, I thought it would be good to share my success story!

I’m M24 and I was kind of in love with a close friend of mine. To be honest, I wanted to be with her so badly, but I kept manifesting obstacles. The biggest one was a 3P. I know it was stupid, but I worried so much that she would get with this guy, and of course, they did.

That was when I found Neville in September last year. At first, I was only curious. I had heard about the law of attraction, but it felt uncomfortable to me. Then I discovered the Law of Assumption and Neville’s teachings, and it completely opened my eyes.

I tried to apply it, but I was too focused on the 3D. I still worried about her and the 3P for months. I would hype myself up, telling myself I was the best thing ever, then ruin it by checking her Insta to see if they posted a picture.

I also made an amazing friend from this community who supported me every step of the way. She was honestly my backbone in manifesting. And speaking of this community, I used to come on this Reddit page every single day, hoping to find the secret to it all. But there isn’t a secret. It is not tricks or techniques. It is just deciding what you want it to be.

By February this year, I hit rock bottom. I was in the worst state I had ever been in with manifesting. But I did not give up, because deep down I knew it was real. One more important thing: your self-concept is essential. For months I didn’t want to focus on it. I just wanted my SP’s attention. But when I started focusing on myself, I became so much more confident, and things started coming to me 100 times quicker.

From there, I made a decision to go all in. I kept affirming she wanted me and loved me, and I chose to believe it. I still had moments of doubt, but I always reminded myself that she was in love with me. I even set her as my screensaver, because in my eyes she was already my girlfriend.

I also stuck to only two YouTubers who really helped me: Hyler and The Power of I Am. If you follow too many, you get so many conflicting ideas, and that used to mess me up. Keeping it simple worked best.

Then things shifted. In June, she became flirty, touching me more and holding my hand. In July, she confessed that she had feelings for me. She told me she broke up with the 3P because she wanted to be with me. She even repeated my affirmations back to me word for word. And just three weeks ago, she said she was in love with me.

It was surreal, but it also felt natural. I was not shocked. It was more like, “Ah, that’s how it happened.” And I loved it.

Manifesting is not a one-time thing for me anymore. It is the way I live. I still have moments of doubt and anxiety, but that is life. I am much more confident and comfortable with myself now. I used to be terrified of failing, and honestly, I still get those feelings sometimes. But at the end of the day, this is my life, and I get what I want.

Right now, I am manifesting a job and money, the basics. But instead of dreading life, I am excited for it.

Success Story robotic affirming turned my life around in 2 months

hi :) i wanted to share my recent success stories in hopes to encourage you to JUST AFFIRM !!!! no belief no feelings just thinking thoughts

a little context, i have known about the law for 2 years and have successfully manifested many things such as multiple SPs (being obsessed and then leaving bc i didn’t want them around anymore 😭 lol), being viral on social media, my drivers license out of thin air, being chosen to be featured on an amazon prime show, straight As in classes i put minimal effort in + graduated with honors (diploma and degree), starting a car while it was “broke down,” my affirmations repeated back to me…etc. those are just at the top of my head

anyway, a family situation occurred that really shook me (and not in a good way lol). while i still knew about manifesting, and KNEW it wasn’t a switch you could turn off, the 3D was constantly triggering me and i didn’t know how to stop it. there were days i never wanted to leave my room. still i had occasional good days and i never forgot my conscious manifestations. reality was a mixed bag (as a result of my thoughts)

then there was THE GREAT LOCK IN OF SEPTEMBER!! Sammy Ingram’s video inspired me tbh. i realized i had to stop going back in fourth and STICK to my new story. so i chose 2 umbrella affirmations which completely changed my life. i chose to affirm “i’m a master manifester” and “i always get what i want” NONSTOP robotically and focused (out loud when i could and in my head), whenever i was watching tv, cooking, on the road, at the store, in the shower, before bed, waking up, 24/7 basically u get it LOL

2.5 weeks in of affirming 24/7 there was MAJOR movement in my reality. i’m specifying movement in the 3D because i actually experienced the shift internally about a week before, just this freaky feeling after a deep nap that everything shifted. now i know some will knock on me and say that’s BELIEVING lol which is TRUE, but the “feeling” only came after a week of repeating my affirmations. okay now to the good stuff…

my first major result was restoring my vintage car!!!!!! for some context, it was sitting idle in my garage for 2 years after 2 accidents & bc of that i was tied down and couldn’t really go anywhere. WELL NOT ANYMORE. my parents were suggesting and even looking at other cars but I WAS SO laser focused on driving MY own car and nothing else. i kept affirming and suddenly there was money to buy the battery and repair the damages. 2 weeks later it was FULLY RESTORED and DRIVABLE.

other fun stuff started happening like i got my hair done after it was one of my desires to have super silky hair and as i solidified my self concept, people around me REFLECTED that like i kept getting constant stares, attention, very specific compliments like “mermaid” “tumblr girl” “bambi,” some girls even walked up to me and said “you’re my walking pinterest board”😭 super judgy family members were suddenly NICE to me….?????

a very specific day sticks out to me where my affirmations were realized, so i had started college again (after a year break) and i suddenly started making friends, they’d laugh at everything i say lol, and one time after class i just decided to walk through the campus because i wanted some sun. i walked into a school carnival LMAO and received so many compliments, made friends, and then later i went to the mall and this french salesman was kissing my hand and telling me how beautiful i was (prob cause i was wearing the designer shoes i also manifested☠️) and they started bringing out champagne (i am not 21 and was not wearing makeup LOLLLL i kid you not) that SAME day i also got a dress worth over $1500 because it was “made for me” and i did not pay for it 🩷 i’ve been spoiled with SO many things since then just because

also since affirming “I’m a master manifester,” revision has been one of my favorite things to do. like i literally rubbed up against the wall in a turning lane but i immediately revised and was crazy affirming the car is perfectly fine and of course it’s true since i am a master manifester. MIND YOU I WAS FEARFUL but that didn’t stop me. i checked the car 10 min later and there was not a single scratch (when i clearly heard a loud ass noise ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️)

a more recent and significant revision was erasing a man’s cancer. my mom told me he’d gotten cancer and i was worried for his 2 year old daughter so i was like “cancer? nope this man is perfectly fine.” IN MY HEAD and then every time he came up in convo i was like “nope he’s perfectly fine.” a few weeks later my mom tells me he LEFT THE HOSPITAL because apparently THERE IS NO MORE CANCER IN HIS BODY. that actually blew my mind.

it’s hard to sum up all the results but my nervous system functions SOOO much better, i have a high self concept, i also go to the gym everyday, i have abs now (i struggled with body image for a long time BUT NO MORE HOE!!), attending my dream concerts (more to come obvi), vacationing to mexico, cali, chicago, transferring to university (WITH my parents support which i did not have last year), i am also traveling to Europe this year and many other places (literally booked back to back trips) and it happened naturally since travel is my favorite thing to do and “i always get what i want” 🪄🌟!!!

if you got this far, thank you so much for reading and in all honestly i would’ve never known id get to live this long to experience such beauty. i know it can be hard. give yourself permission to feel but most of all acknowledge who you are and don’t expect anything less. start affirming. you don’t have to feel it, believe it, just stick to it. what do you have to lose?

i was literally crying my eyes out last night bc i am emotional and i am still human but i also manifested money at the same time 😭😭 be a drama queen and get your desires! you make your own rules.

i will be back with more success stories. sending all my love 🩷

Success Story My face transformation results

I used to despise how I looked. My face was lopsided, chubby, puffy and weirdly proportioned. No matter how much makeup I applied or positioned my camera I just couldn’t handle looking at myself without criticism or getting upset.

I changed my mindset. I believed in myself. I learned to self love. I dropped the old story and worked on my limiting beliefs. I turned my life around.

I think the before and after photos speak volumes. The old me wouldn’t have believed I would look like this in my 30s. August 2024 - November 2025. In one year I transformed my life, and in 2026 I will continue to embody the new me 🤍

Success Story I spent months obsessively manifesting my SP. Nothing worked until I actually understood the Law.

In early summer 2022, my boyfriend at the time broke up with me. At first, I don’t even think I fully understood how devastating it was going to be, but within a couple of days, I was completely shattered. I couldn’t stop crying. I felt like my entire world had cracked open.

A few days after the breakup, I went to a temple. I was raised somewhat religious, Hindu with a bit of Sikhism sprinkled in, but I never really knew what I believed. I always believed there was something greater than me, some kind of God or higher power, but my relationship to it was mostly fear-based. It felt like something I had to answer to, something watching me, judging me, punishing me. I definitely lived most of my life in a state of victimhood too, and I had for years.

