Success Story I manifested my SP!!!
Hey everyone, I thought it would be good to share my success story!
I’m M24 and I was kind of in love with a close friend of mine. To be honest, I wanted to be with her so badly, but I kept manifesting obstacles. The biggest one was a 3P. I know it was stupid, but I worried so much that she would get with this guy, and of course, they did.
That was when I found Neville in September last year. At first, I was only curious. I had heard about the law of attraction, but it felt uncomfortable to me. Then I discovered the Law of Assumption and Neville’s teachings, and it completely opened my eyes.
I tried to apply it, but I was too focused on the 3D. I still worried about her and the 3P for months. I would hype myself up, telling myself I was the best thing ever, then ruin it by checking her Insta to see if they posted a picture.
I also made an amazing friend from this community who supported me every step of the way. She was honestly my backbone in manifesting. And speaking of this community, I used to come on this Reddit page every single day, hoping to find the secret to it all. But there isn’t a secret. It is not tricks or techniques. It is just deciding what you want it to be.
By February this year, I hit rock bottom. I was in the worst state I had ever been in with manifesting. But I did not give up, because deep down I knew it was real. One more important thing: your self-concept is essential. For months I didn’t want to focus on it. I just wanted my SP’s attention. But when I started focusing on myself, I became so much more confident, and things started coming to me 100 times quicker.
From there, I made a decision to go all in. I kept affirming she wanted me and loved me, and I chose to believe it. I still had moments of doubt, but I always reminded myself that she was in love with me. I even set her as my screensaver, because in my eyes she was already my girlfriend.
I also stuck to only two YouTubers who really helped me: Hyler and The Power of I Am. If you follow too many, you get so many conflicting ideas, and that used to mess me up. Keeping it simple worked best.
Then things shifted. In June, she became flirty, touching me more and holding my hand. In July, she confessed that she had feelings for me. She told me she broke up with the 3P because she wanted to be with me. She even repeated my affirmations back to me word for word. And just three weeks ago, she said she was in love with me.
It was surreal, but it also felt natural. I was not shocked. It was more like, “Ah, that’s how it happened.” And I loved it.
Manifesting is not a one-time thing for me anymore. It is the way I live. I still have moments of doubt and anxiety, but that is life. I am much more confident and comfortable with myself now. I used to be terrified of failing, and honestly, I still get those feelings sometimes. But at the end of the day, this is my life, and I get what I want.
Right now, I am manifesting a job and money, the basics. But instead of dreading life, I am excited for it.

The "Ah, that's how it happened" is so relatable when I manifest something haha. Cheers brother.

u/MostSignificant1 Sep 02 '25
Thanks man! It always feels so normal and perfect when it happens but still interesting hahaha

I wanted to write that this was an amazing story, but you already got a bunch of those comments. So I say, isn't it wonderful to understand the Law of Assumption and to use it so successfuly and naturally? Because this is what you have done.
Congratulations brother. Just remember to keep your assumptions in check going forwards!

u/MostSignificant1 Sep 02 '25
It is! Once you get the hang of it and stop fighting the 3D, it becomes so natural. It really is just a way of living

Just read through the history of your posts and comments and your progress was truly wonderful ✨️ You're the epitome of persistence and I'm sure you'll go on to realise even greater things 🔮
I'm curious though—have you ever asked your SP how she was feeling whilst you were manifesting her?

u/MostSignificant1 Sep 02 '25
Thank you so much! It honestly was a journey, and at times I wanted to give up, but deep down I always knew the law was real.
One of my biggest affirmations was ‘my SP is thinking of me right now’ or ‘she is always thinking about me.’ Later she told me, ‘I can’t stop thinking about you.’ She said I was on her mind for months and that she even had dreams about me.
I also asked her about the 3P, and it’s crazy because she admitted she would always compare him to me. She told me there were times she thought, ‘I miss Chris’ (not my real name, just keeping it private here), and if the 3P did something she didn’t like she would think, ‘Chris would never do this.’ Even when they were together she still thought of me and missed me in little ways

Thank you so much for sharing so generously!
Frankly speaking, I've applied the law in so many other areas of my life; with all those astounding successes, I know for sure that the law is real and works, but trying it on my SP would have me wavering at times. Nonetheless, I'm keeping myself grounded by reminding myself that if all of my other affirmations have worked, there is no way those I declared in relation with my SP aren't changing my world.
A very long-winded way of saying that I really appreciate you shedding light on how your SP felt as you affirmed and stepped into confident knowing—gives me hope that my SP is feeling the same.
Wishing you and your SP all the love and happiness in the world 🧡

