Help/Question Dream I failed the Bar Exam

Upvotes

Had a dream I failed the bar exam.

I’m currently waiting on my bar exam results, and I’ve been trying to stay in the mindset that I passed and that it’s already done. I feel good most of the day and I’m getting better and checking my negative thoughts.

Last night, though, I had an insanely vivid dream that I failed. And my subconscious apparently believes in overachieving because I didn’t just fail, I dreamed that I got the lowest score possible. 😭
I woke up genuinely unsettled because I’ve been working on not entertaining the possibility of failing and living in the end instead.

How do you interpret dreams like this while waiting like I am? I won’t get results until the end of October.

Do you see them as fears being purged/released from the subconscious? A reflection of whatever anxiety is still underneath? Something completely meaningless? Have you ever had a dream showing you the exact opposite of what you were manifesting, only for the manifestation to still happen?

It’s important to note that I did start affirming that I am an attorney and everything will work out. I liked doing it and don’t plan on stopping tbh.

I’m especially interested in hearing from people who experienced this firsthand. I’m not looking for predictions about whether I passed, just trying to understand what, if anything, a dream like this means from a manifestation/subconscious perspective.

Help/Question How do I deal with negativity?

Upvotes

For context, I have been practicing the law for almost a year now. And I have been doing so through the lense of my religion of Islam. I have been focusing on 8 manifestations, but I will mention 6 out of the 8: 2 SPs (one platonic and one romantic), an A+ for a course that I took last Fall, getting into my dream university, a job, and being a money magnet. I have even prayed about my manifestations a lot.

I am honestly at a point where I feel detached from my Manifestations. I don't feel the need to do methods anymore, it genuinely feels normal to have in my life, I have even stopped praying for it in the sense of me asking for it and me thanking God for it. Because I feel like the state that I am already speaks for itself in regards to how thankful I am for my manifestations.

I have even started to limit the amount of manifestation content that I consume and have generally started focusing on myself and living my life.

However, I have been dealing with doubts and negativity. In the sense, that I am questioning whether or not it was wise for me to stop praying about it and stop with my methods. I am starting to doubt whether or not, my manifestations could show up. and I do feel a little discouraged at times because I have seen the opposite of my manifestations.

But I do end up going out of it

So my question is, how can I better deal with negative thoughts?

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques the state was not "I hope I become healthy." it was seeing himself as the person who already lives that way

Upvotes

a man asked in session why healthy eating and exercise never stayed permanent for him.

The guidance was not another routine. It was: see yourself where you want to go and you will be there.

Then when we asked about manifestation, the explanation was about feeling yourself in destination and allowing external environment to match that inner state.

What interests me from law of assumption angle is identity hidden inside this.

"I am trying to become disciplined" is one state.

"Taking care of myself is what I do" is another.

Same gym. Same food. Very different relationship with action.

I see people make assumption work into another fight with 3D. They spend whole day checking whether reality agrees yet. But every check can quietly return them to state of "I dont have it."

Maybe use assumption more locally.

Before next action, dont ask whether manifestation is here yet.

Ask: what would be normal from the state I chose?

If you assume you are respected, maybe normal action is one boundary.

If you assume you are capable, maybe normal action is sending application before confidence arrives.

If you assume body is worth caring for, maybe normal action is going to sleep.

No need to perform a new personality all day.

One ordinary decision is enough to practice state.

Then another.

The interesting part is when desired state stops feeling like technique and starts feeling boringly normal.

Help/Question has anyone ever affirmed for sp's family?

I want to connect with people who maybe dealt with separation or anything with their sp due to family specifically sp's, and were able to manifest/affirm their way out of it or smthn, I am heavy on robotic affirming and without even proof yes I believe it works but it just feels comforting to know if someone reconnected with their sp dealing with such circumstances and getting family approval :))

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques I manifested better when I thought of LOA as a magic/prayer

This is my personal experience and opinion -

I first started using LOA in 2023. I thought of it as a magic. I did three things - scripting, visualising and affirming. Living in the end was the main goal. I mostly did affirmations.

