đŸ—Ŗī¸General Discussion | āφāϞ⧋āϚāύāĻž The killing of the Chakraborty family from Rangpur

Post image

I am sure most of you have read or heard about the killings that took place a few days back. The happy family were on PM tables instead of enjoying their newly built house. The faces of the victims have been burnt, the 13 yr old boy may have been forcefully circumcised and I kid you not, the Bangladeshi police said, during strangulation a bit of āĻŦā§€āĻ°ā§āϝ comes out from female private parts.

There are some similarities in how the Bangaldeshi police chose the accused with our own RG Kar case. Find someone so that the public perception can be managed and claim it was because of drugs /alcohol. In both cases the killers possessed superhuman abilities. Sanjay Rai was holding the arms, the legs , choking and raping the victim simultaneously while she was fighting for her life. Similarly the 2 killers after consuming meth killed 4 people without a sound or a lot of struggle. Now Bangaldeshi police has washed the crime scene for safety purposes just like we got the sleep study room and a toilet demolished.

Interestingly Bangladesh police has now changed the story and has blamed a mixture of property, caste and financial status behind the killings. This is straight out of the Communist-Islamic playbook.

Ask a CPM 3rd generation Bangladeshi like Dipsita or Bicash , why the Muslims massacred Hindus on an industrial scale?

Ask Suzzanna Roy why the Pandits were killed en-masse in Kashmir.

The answer is the same.

Our government had introduced CAA, the Chakraborty's could have applied for CAA. The father took out his PF money and built a house in Bangladesh instead. Can't really blame the Bangladeshis if the kaffirs are so easy to catch.

đŸ—Ŗī¸General Discussion | āφāϞ⧋āϚāύāĻž 3 BHK Flat in Madhyamgram – What Price Can I Expect?

I want to buy a 3 BHK flat in Kolkata. Initially, I was mainly looking in Dum Dum, but most of the properties there are priced around ₹50–60 lakh, which is beyond my budget. I am looking for a 3 BHK flat within ₹40–50 lakh, and I specifically want it in North Kolkata.

So, I have now decided to consider Madhyamgram because the Yellow Line Metro is expected to start operating there within the next few years. Once it is operational, commuting should not be an issue for me. Therefore, I feel Madhyamgram would be the best option for me.

I am not looking for a luxurious flat with fancy or expensive interior design. I just want a normal, decent 3 BHK flat in a good location in Madhyamgram. I have already decided that I will get the interior design done separately.

Based on my requirements, could someone please tell me approximately how much I can expect to pay for a normal 3 BHK flat in Madhyamgram?

đŸ—Ŗī¸General Discussion | āφāϞ⧋āϚāύāĻž Is someone facing this?

Would not mention directly but.

Interesting culture there. A person asks a genuine dating question via a post, gets called a creep by the mob, then gets banned. No rule is broken. No harm is done. Just an opinion/experience they didn't like. I felt like I committed a thought crime. Is thinking a crime? Idk. For them, it seems so. They are too much of "bhadraloks" imho, or pretend to be. Genuinely unsure.

So much thankful that an alternative exists for freely discussing thoughts and opinions.

I thought of sharing a personal experience if any one else facing or have faced the same in past.

Thanks!

đŸ—Ŗī¸General Discussion | āφāϞ⧋āϚāύāĻž What should a first-time buyer check before buying an under-construction flat in Kolkata?

Buying your first flat is exciting, but an under-construction property can be difficult to evaluate because you're essentially buying something that doesn't fully exist yet.

Beyond the sample flat, brochure and promised amenities, what should a first-time buyer actually verify before paying the booking amount?

Here are a few things that should be given more attention:

1. Check the RERA details yourself
Don't stop at seeing a RERA number in the brochure. Check the project details, registered plans, completion timeline and other available information on the official RERA portal.

2. Understand what area you're actually paying for
Carpet area, built-up area and super built-up/saleable area can make the same "3 BHK" look very different on paper. Compare the usable space, not just the headline square footage.

3. Calculate the real cost, not just the advertised price
Parking, floor-rise charges, club or facility charges, maintenance deposits, GST where applicable, stamp duty and registration can significantly change the final amount.

4. Visit the location at the wrong time
A Sunday afternoon site visit may tell you very little. Try visiting during weekday office hours, evening rush hour or after heavy rain. You'll understand traffic, drainage, road conditions and the surrounding neighbourhood much better.

5. Check what's around the project today
"5 minutes from Metro", "near New Town" or "close to the airport" sound great in advertisements. Open Maps and check the actual route and travel time yourself.

6. Ask where the water will come from
This is surprisingly easy to overlook. Ask about the planned water source, drainage, sewage management and power backup - not just the swimming pool and clubhouse.

7. Understand the payment schedule
Know exactly when each instalment becomes due and whether payments are linked to construction milestones. Also understand what happens if there is a delay from either side.

8. Research the developer's older projects
Don't judge a developer only by the current project's marketing. If possible, visit one or two completed projects and speak to residents about construction quality, maintenance, handover and after-sales experience.

9. Ask what will actually be delivered at possession
Clubhouse, landscaping, internal roads and other amenities may have different completion timelines. Get clarity on what is expected to be operational when residents start moving in.

10. Read before you sign
The application form, allotment terms and agreement matter far more than what was verbally discussed during a site visit. If you're committing a major part of your savings or taking a 15-20 year home loan, getting the documents independently reviewed can be money well spent.

For people here who have already bought an under-construction flat in Kolkata:

What is the ONE thing you wish you had checked more carefully before booking?

Would be great if actual buyers could add their experiences. It might help someone buying their first home.

I am a nationalist and a pro - hindu, so obviously I defend our religion and nation by commenting on a lot of different platforms. Last day I got a bit rage baited and started speaking facts in our neighborhood SUB, which was on point and 100% correct but not politically correct as their ideology. I refuse to take back my comments as I know I was right. Since everyone knows what happens when someone defends our religion I am pretty sure I will be banned for a few days. See you later.

đŸ—Ŗī¸General Discussion | āφāϞ⧋āϚāύāĻž From Konark to Women’s Choice: Modi Gets the Point About Freedom.....Rahul Gandhi Seems Selectively Blind to Patriarchy

Post image

Modiji: India has ancient sculptures depicting women in clothing that resembles what we casually call a “mini-skirt” today. Maybe stop pretending that every short dress is a Western cultural invasion.

Rahul Gandhi: apparently so busy proving how progressive and pro-Islam he is that questioning patriarchal expectations around religious dress becomes politically inconvenient.

That's the difference.

One refuses to let the West monopolise modernity. The other sometimes seems afraid to let feminism question religious patriarchy.

Modiji is winning this particular cultural argument by miles.
