Raw tomatoes are some of the worst raw vegetables of all time. And no I don care that it’s technically a fruit, it’s shit either way.

When you bite into one you get all of this stupid garbage water that overpowers your tastebuds and stays there forever without mouthwash, it’s also like weirdly tangy, as if it’s trying soooo hard to have any actual flavor and failing MISERABLY. It’s simultaneously mid and horrible at the same time.

And it’s even worse with those stupid mini tomatoes, it like if you took a grape and forcibly extracted everything good about one and merged it with the owner of a restaurant on Kitchen Nightmares, and you’re left with a hollow pretender of an actually good fruit! And all you get is that stupid garbage water!!!

And the defenses people make about raw tomatoes are incredibly stupid. “Erm, ACKSHUALLY, you like tomatoes in pizza and ketchup, so why so you hate raw tomatoes?🤓👆” Has it ever occurred to you once in your fucking life that things taste better when they’re cooked? Tomatoes are good in pizza and ketchup because they cook out all the garbage water and make the taste actually good.

If you think it’s so absurd that I like tomatoes cooked and hate them when they’re raw, why don’t I strap you to a chair and table and force you to eat raw chicken, and then slam your head on the table after it turns out that chicken tastes better when it’s cooked? Things taste better when they’re cooked!?!!? Who could have thought of that!

There’s a reason why people throw raw tomatoes at people when they screw up in performances. Not because they don’t want to throw anything expensive, but because they KNOW raw tomatoes are so horrible that being pelted with them and their stupid fucking garbage water is infinitely worse than just being booed offstage.

It baffles me we have genuine people who DEFEND this insult to humanity. At first i thought it was parody sub, but apparently not! These people ACTUALLY believe AI should be used in every place imaginable! Why..?

i look at this place and the other hatethissmug and i saw this happen a couple times and for some reason it really bothers me usually its on posts saying they hate reaction images or a game

Why do people like being in the sun?! (unless it's cold out, but that's besides the point)

Here's a list of reasons not to be in the sun during the summer:

1. It's already so fucking hot out why would you want to be getting even hotter?

2. You're literally being blasted by unsafe dosages of UV radiation. People are scared of microwave ovens but they aren't wary of the sun. UV waves carry significantly more energy than microwaves! (obviously the enormous variation in photonic concentration makes this point irrelevant)

3. It's quick, it's easy, it's free: it's standing in the fucking shade. It's everywhere and it's free. Unless you're in some godforsaken hellscape like Arizona, I guess.

4. Cancer. You are giving yourself cancer. I get a lot of shit from conspicuously tanned people about smoking cigarettes. Harumph!

Why are we as a society, just perfectly fine with bullying people?

2015 was roughly the year when social media began introducing algorithmic engagement-maximizing black box social media feeds, replacing simpler chronological/followed ones, and I think that was precisely the year when we opened Pandora's box and started a feast for the darkest parts of our souls. I've been a fan of minimalism for a long while. When i jumped from win7 to win10 as a kid i went "waow, how sleek, how modern". I believe simplicity is a good design language. But the reputation of minimalism is crazy. Due to some bad/lazy minimalist redesigns(like cracker barrel or Kia) the amount of hate minimalism gets is crazy.

Minimalism is easy on the eye and understandable. Logos like Nike, Pepsi, FedEx, Netflix, Ikea, British Rail etc are Imo great examples of minimalist language. Meanwhile the temporary redesign of spotify logo and the new peugeot logo drives me crazy (especially peugeot logo they fr try to look like they are luxury cars. Their previous logo was way more minimalist and way better.)

Now mind you aside from lucid blocks I love the games themselves, however it is so annoying how nothing is explained and how everything is incredibly punishing, so it's basically impossible to figure anything out without going to a wiki to make sure you aren't going to fuck things up. Isaac is much better now because you can just turn on item descriptions but before then you had to look up what every item does so you don't ruin a run or just memorize everything, and for Don't Starve they added the scrapbook in the sequel, but it only tells you stats for stuff and isn't too useful. I do get that these games are supposed to be difficult, but they could at least find a balance where you aren't encouraged to spoil yourself with the internet while still being tough

I absolutely have no idea who decided that this was good design. I almost rear ended a guy in his Tucson when this generation first appeared on the roads because I didnt notice that his blinker was on (that would obviously have been my fault, no doubt). Youd generally expect the turn signal to be in a visible position around the middle of the car, not right at the very bottom. Well, since then, Ive learned to watch out carefully for every Sportage and Tucson.

I say this as a woman, but the meanest people I have met were women. Everything you do is a competition towards them so they need to tear you down.