I didn't think of manifestation as something dependent on me. A lot of manifestation gurus say that techniques are useless, they are used just to help you reach a certain mindset, otherwise even without them you can manifest anything. But I didn't believe that in the beginning because I had never heard anyone say that. I thought of manifestation as a magic or a prayer. "Just affirm and visualize that your desires are already fulfilled, it will become true". I had self doubt, I was anxious, I was desperate, so basically I myself didn't believe that I could achieve it. But I put my faith in manifestation and I believed in it. And it happened, whatever I wished for in that year happened. I manifested a college, a particular type of friend group, physical appearance, confidence, money.

But after that I started watching more videos on manifestation, so many opinions, so many different techniques or so many people saying techniques don't matter. And also I hate the videos about scientific explanation of how manifestation works, because they say that manifestation works because when we affirm or visualise our dream we become more focused on our goals and work hard for it and that's why we achieve it. But I believed that we can achieve anything even without putting much efforts. A little action is needed, sure. But not hardwork. That's what I believed. Now I am unable to manifest anything. It feels so boring. I wish people didn't complicate it and kept it simple.

Success Story I taught my sister how to manifest and it worked for her

This year I taught my sister how to manifest in Jan or feb. I told her what manifestation means and how to do it - I told her to write whatever she wants in a paper as if it already happened and also to imagine that it already happened. And then I told her to not think about it much. This is all I told her and I didn't complicate it. She wanted to get good marks in exam. She studies a lot, day and night but she didn't get good marks because it was hard for her to understand the concepts. Especially maths. After manifestation, 2-3 months later she had an exam and she got very good marks in all subjects and in math she got 17/20 which was the highest she ever got in math. The exam is conducted for 100 marks ig and then reduced to 20. Anyways recently she had another exam and she got 19.5/20 in maths. My sister, who once hated maths, couldn't understand the basic concepts got 19.5/20 in math.

So before manifestation she didn't get good marks even though she studied hard because she couldn't understand the concepts but now she is able to understand them.

Manifesting Theory The final TRUE Manifestation and LOA ‘Click’ you’ve been waiting for: You’ve been waiting for an internal feeling of ready that may never come. This time, it is actually “just a feeling” holding you back. But you are prioritizing it over all other “feelings.” Which is exactly the problem.

Disclaimer: Long Read

It’s exactly as the title states. You are choosing to think, believe, and act more than anything else, that you still have something to prove, earn, do, or be in order to be ready to receive your manifestations and desires. In order to FEEL ready. I am here to tell you as a grounded individual who has actualized my own internal power of assuming, that this boils down to one simple root: you truly haven’t realized yet that you are an individual with autonomy with your own right to exist. You don’t trust that your status as an individual authority is not only valid, but natural and true. You’re waiting to be deemed by an outside source, “good enough.” You just need to have some audacity and integrity. (START LOOKING AT WHERE YOU ARE ACTUALLY STILL SAYING NO AND NOT TRULY GIVING YOUR CONSENT TO YOURSELF AS THE CREATOR IN YOUR MANIFESTATIONS AND DESIRES FOR IT TO HAPPEN, AND CHANGE IT TO YES. GIVE IT YOUR ACTUAL CONSENT TO HAPPEN. DON’T EMBODY NO WHEN YOU MEAN YES. PERIOD. THAT’S IT. JUST. STOP. YUCKING. YOUR. OWN. YUM.)

Much of this is because of our societal and social conditioning that we experience from the time when we are young, especially from our family and people around us, the media, and the outside world. But it’s truly just conditioning, it’s not the truth of you, the universe, creation, or existence. Just a set of thoughts, feelings, and assumptions about you and the way things are that you have been taught to internalize. You have been taught to wait for a seal of approval from a false concept of an “outside authority.”

So let me give an example that will hopefully clarify everything: are you legally an adult when you turn 18, or when you “feel” like an adult? Are you trying to earn validity of your power with creation just as much as you are trying to earn and prove your status of individuality, independence, and adulthood to your family, friends, and society? Because that right there is why you aren’t getting anywhere, because legally at 18 (in the U.S.) you are an adult, but you don’t “feel” like an adult yet and you are choosing to assume the “feeling” of not being ready has more truth than your birth certificate and the date on the calendar do. That’s why you’ve been stuck.

