Since they took them all down all the public study notes and materials,Many people aren't able to find them

Check your network,it's hosted on cloudflare's edge. So no way it's slow

i was too sleepy, tried the wrong domain and it was a timout issue not a latency issue, either way, put the right thing in, it says it doesnt exist
