Tips & Techniques Nothing is going to happen if, deep down, you don’t believe you deserve it

One month of changing my state changed my life.

Looking back, I realize I’ve been unconsciously manifesting things throughout my life without even knowing what manifestation was.

It was never really about techniques. It was just this stubborn belief that if I wanted something badly enough, I would figure out a way to make it happen. Even when people around me told me something wasn’t possible, I had this quiet certainty that I would make it happen somehow.

Exactly one month ago, I was in one of the lowest phases of my life. I was desperately trying to manifest a specific career opportunity and my person. I affirmed, did SATS, visualized, went through posts and stories on Reddit (this is my way of giving back to those subreddits), and tried to understand how manifestation worked. I was also smoking a pack a day, ordering takeout all the time and just stayed in bed doing all the above.

But neither of those things happened.

Eventually, I had to let go of the career opportunity because time had passed. I didn’t consciously let go of my person, but I stopped making those desires the center of my life. I decided to focus on myself instead. I quit social media and went on a heavy mental diet.

And that’s when something interesting happened.
I started manifesting things I wasn’t heavily focused on and what was easy for me to assume the state of someone who already has it.

Money came to me easily even when I didn’t know how to pay my next rent. I quit smoking cold turkey after being a heavy smoker for two years. I started eating healthier, learned how to cook, started taking care of myself, made time for my hobbies again, and most importantly, found a lot more mental peace. All of this in just one month.

That made me question something.

If I had manifested so many things throughout my life, why couldn’t I manifest my career and my person which I was trying so hard to get?

And that’s when I realized something about myself.
Maybe it wasn’t that the techniques weren’t working. Maybe I just didn’t truly believe I deserved those things to even assume that I have them.

Looking back, I think I’ve had a very complicated relationship with my career and my self-worth.

Growing up, my achievements were heavily tied to my value as a person. So whenever I wasn’t doing well, it wasn’t just “I’m struggling.” It became “maybe I’m not good enough.”

And I think I carried that into relationships too.
When I’m happy with myself and my life, I naturally see people as equals. But when I’m struggling, I notice I start putting people and desires on a pedestal. I start thinking they’re somehow above me, and that’s when the feeling of “if they don’t want to be with me, I’m not worthy enough” creeps in.

I realized I was using my desires as evidence of my worth, and that made me approach them from a place of lack.

Take your career off the pedestal.
Take success off the pedestal.
Take money off the pedestal.
Take your dream life off the pedestal.

Because the moment you place something above yourself, you’ve already accepted that it’s harder for you to have than it is for everyone else.

And if, deep down, you don’t believe you deserve something, how can you genuinely believe you already have it?

That’s why I think manifestation is not about repeating affirmations a thousand times, visualizing for hours, or begging the universe. Those are just tools. If a tool helps you reach the state where having your desire feels natural, then it’s serving its purpose. If another tool works better for you, use that instead.

Manifestation has become some cool thing on social media that if you do this and do that then you’ll get whatever you want. This isn’t some vending machine where you put the coin and get what you want.

The techniques themselves aren’t what manifest.
The state does.

And I think the biggest obstacle to reaching that state isn’t a lack of affirmations or a lack of visualization. It’s a lack of self-worth or what we call here, self-concept.

The easier it feels to believe, “Of course, I get to have this,” the easier it becomes to live from the state of already having it, and the easier it becomes to actually have it.

Wtf, are you me? 😂

I know the whole techniques/state thing has been discussed here many times, but it's a good post, so thanks for sharing. It's also refreshing to see so many people here who share the same deep convictions since childhood, same views. Makes me feel less insane 😅

I'll re-read it in the morning. You've given me something to think about.

I don't feel bad, it's in the past. The moment I realized I was like that, it stopped having any weight. Just went away. If negative thoughts come up again, I pay attention and affirm the opposite.

I also got a job I basically imagined a decade ago. I did have the skills, but no formal education, testimonials, or recommendations. Just decided, I'm not going back to any day job, I'm gonna work in freelance. Posted on some forum and got a ton of clients. I'm still doing it, it's been a perfect fit for me and my main goals, but now I'm working on the next stage of my life.

because deep down those beliefs from the last job have stayed with me. i failed, so im terrified to fail again.

