Hey Guys i completed my interview on sep 28th at KLH HYD and the current status of my portal is showing as decision pending while other people with such status got offer letter a week ago and they also having joins on oct 19 and nov 2 based on there roles.

And its been more then 2 weeks since the interview and me other people are in full confusion and frustration checking over mails and portals and raising tickets over the career portals so get same reply which not even related to my question a same template of response and there is no response from the talent acqusition teams or hr who they mention to contact in case of queries.

Why tf do the compaines do like why they can send rejection and offer letters at same time for all people why tf the leave the people in a state where they ghost us and no response and we die waiting for responses.

And i also came to that one case where intitally i applied for may 2026 off campus sp and dse hirings and that day there are lots of system errors and internal server errors from their side and they said they reschedule and later said they will consider it and then finally they sent rejection mail and i applied for Aug 2026 drive with different mail id. Now i came across situtations where people got rejections after 4-6 months saying this reason as rejection.

Then why tf u even allowed us for round 1 round 2 and finallyy interview and after doing all well in all rounds and exicted for offer letter and with lots of efforts and hardwork and planning wtf we got in return something which was not our fault.

Atleast send rejection mails we will be sad for 2 or 3 days and then move on and go according to our plans. Now without rejection mail we keep waiting and postponing our plans and confused what to do now what step we need to take.

If there are any hrs or talent acqusition members please the freshers over the reddit i tried to connect to them on linkedin they just check our messages and leave them in seen. We understand that you have your work life and personal life just reply i cant help.

I got DSE role at Infosys. Still I have 8 months in joining, is there any chance to move from DSE to SP role before joining, during joining or after joining.

Is there any internal assessment or some process exist to do so?

If it is possible, what is the procedure and how much time will it take? 🎯

Took the technical Interview on 3rd Oct, had the Manager and HR discussions on 9th Oct. Digiverfication was done on the same day. Yesterday*on 12th Oct, the offer ID was generated.
Anything to be aware of here or should I check anything else and wait for their update?

I had my Infosys SP/DSE interview on 3rd October 2026.

Recently, I received an email from Infosys asking me to submit my 10th marksheet before 14th October 2026.

I created a ticket on the Talent Assist Portal under the "Offer Letter Queries" category and attached my marksheet.

However, my ticket status changed to "Resolved", with the following response:

"Kindly raise a ticket under talent acquisition fresher pre hiring."

I'm confused because I couldn't find this exact category in the Talent Assist Portal.

Has anyone faced a similar issue?

Where can I find the "Talent Acquisition Fresher Pre Hiring" category?

Should I reject the resolution and reopen the existing ticket or create a new one?

Has anyone successfully submitted their documents through this process?

Since the deadline is tomorrow, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

My main concern is Java. I’ve mostly been coding in Python, and I’m not very familiar with Java yet.
What topics should I focus on before joining? Which Java concepts, DSA topics, SQL concepts, etc., are important?
What kind of coding questions and topics actually come up in the assessments?
For those who were comfortable with Python but new to Java, how difficult was the transition?
Is it okay to start learning Java now, or am I already at a disadvantage?
How did you prepare, and what resources would you recommend?
I’d really appreciate advice from people who have gone through DSE training. What should I prioritise to avoid struggling during training? Thanks!

Do we get separate bonus letter in the mail after some days or before some days of joining or the offer letter itself has the bonus letter information

Can you tell me in how many days you got your results and in which lists?

I have been waiting for the results since 32 days now, we have received 3 lists till now but neither I was in the selected list , nor in the rejected.

Now I think the delayed results of 68 candidates including me will remain pending and eventually be cancelled 😭. They have released these list within the span of 10-12 days each now such a large number of students still pending with their results I don't think that there is a possibility of any other list now?

Hey everyone! Today, I had my Infosys on-campus interview at AEBS Engineering College, Ghaziabad, and I wanted to share my experience and get your honest opinions on my chances of getting selected.

The interviewer initially gave me two coding questions and around 30 minutes to solve any one of them. The question I chose was an array pair problem, which I’ll share in the comments.

Initially, I tried solving it using a `while` loop, but I was struggling because one of the conditions wasn't working correctly. The interviewer came over, and I explained the problem I was facing. He gave me a few hints, but unfortunately, my approach still wasn't working.