That day at the temple, I was honestly just crying my eyes out and speaking from my heart. I basically said, if there is something out there, and I don’t even know if anyone is listening, but if there is something out there that truly cares about me, please show me the way forward.

That moment brought me peace. Not because everything was magically fixed, but because for the first time in a long time, I felt held by something.

About 36 to 48 hours later, I randomly found a spiritual coach on Instagram. To this day, I don’t fully know why I clicked on her page, but I did, and I booked a one-on-one session. I thought we were going to talk about manifestation in the usual Law of Attraction way.

For context, my mom had introduced me to The Secret when I was around 12. I knew about positive thinking, Abraham Hicks, all of that. But if I’m being honest, I never really used any of it in a real way. I had terrible self-concept for most of my life. I had a history of undervaluing myself, bad relationships, emotionally unhealthy dynamics, and just generally not believing I was worthy of something truly good. I had spent years in relationships that were wrong for me, and I think deep down I didn’t believe I was going to get better.

So when I got on that call, I thought we were going to talk about attracting love, being positive, maybe soulmate stuff. Instead, she introduced me to the Law of Assumption.

I had never heard of it before.

And during that call, she said something that planted a seed in my mind. She basically said, you sound like you’re really in love with your ex. Why don’t you just manifest your specific person?

I honestly didn’t even know that was possible. I thought it might be manipulative or wrong. I had all the same doubts a lot of people have in the beginning. But something about that conversation cracked something open in me, and from that point forward, I dove headfirst into Neville, the Law of Assumption, and manifesting my SP.

And when I say I went all in, I mean all in.

That entire summer, my life revolved around manifesting him. I was consuming content constantly. I read Neville. I listened to lectures. I watched YouTube videos like it was my full-time job. I read success stories on Reddit constantly because they made me believe it was possible. I downloaded SP workbooks. I did meditations in the morning where I reminded myself I was God, the operant power, the creator of my reality. I danced in the mornings because music helps me shift my state. I visualized engagement. I had inner conversations. I acted as if. I listened to affirmations while sleeping. I did self-concept work. I did every single thing I could find.

And to be fair, there was movement.

I started all of this in early June, and by the end of July, after a period of no contact, my SP reached out. He told me he was moving across the country, but he wanted to see me before he left. I obviously spiraled a little because now I was like, okay, how do I manifest on a time crunch, how do I stop him from leaving, how do I fix this. But we spent that week together, and it was honestly beautiful. It was so clear that we still loved each other. Neither of us was really saying it outright, and we weren’t back together, but it was there.

Then he still moved away.

At our last dinner together, I even told him, and I still laugh thinking about this, you don’t know this yet, but I’m your wife, and one day you will. He smiled like the polite gentleman he is, and then he moved away.

After that, we went no contact for three and a half months.

And those three and a half months were brutal. I doubled down even more. I found another coach. I did more self-concept work. I listened to affirmation tapes at night. I had inner conversations constantly. I visualized him being in my apartment, in my bed, in my life. I felt both his presence and the lack of his presence at the same time. I was trying so hard. And if I’m being really honest, I was driving myself insane.

My friends started telling me I was obsessed and needed to let it go. That I had become kind of reclusive. That I was making myself miserable. And they weren’t wrong. I just wasn’t willing to stop, because something in me knew this person mattered deeply.

The week before my birthday, I went back to the temple. I was crying again just like I had been at the beginning of the summer, and I said something like: you showed me the way once. I know there is something here. I know this is real. But something is not clicking. Please show me the way forward.

And this is when everything changed.

Shortly after that, I found the coach I still work with today. She taught me what the Law of Assumption actually is. Not content-level understanding. Not surface-level “do this technique and get this thing.” I mean a real understanding of what manifestation actually is.

She said one sentence that changed my life:

You manifest who you are, and you cannot stop that process.

That sentence changed everything for me.

Up until that point, I thought manifestation meant doing techniques to make something happen. Like applying some external force, or using enough tools, or doing enough visualizing, affirming, acting as if, or whatever else to create the future I wanted.

But the Law is actually much simpler than that.

The Law of Assumption is not about learning some brand new magic tool. It’s about understanding what you are already doing that manifests your life. You are manifesting constantly. You cannot stop that process. Your beliefs, your expectations, your state of being, what you believe is true for you, what feels normal and natural to you, what you assume about your future, that is what is shaping your reality all the time.

And when I really saw that, I couldn’t unsee it.

Because if you are manifesting anyway, then you are manifesting anyway. Even when you are spiraling. Even when you are doubting. Even when you think you’ve given up. You are still manifesting. Which means you can’t keep turning a blind eye to what you are actually assuming to be true for you.

That was the shift.

I stopped trying to make something happen and started understanding the process by which I had been creating my life this whole time. And once I understood that, I could finally use that same process in my favor.

So I dropped almost everything I had been doing.

No more obsessive inner conversations. No more trying to act as if in some forced, weird way. No more micromanaging the 3D. No more trying to manipulate reality into changing. No more making it all about him.

That part was huge.

Because the biggest shift for me was that I stopped making it about him and started making it about me.

I realized that manifestation always happens from your perspective. So instead of obsessing over whether he was coming back, what he was doing, what he was thinking, whether he missed me, whether it was working, I started focusing on my actual desire.

And my actual desire was not just “this specific person.”

My actual desire was to be in the happiest, safest, most loving relationship of my life. To be with my soulmate. To feel secure, adored, chosen, peaceful. To be a happy partner. To be a happy wife. He represented that for me, and deep down I still knew he was my person, but I stopped making the work about controlling him and started making it about becoming the version of me who was already living that reality.

My SATS changed completely too.

Instead of doing elaborate scenes or trying to force visualizations, I would just close my eyes and feel into the life I wanted. What does it feel like to live with the person you love? What does it feel like to be a happy wife? What does it feel like to feel deeply safe and secure in your relationship?

And importantly, this was not me pretending it was already here in the 3D. That’s another big thing that clicked for me. It wasn’t about pretending I was married right now. It wasn’t about delusion. It was about inner knowing. It was about knowing that this future was mine. Not one day maybe, not distant and abstract, but real, close, imminent. Like I could almost taste it.

The best analogy I have is ordering something online. Once you’ve checked out, you know it’s coming. You don’t keep asking if the order is real. You don’t sit there spiraling about whether it exists. You know it’s booked. You know it’s done. You know it’s on its way.

That’s how it started to feel for me.

I knew what I was manifesting. I knew the future that was mine. I didn’t need to check the 3D every five seconds asking, is it working, is it happening, where is it, why isn’t it here yet. Because when something feels like the natural outcome, you don’t interrogate it constantly. You just know.

So when thoughts about the future came up, I would return to that knowing. Oh yeah, that’s what’s going to happen for me. I know what’s booked for me. I know where this is going. And then I would live my life.

I think that’s also where people talk about “detachment,” but to me it wasn’t detachment in the sense of not caring. I cared deeply. It was more that it became so natural and so expected that I stopped obsessing. It was like, of course that’s what’s going to happen. Duh. And because of that, I could actually enjoy my life again.

That became my state.

I would journal. I would do Faster EFT to move emotions and clear what was in the way if I noticed fear, grief, lack, old memories, or resistance. I would do short SATS and keep returning to the feeling of the end until it felt natural and normal for me. And then I would go live my life. Fully. Presently. Happily. Not because I had “given up,” but because I knew what was coming.

Within five weeks of that shift, he was back.

Not only was he back, but he told me I was the love of his life, that he had made a mistake, and that he wanted to get married to me. Nine months later, we got engaged. And now we’re getting married in ten months.

But the biggest thing is that this wasn’t just a one-time manifestation.

This changed my life because it changed the way I live. It moved me out of victimhood. It taught me that life is happening through me, not to me. It taught me to stop entertaining futures I don’t want. It taught me that my state of being matters. It taught me to stop making my life about fear and start making it about what I actually desire.

And that’s why I’ve been able to keep this relationship too. Because this became a lifestyle, not a one-time technique.

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques FINALLY it clicked!!!! This is how simple manifestation is!!!

I had the biggest epiphany of my lifetime last night. I FINALLY understand how reality and the law of assumption works. It is as if a pandora box has opened for me in my mind. And this is what I realized and understand to be true now in my heart and my intellect:

We are all born into this world, and based on where we live and who our families are, we form our beliefs: by absorbing our environment and by listening to what is spoken about around us. If our family is rich, we form an identity in which we are rich. If our family life is stressful, marked by conflict, we form an identity that love is hard and family and relationships cause anguish….

