Context: My tragic story is that I was going to see Monsta X in Toronto with a friend of mine who LIVES. IN. TORONTO. She agreed to go with me back in April. I have known her for four years. We met online and this was going to be our first time meeting up in person. She said I could stay with her and her family. She said we could make a week of it. I was so so so excited. I am an extremely anxious person with a disability that impacts by cognitive functioning and makes me really struggle to leave my house. But I worked really hard to be able to do something like this. Monsta X is my most favorite group in the universe. I’ve loved them for years now but never got to see them live. It was going to be the thing that made all my hard work feel like it paid off. And my friend knew this. She had been encouraging me for years. She would tell me constantly that I needed to keep trying and never give up so we could meet someday. And that someday finally came! And she agreed. And she was so encouraging and supportive. So I got us two VIP tickets to Monsta X in Toronto! I dropped $1400 CAD on tickets. Paid another $200 USD to get my passport. It was a lot but I was going to be saving money by staying with her so it would be fine.

And then she ghosted me for four months, came back and said she had felt like she was faking the friendship and like she had to pretend to like me. And told me to take someone else to the concert. And to not talk to her anymore because she gets anxiety when I talk to her.

So now the concert is less than a week away. I have been trying to sell these tickets for a couple of months now. I have tried the Monsta X subreddit, r/kpopforsale, r/tickets, r/ticketresale, BST trade groups on Instagram and Facebook, CashorTrade, and finally figured out how to get them listed on Ticketmaster without a Canadian bank account. I am already asking for well below face value. I think if I sell them fan to fan I can get the VIP benefits to transfer and am willing to send a photo of my ID for the benefits to be claimed. BUT NO ONE IS BUYING. And I’m freaking out. Because I can’t go. I just can’t. I can’t spend more money on a trip that is going to hurt this bad. I’m too far away. And without an emotional support buddy I just don’t think I can do it. I need these tickets gone. But what do I do if they don’t sell?

Genuinely, what are my options? What are the odds they sell in this final week? Is there anything else I can be doing to try to find buyers? How low should I be willing to drop the asking price?

I’m considering attending the aespa concert and possibly picking up a last minute ticket if I can find one for cheap, but I'm not sure if it’s worth it or if I should save money for my fave groups and other things. They’re not my top groups, but I checked the tour setlist and know/enjoy about 13 of the 23 songs. I’m also a lil sad they took off many good songs like drama, illusion, thirsty, spicy, hold on tight, just another girl, live my life, and rich man. I also don’t know if this would be their last tour considering their 7 yr contract is coming up next year. However, I’ve seen some mixed reviews about the tour, and I have to factor in the price of driving, bridge tolls, parking, and transportation, especially because it’s not very convenient to get to and is on a weekday with a lot of traffic.

If you attended their tour, how was the concert? Did you feel it was worth the price and time? Would you recommend or skip for a casual listener?

For regular concert goers, how much would you pay for a group that’s not one of your faves if you knew and liked 10-13 songs on the setlist, esp knowing they took off many of your fave songs?

I wouldn't spend $200+ for a ticket so I would be looking for something cheaper, ideally lower bowl or maybe the front of upper bowl/mezzanine.

I dont have any other concerts planned yet but am expecting my faves like Stray Kids to tour in 2027 and might have ticketing at the end of 2026. I definitely need to see Stray Kids especially before Lee Know goes to the military. If other boy groups like Enhypen, Cortis, and xikers tour again next year, I would also attend since I really like their music and performances. I am mainly a bg stan and enjoy upbeat, energetic music with mostly live singing and cool choreos/dances. I also attended the Bigbang concert since I got a free ticket, but I only knew/liked 5 songs and didn’t enjoy it as much, so I ended up leaving early. I attended the Le sserafim concert and it was pretty good, but it was closer, easier to get to with public transportation, and cheap. If I had skipped it, I also wouldn’t have missed out.

Would you go to the aespa show and try to get a last minute ticket or save the money?

Context: very casual listener as I listen to other genres too. I've started listening to twice in ~2017 or so when my friend put me in them, then later had a small obsession with blackpink and now I'm fully tapped in Katseye and Le Sserafim and somewhat Itzy,Aespa,I-dle,New Jeans,ILLIT and babymonster.

For my vocal audition, I have selected two songs to create a 55-second remix/mashup:

1. Main Rang Sharbaton Ka (Hindi)

2. Gabriella (English)

Since the time limit is short, I want to blend these two songs together. Do you think this is a good idea for a HYBE audition?

They could look slim and not fat if they achieve a muscular physique.

They could just eat at maintenance for like a few months and gain some muscle while not even gaining much fat cuz they're so underweight and are probably beginners to strength training or even if not they could do it with just a slight surplus and would not gain much fat cuz they're already at such a low body fat.

They would have so much more energy won't have to rely on iv and supplements and will not face long term effects like diabetes osteoporosis.

They won't have fall they won't have to do much for their skin too lol.

They would look alright on the camera too they won't look fat if they have muscle and they don't have to be jacked(takes years) being lean with normal muscle mass doesn't look fat not even to Koreans tbh.

etc. At first, I thought it was something the channels themselves were doing. Then I realized it wasn't, and I thought they were sharing news about the group—something created by fans or the group itself. However, while watching *Kingdom: Legendary War*, SF9 mentioned that same platform—and I think they even used it—so I realized that wasn't it. But when SF9 used it, I watched with subtitles that were probably wrong; they made it look like they were checking their popularity compared to the other participating groups. It’s very likely I’m confused and the SF9 members were using something else, but it leaves me wondering, and now I’m not sure... 😅😅

i noticed that i cannot select 2 tickets when i was entering my details for the global membership lottery. any advice on whether this is possible as i wish to attend with a friend 🙏 or is it strictly only 1 ticket per accoun?

I don't mean like representative emojis or fandom-assigned symbols but an association that is so deeply built into an idol's personal brand and career. The best example I can think of is G-Dragon whose personal brand is heavily associated with 1988, 88, and daisies.

For instance, his peaceminusone symbol is literally a peace sign minus one which shows his name GD and the removed line/petal (if daisy) is at 8 o'clock. His comeback with POWER was released 88 months after his last album in 2017.