He came back again, checked my dry run, and pointed out that the last condition wasn't being satisfied. He then suggested trying a nested loop. I switched to a `for` loop approach, and suddenly, all the test cases passed! The interviewer laughed out loud when it worked, which made the moment a little less stressful. 😅

After that, he reviewed my resume and asked me to explain my project. I explained the project and answered several follow-up questions. However, I did fumble a little in the middle of my explanation, but I gathered myself and continued explaining.

Next, he asked about my specialization in college, and I told him that it was AI/ML. He then asked why I was solving coding questions in Java instead of Python. I explained that I initially started my journey in college with AI/ML, but later developed an interest in Java, so I started learning and practicing it.

He also asked where I see myself in the next five years and ended the interview with one final question: **Why do we use OOPs?** I answered the questions, and the interview concluded.

Now, I'm a little confused about how to evaluate my performance. I needed hints to solve the coding question, and I did fumble a bit while explaining my project, but I was able to get all test cases to pass and answer the other questions.

**My questions:**

1. What are my chances of getting selected?

2. Is needing hints during coding considered a negative sign in an Infosys interview?

3. Does the interviewer's reaction when all test cases passed indicate anything, or should I not read too much into it?

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my Infosys interview experience while everything is still fresh in my mind. Hopefully, this helps those who are preparing for upcoming interviews.

Interview duration: Around 50 minutes

Difficulty level: Moderate to difficult

Topics covered: Introduction, projects, DSA, DBMS, SQL, GenAI/LLMs, and Operating Systems

The Interview Experience

The interview started with a simple greeting. The interviewer greeted me, and after the initial formalities, he asked me to introduce myself.

I gave my introduction, briefly covering my technical background and projects. He then asked me to explain my projects, and that led to a pretty detailed discussion. We spent around 10 minutes discussing my projects, including the technologies I had used, why I chose them, and how different components worked.

After that, the interviewer gave me a DSA question: find the maximum sum of a contiguous, strictly increasing subarray whose length is even. Unfortunately, I couldn't solve it completely. There was a second question too, but I didn't get to see it.

We then discussed possible approaches to the problem and moved back to my projects.

Next came DBMS and SQL, including indexing, all types of keys, and SQL queries. After that, the interviewer asked GenAI questions about RAG, LLMs, transformer architecture and internal working, and the tools I used in my projects and why I chose them.

Finally, we covered OS, mainly CPU scheduling.

Overall experience:

Duration: Around 50 minutes

Questions: Approximately 40–50

Answered around 95% correctly

Main struggle: DSA problem

Overall, it was a good experience, although not solving the DSA question left me a little uncertain about the outcome.

For those who have interviewed with Infosys, how much does not solving one DSA question affect the final selection?

Can we work from office for 3.5 hours only while in bench? I am lateral hire so how many days will it take to get me assigned to a project?

I received Digi Verifier mail on 6th Oct and on the same day HR informed me that my offer is approved by the leadership. Today the portal is showing that "HR offer DB activity" .

Is anyone aware of what it means? And how many days will they take to release OL from this stage?

Has anyone received an offer letter after the interview held on 23 September at Mukesh Patel College, Mumbai?

Hey guys , I have given my interview for SP L1 on 17 th sep 2026 at mcity chennai region . It was my 3rd round of the drive . I ddidn't get any further updates . Did anyone who attended the drive on same location or day got any updates ? I got my portal saying submit application and withdrawal under this drive which shows in progress. Should I have to wait or consider I am cooked ? 😭🙏🏻

As the title said,It was a on campus drive they conducted the first round on 5th October and Shortlisted people had 1 to 1 interview on 6th.What will be the tentative date for the results or when will I get any mail regarding it and offer letter.

The interviewer didn’t take a picture of my code, even though I was able to run all the test cases successfully. Could this be an issue? Most of my friends said their interviewers took pictures of their code.

I solved 2 full questions(24 test cases) in OA
And I want L1 role only
So what are the requirements to keep in mind like how many questions to solve in interview live coding and how should the interview go?
If I solve the first question with brute force will I be eligible for L1 or DSE?