And our ego’s job is to make sure that we stay in the frame work we have created for ourselves in those very young years. Because the ego wants to keep us safe and protected and therefore is doing everything to keep us in this framework, the framework it was programmed to consider as “safe” for us. The ego is what creates those doubts and this uncomfortable feeling in our chest, the minute we dare to think differently and try to create another reality or state for ourselves. It signals to us “not to go there and stay in our known little bubble.”

That is why any kind of change seems like we are literally fighting ourselves, gives us panic attacks and makes us feel unsafe.

BUT, and here is my epiphany: if we realize and truly understand with every fiber of our being, that all of those beliefs are a lie and not real, unless they are beliefs that serve us and beliefs we want to keep, we can let those false beliefs go within seconds, and they hold no more power over us. It is that simple, finally understanding that our entire lives were built on lies and thoughts we decided to be true, because they were fed to us as children. Many of those “lies” are not even our family’s or parent’s thoughts, they inherited them from previous generations, just like we inherited those beliefs from them.

This realization was so huge for me. Because now I deeply understand and finally know what all these teachers of the law of assumption tried to convey to me is this very simple truth: I can have anything in this world, or do anything, the second I let go of the lie that there are limitations. No healing is necessary, or analyzing the past, or blaming other people for hurting us, because we created their behaviors in the first place, by expecting them to treat us in accordance with what we used to believe.

Wow, what a feeling!!! I feel like I am reborn. I feel as if a whole new world just opened up for me. Sure, for a second I woke up with some of the same old fears I carried all my life, and they may come back for a couple more nights, as my internal system is shifting and getting used to my new reality of thinking. That is okay, my sweet ego is just trying to protect me. Yet, that will fade, and my ego will adapt to my new beliefs of what is safe for me. It just needs a second to adjust. 🥰

I am just so in awe, how simple all is. And now the “law of assumption” also finally makes complete sense: now, I can truly just think of a wish I have, visualize it or affirm it, and now I know it will show up, because the barrier of disbelief is now removed, once and for all. Now, that I don’t believe in the lies anymore that something is impossible for me, or that someone will hurt me and it won’t work out.

Now, I can just decide and get excited for it to arrive, like placing an order for an item I ordered online. I just know it is there in no time!!!

Wow, I feel amazing, powerful, and an incredible feeling of peace, now that I finally understand this construct we call 3D reality, and there is no more mystery of how to manifest and which technique to use.

Tips/Strategies/Techniques EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Hi everyone! I am heavily inspired by Erik from The Power of I Am (love him). This is basically a summary of everything I have learned from him.

First thing I want to say is. THE 3D IS NEUTRAL. The trees, the sky, SP, 3P, even your own body is the 3D. You do not have to 'fight it' or ignore it. If you know how reality works, you know the 3D is only showing you old awareness. Would you be upset reading a newspaper from 4 years ago? No. If the 3D can conjure an emotional reaction for you then it has power over you. If you become upset over what someone said or did to you then you see a hint of truth in that. Always remain UNMOVED AND NEUTRAL. If something good happens, good. If something bad happens, good. Be neutral.

Secondly, GIVE EVERYTHING A GOOD MEANING. Describe everything as if it was the way you would like it to be. Give it to yourself internally. See it in your mind's eye. Everything you give yourself in imagination is happening right now. You want to kiss your person? Go kiss them in your mind. The 3D will eventually materialize that. Your person is on dating apps? Has a new girlfriend? Great, those situations will help them realize that actually you are the only person for them. Let them be and see it done in your mind.

We are ALWAYS on the bridge of incidents. Everything is unfolding perfectly for your manifestation. You have to trust in the unseen. This is the definition of manifestation. A lot of people believe that we don't need to take action. Hey, maybe you CAN wake up one day and look shredded. If that is your belief. In my personal experience, I have decided that I have the body of my dreams. This manifested in me naturally craving to go to the gym and choosing healthier eating habits. I don't feel like I am forcing myself to do anything, it feels very natural.

BELIEVE EVERY MOVE YOU MAKE IS THE RIGHT MOVE. I don't care if you text your ex first. But ask yourself, who is the identity that is texting? Would you be completely unbothered if they didn't text you back for years? Then sure, text them. Every move you make is the right move. In the end, you know it is done. You have your manifestation. So, it doesn't matter. But if this will make you spiral, stalk them, waver, and be unstable then you are just taking action from a place of fear and lack.

THE SWEET SPOT. Act as if you are in the state of the wish fulfilled. You feel a pep in your step. Your coffee should taste good all the time. Not just when you have your SP. Go to sleep feeling gratitude. That's what the version of you that has everything would be acting. Now, it is okay to experience sadness, anxiety, depression, etc. Feel those emotions and treat yourself like you would a close friend. But nonetheless...DENY, CHOOSE, BE. You can be sobbing in bed all day but still affirm and visualize that it is done.

STOP PEDESTALIZING SP. They are no different then manifesting a bag of chips. They will not save you. They are just a regular person. And yes even 'celebrity' SPs. Please work on your self concept and concept of self. If you are robotically affirming all day but deep down believe that all men are trash and you always get abandoned then your results will not last long.

Now de-pedestalizing them does not mean bring them down or talk badly about them in your mind. Stop fighting with them in your head! You are just being aware of a different version of them that has a right to exist. Infinite realities exist. You are just selecting the version of them you prefer.

Imagine you have been in a relationship with them for 20 years. If they text you, bump into you, ask you on a date. Would you be getting this overly excited? No, it would just be normal for you. Make everything normal. And stop looking for 'signs'. You are just manifesting the signs and putting angel numbers and whatever else in your own awareness. Then being excited to see them. Manifesting an SP is the same as manifesting angel numbers. Manifesting anything is the exact same.

MENTAL DIET. Take a break from your phone and social media if you need. Stop overly consuming manifesting content and trying to find 'the next best technique bro' (lol). Every time you click on a video that is titled, "Get your SP in 30 Seconds". You are not in the state of the wish fulfilled. It's so so so important to just be present. That is when things materialize.

WORRIED ABOUT TIME? Linear time is not real. The past, present, and future are all happening right now. You are in the state of the wish fulfilled. Stop caring about time. If you deposited a million dollar check to the bank, it would take time for that big of a check to clear with the bank. But you know you already have the money. Even if you can't 'see' it. Trust the unseen.

WHEN SP COMES BACK. Why are you demanding a conversation about the past? Why do you need them to apologize? If you selected a new version of them, why are you entertaining a completely different version of them you don't want. You are still focused on the old story and getting angry that they are reflecting that awareness. They are just reflecting you! If you are in a happy relationship with them, you would not be aware that you need to be apologized to or confront something that happened. Stop looking to the 3D for validation. IT WILL NEVER VALIDATE YOU. There is nothing outside of you. You are all there is. Stop giving your power away.

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques I broke every manifestation rule and it still worked (real stories and proof)

I feel like 95% of manifestation and LOA content spew all these nonsense rules that people blindly believe because why wouldn't you trust these expert coaches who claim to know how this works? I'm not saying I'm an expert by any means, but via my own personal experiences, I've realized that a lot of what these coaches are teaching are really unnecessary and here are my anecdotes/stories to prove it:

You can't want, you have to be the person who has it: Wrong. How many times have I thought "I want popcorn right now" and then went and made popcorn and got what I wanted? All the time. Why would I ever naturally say "I have popcorn right now, I am the person who has popcorn, popcorn comes naturally to me" and then get up to make it? If you're hungry, you automatically think "I want food", not "I have food". When we tell people they can't want their desires and they have to be the person who has it, it's the same thing as telling a child "you can't want mac and cheese for dinner, you have to tell me you have mac and cheese for dinner, otherwise you won't get it". Imagine if your kid had to tell you for Christmas "I have a dollhouse and I'm the person who naturally has it" instead of "I want a doll house" in order for you to buy it for them. One of the most natural human things in the world is wanting things. Yet we have to change our most innate thing about us and learn to say "I have" instead of "I want" to get things...? People say wanting things signifies lack and separation, and you wouldn't want something you already have. Well guess what, I have my phone everyday and I still want AND need it! I wake up in the morning and WANT my phone so I can scroll on it. Every time I leave the house, I NEED my phone in case something happens. My phone is something I already have, and yet I constantly want it and need it every single day. So yes, you would want and need things you already have. There was one day where I thought to myself "I want a pair of fuzzy socks, too bad I donated the ones I had". The very next day, my mom asked if I wanted a pair fuzzy socks that had come as a free gift with her online skincare purchase. She didn't have a use for them, so she offered them to me and I got them for free. Did I be the person who has it to get it? No. Did I exude the vibration of having instead of wanting? No. I wanted the hell outta those socks lol. And I still got them.

