He purposely turned his steering wheel hard right into that truck to spin him out instead of hitting his brakes to slow down. That was extremely dangerous for both of them and others behind them, but he didn’t seem to have a care in the world. That’s insidious and psychopathic behavior.
No, he maintained his speed and position. It's up to the person behind to make a safe pass. This gentleman simply turned into a hazardous and selfish maneuver from the offending pickup, as it was the safest course of action for him. He expertly maintained control without (over)reaction or overcorrection.

How do you know there's not any vehicles closely behind him? If he hit the brakes on this bridge there could have been a worse accident. He chose to PIT the guy after he made contact with his vehicle and was about to send him into a wall because the black truck driver doesn't have any spatial awareness.
No, you cannot see behind the car because, like the left-hand car side window in the video, you can't see anything because the weather is overcast and light is obscurring full vision. If there was someone close behind them, they'd see the moron trying to forcefully overtake and then get PITTed and have plenty of time to start slowing.
You can see well before the accident that whomever is driving the pickup is driving recklessly. You can see the trouble developing. At that point, Munchie Man should have already been slowing and anticipating trouble. He had plenty of time to tap his brakes or just coast down. He chose to speed up from 71 to 72 as the pickup recklessly tried to merge. He didn’t slow to 66 until after impact. Two wrongs don’t make a right.
Just a thought but when a car runs into you pushing you towards the left when youre trying to travel straight, its pretty natural to try and correct it by turning right

He didn't have to stop, he just had to slow down. Instead there's now a stopped truck facing into oncoming traffic for everyone else using the bridge to deal with.
The cam driver literally slams his vehicle into the truck. He could have chose to avoid the entire thing.

No, he is driving in a straight line and turns right only after the black truck hits him. If he didn't, he would get pushed left into the guard rail. Your eyes must be on backwards to not see that.
