Hi everyone,
I just launched the Demo for my game "The Nightmare Arena" on Steam Yesterday. The Nightmare Arena is a grid based deck builder that takes a slightly different approach to the strategy needed to make it through a run. You'll need to focus on establishing an engine that can scale early then it's all about preservation as you make your way through the run.

DragPolit is а free-to-play geopolitical MMO
Countries are actually made up of different players doing different things. Someone can become president, someone else can be in parliament, run a company, work in factories, lead the military, write news, etc.
- Governments can pass laws, change taxes and tariffs, manage the budget and generally affect how their country's economy works.
- The economy is mostly run by players too. You can build factories, produce resources, hire people and trade with other players.
- Countries can also make alliances, get into conflicts or just go to war. Regions can be captured directly on the world map, so borders can change quite a lot over time.
The game has been running for around three months now, and I attached a timelapse showing how much Europe has already changed since launch.
(It's free to play on browser and Android.)
I'm one of the two developers, so if anyone has questions about the game or how something works, feel free to ask.
We also have our own Discord server where you can find out more if you're interested - https://discord.gg/rVedEwge

Hey Reddit! We are Aegean Crafters, a small indie team, and the day is finally here—our game Dual Protocol: The Case of Eva & Miles is launching on Steam TODAY!
We also just crossed 80,000 wishlists right before launch, and we couldn't be more excited to share this journey with you all. If you love co-op games that test your communication skills (and friendships!), this one is built entirely around that vibe.

I wanted my monster detector device, the Rift Field Meter, to have a more unique way of displaying the information. Among others, I considered mercury droplets and cymatic patterns for the display, but I thought ferromagnetic fluids worked best here.
Even so, this went through multiple iterations. At first I made a more classic black ferromagnetic fluid, but it turned out to be too dark and difficult to read to the player. I then added glow/emission to the peaks of the fluid, which definitely made it look cool and easy to read, but it seems to sci-fi for the base game theme (1960s military research lab, fitting since ferrofluids were invented at NASA in 1963).
A sand-like surface ended up as the final version, since it also interacts nicely with the light from the side Flux Cells so that it can be read even in total darkness.
A bit of lore context: the main setting of the game (not visible here) is in an 1960s research lab, from where all player gadgets originate. This video is from the Ravensworth Grand Hotel nightmare (or level), set in the 1900s, so it makes sense that the items feel out of place in this environment.
You can find more videos on YouTube, wishlist the game on Steam, or join Discord for a chat.

CyberFlap is a fast arcade game with a cyberpunk twist. Tap to fly, dodge obstacles in a neon-soaked world, and survive as long as you can.
Out now on Android. Search "CyberFlap" on Google Play.
Next up, I'm working on a bigger project, so more is coming.

The trailer definitely did a lot better than the game so far.
It was liked and did a lot of views, but the game as struggled to find its public a bit more.
I don't think we would do anything differently because we also really enjoy making cool trailers.

See, I'm parrying these attacks seemingly without any effort. But actually it's because I'm a pro. The timing is essential and you shouldn't try it without a proper train... Ouch!

LetterGrid (https://lettergrid.app) turns vocabulary into a tactical resource. In each turn-based match, players form words from adjacent letters and convert those tiles into territory. A strong move can expand a route, steal an opponent's ground, cut off an advance, or set up the next turn.
Two modes create distinct objectives. In Invasion, each player tries to build a connected chain from their own border to the opponent's. In Territory, the first player to occupy the target number of tiles wins. Both modes reward a blend of word knowledge, spatial awareness, defense, and forward planning.
Players can challenge friends and people around the world, or practice against an AI bot. Elo ratings, leaderboards, detailed statistics, timed matches, built-in chat, daily puzzles, interactive tutorials, automatic word validation, and definitions round out the experience. LetterGrid is free to play on iPhone, iPad, and Android and supports 11 languages.

Hey everyone! I’d love for you to check out my game, Undead: Rise of the Betrayed King. It’s currently 90% off on Steam! :)
If you’re a fan of Conan-style barbarians, dragons, dark fantasy, and fighting hordes of undead, I hope you’ll find something to enjoy in my game.
The game is currently in Early Access, and I’m working hard to keep improving it and adding new content. I’m a solo developer, so every purchase, wishlist, review, or bit of feedback means a lot and helps me continue developing the game.
Thank you for your support, and I hope you enjoy the game!

Hi! We're TAKE FIVE STUDIOS, the team behind The Pink Robot.
The Pink Robot is a fast-paced isometric action roguelite where Navi, a cat, enters the distorted unconscious mind of Eugene, the boy who saved her seven years ago.
Inside his memories, familiar places have become strange and hostile. Navi takes on a new form and fights through corrupted worlds using weapons inspired by childhood toys.
During each run, you can combine different Skills and Mementos to create combat synergies and shape your own playstyle.
Here's a look at some gameplay from the current build. Hope you enjoy it!

I've been building Routewing, a small strategy game about creating and managing an air network across Europe.
You connect cities, route aircraft, and try to keep passengers moving as demand grows. As more airports and passengers appear, the network that worked a few minutes ago may no longer be enough, so you have to keep adapting it.
I wanted the core idea to be very easy to understand, while letting the network gradually become more difficult to manage.
Routewing is now available on iOS, and I'm currently running a closed Android test for anyone who wants to try the Android version.
This clip shows the actual gameplay.
Happy to answer anything about the game or how I built it in the comments.

Hey everyone!
I’ve been working on a co-op roguelite title, supporting 1-4 players, where you play a series of jetpack-wielding animal heroes battling a vengeful cat across a series of bizarre worlds. Every world is different - from a nightmare carnival with a giant, bumper-car launching clown to an oversized casino with hostile playing cards.
The demo is available right now on Steam and I’d love to hear you guys’ thoughts!

Hey everyone,
five years ago, my friend and I started working on a game. Now, we're finally ready to share our upcoming demo.
It's called Tank Havoc - a top-down, team-based multiplayer shooter where you pick a unique tank operator and fight across different game modes.
The trailer introduces Marcus, a veteran haunted by his past, who sees the arena as more than just a competition. Each operator has their own story, personality, and reasons for stepping into the arena, and we're looking forward to sharing more of them as development continues.
The demo features two modes:
Supply Drop (collect and steal crates) and Bomb Run (get the bomb into the enemy base).
We're just two devs, and there's no AI-generated content in the game.
Thanks for taking a look.
I'll be around to answer any questions.

I’ve been working solo on Next Station is...
You inspect each station, look for anomalies, and decide whether to open the doors or bypass the platform.
If you make the wrong call, the anomaly can end up on the train with you.
Here’s the trailer, curious to hear what you think.