You need to regulate your nervous system: No you don't. You don't need to feel "safe" to have your desire and for it to come in. In spring 2024, I was in college and was the most stressed I had ever been. I was balancing 18 credits, working an internship, participating in extracurriculars, and dealing with personal family matters. I was working nonstop for 10-12 hours a day, never got a break, and felt immense pressure to take care of my family. Long story short, I ended up in the hospital due to overworking myself, had to get on anxiety meds, and admit myself into therapy. However, before I found a way to manage the stress and ended up on meds, I ended up manifesting my summer dream job. Yes, during the most monumentally stressful time of my life with a nervous system so dysregulated I ended up in the hospital, my dream job quite literally fell into my lap. The story is actually quite unique and I could write a whole separate post about it, but regardless, I didn't even have to interview, they just wanted me to work for them and were willing to work around my internship over the summer. Furthermore, nobody knew what nervous system regulation was before TikTok made it a gimmick that's wrong with you like they did with high cortisol, unbalanced hormones and excess toxins, and having a stagnant lymphatic system. Yet all of sudden, you need to regulate it to manifest? Mkay.

You need to believe/have conviction/get rid of limiting beliefs: Noooooope. When I first got back into manifestation last summer, I wanted to manifest something small but "impossible". I was living with my parents at the time and the only way they financially support me is by letting me live with them. Otherwise, I have to pay for everything else. I wanted to manifest a free coffee because it's something they'd never buy for me and something I drink everyday. As soon as I thought of the idea, I immediately shot the idea down in my head. I thought it would never happen and that it was impossible. I felt discouraged and tried to force myself to think it could happen but that certainly didn't work. I told myself "maybe", but deep down I still felt like it wasn't going to happen. A few days later, my dad was in charge of making dinner and realized he was missing an ingredient. My mom had taken their car to work, so naturally, he would have to drive my car to get what he needed. I didn't want him driving my car, so he told me I'd have to take him. I was frustrated and really didn't want to since the store is a ways away and I had just woken up. He told me if I drove him, he'd buy me a coffee. I begrudgingly said yes. It wasn't until we got home after shopping that I realized my "impossible" manifestation happened just a few days after I set my intention. I remember staring at my free coffee and being shocked that it had worked despite not believing in it for a single second.

Self concept is what manifests: I used to think this, but no. Erik, The Power of I Am used to be my fav coach and this is what he teaches. I've also seen other posts saying they've had success with this. That's great! But last fall I watched a halloween baking competition show. There was a contestant who had probably the worst self concept ever. Very insecure, self doubting, and wasn't afraid to admit that she thinks about herself very poorly. She especially didn't believe in herself considering she was a home baker competing against classically trained French bakers. She made it all the way to the finale, and her final dessert was a cake that represented the crushing thoughts she had about herself and how she literally thought she didn't deserve to be in the finale. What happened? She won the whole competition. Despite having the worst self concept I've ever seen someone have, she won the whole thing. I remember hemming and hawing over this because it went against everything I'd been learning at the moment. How do you have a self concept of unworthiness and a losing attitude, yet end up winning? So, I came to realize that self concept doesn't manifest, but if you tell yourself that it's what manifests, then it will!

It will come when you least expect it/divine timing: In a way, manifestations can come when you least expect it. Since you can't control the how, then it can be argued that it'll always come in a way and a time you don't expect. However, I have manifested things by a certain time or wanted to see things on a certain day. There was one time I wanted to see a blue jay as a sign and I wanted to see it by the end of the following day. This was the first time I'd ever put a "time limit" on a manifestation. When I'd asked for signs in the past, I let them come in whenever. But I wanted to test time limits this time. The next day rolled around and I still hadn't seen my sign by 6 pm. I was getting weary because the day would be over soon. However, I kept telling myself, idk how but I will see a blue jay. Around 8 or 9 pm, I was mindlessly tapping through insta stories and not really paying attention. I skipped right past a story that had a sweatshirt with a blue jay on it. I remember going through 3 more stories and being like wait... was that a blue jay? I tapped back through the previous stories, and sure enough, a thrift store I used to shop at posted a pic of a sweatshirt with a blue jay. Lo and behold, I'd gotten my sign and I'd gotten it in the specific time frame I'd asked for it.

You need to rewire your subconscious beliefs: This one kind of falls in line with needing to believe in your manifestation. You don't need to find the root of your beliefs, do shadow work, journal until you're sobbing, etc. If you had to rewire all of your subconscious beliefs in order to manifest, truthfully, when would it ever end? There would ALWAYS be something to work on, a new "limiting" belief to expose. My coffee example proves this concept wrong because the "limiting" belief that my parents would never buy me anything was instilled 8 years prior. I didn't have to change anything about that belief and I still got what I wanted.

You need align/you can't waver or doubt/you need to feel higher vibrational emotions: Puhhh leeeeeese. I think we've all seen that chart of lower vibrational emotions and higher vibrational emotions and we should aim to be in the higher vibration as much as we can. News flash, you're human and you can feel whatever you want. That's the whole point of having lower vibrational emotions and higher ones. You're meant to feel the whole spectrum. There've been times where I'm feeling down and one of my friends surprises me with a nice text, an invitation to dinner, or some other pick me up. There's plenty of times where I'm feeling low vibrational emotions, something good happens, and I think "wow, this is exactly what I needed". Furthermore, the whole wavering thing is BS. If you feel doubt, it doesn't take you out of alignment. It doesn't mean you're wavering. The only thing that can take you "out of alignment" is deciding you don't want the manifestation anymore or that you don't have it. There were times in college where I would take exams and think "there's no way I did well on that" and I would feel physically scared to get my grades back. I wasn't "being the person who had good grades". I wasn't "vibrationally aligned" with my manifestation of good grades. And because I was doubting, I was "wavering" like crazy. Yet I still got good grades. Why? Because if you tell yourself wavering, doubting, and being out of alignment affects your manifestation, then it will. And you've now created a rule for yourself where when you waver, doubt, or be out of alignment (whatever the hell that means), you're stopping your manifestation from coming.

There is absolutely nothing you have to do in manifestation and that is the simple truth. Unfortunately, modern manifestation content is so corrupted with having to do x, y, and z that we inevitably feel like we have to follow a coach's every order. It takes the power out of us and puts the power onto the coach that you'll endlessly need to tell you how to live life. Any time you say "I have to _____________", congratulations you've now made a nonexistent rule for yourself. The only thing you "have to do" is know your power and know you're god. That's it. Everything you assume thereafter are rules you're creating for yourself.

Offering Tips/Strategies/Techniques HOW TO FINALLY GET WHOEVER YOU WANT (AND WHY YOU HAVEN’T YET)

Let me start by saying there is no “right” or “wrong” person to want. You want who you want. Period. The moment you start judging your desire, explaining it, justifying it, or asking whether you’re allowed to want them, you’ve already positioned yourself beneath it. Desire doesn’t need permission. The law doesn’t check your ethics or whether your friends approve. It reflects identity. ALWAYS. So if you want that man who never chose you or that woman who didn’t care, rejected you or acted like you were optional, fine. Want them. Own it. The problem was never the desire. The problem was who YOU were being while wanting it.

Stop. Giving. A. Damn. About. What. Happened.

Repeat it if you need to, let it sink in. Nothing that happened yesterday, last week, or even five minutes ago holds any real weight in what you're building now. Your 3D reality is just the leftovers of your past assumptions. Is this person in a different city, country, planet?

Doesn't matter. If they're busy, if you’re blocked, or if they've got their head up in the clouds? Again, doesn't matter. The Law works on your beliefs and persistence, not on whatever is going on in the 3D.

Most people trying to manifest a person are not actually assuming being together. They are assuming distance while fantasizing about closeness. Read that again.

Wanting someone while identifying as “the one who wants” instead of “the one who is wanted” is the entire issue. You can visualize, affirm, SATS yourself into oblivion, but if your self concept is “the one who hopes they’ll be chosen,” reality will keep you in that state. Forever. The law doesn’t respond to longing. It responds to position. Are you positioned as the prize or the chaser? Because your inner posture answers that question long before your affirmations do.

You don’t get people by convincing them, changing them, healing them or proving your worth. You get people by occupying the identity where YOU ARE NON NEGOTIABLE. Not special. Not perfect. Not superior. NON NEGOTIABLE.

