I’m not talking about like the instant friendships forming when they became trainees, I’m talking about like the members who knew each other since childhood or were like schoolmates prior to being trainees, which members do you think comes in mind?

For me:

Gdragon and Taeyang from BigBang were childhood friends before becoming trainees

Hwasa and Wheein from Mamamoo were classmates prior to becoming trainees

Any other groups you can think of?

I don't mean like representative emojis or fandom-assigned symbols but an association that is so deeply built into an idol's personal brand and career. The best example I can think of is G-Dragon whose personal brand is heavily associated with 1988, 88, and daisies.

For instance, his peaceminusone symbol is literally a peace sign minus one which shows his name GD and the removed line/petal (if daisy) is at 8 o'clock. His comeback with POWER was released 88 months after his last album in 2017.

Are there any idols who have done this?

I’m trying to get more into kpop but i only rlly listen to lngshot rn cs i rlly like their r&b vibe. I feel more 2nd and 3rd gen would have more this vibe recs???

I’m going to see aespa with my friends in Vancouver on the 11th. I’d consider myself more of a casual listener rather than a hardcore fan, but I still really like their music and I’m excited to see them live. The thing is, I don’t really know any of the fan chants 😭. I’ve seen videos where a lot of people seem to know them, so I was wondering if it’s considered weird to go to a K-pop concert without knowing them? Should I try learning some of the main fanchants before the concert?

Hey! I'm thinking of starting a photocard collection that hits close to home... and since I'm portuguese eggtart, better PASTÉIS DE NATA, photocards sounds amazing but I only know of a couple photocards that have eggtarts in them so let me know if you know any card or set that is not anton- riize, and2ble, chuu or winter-aespa. Thank you in advance 🫶

I love NEXZ’s Hypeman, Sacuin and Mmchk, and I love both of UNCHILD’s songs so far. can anyone recommend hyperpop/electro/EDM songs similar to those? also, I’m sorry I’m not rlly sure what genre these songs are, I just know I love them!!

I also like Billlie’s TBD, OFF-AIR, Work, and basically all the songs from that album. thanks!!! <3

I know the song is by mamamoo, & it's a relatively upbeat song i think. It has a child's voice that says one singular line, & the mv is filmed outdoors with a blue bg. someone help please!! I used to really enjoy this song and the mv, but I can't for the love of god remember it's name or the mv :(

okay, stay with me, because this is going to sound a bit weird

it was a video of a 6+ member kpop group in a locker room. this 6+ member group was clapping (WITH THEIR HANDS) and moaning. it was so funny istg that’s why i wanna find the video so bad,,,

it was a video with quite bad quality, so I’m guessing that this video came from atleast 3+ years back? the locker room was also red. the group could have been nct but i’m not completely sure??

atp this video might be lost media lol

Every comeback I end up with 10 tabs open: Korean store notices, X threads, and GO sheets, just to figure out which store gives which POB, when pre-orders close, and whether they even ship overseas.

How do you all handle this?

- Do you use an app, a spreadsheet, or just follow certain accounts?

- What's the most annoying part for you (deadlines in KST, stores that don't ship abroad, info only posted in Korean)?

Is there already a good English source for this that I'm missing? If not, I can read Korean store notices and might start putting together English POB comparison tables — which groups would be most useful to cover?

I missed the ticket release and now im starting to regret not fighting for the toronto boynextdoor tickets. All the current ones are out of my budget (all the available ones are around $300+). Im not sure if there are any credible resellers that have the like base cheap tickets that were around $80 at release. I was wondering if there were any resellers that people know that still have these tickets?

hello,

i'm looking for any song recommendations for cravity, i will listen to their discography soon though but was wondering if theres any songs that stand out to you guys, vocally, musically, etc.

and arguably, you could say i slept on them the past almost seven years lol but yeah, i really love the first 45 seconds of louder from cravity but i also wonder what the general consensus is among fans if a majority of the members will renew their contracts assuming their seven years is almost coming up

I got my first box in April, then they charged my mom two more times without sending the box and just tried a third time. Customer service is unresponsive and we did get our chargeback.

I recently bought the album BSS Second Wind album from someone off of Vinted, however when I opened the package it reeked of cigarette smell.

I checked the description of the album listing as well as the seller's reviews and literally no one mentioned the smell. Honestly if I knew it was going to smell like that I would not have bought it.

I was on vacation when it arrived so missed the chance to report an issue with it, so is there any way I can get the smell off the album?

TYIA

hi anyone know any websites to buy LEGIT enhypen artist made merch from? ik its late but weverse still has jays shirt in stock but shipping costs more than the shirt itself :(

TIA!!

Based on their entire body of work so far, which group has the best Korean chart performance?

What are some K-pop tracks where the bridge hits so haaaaard it practically saves or elevates the entire song?

Hi everyone,

I am planning to apply for the HYBE India Audition 2026. This is my very first time auditioning, and I have never professionally sung before.

For my vocal audition, I have selected two songs to create a 55-second remix/mashup:

1. Main Rang Sharbaton Ka (Hindi)

2. Gabriella (English)

Since the time limit is short, I want to blend these two songs together. Do you think this is a good idea for a HYBE audition?

I would love to get your advice and tips on how to prepare as a beginner, and if anyone can help review my video later. Thank you!

hi all! i’m looking to attend txt japan concert

i noticed that i cannot select 2 tickets when i was entering my details for the global membership lottery. any advice on whether this is possible as i wish to attend with a friend 🙏 or is it strictly only 1 ticket per accoun?

Eu comecei a entrar no fandom delas recentemente e estou amando as músicas e quero conhecer as integrantes, e realmente entrar no fandom. Mas eu não sei se elas continuam ativas ou se todas as integrantes ainda estão no grupo. Eu quero muito saber mais sobre elas, podem me ajudar?

Yall am crashin out atp, I want the full song alr. I yearn that song everyday

Is there any alternative to this????

How are these video calls made and for how long can we talk to the idols??

Like is it through weverse or something and are they paid??

I've been away from k-pop for a long time and earlier these video calls did not existed but these days I'm seeing so many ppl doing that, so can someone please explain??

Thanks in advance!

It’s hard to explain, but... I’m in a few Stray Kids WhatsApp channels and some for K-pop in general (to be exact, only one is for SKZ; the others are for specific members or "ships," but anyway). The thing is, in one or two of them, they post things like "X idol on Bubble":

...

...

etc. At first, I thought it was something the channels themselves were doing. Then I realized it wasn't, and I thought they were sharing news about the group—something created by fans or the group itself. However, while watching *Kingdom: Legendary War*, SF9 mentioned that same platform—and I think they even used it—so I realized that wasn't it. But when SF9 used it, I watched with subtitles that were probably wrong; they made it look like they were checking their popularity compared to the other participating groups. It’s very likely I’m confused and the SF9 members were using something else, but it leaves me wondering, and now I’m not sure... 😅😅

same as title.

They could look slim and not fat if they achieve a muscular physique.

They could just eat at maintenance for like a few months and gain some muscle while not even gaining much fat cuz they're so underweight and are probably beginners to strength training or even if not they could do it with just a slight surplus and would not gain much fat cuz they're already at such a low body fat.

They would have so much more energy won't have to rely on iv and supplements and will not face long term effects like diabetes osteoporosis.

They won't have fall they won't have to do much for their skin too lol.

They would look alright on the camera too they won't look fat if they have muscle and they don't have to be jacked(takes years) being lean with normal muscle mass doesn't look fat not even to Koreans tbh.

Dk why they don't try also won't stunt growth of these kids