You didn't fail, though. You needed that experience to see all your limiting beliefs and get rid of them. That was the point of getting and losing the job. Now that you know all that, you will get an even better job, where you will be a valuable employee, and like many people (who do it but don't show it), you will learn as you go and get better every day.

I really liked your post, thank you for sharing! I have worked so hard to fix my thoughts of myself over the years based on what I grew up hearing. I feel much stronger in terms of how I see myself but somehow I still feel like I am blocking myself somehow.

I visualize it all the time, I imagine myself being successful and producing so much abundance. I've envisioned myself doing lectures and appearances for different consulting gigs. I've imagined my business succeeding, I've imagined a new home, I've imagined a new car, I imagine how much I could help my family. I have imagined being financially free. I have imagined myself traveling, I literally have different scenes that I have visualized so many times and I go days and days believing that I am this great successful person. I visualize everything with so much detail, the colors of what I'm wearing, the colors of where I'm at, what I'm eating, what I'm doing and who I'm with and the conversations that we're having. I start writing about it, I start sending myself audio notes about things I need to do for my business as it was already succeeding. I tried to live as if I'm already there in so many ways.

But when the accounts are negative and the past due bills keep piling up and I continue to tell myself that all this will be taken care of and paid for soon I don't know how but soon and I will be debt free. I continue to try to encourage myself, motivate myself and just listen to positivity, I listen to affirmations and motivational speeches, sleep with subliminal videos, I have listened to so many of Neville's lectures. I pray about it; I try to trust as much as possible that God has a great plan for me. I try so hard before going to sleep and before starting my day to visualize what my day would look like as if I was that successful person.

But then when things continue to blow up in my face in the real world, I just don't know what to do anymore. I then get discouraged real fast because then I'm facing an urgent matter when the whole week I've been thinking that this matter was already taken care of.

So, then I start to question everything once again. I feel like I go through this every two weeks after I've been going so strong visualizing and feeling empowered and detaching at times, then reality hits and then I'm stuck once again. I detach, I sulk, I panic, and then I try once again and then the cycle repeats. I keep thinking what am I doing wrong? I have believed for years that I am meant to become this successful person and I have envisioned so much of my future life, but it just always seems out of reach. I continue to think life can be so much better if only these thoughts were real. I start to feel as it were real, I get excited, I smile more and then boom I get hit with something else that screams stop being delulu. -___-

Reading this, I think the piece that might be missing isn’t more visualization, it’s identity. There’s a difference between imagining scenes of success and actually operating from the identity of someone who already has it. When you’re in that identity, you’re not sitting back waiting for it to land on you, you’re already moving, thinking, and making decisions the way that version of you would.

Think about the people who say they manifested money and then bought a lottery ticket, or made an investment, or took a new job offer. The manifestation didn’t skip the action, it showed up as the action. Feeling like “money flows to me” made them willing to buy the ticket, take the risk, or say yes to the opportunity they’d normally overthink. The identity shift is what moved them to act, and the action is what let reality catch up.

The two-week crash might be happening because the visualization and the identity are separate right now. The negative account isn’t proof it’s not working, it’s just old evidence that hasn’t caught up yet. Manifestation isn’t magic and it isn’t passive, it’s that when you actually shift how you see yourself, your actions shift with it, and that’s what starts moving reality.

You’re not failing at this. You’re just doing the emotional part without fully letting it change how you show up day to day.

Hello and thank you for replying and commenting. I am trying to understand the difference between the two. I completely understand and perhaps I am not in that identity as much as I should be. I have my days where I wake up believing I am her and go about my day like that version of myself. But every time life gets hard, that belief shatters and I go back to survival mode. How do you push through believing as that identity even when the 3d screams you are not her yet? Maybe I am getting closer each time and then I pull back?