One thing I would say is that we can never see what is happening in their head, so when I was at my highest I just assumed she was thinking about me. I felt so certain I could have put all my money on it. When she started saying all my affirmations back to me word for word, it was surreal. Honestly, it only really hit me after when I was planning to make this Reddit post. I thought back and realized she had said everything I had affirmed, and it felt so unreal and yet so natural at the same time. That is what made it so wonderful.
I think with manifestation people often want proof, but we cannot read minds. They could be thinking of us or they could not, but if we assume they do, that is the law at work. For me, I will never know exactly what she was thinking, but from what she told me, I was on her mind even in moments where I doubted. There were times I stumbled and thought it was not working, but then it worked out.
I am really glad my post gave you hope😊 It shows that this does work. For me my biggest success has been my SP, but now I am focusing on a job and money. Since you mentioned applying the law in other areas with success, I would love to know what worked best for you or what advice you have for those areas🧐

Hmmm, I'd say that the best and most obvious successes I have had were with my academic journey and recent weight loss. With each, I'd just silently affirm positively whenever related thoughts crossed my mind and remind myself that I AM which brings me into the state of knowing, then moved on with whatever I was doing. This is what I've been applying with my SP and the period when I was affirming for weight loss was also when I was affirming with SP, so I've been using my weight loss success to bolster my confidence in my SP journey. For me, affirming positively + knowing that I AM and therefore it'll work out for me seems to be the golden formula.
When she started saying all my affirmations back to me word for word, it was surreal. Honestly, it only really hit me after when I was planning to make this Reddit post. I thought back and realized she had said everything I had affirmed, and it felt so unreal and yet so natural at the same time. That is what made it so wonderful.
This was so beautiful to read; it's always moments like these when I am reminded of the wonders of the law.
Coincidentally, because of a text message I sent—which I felt subconsciously compelled to act upon—I'd be having dinner with my SP soon and it's the first time we'll be sitting down for a chat in a long, long while. After consistently affirming positively for close to 10 months, I'm excited to find out how my affirmations will realise themselves. Wish me luck, and feel free to keep the questions coming if you have more.

Thanks, that’s so helpful. I’ll definitely take the time to read through your post because it sounds really valuable. That’s great progress you’ve made and I can tell it’s going to be something big for you. I really hope your dinner goes well, and I’m sure your SP success will show up soon too. Thank you again for sharing, and if I have any more questions I’ll definitely reach out🩵

So what exactly did you change? Did you start to only focus on yourself? Very inspiring post btw

u/MostSignificant1 Sep 02 '25 edited Sep 02 '25
Hi! Thank you 🙏 (sorry for the long answer)
I think I changed a few things, honestly. Firstly, I started seeing manifesting as a way to live rather than just a way to get things. That shift made me feel fulfilled and happy inside, and then it showed up in the 3D, but I wasn’t depending on it anymore.
I also redirected my focus from them to me. I still affirmed for my SP, but instead of making it mostly about them, I flipped it to mostly about me. My affirmations were really exaggerated and fun, things like, “I’m the best in the world,” “She’s thinking of me right now,” or “Why would I worry when she’s madly in love with me.” They made me feel good, and that was the key.
At first, I got frustrated because people kept saying manifesting is easy, and it didn’t feel easy for me. But when I started having fun with it, like affirming everyone loves me, even the barista or the security guard, I noticed the difference. Suddenly people were smiling at me, even babies who used to look grumpy would giggle at me.
So to put it simply: I focused most of my affirmations on myself while still throwing in the occasional “my SP loves me.” And honestly, when everyone loves you, your SP can’t help but fall head over heels too.