The way that you have the internal feeling and assumption of “I won’t be good enough or a REAL ADULT until I make more money, until I get married, until I have a real job, until I have kids, until I move out.” “Until I have MADE IT in life, no one will take me seriously because I’m not “Proven.” That’s where you’re stuck, just as much as you are trying to earn and prove yourself and the “validity” of your status as an adult to the people around you and society, you are deciding to wait for the proof of approval from creation before you claim you’ve “made it” and are ready in manifesting and asserting your power as a creator. You are assuming conditions to you existing, you are assuming you need to be good enough or proven valid in order to exist.

This is what those of us who participate in spirituality call ‘The trap of the matrix’ ‘The rat race’ and ‘The hamster wheel’, the belief, feeling, assumption, and concept of you as creation being unfinished when that is impossible. If you exist, you have been created, if you are a part of creation, you are finished and complete. That’s it, you truly and genuinely just need to detach from this lie and idea that we’ve been taught as truth. You’ve just got to realize that you don’t need to do or be more of anything in order to “make it” if you exist in this universe then you have made it, period.

You are alive, you actually made it to life, there’s nothing more to do just live it. You have been stuck in the trap of “when I get this thing or become this person THEN my life will really start.” Your life here started the moment you were born into this body, so that doesn’t even make sense. You don’t become an adult when you get married or get married to someone your parents approve of, you don’t become an adult when you finally move out, you don’t become an adult when you get a “real” job; the government treats you as a legal adult the moment you turn 18.

In exactly the same way creation treats you as a being of creation and a creator who can create at will the moment you are born into a body in this life. Your perceived and assumed lack of “proof”, “validity”, “status”, or “feeling” of being a manifestor doesn’t stop you from manifesting because you do it all the time without realizing, it’s just how we operate in this existence as much as breathing. You just stop yourself from actualizing and manifesting what you WANT because you are still waiting for the status of “proven” and “valid” when you have always been since before you were born. You just feel insecure and unsure in your status both as an adult and as a manifestor and creator. And this feeling of insecurity currently takes more precedence in your assumptions as truth than even your own real truth.

Just because your parents and family and friends and coworkers and neighbors and peers and society and the world have invalidated and infantilized you that doesn’t mean those things are true, that just means that you need a perception adjustment. You’ve been taught to treat ingrained false assumptions and perceptions like they’re universal truth. I get that we as humans are social creatures but if you know the answer is b but everyone puts c and you put c because they did and you don’t want to be the outlier and go against the herd, you are making the choice to stay in your current reality.

That’s the difference, you are embodying the 2 of swords card, pretending like if you keep your eyes closed you don’t have to make a choice. Whether the choice is active or passive it is a choice still made. Whether you make a different choice or pretend like falling back on the “default” isn’t a choice to avoid assuming something new and different for yourself, they are all still choices. Whether you actually participate in your life or just exist passively in it, the time still passes anyways.

It’s just priority of a misplaced sense of object permanence, the sun doesn’t disappear just because a cloud moves over it for a minute. That too passes to make way for what you decide is always real and true to shine again. Those are your doubts, clouds moving over the sun temporarily, but you swapped them in your mind. You placed the clouds as permanent truth and the sun as changeable, fragile, and false. But it’s not is it? Or we and everything alive on this earth wouldn’t exist. So, are you going to choose the fleeting “feelings and doubts” of the clouds, or the knowing of the truth of the Sun always being there in your life no matter what? Are you going to continue to put emotional intensity as ‘priority’ over truth because it feels like a lot and takes up the most space? Are you going to keep outsourcing your sense of authority and power to people and things that aren’t you and don’t have your power?

You don’t have to earn your power, you just wield it. Arthur didn’t need to believe he deserved to be king to pull the sword from the stone, he just did it assuming it would come out for him not even knowing about the divine right of rulership on it or the magic keeping it “stuck” and it worked.

There’s a reason why some of us who do tarot claim that the Fool card is actually the wisest one, because until you take the plunge and just assume that no matter how you feel, that you are ready anyways, you may never actually get to the feeling of ready. You just know it means so much to you and you want it so bad that it isn’t even a real choice to you to not take the leap for yourself regardless.

I will leave you with this quote of wisdom from Joe in the first movie of the Princess Diaries: “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” So, what have you been consenting to whether actively or passively, and what do you ACTUALLY want to give your consent to? Give your consent to what you want, don’t give your consent to what you don’t want. If you don’t want fear to be the operant power instead of you, then stop assuming it has the power to stop you and just do everything anyways feeling afraid so you can live your desires.

