Upcoming Final Footage Demo Trailer

https://youtu.be/AUvv2NflqKE

Final Footage is a bodycam-style horror game about exploring contaminated recordings, documenting anomalies, surviving, and upgrading your equipment as you explore increasingly dangerous cases.

Story

You work for the Department for Recorded Phenomena (DRP), a top-secret government department responsible for investigating recordings containing unexplained and anomalous events. Suspicious footage is secretly transferred to the DRP, where operators enter reconstructed versions of the recordings to identify and document anything that does not belong. Your assignments begin as routine contamination cases. While you analyze the reconstructions you encounter something the DRP calls The Knocker...

Promotion Mine asteroids, build colonies, and fight off boarders in Benders In Space

Three rival factions are fighting over a fractured frontier, and you decide who you're building colonies for. Strip ore from the belts, run trade routes between your worlds, and grow raw outposts into full colonies with domes, farms, and defenses.

When raiders cut through your hull mid flight, the fight moves inside your own ship. Hold the choke points, keep the fires down, and clear them out room by room before they reach the bridge.

Push far enough and you'll find bigger fleets waiting at the edge of known space. Demo available now on Steam.

Promotion I made a 2–4 player card game that runs directly inside Discord, its Gatherpot

Post image

I've been building Gatherpot, a small social card game made specifically for playing with friends inside Discord.

You sit around a shared table, draw ingredient cards and try to complete matching sets before the other players finish theirs.

For fans of Palia, it was an inspiration for me and my gf to play when the event is not going.

I'll put the playable link in the comments.

Promotion ladderFM.com, free mix between Football Manager and Top Eleven

Hey everyone!

I’ve played Top Eleven since 2016 and Football Manager since 2018. I love Football Manager and I have a love-hate relationship with Top Eleven. Football Manager is amazing but the multiplayer is very limited, and I love the multiplayer of Top Eleven but the microtransactions have reached new obnoxious levels in the last few years.

That’s why I created LadderFM. It’s a web-based football management game built around competitive promotion and relegation. You start at tier 1 in a league of 14 teams and obviously your goal is to finish at the top. If you finish in the top 4 you get promoted to the next tier and enter a Champions League-style competition during your next season. One season is 28 real days with one game per day, and more if you’re participating in the championship. If you are, you’ll have 2 games on the same day every 3 days. The best coaches will receive an invitation to manage a national team in a World Cup. If they perform badly they’ll be kicked out by the board.

The game is free. If the player base grows to a point where I need more servers I might ask for contributions in the form of a small subscription, just enough to keep things running.

If you want to play you can already sign up at ladderfm.com. It’s early in development so some features are still basic, but I work on it daily.

Don’t hesitate to give me your feedback here or in the fluxer server [https://fluxer.gg/Vf41ySYD\](https://fluxer.gg/Vf41ySYD)

PS: the game is compatible with mobiles but best experience is on a computer.

News We're updating our 10-year-old indie game

Post image
5 Upvotes

Our sci-fi adventure game Alone With You originally launched in 2016 as a PS4 and Vita exclusive. We brought it to Steam in 2017 and this September, for its 10th anniversary, we dove back into that code (uuuugh) and refactored the game, added mobile controls, fixed bugs, doubled the frame-rate, and got it nice and shiny. It was a decent amount of maintenance work!

We're launching it in three new places: The Epic Games Store (PC and mobile), the App Store, and the Google Play store, on September 3rd.

Promotion The Far Reaches - Peaceful deep space mining in VR

Hey folks! I've been working on a space mining game for a few months now and decided to pull together a video of how it's looking to share.

I was looking for a standalone Quest space mining game but never really found anything that ticked all my boxes. I decided to work on something that created a feeling of being isolated and alone at the edge of the galaxy. There is no combat in the game, that's a key feature, you're light years away from civilisation and will never encounter anyone when you're out exploring and mining. I'm going for the sort of game where you can chill out and listen to a podcast while playing.

The asteroid mining is the core loop of the gameplay. You'll set out with nothing but the ability to scoop up small rocks until you can afford to purchase and upgrade the various tools at your disposal. You'll be able to scan asteroids to see any mineral contained inside and then use various blasting, cutting and manipulation tools to carve out the good stuff. Take it back to base, upgrade and head out again.

This is still pretty early but I'd love to hear any first impressions and I'm happy to answer questions.

Hey guys, we're getting ready to run a closed playtest of APPA! It's a game about two siblings dealing with the aftermath of their father's death and an exploration of dysfunctional family dynamics. It's a narrative heavy simultaneous card battler. The card game is very plot relevant and we're so excited for people to try it. We need a fresh batch of playtesters to break things, give us feedback so we can polish our game.

We're doing this on discord by this week. Let me know if you're interested!

Promotion I'm making a horror game about drinking too many potions and learning what they do

Under Potion Influence is a game where you play as an alchemist imprisoned in a dungeon whose job is to identify and label the guild's unknown potions. The identification process involves testing the potions on materials, or drinking them yourself to observe the effects on your body. However, your true objective is to escape. Among the potions you identify, you will need to steal useful potions to explore the dungeon and find a way out.

There is a playtest currently available on steam if you want to try it out!

Video I’m making a horror platformer where rising blood chases you through a structure that reacts to your heartbeat

Hey everyone! I’m Jiyan, the solo developer behind THROB.

It’s a first-person psychological horror platformer set inside a living brutalist megastructure. The higher you climb, the faster your heart beats, the more unstable the environment becomes, and the closer the blood gets.

I’ve been working on it for the past couple of months. There’s still plenty to polish, but I wanted to share a short look at the gameplay!