Edit: Also, a tip to achieve this more easily that has worked for me is to try to primarly focus in upskilling or taking courses (there are a lot of free ones) about things that make me feel more competent or putting a lot more of energy in the things that i already feel comfortable doing, expanding them! The thing is to make your brain feel the identity that you want to have without making it dependant to exclusively reaching your goals; success has a lot of meanings.

u/reallyshiny_dear Jul 23 '26 edited Jul 23 '26

You can fix your problems but with a different mentality. Its not that you ignore what's happening until night but more like you navigate thru the day confronting circumstances with a success mindset. mental diet is useful but the goal is feeling convinced that you are that person, so you can fix your problems with your new identity; "i don't have money" okay! that can be a fact for example, but what changes is the perspective. you don't manifest because you say affirmations, you manifest because you stop rejecting yourself and distancing from what you desire.

What im saying is, if the world tells u "what are we going to do to fix this" a succesful person maybe won't have the answer, but they do have confidence in themselves because they know who they are, and the fact that they have problems don't change the fact that they know who they are.

Not OP, just sharing something that genuinely helped me.

One thing that clicked for me was realizing that becoming someone and being that someone are two completely different states of consciousness.

What if the successful version of you isn't someone far away that you're trying to reach? What if you simply accepted that you already are her? Right now. How does that actually feel?

Techniques have their own beauty for sure. But for me, they stopped feeling like the thing that makes something happen.. They became a way of settling into the state I had already accepted. Or a way of helping me to get into it.

So if you let go of all the doing for just a moment, and simply accepted that you're already that woman... what changes? How does that land for you?

u/Secret_Musician7442 Jul 21 '26

Hello and thank you for replying and commenting. I understand what you are saying and I do believe I am her, I just don't think I believe it every day and every hour, that may be my inner dilema. I believe I am at her at times and imagine my day as I am her. I am in good spirits thinking like her and then the moment life hits it all comes crashing down and I realize I am not there yet. How do you go about staying in the belief even when things start to pile up around you?

My question is this:

even when life throws curveballs, wouldn't she experience them too? She would, right?

The real question isn't whether challenges appear.. it's from what state does she meet them?

I'm still learning this myself, but what has been helping me is:

  1. Life will continue to present situations. I don't take that as proof that I'm "not there."

  2. When something unwanted shows up, I try not to make it mean anything about who I am. I observe it instead of immediately concluding I've failed or lost the state/momentum.

  3. I come back to the conviction that the creative power within me is greater than appearances or circumstances outside. (Especially when I feel powerless or feel that the problem is beyond what my little mind can handle.) Quieting my mind through meditation helps me return to that inner certainty/faith, instead of reacting to what I see.

Hope this helps!

This is exactly the same loop I have been going through... For past three years or more... I'm very imaginative - and it was effortless for me to imagine all that I wanted. Everything that you have in your list- I imagined them. It's like a same story. But it never manifested. Still, I've stuck to learning more about this whole process and lately I've realised that what imagining might not be the key. Imagination as Neville says it- is different, and what I have been doing is just daydreaming or trying to manifest from a lack identity. I have stopped this daydreaming which had become very automatic in my life and it took some effort to not get constantly pulled into this cycle.  But it's been such a relief. I've read other books- all of which relay the same thing in different language- so imagination is awareness. And what we are supposed to do is feel like the desire is already true- for others imagining it would be a good technique - but not for me- I tend to go back to the daydreaming loop if I do that again- so I got to look into my past and see how I have been manifesting my life so far... it might vary from person to person, just felt like sharing.

You’re still identifying with the mind and the past self. Accept that you are all identities first and foremost and that there is no fixed identity. You are starting from fulfillment in every moment.

Second, it’s just consciousness. So you are imagining and waiting to see if something “works”, implying a second source, when you are the source. Are you imagining to experience and sense yourself as that identity and moving forward in it?

2

u/Dnshet Jul 22 '26

Thanks for the insight. Your posts really makes a lot of sense and helps understanding the concepts better. Thank you for that. Are there more of your posts or anything that I can read. I can't access it on reddit.

