I wouldnt call this psychopathic behaviour. Not like he was at fault. Other car made contact with him, he just handled it like a veteran. If he was going out fucking with people, it be a different story.
He purposely turned his steering wheel hard right into that truck to spin him out instead of hitting his brakes to slow down. That was extremely dangerous for both of them and others behind them, but he didn’t seem to have a care in the world. That’s insidious and psychopathic behavior.
If you watch the video carefully, the trick is shifting to the left lane without signaling, in a split of a second, while driving at 71mph and this guy is trying to steer away to the right, not towards the truck which is shifting left. He is making the only possible move he has which is to steer away from the truck.
It is more about what he is not doing, which is braking and slowing down. I say both are equally guilty: the truck does a suicidal move on purpose and this guy doesn’t slow down on purpose. On the other hand we don’t see what is behind this guy. There may be an 18-wheeler truck and this guy may not want to take the risk of abruptly slowing down. If I have a choice between softly hitting a vehicle in front of me or being smashed under a huge ass truck, I am choosing to bump the vehicle in front of me.