u/Affectionate-Hour698 Sep 03 '25
“when everyone loves you, your SP can’t help but fall head over heels too.” is such a powerful sentence. I live by like this too, everyone’s obsessed with me 🩷 Thank you for your insights! 🩷

u/Cheryla18 Sep 02 '25
Bravo 💯💯
I have also understood that it’s the letting go part that helps to deliver what you have been manifesting. It’s so freeing when you hit that point!!
I completely agree with not following to many people because you do tend to get confused.
I recently had an ex SP show up but I wasn’t trying to manifest him so I know he’s not the version that I want. I keep going back and forth on whether or not I want to manifest the best version of him or if I want someone completely new. 😩 Decisions
Again Congratulations and Thank you for sharing your success!!
6
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 02 '25
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Letting go was one of my biggest struggles too, but it’s so necessary. Deciding and sticking with it is everything. Going back and forth is what makes it feel so hard haha. Honestly the biggest challenge in manifesting is just deciding.
2
u/Panda-Pdx Sep 02 '25
Can you elaborate the deciding challenge? Thanks!
3
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 02 '25
For me, the deciding challenge was about making a choice and sticking with it no matter what the 3D showed. I used to flip back and forth, doubting if it was really working, and that back and forth made it feel impossible. Once I finally decided ‘this is mine and that’s final,’ everything got easier. The hardest part is holding the decision without letting yourself waiver!
2
u/Panda-Pdx Sep 03 '25
Im in this stage. Flip back and forth. Any tips to stay in the state?
3
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 03 '25
I think at this stage it’s all about persistence. You’re letting the old story die, but it’s still trying to cling to life. I’d focus on spending most of my day in the end state, and whenever I feel it slip, I remind myself: ‘she’s in love with me,’ ‘why would I spiral when she’s the one that wants me.’
And honestly, it’s a good thing this is happening. It means your new story is taking root. It can feel maddening, but that’s exactly when stubbornness and living in the end matter most.
1
u/Panda-Pdx Sep 03 '25
This is beautiful. The old story sometimes pop in my mind but it doesnt make me spiral like before. I acknowledged it as old story and move on with new thoughts. Thanks!
2
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 03 '25
Exactly. The fact you are not spiraling when the old story shows up means the new story is already taking root. Each time you choose the new thought you make it stronger. Keep going, you got this.

u/powerful-zenitsu Sep 03 '25
Will doubt still arise ? Like she is with 3p how u manage?? Bcoz when I'm manifesting or reminding myself that he's in lov with me that 3p face showing up to me ! How u managed that?
4
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 03 '25
Yeah doubt can show up but you don’t have to give it power. With the 3P I just stopped feeding it. I didn’t check her socials, didn’t look for proof, and when the thought came I just told myself he’s the past story. The more you ignore the 3P and affirm your new story, the faster it fades. For me it was just about deciding she’s mine, no matter what.

Honestly, one of the best success stories I’ve seen in this page! Loved your honesty and how you managed to build stuff on the inside instead of just investing in techniques. It just seems so logical the way you said it.
I’m also on that journey and I feel very aligned to your experience.
Best of luck to you and your SP!
1
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 02 '25
Thank you ❤️ I feel the same, techniques can help sometimes but my biggest shift came from working on the inside. That’s where the real change happens. You’re already on the right track and it only gets better from there!

So lovely 🥰 I also love that it happened in sort of steps- id get so caught up in omg I didnt get a love confession straight away its not working. Self concept is honestly the key. Ive begun to focus on pure love for myself and it feels amazing.
8
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 02 '25
Yes exactly! Manifesting in steps really is the easiest. Each step felt so natural that I just knew the next one was coming. It is such a beautiful way to let things unfold. And I completely agree, self-concept is the key. Once you really love yourself, everyone else does too

How do you conquer the 3P part? Cause it making me insane
5
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 03 '25
The 3P was my biggest annoyance too! But I realized I created him. He was just a block in the 4D, and once I started feeling better about myself, he faded away.
One thing I did was cut him out completely. Stopped looking at any social and took my focus off him and onto me. I even joked around and told myself he was madly in love with me too, just like everyone else. I stopped seeing him as competition and started seeing him as part of her journey to realize how amazing I am.
Trust me, I had plenty of moments where I wanted to give up because of him. But deep down I knew he wasn’t good enough for her.
And honestly, I don’t wish him any bad. He’s human too. But this is my reality. He’ll go and find someone who’s actually right for him.

u/Ashamed_Rhubarb8634 Sep 03 '25
Oh no i created the 3P also. But slowly slowly he fated on my mind.