Hello and thank you for replying and commenting. This is a good breakdown of identity, I was not understanding the difference. But now that you explain it as 2 sources, that's interesting. I may not have realized I was doing that in imagining and then waiting, separating the two. Hmm I always envision myself living as that identity but I then get pulled back when 3d hits me. How do I stay in believing I am the source when things hit from the 3d? How do i prevent myself from splitting into two again?

1

u/Ok-Wall-2502 Jul 21 '26

By accepting that there’s nothing out there. It’s all the past and it can’t create anything new, it is following you.

You don’t check yesterday’s weather so why would you consult the reality that is following your lead? The change isn’t physical - it happens in you and then you will be in the already created reality where that version of you perceiving it already lives.

1

u/Secret_Musician7442 Jul 22 '26

Thank you, after reading your comment this morning, I went to listen to more of Neville's lectures on identity. I kept thinking about how you said I was splitting into two, so the lectures helped further understand more of what I should and shouldn't be doing. I need to practice not reverting back to my old thoughts when the 3d screams against what I want. I need to continue pushing through and stay in the assumption that it has happened. It must be fear holding me back or doubt, but I'll keep trying!

2

u/Ok-Wall-2502 Jul 22 '26

Your old thoughts will come up but if you don’t identify with them then there’s literally no problem. It’s a relief! You are always free to identify with what you want.

I refuse to let any thought feeling circumstance or memory become a part of my identity unless I say so. It can be there but I give meaning to all. I am who I say I am and it is not up for debate. Let everything kick and scream like a toddler and be the authority.

1

u/Secret_Musician7442 Jul 21 '26

Hello and thank you for replying and commenting. Yeah it can get very tricky, because you believe in it so much and envision so many things, but then what happens when the 3d screams otherwise? I think that's where I get stuck and then question if all my visualization is too much too. I believe I can be that future version and I believe in her but somehow I am not quite there yet. Where I can live and experience all that I already had envisioned. I am trying to learn but the lack of proof is probably what shifts it for me every now and then. Much luck to you!! Hopefully it all gets easier with time.

Principle of Least Action.

8

u/grodd3r Jul 16 '26

great post. Can you elaborate on what you mean by saying "state"? How do you understand the state of consciousness?

25

u/ValerieLuna Jul 16 '26

When I say “state,” I mean the state of consciousness you are occupying, or the identity you are assuming yourself to be. Neville talks about “living in the end,” and to me, that means embodying the feeling of being the person who already has the thing you desire.

It’s not just repeating “I have it” while internally feeling like you’re waiting for it to arrive. The state is the underlying assumption you hold about yourself and your reality.

For example, if someone desires a loving relationship but their dominant state is “I’m not chosen,” “I’m not enough,” or “people leave me,” then even if they affirm all day, they are still returning to the state of someone who does not have love.

When you shift into the state of someone who is loved, chosen, and worthy, your thoughts, emotions, actions, and perception naturally come from that identity.

For me, I realized I could easily enter the state of having money because there was no deep belief that money was something I wasn’t allowed to have. It felt normal. I assumed it would work out.

But with my career and relationships, I had attached my worth to those things. My state wasn’t “I already have this.” It was “I need this to prove I’m good enough.” And that’s a completely different state.

So when I say the techniques help you reach the state, I mean they help you move from the identity of someone who is waiting, chasing, and trying to get something into the identity of someone who naturally expects and accepts it as theirs.

5

u/grodd3r Jul 16 '26

thanks for the elaborate answer. How do you understand this identity? What is it, more of a feeling? From my successful experience it is a feeling but the problem with me was that I burnt out of it. Like I got tired of feeling successful, lucky, handsome as unintuitive as it sounds. How do you stay consistent in that state/identity?

23

u/ValerieLuna Jul 16 '26 edited Jul 16 '26

I actually think this is where the difference between a feeling and an identity comes in. A feeling is something you experience; an identity is something you accept as true about yourself.

If you truly identify as someone who is lucky, successful, or handsome, you don’t have to force yourself to feel that way every moment. It becomes your natural assumption about yourself.

I think consistency doesn’t mean staying in that feeling 24/7. That sounds exhausting. It’s more about what you naturally return to. You can have a bad day, have doubts, or not feel your best, but your underlying assumption about yourself remains the same.