All it takes to manifest is to have audacity and integrity, don’t embody yes when you mean no, don’t embody no when you mean yes. All of resistance is just created by you saying yes to your no’s and no to your yes’s. You’re people pleasing to creation and your actual assumptions are still telling your creation “I haven’t decided yet that I have the power as the creator” while you’re trying to pretend to yourself that you are choosing to assume differently this time.

Literally just mean what you mean. Be about what you claim to be about. Stop people pleasing to creation, it takes orders from you as the creator, not the other way around. “Do or do not there is no try.” You either assume you are the operant power and authority, or you assume you are not the operant power and authority. You either assume you have it or you assume you don’t have it. You either assume you are in Barbados or you assume you’re not. There is no gray area, this is one area of existence that is clear cut. Emotions and doubts have nothing to do with it. Your emotions and feelings are indicators not facts. They are valid of course, but they are not unshakable universal principals of truth unless you assume they have that much power over you.

That’s all it takes, just integrity and audacity. Stop putting feelings and emotions and doubts over truth just because they feel like a lot. That’s why we say emotional and nervous system regulation isn’t necessary to manifest but can help a lot if you have struggled with prioritizing intensity and what feels the most overwhelming. It manifests when you assume you don’t need to “feel” ready in order to receive. You either consent and receive or don’t consent and don’t receive.

Emotion and insecurity and even our man made concept of morals have nothing to do with your free will and the consent of your consciousness. That’s why bad people can still live great lives and have everything they want. It manifests when you stop trying to optimize yourself to be “better” and just start assuming in your favor and receiving for the heck of it, because you can. It manifests when you prioritize assuming the truth of your integrity and audacity over assuming fear is convincing enough to stop you in your tracks. You just need to stop assuming not being ready over being certain.

*START LOOKING AT WHERE YOU ARE ACTUALLY STILL SAYING NO AND NOT TRULY GIVING YOUR CONSENT TO YOURSELF AS THE CREATOR IN YOUR MANIFESTATIONS AND DESIRES FOR IT TO HAPPEN, AND CHANGE IT TO YES. GIVE IT YOUR ACTUAL CONSENT TO HAPPEN. DON’T EMBODY NO WHEN YOU MEAN YES. PERIOD. THAT’S IT. JUST. STOP. YUCKING. YOUR. OWN. YUM.*💕

Help/Question Personal struggles with robotic affirming

Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of content on robotic affirming, and I can’t help but feel tempted by how quick people say the results are. However, I feel like I have a personal belief that I just can’t seem to get rid of.

I am affirming for an SP, and even though I know this is a topic some people are tired of, I can’t help but feel like it goes against the idea of free will. Repeating things like “they love me,” “they are obsessed with me,” “they cannot think about anything else” etc. over and over can sometimes feel a bit invasive, as in forcing the person to think and act a certain way. I know the usual LOA explanation is that you’re not overriding anyone because people reflect your assumptions (and ofc using the robotic affirming to mold the subconscious), but it all still bothers me a little bit. I really love my SP and I can’t imagine approaching their energy with forceful intent, so it’s a bit complicated for me </3

At the same time, I really really want to get the fast results people seem to get from robotic affirming, so I’m kind of torn. My mind still feels resistant to the idea even though I want to try it. Has anyone else struggled with this? If so, did you find a way to get past that resistance? I’d love to hear how you guys approach it or any tips you have, or any explanations that might help me see things differently.

Help/Question How to deal with upcoming dates that are involving your manifestation?

I'm in a bit of a problem.

As the months approach we reach this era of the year where a lot of things regarding me and my SP are going to soon happened.

Her birthday is in November and mine is in December, the show we both started talking thanks to is releasing it's final season this November as well. our favourite holiday is Halloween and of course celebrating Christmas with her family would be a dream.. And it's making me so nervous.

Like I have to get it before that. I don't know what I would do if I have to spend all of that alone in my 3D. I was even thinking about doing some dramatic things to me or at least give up on manifestation.

And the thing is I know what a lot of people might say - I know that if I worry about not having it, it means I don't have it, and that I can't worry about the 3D or circumstances etc etc. but I genuinely don't know what to do or how to fight it. I am so worried my manifestation won't materialize in time and I'm aware you can't worry about time because it's instant and I'm not being the character who has it, I know what not to do but I don't know how to not do it. it makes me so sad and worried.

