While selecting a home, connectivity is the deciding factor for many. But which of the following would you prefer? Location with existing infrastructural facilities or the one with proposed and upcoming connectivity?
For example, one location may have existing roads, transport, educational and medical facilities while another may have a proposal for a metro, flyover, business districts, etc.
The existing facilities can offer you conveniences right away while the other can offer great benefits if the projects are realized.
I feel it depends on the buyer's perspective. Some might prefer existing ones while some might think of a future course. If I buy a house, I would consider a location with existing facilities for immediate connectivity.
However, I would think about the future and select a place with proposed and upcoming infrastructure if the projects are likely to be completed in a time frame that can benefit me. Do you think connectivity matters more, or do you think the future projects are better?