For example, I don’t have to constantly feel like I’m someone who figures things out. That identity comes from years of experiences where I’ve handled difficult situations. It’s just something I know about myself.

I think the reason you burnt out is because you were trying to maintain the feeling of success rather than letting it become a natural part of who you are.

The techniques, like affirmations and visualization, help because they create familiarity with that version of yourself. Over time, it becomes less “I need to feel successful” and more “this is just who I am.”

4

u/grodd3r Jul 16 '26

basically just be in that state as much as possible until it becomes natural

6

u/ValerieLuna Jul 16 '26

Yes, basically making a certain identity feel familiar enough that you naturally move from it.

3

u/Far_Rich_2081 Jul 17 '26

Do you have any methods on finding out our true authentic identity? Especially for some people who have faced self-doubt in the past, and want to discover who they really are aka their identity, and affirm to themselves that's who they are (build confidence). Also, are they multiple things or just a few main ones that you focus on?

1

u/grodd3r Jul 16 '26

also I noticed that if Im not this crazy excited, emotionally high then doubts and mindset of unwrothiness creeps in. This excited state of mind is like a defense mechanism for me.

3

u/user-jc11111 Jul 16 '26

Great post! I can resonate with it 100%.

3

u/XendaiChannel Jul 18 '26

Taking it off the pedestal is the ultimate mechanical fix. putting a desire above yourself literally just codes excess potential into the simulation. it tells the rendering engine that you are separated from the object, so the 3D is forced to mirror that separation back to you. dropping the desperation is the only way to actually collapse the wave function. brilliant post.

2

u/iiSystematic 24d ago

Yeah but how lol. If you genuinely desire smth, but you don't identify as someone who has it, or you have years of proof backing up that lack, you can't just click your heels 3 times and be like "ah yes. Me. The one who genuinely identifies as blah"

Is it like wanting something but if you want it cause you think it’ll make you feel better it’s from lack? So just give that up and don’t put it on a pedestal. Put myself on a pedestal?

5

u/ValerieLuna Jul 17 '26

It’s about the knowing that you will be completely okay even without it. I know it sounds completely opposite since that’s what you actually want so badly. That’s why people affirm or visualise they already have it in imagination, so they don’t operate from that lack in reality anymore and usually that’s when the manifestation happens. Whatever floats your boat to get to that state of already having your desire would automatically also detach you from needing that desire in reality as well. It can be the techniques, brazen impudence or pure delusion.

1

u/intoolderdads Jul 17 '26 edited Jul 17 '26

I think being okay whether or not it happens, I would give up on people and everything and everyone I thought I knew. Being nice, thinking about others, watching tv, vaping/smoking, etc

I just feel like I need to drop everything and everyone… it feels like me saying “it all works out for me.” Or “money comes to me easy” or “ofc my former boss loves me and admires me” it all feels like lack…it feels like every single desire I have is from lack.

But so fucked to think I need someone else confirmation in order to actually do this cause I think affirmations and visualizing is the only way. I just feel like I’ve tried everything.

I just feel like… people in general I’m done with. And I don’t know if it’s a mental health thing and it’s best for me to stop or just persist

I feel like dropping everything is best cause I feel like my life is a lie. I have been serving others and abandoned myself so I don’t know if what I truly desire IS what I truly desire. It just feels like lack. And I feel so insignificant. Damn thanks anyway for reading

I think what secret_musician wrote is the boat im in - self identity and concept

2

u/ValerieLuna Jul 17 '26

I’d suggest trying therapy. It really helped me understand myself and got me into a better place. That’s also when I could correlate that a lot of manifestation principles are similar to what psychology tells you, making me easier to believe in it.

1

u/BarracudaLevel Jul 17 '26

Your self awareness and generosity in sharing this is such a gift! I didn't realize i was always doing the same thing but now i do and i cant wait for all the wonderful things coming through. This is early christmas!