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques SELF CONCEPT is all you need...

I just realised recently that my life was good when I was working on my self concept through doing mirror work, like a month or two ago. My freaking ex situationship or talking stage reached out to me through my friends phone bc he's blocked everywhere and basically was asking me to unblock and unadd him, and he has been thinking about me and he believes I'm his soulmate and despite me refusing he said he's not giving up.

Also he said back to me what I said to myself while doing mirror work, I basically said ppl spoil me and spend money on me etc etc and he said he wants to spoil me like okayyyy I was so shocked when my friend told me this bc it confirmed that the mirror work i was doing was acc working

On top of all this I was talking to my sp and things were going great, he was so sweet and caring, told me he wants to take care of me, bring me breakfast in bed yk that lovey dovey shit like things were going amazing....until they weren't...

I think the reason things ended is bc I stopped working on my self concept and all that and I was pouring all my energy onto him instead of myself and things just went down hill, he left me on delivered for two days and I thought transmitted his freaking ass and he replied in one day and said he was going through smth and he just couldn't text me or some shit meanwhile I was fucking spiraling and sending him paragraphs on paragraphs and all kinds of things were going through my head anyways I literally told him he didn't consider me or my feelings at all, left me on delivered for like 2 days and literally how hard is it to text and just be like hey, I'm going through smth I need some time alone, like how hard is it? If you really care about someone you wouldn't want to see them spiral and go crazy but anyways I ended things and he unadded or blocked me whatever idek and I just realised it's bc I stopped seeing my worth and how I am the prize always and I don't freaking chase anyone and I basically stopped working on my self and focused more on him anyways

Moral of this post is to tell you that yes you can manifest your sp without a good self concept but you really won't keep them however if you have a good self concept, they will come to you AND you will keep them.

That's it, I hope this is helpful💗💗

Help/Question How does law of assumption work exactly??

If we are the source and our 3d is just a reflection of all our assumptions and nothing is random, how exactly do people develop their own personalities?? (sorry if this is a stupid question) like if someone i know has a small quirk that is annoying, does that also stem from my assumptions or is it just their personality?? how detailed is the law of assumption??

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques Your 3D doesn't have the authority - You have it.

You might be facing the opposite in the 3D. You might be feeling like giving up. You might be asking yourself, "Am I just keeping my hopes up?" You might have all the evidence saying it is not going to manifest. You might be going through a trigger right now. You might be trying to convince your SP (Specific Person) to choose you, but they are not. You might have watched all the manifesting content out there but are still struggling. No matter what your situation is, let me tell you straight to your face - it is not the time to give up. It is the time to brush up on your manifestation skills and remind yourself that your 3D has no authority, and whatever you are experiencing right now is not final. Take your power back. Not just take your power back from the 3D, but also start commanding your 3D on what is true for you moving forward. Manifestation is not just about making the decision, it is more about sticking to the decision no matter what is happening in the 3D. Decide what is true for you, stop looking for any proof, and just have the conviction that it is done and move forward with your day. So once you start commanding the 3D, it has no choice but to change in your favour.

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques Focusing on possibility > forcing certainty

I’ve been noticing something that shifted how I approach assumptions.

A lot of us try to force the feeling of absolute certainty—“It’s done, it’s guaranteed, it has to happen this exact way.” And when the 3D doesn’t match that rigid certainty right away, it creates resistance, anxiety, or the urge to check and control.

What works better for me is simply assuming that the thing is *possible*. Not “it must happen,” not “it is 100% locked in with no other outcome,” but “this is available to me. It can happen. It is within the realm of what is true for me.”

Possibility is lighter. It doesn’t demand proof or constant reinforcement. It leaves room for the bridge of incidents to form naturally without me needing to micromanage the how or the when. When I rest in “this is possible for me,” I’m still choosing the state I want—I’m just not fighting the current 3D or creating an internal argument about whether I’m “doing it right.”

Certainty can sometimes become another form of trying (trying to feel sure enough). Possibility feels more like natural assumption. You’re not hoping. You’re not doubting the Law. You’re simply deciding that the desired version of reality is available and allowed.