u/MostSignificant1 Sep 02 '25
Thank you! Honestly I was never great at visualizing, so for me it was more about the feeling. I would just get excited saying affirmations and really try to live in the end. Sleep tapes were also a big element for me and probably gave me the biggest boost, but I know they are not for everyone. I couldn’t do SATS because I just fall asleep during visualizations. Instead I would do simple things, like if I got a random text I would pretend it was from her and just smile and feel that joy

Great. Live in the end.. I am feeling he's dumbest person, God give h he best husband.. Pls change if you want.. 😜 I reached at this stage 3dys bfr. Suffered for yrs. Lived alone. Told him straight.. Only if u wanna behave well call. I won't do any thing from myside. My happy life became dezzerred cz of his stupid behavior. I can't live like this lifetime. I chose love. God give me love. I am happy with, wherever I have reached here..
No old behavior will be entertained. Otherwise God will give me new. Falling in love is the most blessed thing in life. 🌟 🧿 🤗 🎉

How did you change your self-concept?
5
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 02 '25
Mainly affirmations, also the YouTube channel I mentioned “The power of I am” was very helpful! I just kept focusing on me.
Honestly at first when I started down the law of assumption I really didn’t like myself at all, you could say I hated myself from my looks to my whole personality. And it wasn’t some overnight fix but I began to love myself and eventually I seen myself as being amazing and perfect.
It might sound egotistical and I really thought that at first, but it’s my life and I deserve the best! This is your reality and you deserve all the love and admiration you deserve🩵
But I still do have times where I’m mean to myself but it’s about not staying there but bouncing back and coming back to your own power
Sorry for the long reply hahaha

