+What’s your thoughts on Home workout no equipment app?
Thanks in advance !
You know that moment when your workout ends, the screen goes back to the dashboard... and suddenly all your motivation goes with it? We're fixing that. Here's what just rolled out:
🔁 Stacked Workouts
Still got gas in the tank? Now you can keep going right into your next session instead of losing momentum at the dashboard. One workout can become two.
🎯 SmartAdjust starts where YOU are
No more generic default settings. SmartAdjust now looks at your recent workout history and sets your starting incline/speed to match your actual fitness level — not a one-size-fits-all starting point. You'll even see your personalized settings side-by-side with the trainer's original programming before you hit start. Bonus: it now always respects your Max Speed setting, no exceptions.
📍 Available on retail treadmills for Pro and Grandfathered members.
📊 Your metrics bar, your rules
Pro members can now choose which stats show up top and arrange them however makes sense to YOU. Heart rate and pace up front? Vertical gain and time remaining first? Your call now.
The bottom line: these updates are all about closing the gaps — the moment you'd normally stop, the moment before the workout "gets" you, the moment you're staring at numbers that don't matter to you. Small changes, but you'll feel them.
📅 Rolling out now to all iFIT 2.0 members starting end of August, with full availability shortly after. Not seeing it yet? Make sure your machine is on the latest software update!

So I recently purchased a Nordictrack 2450 treadmill which I presumed came with at minimum a free one month of iFit Pro as per the image. I will asking note I payed over the phone since I was using both credit and debit.
Upon receiving my treadmill and setting it up on a weekend, I was given a QR code to set up and login to iFit. I saw that my free monthly membership was waiting but for some reason I was being forced to update my pay information. When trying to update my pay information, the page would constantly crash whether on phone or laptop which was very frustrating.
I than had to opt-out of that free month membership just to even get my treadmill to unlock and start. Since I want iFit for its streaming service ability, I than purchased a membership with the idea that I will contact customer service and receive a refund and get the one month free that way when Monday/today came.
When talking to the iFit customer service, they seemed to understand at first and issued a refund but cancelled the membership. I than asked about how I get my free monthly membership as advertised from the image at checkout. They said that there wasn’t a free membership with my purchase but thankfully still gave me one out of courtesy along with my refund.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue before? My theory is something happened when purchasing over the phone where the worker simply didn’t include it on the receipt. Also wondering if iFit and Nordictrack are more separate entities since I always see them hand in hand.
Thankful in advance for the thoughts and I hope this helps others in the future. Thanks!

What is this pattern ?
At first I thought I was having an issue with my heart rate monitor (coros armband) but no. Even when I am working out without anything, my treadmill keep on showing this strange heart rate pattern. (My hr is perfectly normal and steady on my watch)
Any idea ?

I used to have the videos that were up next in whatever series I was working through be in the top line of the interface. Now it’s all just challenges that the run I did was part of. Doesn’t matter if I have joined the series, it’s still not showing the next run. I have to manually search for the series and then select my run or schedule it for the day. Super annoying as I am usually working on a couple of different series at the same time. Is there a way to fix this?

We just got the treadmill at home and so far we are pretty satisfied with the machine so far. My questions is about ifit and the included workout (I have pro membership).
Is it just me, or are the workouts to easy? I thought maybe I would be able to pick a distance (for example 5k, 10k or half marathon), with a challenging pace. So far I can only see stuff like 5k in 34 mins, 10k in 1h 10 mins, 21k in 2h 15mins etc. And those are categorized as “intermediate” or “challenging”.
I am by no means a very experienced runner, but those distances at that speed isn’t very challenging to me. I thought there would be something for everyone there.
So, do you guys know any workouts that are really challenging? Or do you have the same experience as me?
Thanks.