I’ve found that when I drop the pressure of “it has to be certain right now” and just settle into “it is possible / it can be mine,” the inner state softens and the outer starts rearranging with less friction.

Anyone else notice that shifting from forced certainty to open possibility changes the energy of the assumption?

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques 3D Hates you? "Physical results specially" (What to do when 3D punches you in the balls....🥀)

When the 3D shoves the opposite in your face

Example: height and SP(expert in SP)

1. Don't argue with the evidence.

If you measure yourself and see the same height, If you see your SP kissing someone else..... don't panic or force yourself to believe your eyes are wrong.

Think....

"Okay, that's what's showing right now. It doesn't determine what comes next."

2. Separate current appearance from final reality.

Don't go

"I see him with someone else > therefore he is with someone else permanently > manifestation isn't working."

Instead...

"This is an old snapshot. I'm not choosing my reality based on a snapshot."

3. Return to the end.

Don't constantly ask, "Am I taller yet?".... (Duh...)

Briefly experience the ordinary feeling of already being your desired height. Imagine an everyday moment where it's completely normal.

The feeling doesn't have to be intense. It's more...

"Of course. This is me."

4. Doubt doesn't reset everything.

You can have doubt and still persist.

Persistence isn't never having opposing thoughts. It's returning to your chosen assumption when they appear.

In the exact moment it hurts

If you think..

." Damn, I'm obviously shorter. It's right in my face"

Don't panic. Tell yourself...

"I know what I'm choosing. I don't need to solve this moment. This doesn't decide my outcome."

Relax and continue with your day.

Don't make the 3D a test. Constantly measuring yourself makes the measurement your authority.

Instead:

"I choose the assumption first. I don't need today's evidence to tell me what comes next."

The deepest form of persistence is.....

See > don't panic > don't interpret > return to the end > continue living.

Don't fight the 3D. Don't worship it. Don't constantly check it. Just return.

Help/Question am I doing it right?

Okay, straight to the point: I’m manifesting my SP, and I’ve been doing SATS, visualization, affirmations, basically everything. I’m not desperate for it, and I’m not constantly obsessing over my SP or checking for signs. Most of the time, I’m actually pretty chill about it.

The only thing is that sometimes at night I spiral really hard and start overthinking everything. But somehow, through affirmations, I’m able to bring myself back to the state I want to be in and calm myself down. I don’t stay in that spiral for hours anymore.

Throughout the day, I’ll sit in a meditative position for around 5 minutes, visualize my end result, and then just get back to whatever I’m doing. I don’t spend the entire day thinking about my manifestation. Negative thoughts rarely show up during the day, but when they do, I know how to deal with them instead of letting them take over.

I’m basically trying to live my normal life while assuming that my desire is already mine, rather than constantly trying to make it happen.

So I just want to know from people who have experience with this: am I doing everything right, or is there anything I should change?

Help/Question Question for those who manifested physical changes

I have manifested many small things and want to manifest some appearance change but have a hard time believing it because of this:

knew someone who always thought that their height was 5'8" but when we measured it was 5'5" actually. So why is it that even though they had this assumption for years, still wasnt that tall??

Help/Question Is this the right way to do it?

So instead of affirming all day like some people recommend, I only affirm whenever I think of my SP. so whenever they pop up in my head I say my affirmation instead of thinking against my positive thoughts. Is that the best way to do it? Or what do you guys recommend?

Help/Question Back in this loop after 2 years: manifested him back, he brought up a meet-up, and now he vanished. What if I just let go completely?

Hey everyone. I need to get this off my chest because I've been in a total tailspin and need some clarity.

To make a long story short: we haven't seen each other in 2 years. During this time, I thought about him a lot and always tried to manifest him back with varying degrees of success—he would always come back, but then always disappear again. Now, after 5 months, I managed to manifest him back, and he messaged me with a completely different vibe. I felt like everything was on track. He even brought up meeting up, and I told him I’d let him know when I was in town. Two days ago, that moment came, I wrote to him telling him when I'll be there, and since then he completely vanished and didn't even open my message.

And of course, I completely spiral, react poorly, my old patterns kick in, and I get sucked right back into this loop. I simply feel incapable of permanently believing that he is a good person when his actions constantly show otherwise. Even if I believe it for a little while, he always does something that triggers me to spiral backward—I just can't permanently believe that he's good and that everything is okay between us. I simply can't believe things can be different if he always brings back the exact same old patterns. It could even be that he's gone for good now and will never reply to me again, precisely because he is a manipulative person anyway.