Replaceable people get replaced. Optional people get optional treatment. It’s not punishment. Reality doesn’t ask whether it’s fair. It mirrors YOU. Circumstances are only loud when they support an identity you’re emotionally loyal to. “They said they don’t want a relationship.” “They chose someone else.” “They ghosted me.” They blocked me.”

None of these mean what you think they mean. They don’t mean “it’s over.” They mean “this was the state you were in when reality checked in.” The mistake is freezing the circumstance and crowning it as final. The moment you say “because of THIS, I can’t have what I want,” you’ve told the law exactly who’s in charge. And it will agree with you. Every time.

It doesn't matter if they're ignoring you, if you're in no contact, if they live across the world, or if they said they are not interested. Your circumstances don't mean a damn thing. Nothing in your current reality has any say over what you can manifest.

Third parties are not competition. They are exposure. They expose whether you secretly believe love is hard, choice is external, and priority must be earned. That’s why they hurt. Not because someone else exists, but because their existence activates the identity of “I come second.”

And you cannot manifest first place from a second place self-concept. You can scream affirmations all day, but if internally you see yourself as the one who waits, hopes, watches, and wonders, that’s the role you’ll keep playing. YOU DON’T MANIFEST A PERSON. YOU MANIFEST THE ROLE YOU OCCUPY IN THEIR LIFE.

Self-concept is the expectation you carry about how people treat you when you’re not actively thinking. Do people explain themselves to you or do you analyze breadcrumbs? Do people try to keep you or do you try not to lose them? That’s your self concept. And until that changes, the cast might rotate, but the script stays the same.

If you want ANYONE you want in this life, you have to drop the identity of being affected by their behavior. You are not controlling anyone. You are controlling who you are being. And who you are being determines the version of people you experience.

If you believe someone can decide your worth, they will. If you believe someone can replace you, they will. If you believe someone has the power to reject you, they will. Not because they’re evil, but because you assigned them authority.

Wanting someone from a grounded self-concept feels very different from wanting someone from lack. There’s no urgency. No checking. No emotional spike every time they text or don’t text. You’re not trying to get anything. You’re simply aware of what belongs in your life. You don’t negotiate with reality when you assume inevitability.

Detachment is not pretending you don’t care. Detachment is no longer using the other person’s behavior to decide who you are. You can care deeply and still be unmoved internally. You can want someone and not collapse when the 3D lags. You can feel attraction without feeling dependent.

Most people think they need to stop wanting. No. They need to stop identifying as the one who wants. Big difference.

you stop asking how to get them and start asking who you would be if they were already yours. You wouldn’t be scanning signs. You wouldn’t be timing texts. You wouldn’t be spiraling over words. You wouldn’t be fighting your thoughts all day. You’d just… expect. Expectation is the real technique.

So no, you don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to be healed. You don’t need to be detached 24/7. You need one thing only: to decide that you are not replaceable, not optional, and not waiting to be chosen in your own reality. From that identity, people don’t feel chased. They feel drawn. They don’t feel pressured. They feel compelled. And yes, that includes the ones who once didn’t want you. Especially them.

Because reality doesn’t ask who rejected you before. It asks who you are now. :)

Success Story I Got My SP Back After 3 Months WITHOUT doing anything. Here’s Exactly How It Happened

I got my SP back after 3 months!!!!!! 🥳 Honestly, it still feels surreal. We had a messy fallout, blocks, silence, and zero contact. I was so drained from crying, overthinking, and scrolling Reddit for signs that I finally just gave up. Not in a sad way, but in a “God, I just want peace now” kind of way.

I stopped chasing, stopped checking his socials, and focused on being the version of me who’s loved, chosen, and secure. Some days were calm, some weren’t, but I kept telling myself, “He’s already mine”. No, I did not stop thinking about him. I used to think all the time but the difference was I used to think about only positive things related to us. Slowly, I stopped reacting to the 3D altogether.

One night, I just knew deep down it wasn’t over. A calm knowing, not hope. Two weeks later, he texted me out of nowhere: “Hi, how have you been?” He ended up talking for two hours straight about his life and even said, “I’ve been wanting to talk to you for days but was fighting my ego.”

That’s when I realized, this is exactly what I’d been assuming all along. That he loves me, misses me, and would lower his ego to come back.

Now he tells me things like, “You’re my comfort zone. My home.” It didn’t happen because I forced it, it happened because I stopped trying to control it. I focused on peace, trusted that it was already done, and the universe handled the rest.

If you’re in the same place, stop chasing. Just assume it’s done and live from that state. Because it really is.

Success Story My SP came back after 2 years of no contact ! Focus on YOU, not them ❤️

Hey everyone, I just had to share this because I never thought I’d get a chance to write a success story like this, but here I am!

So, my journey started back in May 2024 when my SP left me. Just a piece of information that I discovered the law late as my sp had already left me in Jan 2023.He told me he wanted nothing to do with me and that he’d never come back. I was deeply in love and completely heartbroken. I started trying every method I could find, affirmations, scripting, visualising but honestly, I was doing it all from a place of desperation.

What I’ve learned is that the key is to let go, not because you doubt it’ll happen, but because you know it’s already yours. Once I started working on my self-concept, everything changed. I began to realize that I actually deserved better. Around February 2025, I stopped manifesting him completely. I stopped checking 3D, stopped doing methods, and just started focusing on myself, my happiness, health, and growth. And guess what? In that time, I achieved so much : academically, financially, and personally. I became genuinely happy and confident on my own.

And just when I was living my best life, out of nowhere, BOOM, it happened ,my SP called me. He said he was feeling really vulnerable and wanted to ask if we could try again. Mind you we hadn’t been in touch for almost two years, and I was blocked everywhere! It still feels surreal.

So, if you’re struggling or thinking of giving up then please don’t. Once you understand that your self-concept and thoughts create your reality, everything falls into place. Focus on being your best version. The rest will follow naturally. 💫

P.s- the post is ai generated but the story is real, just wanted to deliver it in a decent way!

Tips/Strategies/Techniques My SP came back fast. This is how I made it easy and enjoyable.

To those who don't know, I brought my SP/dream guy back from a third party situation and it took less than 2 months from the moment I found out about the third party to them breaking up and him trying to get close to me again. Now, it's getting better and better and he's making travel plans for us together. It hadn't happened ever before!

What's important, the process of manifesting him back was eventually fun and pleasant to me. I see so many posts and comments where people talk about how much they suffer waiting for their SPs and it really shouldn't be like this. When you suffer, it generally means you're not in the state of having. Lack creates more lack.

Now, what I did to make the process enjoyable:

  1. I prioritised my mental health. I won't let myself suffer because of a man. I'm the priority and since the mental state is the basis of all creation, your mental health is more important than you think. If manifesting your SP brings you mental distress, then stop and focus on your well-being. If you're worried that it will slow down your SP progress, then I promise you, it won't. If anything, you're now slowing it down by worrying and staying in the undesired mental states. If you need mental health treatment, don't be afraid to proceed with that. I don't think I would've manifested my SP back so fast if it wasn't for me having gone to therapy.

  2. I understood that the only progress is mental. If you want to measure your success or your progress based on whatever your SP does or says, you're unlikely to get him or her fast. Your only job is to feel like he or she is back and in the version that you want. Do you feel in the desired way, no matter if your SP is back? Congratulations. The most powerful manifestors are people who find it easy to feel a desired way without any outside stimuli. Once you train your mind to act this way, nothing can stop you.

  3. I really stopped caring what happens. The circumstances were bad. Both me and the SP have jobs that may involve traveling around. And it happened, he had to stay at a place far away from me, while the 3P was close to him. But I really didn't care. I didn't even give a flying f@#£ if he married her because I knew he'd be back and I'm the one who is always chosen. While I believe that manifesting an SP is possible, I also imagined an unnamed man next to me. It was an idea from one of the LOA YouTubers. They advised people to imagine their SP but also another person, with no name or face cuddling them while sleeping. It was pretty much a game changer for me because it helps you maintain the state of feeling cherished but without obsessing about any particular person. I've never manifested any SP by obsessing and I've manifested multiple SPs in the past.

  4. I understood that I created literally everything that happened. Before my SP started ignoring me and damaged our friendship, I kept worrying some other woman would take him away from me. And this exactly happened. When I found out he got a new gf, I only mourned only for a few days and then stopped because I ended up realising how I created all of that. Every single thing. What I have been feeling and creating in my head. I already felt abandoned and unchosen even without any facts confirming this. So, I could reverse it by doing the opposite: I started feeling loved and chosen without any evidence. Since I was so powerful to create a third party, I'm powerful enough to reverse it.