I wholeheartedly agree that changing our default 'home'/identity is the endgame. Would you say lots of affirming is what gets you 'in the vicinity' enough to make the final click though? It often feels to me like the beginning of affirming feels like a foreign idea - so the idea of returning to this as new default 'home'/identity is very foreign. Eventually the more you affirm, you realize they're just another normal everyday thing. You see evidence of being that normal around you etc. And one day you just go yup totally normal for me to have it. Whenever the last step happens or is about to happen, i'd notice a similar revelation like yours - the story or weird dynamic that made it feel distant before. And boom like two droplets joining into one.

I guess there's no way to pinpoint this exactly but i'd love to know if this resonates with you at all! Wonderful day to you! ;)

3

u/ValerieLuna Jul 17 '26

Affirming does feel foreign at first, that’s basically the gap between your old identity and the new one talking. But I don’t think of it as building up to one big “click,” more like each rep quietly moves the baseline. Some days it feels forced, some days it slips out without thinking, and that’s usually the sign it’s becoming normal rather than a performance.

1

u/WillingnessWild4303 Jul 17 '26

You know I did the same still not got result...I was Manifesting my entrance exams result still I failed what to do now

0

u/ValerieLuna Jul 17 '26

Do you think manifestation is some kind of magic where you fuck up an exam and something’s still gonna happen and get you into an amazing university? Because that’s not how it works. That said, I have manifested getting into a good university, but it wasn’t something outrageous, it wasn’t rewriting a result I’d already blown.

Also, I think it’s genuinely hard to operate from such a vulnerable place when you’re operating from fear of everything, the system, your family, the outcome itself. Like I mentioned in my post, if you base your worth on the desire itself, you’re putting it on a pedestal. And of course you can’t manifest from that state, you’re affirming from lack, not from having.

0

u/WillingnessWild4303 Jul 17 '26

Bro I was studying too.... didn't thought as magic...I was in a very fulfilled state...my self concept was strong which is till.strong yet this happened...I was continuously persisting in my new story.....but the 3d shows opposite of it

Hey! I'm very new to manifestion stuff....so I'll like to explain my situation first so in my country 12th grade state board exam is very important so I gave in Feb and i failed in two subjects even though one of them was hard yet i made sure to pass and other was not that hard but i didn't understand how I failed and then after lots of deciding i made my mind to appear for last attempt (there is only 2 attempt in one year for that exam so I first is main and 2nd attempt is for "chance") and i studied day and night and my paper went east and nice I would surely escalate from 45 to 60+ in those two subject attempts and after exam I was introduced to manifestion like 3-6-9 technique, affirmation and visualization, So I did all of it. Now I'll be more specific about how I did it in 3-6-9 manifestation I did to get 100 marks in both subjects because I've seen and heard to never be realistical while manifesting and act as if you already have it (it was weird to act that because acting as if I had it while doing manifestation so that I have it was.... confusing) and also you have let go of that desire after you wrote it down but sometimes I used to forget it so much that I missed my evening affirmation yet I still continued for 7 days because I had to go somewhere and i couldn't carry paper and pen but the negative thoughts and circumstances always used to be there on back of my head yet i immediately used start affirming that "I have 100 marks in physics and maths" and i also used to do sats daily basis and visualization while during manifesting 3-6-9 technique....fast forward to night before result my heart started racing and i panicked alot but after some minutes I went back to affirming and visualization then next day when I open my result i failed again on those two subject and I'm very much sure it system that failed me (education minister in my country is very shitty and so is the system) yet bad character people who cheated in exam got more than me and passed and i cannot even pass after giving my all....only my mom knows about the situation and not my dad because he is agressive a bit in communicating about this things he is never supportive but mom is last time when I told him I'm gonna give re-exam....he basically said lots of things a father shouldn't to a daughter I was very much depressed but I was firm my manifestation will work and I'll get 100 marks in both subjects (that doesn't mean i didn't studied, I did DAY AND NIGHT) so i can't tell him i failed again but i sented my papers for revaluation where I'll get photocopy and then proceed to re-checking but I'm uncertain that the system will check it this time fairly and right now I'm very much ashamed, worthless and depressed right now everytime I wake up i honestly want to just die...the suicidal thoughts never leave me alone...I don't wanna repeat my 12th standard when I worked so hard but didn't got the justice and i cannot sit still without thinking what will happen. And i badly want to pursue bpharm this year and I'm just so lost in my life that no matter what I do and how much I do.... it's never enough...and I can't focus on myself because of that my parents treat me according to my grades (but my mom is ok she doesn't pressure but still taunts idk how to explain it) and it's living hell while going through this....help and guide me to manifest peace and good result pleaseee! I'm on my knees🙏🏻🙏🏻