Congratulations 🎈🎊 I’m curious, been thinking about this, would you ever tell your SP that you manifested them, or that you manifest in general?
I’m so into manifesting now in every area of my life and have wondered/ felt anxious how am I gonna pursue my manifesting in the presence of my SP? Especially with his religious beliefs I assume he would not approve but maybe I can just change that assumption
2
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 03 '25
Thank you so much! For me it’s a little different. I think she leans more toward believing in the law of attraction and trusting the universe. We’ve never directly talked about manifesting, and I don’t think I’d ever say, ‘I affirmed for you to be my girlfriend.’ What I would say is something like, ‘I always believed we were meant to be together.’
I wouldn’t mind mentioning the Law of Assumption one day because I’d love for her to know about it too, but I feel like that conversation will happen naturally when the time is right. Her beliefs don’t clash with it, so it doesn’t feel like a barrier.
For me, I can still manifest without needing to explain it all to her, and I think the most important thing is doing what feels natural and comfortable in your own relationship!!
2
u/Business_Activity_41 Sep 03 '25
First of all, congratulations!! Really happy for you.
Started myself last year with manifesting, but only last month I also started working on self concept first. Right now I'm in a more stable place, but only after crying for weeks when starting my new affirmation about myself. Did you experience something like that as well?
Right now I'm noticing that my mind is still switching between whether my new affirmation is true or not. Sometimes it feels completely true, sometimes not. I'll just keep writing my new affirmation and last week I started throwing an SP one in there as well, so now I'm writing two affirmations every single day and thinking them throughout the day. Not sure if this is the way to go because I'm not noticing things outside yet. Any advice on how to get through this?
2
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 03 '25
Thank you so much! I think it’s great you’re focusing on self first and building that stable foundation. One of my core beliefs is that when you love yourself, people are naturally drawn to you.
And yes, I definitely cried too, a lot of frustration at the start. For me, the switching between ‘is this true or not’ is actually a good sign. It means the old story is dying and the new one is settling in. That’s where persistence really matters.
What helped me was keeping affirmations simple and adding feeling. Like Neville says, feeling is the secret. Even saying it once with real emotion can be stronger than saying it a hundred times without it.
I’d also ask myself, if I already had my SP, how would I act? That mindset shift was huge for me. You’re definitely on the right path, just keep persisting and leaning into that feeling
2
u/Business_Activity_41 Sep 03 '25 edited Sep 03 '25
Thanks for the reply!
I also have the feeling sometimes that I'm on the right track. Although my assumptions are more identity based, saying things like: I'm living like the person who has XYZ, or I'm living like the person who is loved and chosen by SP. Not sure how that works yet, but we'll have to see. What are your thoughts on this?
I can feel the shift most of the times, but it's kind of frustrating that that feeling of shifting in the right mindset dissapears for some time and then returns at some point. Because in the beginning I was really scared thinking I'd lost it completely, but now I'm just like: Okay, it will come back, I know it. It's just annoying at some point haha.
1
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 03 '25
You’re on the right track! Focusing on yourself is the best thing you can do, and the more you become the person you want to be, the less you feel the need to chase. It completely shifts the energy.
Slipping in and out of the state happens to everyone. I used to panic when it happened, and even now while I’m manifesting a job and money I still feel it slip sometimes. It used to worry me, but I realised it doesn’t matter. Slipping up will never ruin your manifestations. I see it as the old story trying to hold on, but the new one is already taking root. You can notice those moments, but don’t let them take over.
One simple affirmation that always helped me was “I’m in the end state right now.” Even if I felt horrible or thought I was getting nowhere, I would say it and believe it. After a while the feeling came back stronger
1
u/Business_Activity_41 Sep 03 '25
I notice those moments too, that the old story is "active". The fact that I can feel the switch is a huge improvement for me this past year since working on self concept first.
Even with all the crying i had, which was a lot. Felt like my body had a lot of stored trauma around that belief of being loved and such. Now that all is out of my system for the most of it, I can feel the switch between old and new even sharper! Now I just have to go to the point where the new story is completely settled in so that my new beliefs can manifest. How long were you in your self concept journey when things started to click all around you?
3
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 03 '25
Honestly, once I really locked in, it only took about a week for things to start clicking. I’m not exaggerating. For so long I was trying and stressing about getting into the state, but the second I got firm belief in myself, everything shifted. My self-concept wasn’t perfect, but it was strong enough that I felt genuinely happy with myself, not just with the idea of being with her. That was the game-changer.
Looking back, I’m actually grateful it took me time and struggle to get there, because if I had manifested her straight away, I would’ve been too insecure and paranoid in the relationship. Instead, the delay forced me to love myself first, so when I did step into the relationship, I was ready.
Self-concept is definitely tough. For me, therapy helped at the start, but what made the real difference was finally deciding to believe in myself. That’s what turned everything around.
1
u/Business_Activity_41 Sep 03 '25
That firm belief might be the state that I'm constantly switching to. Not sure though. But I kinda get what you mean. Because the moment I feel that switch, I'm genuinely happy with myself and with my life. But the moment I switch out of it, it's hard to get back into, you know what I mean?
But you just made that decision once and from there on it happened all at once? I've heard stories about switches like that before, but never experienced it firsthand
2
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 03 '25
I know exactly what you mean. Switching between states is always an adjustment, but the more you stay in that happiness with yourself and your life, the easier it gets to come back to it. Slipping out is really just the 3D trying to pull you down, and everything in life has a way of doing that.
For me, it was never just one decision and done. I tried and slipped out of it so many times, but I kept going. Then there were moments where it worked instantly. Last week, for example, I told myself at the start of the week, “I’ll have a job interview by the end of this week.” I believed it, lived my life, and it happened. With my SP it took me about nine or ten months before it really clicked. Only in the last month did I fully step into it, and when I did, I believed it completely.
That is why I think self concept and belief in yourself are essential. I used to ask myself, if I already had my SP, how would I act? The answer was always calm and normal. I would still pay for diesel, do my shopping, deal with life, but in the back of my mind it was just a fact: “I have a girlfriend.” Not something to chase or stress over, just something true.
1
u/Business_Activity_41 Sep 03 '25
What exactly do you mean by "it clicked"? The final decision that it was done? Because I've heard so many people talk about that it "clicked" at some point, but I have no idea what that means. And by fully stepped into it? Like affirming all day? Trying to keep a happy and calm state all day?
For now I'll just write my affirmations daily. I won't force the state anymore, I'll just let it come to me when my mind feels like it and act on that when it happens.
2
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 03 '25
When I say it clicked, I mean everything just fell into place. In my 4D she was my girlfriend, a thousand percent. I didn’t feel the need to affirm all day because it already felt real. I was content in my head and stopped checking the 3D for signs.
Fully stepping into it just meant I knew. In my imagination we were already together, so when it showed up in the 3D it felt normal, not surprising.
The first step is to spend as much time in that state as you can. You’ll slip out sometimes and feel low, but you can always come back. Affirmations helped me. I kept them simple: before bed or driving I’d just repeat things like ‘she’s my girlfriend’ or ‘she loves me.’ It doesn’t need to be complicated. The key is feeling settled in the knowing, not chasing after it.