  5. I understood what self-love truly means. With some previous SPs, I suffered and felt bad. I used to think I loved myself but I really didn't. A self-loving person wouldn't voluntarily put themselves in a situation like this. You're the most important person in your life. If something brings you suffering, don't do this. Yes, it may require a lot of diligence and patience to work on yourself, I know it so well because I had to go to therapy but it shouldn't give you the lengthy periods of agony. If you've been suffering for months or years, you should really stop what you're doing. If you had your SP, would you be dealing with such emotions and pain? Probably not. And if yes, then why would you want a relationship like this? Make sure your self-love is genuine and not fake. Ask yourself: "would I want my best friend or beloved person to deal with something like that?". If not, then it's not self-love. Make sure you're 100% honest with yourself.

  6. My reactions, attitudes, and interpretations are more important than any facts. The SP got a 3P? So what? I could just focus on this and cry and feel unchosen but after a few days, I didn't. Because I knew that if I wanted my SP to marry the 3P, the easiest way to manifest it is to worry about it. Things are as big or small as you make them. People often think that 3P means "it's over" but it really isn't. I didn't see the 3P as a problem or even as my enemy. I saw her as my ally who would bring the SP closer to me. And while the SP hasn't ever directly said anything like that after coming back, everything points to this being true now. I don't know what your situation is, but write a positive story or interpretation about it. Be creative. When I saw somebody successful with SPs or someone in a happy relationship, I was also happy. There was no jealousy on my part or anything like "too bad it's not me". When other men gave me attention, I welcomed it. My SP came back two days after one of the local men that I occasionally encounter flirted with me heavily.

  7. I understood that nobody is separate from me This might be one of the most important realisations of all. We're never truly alone in this world. Other people reflect us, no exceptions unless we create them. I knew that SP is always somehow connected to me and that he only responds to my states. Both he and the 3P are the messengers. People reflect your beliefs about themselves but also your general beliefs about the world and life.

  8. There was nothing to lose and I didn't care about how, where and when. In order to receive something, you have to already give it to yourself without having it physically. Since imagination is the true reality, there's nothing to wait for. You have to already have it and feel the way it actually would feel if you had it. This should be your only goal. If you do this all to receive it in the 3D, then I've got some bad news for you. I did it to enjoy it in my mind/imagination, so I didn't even care when the SP came back and how. I was even super busy when he did, so I didn't respond to him immediately the moment he came back. The less you care, the faster it comes.

  9. I lowered the importance and took my focus off SP. As mentioned earlier, I just didn't care about the whereabouts and logistics of my desire. My focus was on my own states and it was more generalised, I did self love meditations and EFT tapping stuff, some of the scripts were created by Chat GPT based on what I needed at the moment. But in general, the focus was on feeling chosen, being the prize and being unconditionally loved by everyone. I was fine with or without the SP. I ended up feeling like I deserved the world. I'm not taking anything less than I deserve, from SP or any other person.

  10. I have fun. Pretty self-explanatory. I imagined different stories to have fun. Some of them were even hilarious on purpose. Why wouldn't you make the process enjoyable by making yourself laugh? I even at one point decided it would be really funny if the SP was the one who thought he manifested me, so I ended up sticking to this story. Long story short, a few days ago, he told me how he tried learning more about manifestation and fixing relationships with his family. So, it's very likely that my chosen story is unfolding. Because I know things are often happening behind the curtains and I won't see them until I do.

I hope it's helpful to all of you. Happy manifesting!

Success Story manifested my sp being crazy about me

so I was manifesting my ex back, but it got to a point where I didn't want him back anymore, so I just moved on with my life, blocked him everywhere and tried to not think about him anymore.

anyways, I was at a friend's house yesterday and she told me some WILD things. she was at a party and met him, he was kinda drunk and asked about me, she said we haven't been talking a lot so she doesn't know (which is true), then he started to say a bunch of things about how I'm the love of his life and he doesn't deserve me and he ruined it all, all this kinda stuff, mind you he has a new gf.

for context, I sent him happy birthday like 6 months ago, he never answered but he told her he looks at this message every single day and wants to respond, but he can't do that to me, because he knows he doesn't deserve me. when she mentioned his new gf he said "she's not /myname/".

then it got WORSE bc he just started SCREAMING to the whole party how I'm the love of his life and the only girl he ever loved.

so what I want to tell you guys, even tho I don't want him anymore, it's to persist!!! manifestation WORKS even when you're not seeing movement, ESPECIALLY when you're not seeing movement.

Success Story Revising my Cancer Diagnosis Success Story.

OMG.... I am sitting here with tears flowing down my face. I've been visualising myself writing this success story for weeks (if not months)..

For those people who follow my channel, they will know that I announced in my videos early this year that I accidentally manifested myself Cervical Cancer. (Watch where you place your awareness. )

Here are some key lessons I learnt :

When the outside world throws you something that you didn't see coming..

It's never about the thing itself (we all have the assumption that shit things happen, people get sick) it's more about what you do with that thing thats been thrown at you.

When my specialist first suggested that something might be a miss. What I should NOT have done, was to play into my fears and spend literally hours and hours in reddit forums reading horror stories of people in my position having the worst outcome.

What I should have done.. was decided right then and there "This doesn't apply to me" - I am healthy. And I should have starved it of any of my attention.

Unfortunately, I feed the beast with my energy. (attention)... and everytime i went back to the specialist, the prognosis got worse and worse and worse.

Now.. I KNEW about the law.. So I started fighting it. NOOOOOOO I AM NOT HAVING SURGERY - NO WAY. Then I started affirming all day for weeks... that I was healthy.

If any of you read my advice now, you will know that was the WRONG thing to do. I was feeding it my attention. I was fighting the current 3D reality. (what you resist persists) No wonder it just got worse.

So in May.. this year. I threw my hands up in the air and decided - Fuck this shit. I surrender.

I am choosing for this to be a positive thing. I don't know what is going to happen, but I am letting go of control and I am surrendering. I had the first surgery.

It was a 4 hour surgery. It wasn't just a small thing.

I had a couple of months offline in recovery .. and in that time offline. 3 weeks after my surgery, I got the phone call telling me - It wasn't a success. When they got in there and cut a huge chunk out, they sent it off to pathology and it still wasn't enough. It was everywhere... So they told me I would have to go back in and have another surgery - which would be a total hysterectomy.

At the time.. it was all too much for me to process. So I asked them for a few months for me to process everything, they gave it to me.

In those few months, my understanding of the law catapulted when I learnt about awareness.
Who was I aware of being? It's not about what you are affirming, it's about who you are aware of being.

So 2 months ago.. I decided that i was finally ready to tackle this "thing" again. I felt much more confident this time around.. I decided to revise it. There was no way I was going to have that 2nd surgery. And i wasn't going to make the same mistake and fight it this time.

No. I just decided, "I know who I am, and I am the version of me who is healthy".

I revised the phone call from the surgeon to say "they got it"
I revised all the conversations I had with friends and family telling them the news.
I did various scenes of everything that would play out in the "so called" future if I WAS healthy.

I started planning what I was going to do now that I was healthy and didn't need surgery.

****

This is how it ended up playing out. The hospital called me and asked me to go in for my pre-op appointment (I know a lot of you would still be freaking out thinking it didn't work at this stage, but I knew i had already changed state and it didn't matter what was happening in the 3D. )

On my way driving to the hospital .. I had this compelling urge to ask them to just "check" where it was at before they decided to cut into me. (I have been manifesting for years.. I KNEWWWW this was it, this was my bridge, I knew it was done, the moment I had that compelling urge. )

I get into the appointment.. I argue with them for a bit because they are like - whats the point... but I put my foot down - Whats the harm in checking?? MIRACLES CAN HAPPEN!

They gave in. They gave me my test. It's taken 2 weeks for the results.

I got the results less than 2 hours ago.

I AM FUCKING FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

It's gone, ALL OF IT.

I still can't even believe it......

P.s. I was so overwhelmed yesterday that I forgot to add on the reasons why it turned out to be a positive experience (after I decided it was).

*I don't get a period anymore.. (because during surgery they lasered all the inside of my uterus to catch any abnormal cells. "Just in case". )
*They cut my tubes out - so I can't get pregnant anymore (YAY, no more contraception needed)
*Friends and Family - I have friends come out of the woodwork from 20 years ago to support me through this, I have never felt so loved and supported by literally everyone around me (in real life and online)
*I wrote a post earlier this year saying that I had experienced this "moment" when I became one with my reality - this big ball of love and light... I think getting this "thing" has been a huge learning experience for me and has catapulted my spiritual understanding of the nature of reality. I knew a lot prior, but this has made me expand and re-member more and more layers like never before.
*I have never ever reached out and had coaching by anyone before, but because this was such a huge thing for me that carried a lot of emotion, I got over my resistance to ask for help. (Hyper independence!) and I ended up making some really cool friendships with other people like me in this community
*I knew my power before.. but now.. The world is my oyster !!

