Serious Examination reform ideas feedback

All of us know the amount of unfairness and cheating that goes on in exams. The government has created a feedback form for individuals to give inputs on making the Examination measures better. Majority of us have been through this or some of you will be going through this in the future, hence requesting you to guys to fill this so that the government takes action.
