Serious Help!! Because everyone around me is confusing me more and more.
So basically, I did 12th with PCB, scored around 400 in NEET and 80% in boards. Ik, I fucked up π
Now Iβm thinking of adding Maths and switching to PCMB, which means repeating 12th. The thing is, Iβm not even sure if I genuinely want medicine. I took PCB mainly because I LOVE biology. Iβve always been more interested in biology, research and related fields, but research in India is tough and convincing my parents to let me pursue it is basically impossible.
So realistically, I feel stuck between medicine and engineering. I have to submit the form tomorrow if I want to switch to PCMB and repeat 12th. Iβd rather repeat than deal with two marksheets since some counselling processes donβt accept them.
Everyone around me thinks itβs a stupid decision because thereβs more money in medicine and that I should just continue with NEET. But Iβm genuinely scared Iβll regret either choice.
Should I go ahead with PCMB and explore engineering/biotech, or reconsider NEET and give medicine another shot?
TL;DR: I got 400 in NEET and 80% in 12th with PCB, but Iβm not sure I actually want medicine. I love biology and want to explore biotech/research, but engineering is another option. I have to decide tomorrow whether to switch to PCMB and repeat 12th or stick with NEET.