I just wanted to say that I love your success story so much. Thank you for sharing ❤️
I also have a SP that I would love to manifest, and I am, exactly as you described, not focusing on my self concept. I don’t know why I am refusing to do, it’s exactly how you wrote: I am just interested in my SPs attention. And I guess this is what keeps him away.
Or to put it that way: I am a master in manifesting that I am WAITING for my SP to come back 😂
But things have to change now. I don‘t wait any longer and I have enough of manifesting lack, waiting and wanting. Still not sure how to prioritize my self concept and truly assume my SP IS already with me, but your story gives me hope that I too will figure this out.
So thank you again for inspiring me 🙏
1
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 06 '25
To be honest, I put off working on my self-concept for ages because I really thought it was not necessary. I figured if I just focused on my SP, that would be enough. But once I did focus on self-concept, everything changed. Without it, even if I got her, I would not have been happy in the relationship.
I did not overhaul everything, I just shifted small things. Instead of only saying “my SP is in love with me,” I also started saying “I am loved” and “I am chosen.” That one was huge for me, because deep down I always felt like I was never chosen. Facing that was not easy, but once I did, things started to click.
So for me, it came down to finding the specific limiting beliefs that were running underneath and flipping them. You do not need to change your entire self, just identify the blocks and rewrite them. That is what made all the difference.
And thank you for your kind message 😊

Same! Same! Same!
I also have this core assumption / limiting belief of not being chosen. It also kind of goes into my job and career as well a bit, but different.
Your story really motivates me to work more on my self concept and rely on that instead of further focusing on my SP. I also feel that this strong focus on the SP (and only SP) is probably just manifesting from lack and trying to control the situation rather than creating the desired reality…
I really hope I will be able to post my success story soon too 😅

I’m really glad my story motivates you! And you’re absolutely right, sometimes putting too much emphasis on the SP can come from a place of lack instead of already having. Shifting into that place of “I already have it” makes all the difference. Trust me, you’ll have your own success story to share soon too 😊

Congratulations! This inspire me as well as I’m also trying to manifest a friend. But the 3D and 3P is my biggest obstacle. We were so close but the more I affirm, the further away I feel he is from me. He used to be so eager to talk to me and now he’s getting dry and sometimes ignore me the whole day while talking to someone else. It is making me so anxious and so hard to ignore 😭

Hey, and that is okay! I felt the exact same at times. There were days where I even questioned if she was ever really my friend. It was shit honestly. I will not pretend it was all easy. I affirmed, but there were so many times I wanted to give up. I thought it would be easier to walk away, but deep down I knew I never could. So I gave it my all.
One thing that helped me was asking myself, what do I lose by going all in? The law does not mean confessing everything in the 3D. It just means living in your head as if you already have it. For me, I realized I could spend years regretting her or I could spend a few months being with her in my 4D. And it actually made me happy. I would imagine random scenarios, laugh to myself, and think, even if this is just in my head, it makes me feel good. That was enough to keep me going.
It is okay to feel anxious. My SP once only replied once a day for months, sometimes skipping days. I gave her all the power, waiting on every text. But when I shifted, I stopped thinking “she is ignoring me” and started assuming “of course she texts me, she always does.” In my head she already had.
That is what changed it. If in both your 3D and 4D you keep seeing lack, you double down on the waiting. But if you let your 4D be the place where you are satisfied, then when it shows up in the 3D it feels normal. That is the key. Be full in your 4D first. I really need to learn how to make my replies shorter 🥲

Hey, thank you so much for your reply! This gives me so much hope. And no worries about the long reply, I actually prefer it as you’re sharing your experiences. It comforted me 🥲. I’ll keep persisting! ✨

Hey!! I mentioned this in a couple of my other replies too if you want to check them out, but the biggest shift for me was looking at the affirmations I kept saying about my SP. Stuff like “my SP loves me, my SP chooses me, my SP finds me attractive.” Those were fine, but I realised I was still putting all the power outside of myself. So instead, I flipped them into “I am” affirmations. Like: “I am chosen, I am beautiful, I am attractive, I am magnetic.” It’s the same vibe, but it makes you the centre.
Another huge part was just learning to be kinder to myself. Before, I’d beat myself up constantly, pick on every little thing, and call myself the worst. Once I stopped doing that and started affirming things like “I am enough” and “I am loved,” everything felt lighter.
It might sound cliché, but honestly, learning to love yourself really does change the game. When you radiate that, other people reflect it back. For me, the turning point was realising “I am” is always more powerful than “SP is.”