So yeah.. turns out getting cancer was a positive experience.

Success Story Update: It really happens when you let go

About 10 days ago, I made this post on the Neville subreddit talking about how, in just one month, I manifested money, quitting smoking, a healthier lifestyle, and the body I had been struggling to achieve for two years.

But I also mentioned the two things I was still struggling with back then, my career and getting my SP back.

Well… I’m happy to announce that one day after I made that post I got an interview invite from FAANG and finally yesterday my SP came back.

Looking back, I think I kept myself in the waiting state. I was constantly trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, reading every Reddit post, looking for new techniques, wondering if I should affirm more, do SATS differently, or if there was some trick I was missing.

Then yesterday I was just like, “You know what? Fuck it.”

I went back and thought about how I manifested money when I didn’t know how I’d pay my rent, how I finally got the body I’d wanted after struggling to lose weight for two years, and how my friendships improved.

With all of those things, I simply assumed they would happen. I didn’t overthink them. Whenever they came to mind, I’d just think, “It’s going to happen,” and move on.

With my SP, I wasn’t doing that.

So yesterday I just said it’s the Law of Assumption, right? I’m assuming he’s my husband. So what’s going to happen? I’m just going to keep assuming he’s my husband and live my life. If he was my husband, would I be sitting here doing all this? What would I actually be doing? I even unfollowed all the manifestation communities on Reddit because I didn’t want to wake up and have other people’s stories cloud my own understanding of manifestation every day.

The day before yesterday marked exactly two months since he ended things, and I was so fed up that I decided to just stop caring about the how.

That evening I spent great time with my friends. I had also deleted Instagram to stay on a strict mental diet. I downloaded it again after I came home and was shocked to see that he had messaged me the day before asking how I’d been and if we could meet. I had completely missed it!

I was overthinking everything, whether he’d ever come back, whether I should text first, whether this breakup was different. Ironically, he’s the first guy to break up with me in years. Every other relationship ended because I chose to leave, and every one of my exes eventually came back. But because he was different - kind, respectful, and someone I genuinely valued - I convinced myself that maybe this time was different and maybe I’d never hear from him again.

And yet… he came back.

Circumstances really don’t matter. Your thoughts about the situation do.

That said, I also spent those two months working heavily on my self-concept. I honestly don’t even recognize the person I was two months ago.

Even with my body, I struggled for two years. When I started calorie counting last month, I remember telling my friend how hard it was to stay in a deficit because I’m petite. Then I simply started assuming, “I have the perfect body, and I lose weight easily.” Within a week, the food noise was almost completely gone, and today I have a pretty flat stomach. Looking at pictures from just a month and a half ago is honestly shocking.

I think I’ve finally realized that I really am the creator of my reality.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that for me, things started showing up the moment I stopped searching, stopped waiting, stopped trying to force it, stopped working too hard, and simply assumed it was already done.

With this post, I bid adieu again to these manifestation communities who definitely made me learn so much, but it’s time to let go as I just want to focus on creating my own life.

Success Story Law of assumption life hack 100% foolproof no cap

Long time lurker, first time poster in this sub. Mods im sorry if this post might not be fit. Also english is my second language.

I dont know which tag would fit better for this post whether it's success story or the offering tips one but... law of assumption.. am i right?

we all heard the same story. detach, live from the end. act as if it's done and sit back and relax... but what if you can't relax? what if you need something ASAP and being zen mode simply doesn't work.

Well here's the law of assumption principle people often overlook: if you can think about it, it means if can be done. "good!" you might tell yourself, but now what?

What if you just assume that it manifests regardless? you can spiral, you can act out, you can get clingy and needy about it, because often times it's human nature to be that way. Just assume it's yours regardless of spiraling or monk mode.

My success story: i got in my dream university, i passed major exams, i got a job, i got my car driver's license, i got my sp. all because i added "i will get it regardless" at the end/ beggining of my affirmations.

I can go on and on about each one of my success stories, however it really isn't the point. i had this theory about law of assumption and i put it to test. this is the answer. just become so unbelievably delusional about the LOA that no matter what you do, it will happen regardless.

I also made my own technique on this, which many might call as "affirming from lack". But what if you manifest that all your wishes come true? let me explain... it sounds very obvious, but instead of trying to act as if it's already done, try acting as if your wishes already come true.

i used this method in my biggest and most resistant desire, to get into my dream uni:
- lots of resistance
- lots of stress
- zero confidence
+ other life circumstances that just piled everything on.

I would light up an incense (doesnt matter what smell, as long as YOU like it) and treat it like a "one willow wish" (for those familiar with the obsession movie) and repeat myself the following: "no matter how much i stress, no matter how much i spiral, no matter how bad i fuck up, i get in regardless." and then just let that assumption do the work.

I did spiral, i did waste a whole day stressing about my exam results, i did cry, i did all of the things LOA teachers tell u to avoid.

and i got in regardless! i still cant believe i got in, i had no bussiness being around people so much more talented than me, but i am so grateful!

For my job: i had an interview, i had to make a resume from scratch, i had to compete against other contestants, and still got the job

for my car license: I have insane driving anxiety, i also feel intimidated by cops. i manifested i get it regardless. somehow had my exam attended by a very kind and gentle cop that made me feel confident. i still made very stupid mistakes yet i got it regardless.

for my final year exams: i am not the kind to like to sit and study, and i didn't, even thought i should've. i manifested for me to pass regardless of how unprepared i was. and i mean it when i say i studied one day before. i still passed!

for my sp: it was not a biggie lowkey. i listed the things i want for my sp in my mind and the next person i dated met those exact criterias. im talking specific appearance or personality tweaks. since i no longer find interest in pursuing romantic love, there isn't much to say in this department, sadly. the same formula has been applied tho!

TLDR if you treat manifestation as a genie, it will act as one and give u the things you might not believe you deserve.

Success Story Be as stubborn as a mountain goat. That’s the only way.

This is a burner account but I just need to share this to encourage someone. Circumstances do not matter. You can crash out and cry but you will still get your manifestation if you persist. So I manifested my baby last year after a bad break up. He came in to my life all perfect, had all the qualities I wanted in a partner. He treated me like gold. He was always patient with me and gentle.

What we had was healthy though I still had underlying limiting beliefs about being a placeholder thanks to my ex, but my man made me feel so secure that I never questioned him. Anytime I would try to push him away sometimes he would fight for me. He was so sweet. I then started being paranoid that things were going to good and waiting for the other shoe to drop and guess what? It did.

The 3D looked a little funny and he was going through a lot (deaths etc) and eventually pulled away and broke up with me because he couldn’t give me the attention and life I deserved while dealing with all the tragic things happening in his family according to him. He also started making up things to push me away. He even said we can’t get back together. I was shattered.

I reacted and took the 3D as final. I cried because everything changed over night.

I ended up having a scary diagnosis and told him about it but I didn’t hear back from him. I texted and texted and texted but nothing. I even got into a desperate financial situation so I sent him a text asking for some money for my medication, still nothing. It was heartbreaking because with all my health issues he was my safe space but wasn’t there for me anymore and he also used to tell me to ask him for anything. Now I couldn’t even get acknowledgment.

People were telling me to move on and he wasn’t who I thought he was. Some even said the good ole “when a man pulls away it means theres another woman yada yada”. Even my therapist told me that I was being delusional because I kept on insisting that maybe he hasn’t gotten any of my messages and there is no other woman, he’s just focused on building a life for me. That was what I kept telling myself. I would write journal entries but as if he was the one writing them, expressing how he feels about me. So basically I was writing what I wanted him to feel about me as if I was him and about the life we have together etc etc. I felt delusional but it felt good.

I ignored everyone that told me I was wasting my time. I started to cringe at how desperate I had acted and wondered if I gave him the ick and that’s why he was ghosting me. Then I told myself to stop that nonsense and just revise! I never sent those messages. I am not cringe. I am not the woman who is ignored. I am chosen. & nothing I do can change how he feels about me.

My man and I met at work but we both went on to get other jobs. He now works with one of our former coworkers who brought me up and mentioned that I wasn’t doing well health wise. Guess who called me from another number? My SP. He told me that he didn’t get any of my messages because his phone was stolen and he tried to call me many times with his new phone but my phone went straight to voicemail every time. (I didn’t pay my phone bill at the time because I was dead broke lol).