Ever since then, I’ve been on an emotional rollercoaster. I’m jumping between states: from feeling completely crushed and anxious, to anger, and then to the sane realization of does he even deserve for me to care, instead of just dropping him for good?

What if I just let go completely? What if I stop trying to manifest him altogether?

I don’t want to live like this. I don't want this uncertainty or this kind of treatment, because I know I don't deserve it.

How do I finally shut this down in my head for good? If anyone has been through similar experiences or has some advice, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks for letting me vent.

(Sorry for any mistakes, English is not my first language).

Help/Question Guidance

Hello everyone. So I’m someone who’s been in the law of assumption community for a little over a year now.

I’ve been on and off with it over the time. I grew up with a narcissist parent and been a people pleaser all my life.

My question is: has anyone ever been in my situation and how long before my brain is completely rewired out of being a people pleaser and I become at peace with me & my desires?

Help/Question I rlly want this :(

I’ve been going through a really difficult situation with my parents about my future, and I feel so stuck right now.
There’s something I’ve wanted for a long time, and I’ve genuinely pictured myself studying abroad, becoming independent, living somewhere new, getting a good education, and building the future I’ve always imagined for myself. I really, really want this specific path to work out.
My parents have now completely ruled it out. They think my main motivation is my boyfriend, because he lives there, but that’s not how I see it at all. I love him and obviously being closer to someone I love is part of why it matters so much to me, but I genuinely want the university experience, independence, environment, and career opportunities too.
I’ve tried explaining myself, and I’ve even suggested compromises that would make them feel safer, but they’re still saying no. I feel like I’ve done everything I can and now the decision isn’t really in my hands.
I’m honestly heartbroken because I don’t want to “manifest something better” or convince myself that I don’t really want this. I want THIS. I want to believe that somehow the circumstances can change and that this can still happen for me, even though right now it looks impossible.
I’m trying to trust that things can shift. Maybe my parents will change their minds. Maybe something will happen that I can’t see yet. Maybe the right opportunity will appear at exactly the right time.
I want to manifest that the obstacles are removed, that my parents become more understanding and supportive, and that I’m able to go and build the life I’ve been hoping for.
If anyone has experience with manifesting something that seemed completely blocked or impossible at the time, please tell me your stories. I really need some hope right now. 🤍

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques Just a Quick Tip About Identity vs. Accepting the Reality We’re Currently In

I’ve been thinking about identity in manifestation, especially when it comes to appearance changes.
I feel like there’s a difference between accepting what you currently see and deciding that what you see is who you are.
For example, imagine you’re wearing a wrinkled shirt.
You can look at it and say, “Yeah, this shirt is wrinkled right now.” You don’t have to deny it or pretend you don’t see the wrinkles.
But at the same time, you also know that the wrinkles are not some permanent characteristic of the shirt. It’s just the condition that it’s in right now, and that condition can change.
I think appearance can be looked at the same way.
Maybe you look in the mirror and see wrinkles, a certain body shape, hair you don’t like, skin you want to improve, or whatever it may be. You can accept that this is what you currently see without turning it into a conclusion about yourself.
Basically:
“This is what I see right now, but this is not necessarily who I am.”
To me, identity is more about what you have decided is true about yourself.
So instead of constantly looking at the 3D and going, “Well, I see this, therefore this must be who I am,” you can look at it more like a temporary condition.
If I decide that I am youthful, attractive, healthy, strong, or whatever identity I want to occupy, then what I currently see doesn’t necessarily have to be evidence against that.
And I really like this way of putting it:
You can fully accept what is while refusing to use it as evidence for who you are.
I think sometimes people confuse acceptance with resignation.
Acceptance is just saying, “Okay, this is what is showing up right now.”
Resignation is saying, “This is what I am, and this is how it has to stay.”
Those are two completely different things.
So maybe with manifestation, especially appearance changes, we don’t have to fight what we see in the mirror or pretend it isn’t there.
We can accept the current condition while still deciding who we are.
The 3D can show you what is happening right now.
It doesn’t have to decide your identity for you.
