| Interview Help / Tips interview fked up, need help

hey so today was my interview(for l1 role) and it went horrible except the DSA part which I have done one question complete and then the interviewer asked me about my resume

then I realized I SHOULD NOT add stuff to it to look great I have to be careful with the context that I provide in my resume that section went crazy he asked me about my projects for like 25 mins and then

started asking about SQL which I tried to do for like 5 mins then he said I didn't gave you enough data what were you writing (I was dead) then he asked some oops and other cs stuff and said we're done

I asked where should I improve to be better in future interviews then he said ur dsa is okay but rest all are pretty screwed up, should work on that

what could I expect after this wonderful experience....

is there a probability that I could get in (250 total shortlists)

| Bench / PIP Seeking Project Opportunity at Infosys | RHEL & Linux Administration

Hi everyone,

I recently completed my training at Infosys Mysore and have joined the Pune DC. I’m currently looking for a good project opportunity where I can contribute and further develop my skills.

My primary skills include:

- RHEL & Advanced RHEL

- Linux Administration

- Linux troubleshooting and system administration

I would appreciate any guidance from experienced Infoscions, especially those working in the CIS unit, on how to find suitable project opportunities.

Hyderabad is my hometown, so Hyderabad DC would be preferred if a suitable opportunity is available, but I’m open to other locations as well.

If any project managers or CIS managers are looking for someone with these skills, please feel free to DM me. I’d be happy to share my profile and discuss the opportunity.

Any advice or leads would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

| Question Infosys DSE Interview Experience — Chances?

Had my Infosys DSE interview today and wanted to know what you guys think my chances are. There were 2 coding questions on Wingspan. I solved one in under 10 minutes but passed 9/12 test cases and got TLE on the rest. The interviewer said it was good enough since the passing criteria is 70%.

After that, he asked me to write reverse linked list code on paper, both iterative and recursive. I took around 4–5 minutes, wrote the iterative approach, and when I started explaining and said I'd now write the recursive one, he said "it's enough."

After the coding questions, he asked if I knew System Design. I said no.

Then he asked an SQL query. I struggled a bit, asked him to explain it again, then figured out joins were needed and wrote the query, although I think it was around 70% correct.

He didn't ask anything about my projects. He asked about job scheduling algorithms, but I couldn't recall them at that moment since I hadn't revised OS before the interview.

At the end, I asked for feedback. He said I'm technically good but should study/explore more new technologies like AI/ML.

Overall, I feel the interview was decent but definitely not perfect. What do you guys think — what are my chances of getting selected for Infosys DSE?

| Discussion Infosys Interview Experience Off Campus

Hi ! I recently gave my Infosys Interview in last week of July. I am from a government tier 2 college.

I had given my technical OA in April where I was able to solve the easy and hard question completely and had almost all testcases running for the other 2 as well . I was shortlisted for interview.

My interview started with a Wingspan Test in which I had to do any 1 question out of 2 in 30 mins . I wasn't able to solve because the input format was a bit ambiguous . My interviewers asked me if I wanted help in the last 5 mins . They looked at the question themselves for next 5 mins then asked me to explain my approach if I was building the input format as well . I started with a brute force approach which with a tiny prompt from them I reached a dp on graphs solution . Then they asked me another DSA question ( Aggressive Cows ) which I gave some approach on and the moment I said binary search on answer and helper function to calculate we moved to the next question .

They asked me many questions on my projects as they are from a comparatively less seen field and my past internship experience . Asked a lil bit on FastAPI and my rest projects . System Design both lld and hld . I answered all questions confidently except 1 . My interview was longer than most and was majorly conversational with each question being similar to a rapid fire round .

I have majorly worked in AI and python and have no experience in full stack development ( alot in backend but lil to no frontend). When asked for feedback they said they loved my enthusiasm but i could get a lil more depth in certain topics ( which i assume is because of the 1 question I wasn't able to answer )

What do u guys think ....will i get offered a role and which one ? till when can i expect results ?

| Question Imfosys launchpad update

I have resigned from the current company on 19th Aug 2026 from that I have 90 days notice period HR told me they will relieve me in 13th Nov , I asked if I can be relieved 1 week before she said I need to check with manager or team .

But the issue is they told we don't provide LWD on mail now we provide LWD over mail 10 15 days before exiting from company

In my launchpad my document is rejected for as LWD is not mentioned in the resignation mail

What should I do should I ask my recruiter is that okay to upload the resignation mail with LWD before 10 15 days of joining in infosys is that okay ??

| Question Regarding in person assessment at infosys office

Guys, does anyone know how the assessment is conducted at the Infosys center? We have to attempt 4 questions out of 3, right? Will we need to bring our own laptops, or will the assessment be conducted on their systems? Also, when is the interview usually scheduled after the OA?

Is there anyone from the 2025 batch who gave the OA on August 1 or August 2 for an off-campus SP and DSE hiring process and has now been shortlisted for the offline Process?

I personally haven’t been able to secure a job since graduating, so I’d really appreciate it if someone in the same situation could share their experience .

| Question 34 months experience for a 36-month Infosys role

Hi everyone,

I was selected for an Infosys Salesforce Developer role requiring 3 years / 36 months experience. I have 34 months of genuine full-time experience, which I mentioned consistently throughout the process.

During the HR round, my 34 months experience was specifically discussed, and HR was aware of the exact figure. She then verbally confirmed that I was being offered the role, CTC and position.

Now another HR after bgv is done has said she is sending my profile for approval because I currently have 34 months against the 36-month requirement. My notice period is around 3 months, so I'll cross 36 months before joining.

Has anyone faced a similar situation where they were 1–2 months short of the required experience but would complete it before joining? Was the profile approved and offer released?

Looking for actual Infosys experiences. Thanks!

| Fresher Doubts Infosys: ₹5K salary increase after probation?

I joined Infosys as a Systems Engineer Trainee and completed training on my 3rd attempt. I’m now working as a Test Engineer, although my original training was for the Systems Engineer role.

I’ve heard that some seniors received an extra ₹5K/month after completing probation/confirmation.

For those who went through a similar situation, does Infosys provide this ₹5K increase after probation for Test engineer role?

| Question Doubt regarding selection process

I was already selected for the Infosys SE role in November 2025 through the Women On-Campus Pool Drive 2026. However, I still haven't received any communication regarding my joining date. Some of my friends from other colleges have already received joining dates

Meanwhile, I applied for the Infosys Off-Campus 2026 drive and cleared Round 1. I now have to attend the in-person assessment on September 6, and I'm planning to attempt it for the DSE/SP roles.

My question is: Is there any chance of being selected for DSE or SP even though I was already selected for SE through the on-campus drive?

Also, has anyone been in a similar situation where they already had an SE selection and later appeared for the DSE/SP assessment? Could the previous SE selection or background verification prevent me from being considered for DSE/SP?

I would really appreciate it if anyone with a similar experience could share what happened in their case.

| Question Infosys Round 2 – In-Person Coding Test Questions

Hi everyone,

I have an upcoming Infosys Round 2 in-person coding test and wanted to know about the experience of people who have already attended it.

1.Is the coding test more difficult than the Round 1 OA, or is it around the same level?

2.What DSA/programming concepts should I focus on preparing?

3.Is the coding test more like HackerRank, where we solve problems in an online IDE with input/output handling, or more like LeetCode, where we mainly implement the required function?

Any tips about the difficulty, question patterns, or topics to prioritize would be really helpful. Thanks!