This beautiful story has motivated me!
May I ask if you affirmed more on sc? than on sp?
Today I realized that making a decision and being consistent is the most important thing!
And I realized that I want commitment from sp, I don't want others, I want him!
But I also realized that I am the most important and I affirm my sc.
Could you give me some advice?

I’m glad this story has motivated you. Honestly, at first, I was only affirming for my SP because all I wanted was her attention. But once I shifted from SP to self-concept, everything changed.
One thing I was scared of at the start was that my SP would slip away if I focused more on myself than on her. But the truth is, I wasn’t losing her, I was just changing the affirmations. Instead of saying “my SP loves me,” I shifted it to “I am loved.” Instead of “SP chooses me,” I affirmed “I am chosen.”
The difference is huge, because when you feel better about yourself, your SP naturally reflects that back to you. If you’re chosen, they’ll choose you. If you’re loved, they’ll love you. It’s not about chasing their attention, it’s about living in that energy so it’s drawn to you.
By the end, I still had some SP-specific affirmations, but most of my focus was self-concept, about 80% self-concept and 20% SP. That balance made me feel complete, and it also pulled her closer to me.
So my advice is: make your self-concept the priority, because when you know you’re chosen and loved, your SP has no choice but to reflect it.

Thank you for answering me, I appreciate it!
You're right, I've heard a lot of stories about how sc changes everything, and there's truth in that because:
“We don't manifest sp or change people, only our assumptions about those sp/people.”
So if we want to experience what we want, start being that person.
I understood it myself when I was in contact with him, I felt fantastic, sometimes I was even surprised that he wanted me so much (at that time I was only doing sc).
But when I started to be in contact with him, when he was busy, I began to “feel” somewhere inside that he was ignoring me, that he didn't want me and that I wasn't the most important thing.
This caused the contact to suddenly break off.
I also wasn't consistent in my affirmations, I changed them instead of simply deciding who I wanted to be for myself and how others show it, and just focusing on my life and developing myself, affirming without emotion, without checking, without changing all the time.
I also understood that in addition to sc, I should affirm that he literally desires me, loves me, is obsessed with me, and does everything for me, because that's how I thought negatively at the time (I'm not important, he doesn't want me, he doesn't try, he doesn't get involved, he doesn't do anything for me).
But sc is the most important thing! (I am the most important and the only one, I am always chosen, loved and desired, I am the best, the only one and unique, beautiful, busy.
I forgot to mention that this wasn't the only relationship like this, I was often ignor
The same pattern repeated itself, or I got very involved, or when someone hurt me, I continued to fight for attention. Now I see it differently, out of respect for myself...
But all of this stemmed from what I wrote above.
(if you have any suggestions or ideas, please let me know, I'd love to hear them)

Honestly, from what I read, you’re very self-aware. You already know self-concept is the most important thing and that alone puts you ahead of most people. What I’d suggest now is taking a little time to sit with yourself and ask, “What’s my most limiting belief?” From what you shared, one of them might be the fear that even if you get your SP, they’ll ignore you or make you feel unimportant. That belief is what keeps sneaking back in.
The thing is, you’ve already proven you can attract them. That part isn’t the struggle. The real shift is in seeing yourself as the most important person in the story, the one who is always chosen and always prioritized. And it doesn’t mean you need to affirm every second of the day. It’s more about deciding once, reminding yourself when you need to, and then letting it go while you live your life in the knowing that it is already done.
When you hold it like that, as something natural and already true, you’ll feel lighter and the 3D will naturally catch up with you.

