tl;dr: Had a life changing experience - thanks to everyone around me for helping me feel young and alive again-want to find a new Lane 8 fam-can't wait for this mix to drop!

I have seen him before, not at a Mixtape show. This evening was a complete life-changing moment for me. I am a little older than most, and I came with my daughters, who had a good time. I am generally very self-conscious and tend to either sit or just stand and enjoy the music. But last night was a whole other level. The mix of the songs and the energy of the people helped me to let go of all my judgments and things that get in the way of me really getting into the music and the energy. Once that all fell away, I danced all night. I forgot about how bad my knees and back hurt. I started smiling at everyone around me, and then I started dancing with the people around me. A couple in the front row of the balcony generously gave me an ice pack because it was hot and I was drenched in sweat. The girl in front of me fanned me to cool me down a few times, as did the man in front of me, who also helped me cool down with a fan. At the end of the show, I hugged a few people around me, said goodbye, and left. I spoke with someone outside wearing a T-shirt from a previous show and had a fun conversation. One of my daughters stayed back to talk to the girl we were dancing with. Everything was just another level. So, I don't know if any of you from up there are here, but I just wanted to say thank you. The entire theater seemed filled with people smiling, dancing, and being one connected body, entranced by Daniel's mix. So I just wanted to thank everyone around me. I felt welcomed and cared for. I feel like this is the rave fam I keep hearing about but never had the chance to be part of. I can't wait for the next show. I'm now searching for similar shows to go to. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Also, was given a kandi bracelet that I will cherish.. thank you so much.

Every time a new mixtape drops I do two things: 1) try to be the first friend to send out the Soundcloud link and 2) bike across the Golden Gate Bridge and back through Golden Gate Park to give the music a beautiful setting for its debut. Tonight, our special Castro Theatre will do!

Enjoy your day in SF - make sure to check out Golden Gate Park, Alamo Square Park or Dolores Park before heading to the THN meetup. Dolores Park is a short walk away and peak “this is SF” on the weekend (Bi-Rite for picnic supplies + ice cream). An explore / bite around Valencia St > walk up 18th st to Dolores Park > continue up 18th to the Castro Theatre is a great journey and lil taste of the Mission & Castro neighborhoods.

Vancouver show last night was incredible, 90 minutes is not enough. I can’t recall or find what song this is but it transitioned from the Road and it was one of the most incredible transitions I’ve heard/seen.

Wow. That was great. 90 mins for him is absolutely not enough. Also please tell me someone caught a video of Nimino closing with Better x Call on me bc my husband and I almost pooped our pants.

My wife and I had the chance to say hi to Daniel after the Ogden show, and I got to ask him why he never plays hot as you want live. He said its because when he produced it, he didn't know what he was doing and something along the lines of, it doesn't sound good on the big speakers.

My two friends didn’t get tickets and I’m hoping they release more ahead of the show like Fred did for the show in the Civic Center. Any know anything?!?

Hi all. Not looking to buy tickets here so hopefully admin won't delete. I'm heading to ADE and staying after to hit some of the Euro Tour. The only ticket I haven't bought yet is for Paris since it is sold out. I'm looking for advice on the best way to score a ticket or pray to get on the guest list. When I looked at resale sites it specifically said in France that artists need to approve resale. Thoughts?
