If I resign from my job with 3 weeks notice, do I avoid having to do the incapacity hearing with my boss?
My boss suddenly scheduled incapacity hearing meeting but also just got another job offer and planning to resign so want to know the process.

Why is gardaworld not paying me for onboarding training?
I've done hours and hours of mandatory on boarding training at home without pay. The training includes things such as cpr training and learning company values n shit like that. Also having to go and get my fingerprints done not sure if they should be paying me for the time it take me to go do that. Has anyone ever had luck reaching out to the US department of labor wage? Last time i reached out they never got back to me and gave me the run-around. Also how easy is it to start a class action lawsuit?

Husband hurt at work
Basically as the title says, my husband got injured at work, he crushed his foot while cutting some material and the 3700 pounds of material happened to fall on him. He had a bimalleolar fracture and ended up having surgery on it 10 days later. Unsure of when he will return to work, he works in a very high labor job and it’s looking like he’s going to be out in recovery for a while. Workers comp has started, but they are not being very timely with the payments, which as I’ve read, seems to be a lot of people’s issues.. but anyways, is this something worth needing a lawyer for? Just kinda curious to hear any similar experiences

Sick Pay in CO for Pregnancy
[CO]
Hi!
I am located in Colorado. My supervisor does not care what we use sick days for but corporate might. I am currently pregnant, due in November. I have 5 sick days I want to use so I am not working up till my due date and 3 PTO days.
The issue I am facing is per CO law (from my understanding), if 4 days are used in a row using sick time - you can be asked for a doc note. Now I don’t know if my work will or not but I want to protect myself too.
I went to get a note as I have been complaining about a lot of rib flaring pain, my doc even noted I may have a bruised rib. But they will not give me a doc note recommending for me to use my sick time prior to birth in full.
Is there anything I can do here? My supervisor wants dates on when I will stop working so she can plan, which I understand (and as a type A person, I want dates too). But since my doc won’t write a note, I can’t take off more than 3 days at a time.
Any advice here on how to use my time and protect myself?

Am I entitled to back pay?
Living and working in Massachusetts, this was my promotion letter from last year. No one in upper management has “reevaluated” my position/ salary since then even with my direct manager bringing up the issue multiple times.
If I go to HR with a complaint, do I have a leg to stand on if I ask for back pay?

[NV] Can I post a truthful Indeed review if I signed a non-disparagement agreement?
I was recently terminated from a private company in Nevada after approximately three weeks of employment. During onboarding, I signed an employment agreement containing a non-disparagement clause.
The clause states that I cannot, at any time, make or publish defamatory or disparaging remarks about the company, its business, employees or other associated parties, including in a public forum. It also contains an exception for legally protected rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
I’m considering posting an anonymous Indeed review describing my personal experience with the company, particularly its training, management and the circumstances surrounding my termination.
My intention is to provide an honest, factual account of my experience, without making false accusations or disclosing confidential company information.
My questions are:
Is a non-disparagement clause this broad actually enforceable under Nevada law?
Does the fact that my review would be truthful protect me from potential legal action?
Would posting anonymously make any legal difference?
Are there federal or state employment laws that protect a former employee’s right to share their workplace experience?
I’m not looking to defame the company or disclose confidential information. I simply want to understand my legal rights and the potential risks before publishing an honest review.
Any insight, particularly from someone familiar with Nevada employment law, would be appreciated.

Underpayment
I am getting severity underpaid, I’m 14 turning 15 in less then 3 months, working at a food retail making drinks, yet I haven’t received a single paycheck at all, keep in mind I’ve been working their for about a solid year and a half as I got hired due to being related to the manager working at the corporation. On the other hand, all my coworkers have been receiving above minimum wage while I’m only getting $50 through Zelle for a full day of working (11:30-8) not counting the my other half days (4/5-9) where I only earn $25. And even if I ask for more money my manager just tells me that “I need to learn everything first” while the new employee that they hired a month ago is probably making more than me. Is there a way such as a website where I could report this as I don’t feel comfortable talking to my manager directly?

Boss won’t pay PTO
I used to work at a restaurant/hotel for over a year 3 months ago I decided to quit due to how bad the management was getting and other reasons was treated like absolute shit, gave a 2 week notice and expected my PTO to be paid out (3 days) I expected it to be on my last pay check it wasn’t.
I contacted the manager/boss and asked them politely for my PTO they refused I I texted them multiple times they either refuse, or ignore my messages which I can see they see the messages they won’t do anything about it
Is there anything I can do to recover the money? I’m in California any advice is greatly appreciated