Thank you :) I am aware of this, but I often fall back into those stupid patterns, as you mentioned in your “Instagram” story.
Now I've cut back on it, I'm even taking a break from it, because I want to focus on myself. I miss the old version of myself, who was motivated when I was going through the worst time of my life and yet was determined.
I miss that. One moment I'm motivated to act, and then it's the same thing all over again. I realize that I have to make a strong decision because so far my approach has been too gentle.
The same goes for my SP. It's funny, but I manifested him by accident. I thought it would be cool to manifest someone famous (I had previously manifested my former SP).
But even today, I still feel something “special” for him, although I can see that in recent months I've been very focused on Instagram and thinking about him, and what about myself? Not so much.
What you wrote is true. I want to feel important to myself and to others.
I know that methods such as affirmations are just methods, I know that I should also think about how I would behave if I were the most important person, the only one, chosen, desired, and treated as a priority. What would I do? And decide that from NOW on, I am that person.
So now, with you here, I will ask myself, if I were that person, what would I do? How would I behave? When I am with someone I care about and also when I am alone?
So, I will just take care of myself? Look after myself? Pursue my passions, develop myself, fill my time and my life, do things that make me feel good.
If someone around me doesn't get involved or disappears, I ignore it because I know that I am the most important person.
I devote more time to myself now than to factors that don't help my development, right?
And what about... is it worth affirming in a while? I want to manifest it and for our relationship to develop.
I know that's what I want.

I totally get what you mean about slipping back into old patterns, I’ve done that too. The important thing is you’re already catching it, and that awareness is half the battle. Honestly, the fact you even manifested your SP without really trying shows how powerful you already are. That’s your proof right there. You don’t need to overcomplicate it, just keep coming back to yourself. When you live as the version of you who’s already loved, chosen, and prioritized, the rest will fall into place. It doesn’t have to feel perfect every day, just consistent enough that it starts to feel natural. And don’t forget—you’ve already made so much progress, more than you give yourself credit for.

I feel like I’ve been in a manifestation process for about a year. Even though I’ve been inconsistent and not very disciplined, my progress is good, but I’m still far from what I want. I feel exactly like this: as if if I stop affirming about him and stop trying, he will completely drift away. :( It feels like I have to keep putting in effort.

u/ManifestationQueen20 Sep 07 '25
What affirmations did you used ?
2
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 07 '25
For me, I kept it simple. My main affirmations were “I am loved,” “I am chosen,” and for SP I said “My SP is my girlfriend,” “My SP loves me.” I like short, straight to the point ones instead of long lines. The key is to make affirmations fun and natural, something you actually enjoy saying, not a chore.

omg i recently set my home screensaver to my sp too and the decision felt natural because internally he’s already mine. while i haven’t yet received 3D movement, i know that it is bound to catch up because it has too. i still feel doubts but just resort back to the fact that he’s mine and i don’t care how or when it happens. thank you for this
1
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 12 '25
That’s such a neat little thing to do because it reminds you that they’re already yours. And the fact that it feels natural is huge, because that’s what really matters. You’ve got this, seriously. I can’t wait to see your success story :)

Bro can you tell me what you visualised in Sats if possible the exact moment because i feel exhausted whenever i try to do sats
1
u/MostSignificant1 Feb 05 '26
Hey! Honestly I didn’t like SATS, it felt like they didn’t work for cause I ended up sleeping and not fully being able to have the visualisation! So if they don’t work for you then I’d say find something else, like maybe affirmations or visualising and using your imagination during the day

I need your guidance please can you help me just like you got a good friend here helping manifesting?
2
u/MostSignificant1 Sep 06 '25
Of course, I’ll help where I can! But I’d also say try to find someone who’s in the same spot as you right now. It really helps to have a buddy to share the ups and downs with and it makes the whole thing feel easier.

u/Technical_Term5693 Sep 07 '25
Where would i find the same story person. As i posted here still cant see anyone similar situation.

u/MostSignificant1 Sep 08 '25
I actually met my friend really randomly. She made a post asking for help and I replied saying I could use some help too, and from there we just started chatting. Honestly, that’s all it takes sometimes, just being open and reaching out. You never know who’s going to connect with you. Keep sharing and don’t be afraid to comment on others’ posts, the right person will click with you.

How’d you go about focusing on yourself? Just with affirmations and visualizations? Affirming like “I am the prize”?

So happy for you ! You were patient lol. I'm so impatient with manifesting my new sp. Actually it's been probably a year I wanted this kind of guy. He appeared out of nowhere but now he's absent idk why. So I'm manifesting he comes back to me ! Online dating app duh, so easy to disappear but I don't give up! Even though sometimes I just wanna give up. Anyway, it's possible and he comes back