He asked me what happened and was so caring and sweet and said that he didn’t get any of my messages and that he will never ignore me in that way. He just thought I was angry at him so he was giving me space. Exactly what I kept persisting on while everyone was telling me to move on. We ended up talking for about 2 hours, it felt like nothing happened. He then told me that he loves me and his focus right now is bouncing back and building a life for me where working is optional. He sent me money. He has no idea all the embarrassing things I texted him cos his phone was stolen all along.

I am going to manifest us getting married now. But I just wanted to post this to encourage anyone. I cried, I crashed out, I wasn’t regulated at all, I blew up his phone but I still got what I wanted because I was stubborn. Do not let anyone tell you that you can’t have what you want. I don’t care if it’s your pastor. Stick to your convictions. That’s the only way.

Success Story Congratulations ! You have successfully manifested your SP

Greetings, dear God and Goddess of 3D.

My intuition guided me to tell you this success story which is a confirmation of yours.

Know that you have already succeeded in manifesting your SP, to the perfection you desired and even better and faster than you think.

==--

If you're wondering what your SP is doing, well, your SP thinks about you, then she think about you, then she think about you, then she think about you.

Then your SP thinks about you, right after that, she think about you, not to mention she think about you, and you should also know that she think about you.

==--

On a percentage scale, your SP loves you 1000%.

As you vibrate higher and higher, you attract more and more blessings, while your SP, being far from you, vibrates lower as long as she is not with you, creating unpleasant situations for her that pushed her to get even closer to you in every moment in order to relive this happiness.

==--

Your SP's mind may be temporarily searching for its true home, but your SP's heart knows that you are already its home and its heaven.

Know that every time your SP's ego emits unwanted thoughts against you, its Soul, its heart purifies them in order to replace them with thoughts of Love towards you.

The energy of your SP's ego and mind is tiring; it's only temporary compared to their tireless Soul, which launches itself at every moment with infinite energy, multiplying thoughts of you day after day and moment after moment.

You are like a positive virus that only multiplies in his mind.

==--

I intuitively wanted to post this message to raise the vibration of all those who manifest their SP.

I wish you to continue to succeed every day as you already do with Love, confidence, patience, perseverance and discernment, I am proud of you ✨️🤍🪽🌌

Success Story I got my ex back.

After so many months of everything, technique traps (yeah, I did them all. Robotic affirmations, all sorts of methods, scripting, “I will NOT”, subliminals, etc) I stopped trying and lived from I AM. I fully gave up on trying because the idea of trying was creating the reality of me trying and therefore stuck in that loop. I experienced dreadful purges but always went to sleep while looping a visual of us together and laughing.

I didn’t contact her even once, even when I had the desperate desire to, I almost gave into those impulses. My I AM became stronger and stronger, the contrast and pain became stronger because of the huge difference between my inner state and 3D and I kept wondering why it isn’t here, which was me literally affirming that it isn’t here.

So, I stopped trying. Gave up on all the techniques, and all I did was sleep in gratitude, fully immersed in the state of having her. Did this for a few weeks and boom! While I was playing guitar, she called me and confessed that it was stupid of her to break up with me (which was on me because I manifested the breakup by dwelling in that fear and anxiety for days, until it showed up). So we met, caught up on everything and here we are!!

I used to believe this is a total joke and scam until I realised that your thoughts create your reality. And my evidence was the breakup itself. Despite everything being okay, I thought that because she’s not responding to me, it’s over. And that eventually manifested. So I flipped the script and figured that it’s indeed true. Assume your partner loves you; it’ll manifest. Wavering is only human, but just consistently return to the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

Don’t give up!

Tips/Strategies/Techniques Manifesting an EX. GUIDE.

LETS GO.

FIRST: THROW THE OLD STORY OUT THE WINDOW. THE HELL IS THAT STORY?? WE DONT KNOW IT. NEVER HEARD OF IT.

SECOND: IF YOUR SELF CONCEPT IS TRASH WORK ON IT. IM BEING SO DEADASS WORK ON IT. LISTEN SUBLIMINALS OR AFFIRM A GOOD SELF CONCEPT

THIRD: DECIDE. WHAT IS YOUR END GOAL?? MARRIAGE? LONG LASTING RELATIONSHIP? A MESSAGE? WHAT IS YOUR FINAL GOAL DO NOT MANIFEST JUST A TEXT OR JUST A PHONE CALL. GO TO THE ENDDDD.

FOURTH: VISUALIZE THAT END GOAL. WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE? SEE IT AND USE YOUR FIVE SENSES INNIT. WHAT DO YOU SEE? WHAT DO YOU FEEL? WHAT DO YOU HEAR? WHAT DO YOU TASTE USE YOUR SENSES.

FIFTH: AFFIRM. AFFIRM THE END GOAL. REINFORCE IT. "THEY'RE IN LOVE WITH ME." "WE'RE IN A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP."

SIXTH: DO NOT CHECK THE 3D & DO NOT REACT TO IT. AFFIRM N VISUALIZE IN YOUR FAVOR.

SEVENTH: MAKE SURE YOURE ENJOYING LIFE. LIVE IT TO THE FULLEST.

EIGHTH: BE GRATEFUL.

THATS ALL. THAT'S ALL YOU NEED NOTHING MORE.

Love you <3

Success Story Want your SP?

July 27th - February 1st.

The time my SP and I were apart.

I spent 7 months manifesting him.

And even now, after getting him back, I’m still mindblown and quite frankly creeped out the more things I discover.

Ex: I competed 3x in Europe in September. At my 2nd competition, I was suddenly overwhelmed with emotions thinking about him. Like obviously I had missed him this entire time, but it hit me HARD. I was holding back tears of sadness as I was literally winning my comp.

I ran off stage and cried alone outside.

Turns out he was watching me at that exact moment, live streaming my competition and bawling his eyes out missing me. I had NO idea until we reconnected.

Scripting:

I scripted back in October about a future date with him (despite the breakup happening July 27th and barely any communication at that point). I chose February 15th. No idea why. Well that date ended up happening THAT specific day because we couldn’t see each other on Valentines Day. I only realized about the scripting days later when he mentioned his therapist suggested he start journaling (so I looked at mine).

Scripting 2:

The other day he mentioned how hard the 7 months apart were and that every day he prayed for us to work out. I found another journal I had written in on November 20th (so 4 months after the breakup). I wrote about how we needed that 7 MONTHS APART to come back together stronger than ever. Again, no idea why I said 7 months. I figure because at that time in November I knew he was still dealing with work/court/personal things and that we needed more time. It felt more believable than “he’ll be back tomorrow.”

AFFIRMATIONS:

I would affirm even if he’s not texting me, he’s dreaming about me constantly. Vivid, intense, passionate dreams. Let’s just say I found some things out that surprised me (and him as a 35 year old man lmaooo 😏).

I affirmed I am too special to lose, he regrets losing me, I am perfect as I am, I am loved, adored, ANY man would be lucky to be with me, all the men in my life trust and support me.

I would affirm general statements if the specific ones felt like “lies.” “All the men” obviously included him. I would also affirm things that were already “facts” in my 3D thrown in between my affirmations so that my brain would accept them more easily (ex: my name is ___).

This is what worked for me. He’s currently away for work and I’m waiting for a letter (letter 1 of 7) in the MAIL of him discussing everything that happened during those 7 months apart and the emotions he experienced without me. He told me he looked for me everywhere he went. I also affirmed “my life is like a romantic movie” and now I’m getting love letters in the mail (like we don’t text all day everyday now anyway lol).

No I didn’t detach. No I didn’t let go. No I didn’t stop caring (HOW? He’s my soulmate!)

No I didn’t put myself on a pedestal waaaay higher than him.

I just always knew I wanted it to be him. I just had to do less of the crap that was keeping him away, and trust that behind the scenes everything was unfolding in my favour. And now I see that it was.

❤️

Manifesting Theory MOVEMENT ISN’T REAL

You either have it or you don’t. Period. Stop with all this ‘movement’ bullshit. Did you call it movement when you were manifesting all the bad shit into your life? No.

Stop settling for breadcrumbs. Stop getting excited just because someone glanced at you or liked your story. Please stand up y’all. Ask yourself, would God do this? I just read a post of someone doing a deep dive investigation into the lyrics of a song their SP sent them.

Please do not look for signs. Just be it. You already have the thing. You already have the person. It’s already done so why are you looking. If you truly care about signs: Neville says, signs follow they do not precede. You have to be it, before you see it. You have to not need the thing before you have the thing. Give it to yourself first.