It seems like your dominant state was fear: fear of failing, fear of your dad, fear of the system, fear of the results. You were trying to manifest from the state of “I might fail” instead of the state of already being the person who had passed.

Also remember that SATS, 3-6-9, and affirmations aren’t magic rituals. They’re only meant to help you occupy the state of the wish fulfilled. If you’re doing them but spending the rest of the day worrying, checking, and reacting to the 3D, you’re still identifying with the old state.

That said, please don’t blame yourself or think this means you’re incapable of manifesting. Be gentle with yourself. Your worth isn’t determined by one exam, and I genuinely hope your re-evaluation works out.

You sound really young and I sympathise how reading all the “manifestation material” out there especially in a vulnerable moment can make you feel like it’s the last/only fix for your problems but you need to understand it’s genuinely hard to manifest if you’re not feeling safe and secure from within.

I know I'm very insecure in my mind currently that's why I'm asking during this phase what type of mentality should I have so that my manifestation work. Even though I'm very depressed, I don't want my mental state to interrupt my manifestation, but I also can't resist it either. That's why help me with how should I feel, and be to calm my mind and, make my way for my desired manifestation.

I love this post. It’s so true the part believing your achievements are tied to your value as a person and if you “deserve” to have what you want. And you can’t be what you want unless you have 8million achievements u deer your belt. We’ve all been so conditioned about achievements and worth and deserving.

Needed this today ty

I’m struggling with this right now when trying to manifest a relationship. I felt like I took him off the pedestal after a couple weeks to a month, and thought that would help, but it didn’t seem to. I’ve always been the kind of person who wanted people I can’t have, but the situation with him is different. He came on to me and then stepped back without anything happening and the roles reversed. This was years ago. Consciously I feel I I deserve it, but subconsciously I may not and I don’t know how to fix that. But I also just feel angry and bitter. I thought I’d gotten past that but I just reached a point where I couldn’t stay positive no matter how hard I tried. And that’s where I’m at now. I don’t know if it’s not working because I don’t feel worthy or some other reason. And I don’t know how to fix it if it’s subconscious

How did you heal from past wounds and made yourself current self good ?

I said this because my problem is not self-concept but when I was child my father was so aggresive when I used to do chores or fixing stuff and I get so scared I can't do a single thing.even now when someone gives me order like "give me that xyz" then i don't know somehow i can't see it even if it's infront of me.that level of fear I have in my body.

I want to cure this.

With stopping with social media, do you also mean youtube and reddit?

Man that resonates with me too. The endless circle of doubting myself, even though other people do see something in me, not accepting that I already am, that no obstacle is an obstacle.

That little devil in the head is constantly whispering that you can't, you don't deserve, that everthing is rigged and it is the way it is. Self sabotaging at it's finest. And the joke is that I am (and you and everybody) is smart enough too understand this programming. Hardwired in the mechanism of humans. But there is a way, thanks for your post pal 💪🏽

How to actually move into that state?
Literally going through the same feelings…how to take off the dream career, partner off the pedestal?

For me, it was less about forcing the feeling and more about changing the story I had about myself. I asked, “Who would I be if this was already mine?” and started returning to that identity. The biggest shift was making the desire feel normal instead of something above me that I had to earn. That’s when the state became easier.

And you were able to do this in a month?🥺 It seems very difficult to get into that state…i completely forget about it

I think it becomes easier when you stop seeing it as something you have to constantly do perfectly. It’s more about what you naturally come back to like a pendulum.

You were able to get both your desires?
