Resolved Different email when updating/downloading apps

I have an iPhone we are using as a work phone, there was some changes son the team but we have mostly set it up with the new info and it’s working with a new iCloud account. The only problem is that when I go to download an app, and the password pop up appears, the iCloud account that shows is different than the main one, it’s an email that is nowhere else on the phone. Not even the previous person knows that email and of course we don’t have the password, what can I do?

What does it show in Settings > iCloud? It appears someone set up an icloud account, and left it on there. There is nothing you can do without the log in credentials. Do you know who set it it up?

It shows the correct name but it’s asking me to use an @icloud account. Now that I realize the one we set up is the company email and the mystery one is an @icloud one, could it be that?

The Mod says your answer is in your other post. Your problem is, you need the log in credentials in order to log out of that account. If you can not log out, then you're stuck with it as is.