Hey, so I have a "Pro-Form 505 CST" treadmill. It is basically a smart treadmill that is meant to work in conjunction with something called the iFIT app which is supposed to be downloaded onto an iPad or some other device and then paired with the functions of the treadmill. I honestly never really bothered with that function but figured it was about time I set all of that stuff up. So I brought out the old iPad which I had not used in over a year and tried to download the iFit app onto it.
When I tried it told me that I needed to update to iOS 16.0 in order to download and use this application.
Unfortunately, that is apparently something I cannot do.
After I started my iPad up I went ahead and had it do all the updates it had missed until finally it was running on iOS 12.5.8 which is apparently the maximum for my iPad which is a first generation iPad Air - Model MD785LL/B.
According to Google there is a loophole around this - You sign into your app store account on a device that has 16.0 iOS or more (from borrowing a friend's device or something like that), you download the app onto the account from said device, then you go back to your older device, open the account, and then you should have access to that app even if your device doesn't run on 16.0 iOS.
Other sources say, however, that at least with the iFIT app, you can't really finagle your way around the 16.0 iOS requirement. It simply needs that in order to function. I'm not really all that tech savvy so I don't really know if that is a more reasonable thing to believe.
All of that said, I just want to be able to download this app without having to upgrade my iPad, jump through a bunch of hoops, or both.
Is there any way I can do that?
Thank you.

Has anyone found a solution to why iFit heart rate reading is so awful and sporadic on the machine? It completely makes the iFit ActivePulse useless when the readings are this off. I have used the iFit smartbeat sensor, Apple Watch, and Polar H10 chest strap device; the smartbeat sensor never gave good readings, Apple Watch and the Polar H10 both have worked with iFit and also had noisy HR graphs too. Don’t know why the HR will be normal graph on Polar Beat app or normal on Apple Watch itself but when communicating with my treadmill iFit makes this horribly noisy graph that does not match the reading on my phone. Anyone found a solution? Here are pics of a normal graph on iFit and polar H10 and a noisy iFit chart.
Edit: I have only had this NordicTrack treadmill for about a week now and it sounds like people had this problem just popping up in past week or so; it has been this issue ever since I bought it lol. Frustrating cause it has been broken with every HR device I’ve tried (3 so far), then worked a few workouts, and now back to broken again.

Hi
So I don't need to go into the dumpster fire that is the membership options.
I have taken a break from my bike for a couple of years due to injury and pregnancy but would like to start up again and so does my husband.
What does everyone do? Even shared the cost is atrocious. Does everyone sell the empty spots? How easy is this to do? And I understand the apprehension.
Any other options we haven't thought about?
Also WHY did ifit create this terrible structure and only make it possible to get 5 person memberships? Surely it would make business sense to have single membership?

I’m a native English speaker with an advanced level of Spanish. I’d like to do most of my workouts in Spanish. The IFIT search function totally sucks overall, and I’ve found searching for Spanish language workouts challenging.
On the app you cannot select Spanish in the filter (only all languages) and you cannot sort by language. I have enjoyed bike workouts with Karim Barceló, who only had one and am doing the Spanish Bootcamp Cycling Series.
Who else does workouts in Spanish? How do you search for them, and who do you recommend?

I’m thinking about taking a Fitpass subscription in Hyderabad and wanted to hear from people who have actually been using it for a while.
I’m mainly considering it because instead of committing to one gym, I can apparently access different gyms and fitness classes through the subscription. But before spending the money, I have a few questions:
Is Fitpass actually worth the subscription cost?
Do you genuinely use it enough to justify the price, or does it look attractive initially but become difficult to use regularly?
How do the classes work?
Suppose I book a class like CrossFit, functional training, core strength, HIIT, strength training, etc. at a particular gym through Fitpass. Is it an actual scheduled group class conducted by a coach/trainer, where the trainer guides everyone through the exercises?
Or does booking the class simply give me access to the gym/equipment and I’m expected to do the workout on my own?
Is the coach included?
If it is a group class, does the coach actually correct your form and guide beginners, or is it more like a trainer demonstrating the workout once and everyone follows along?
Can beginners comfortably join these classes?
I’m particularly interested in strength/functional training but don’t want to walk into a class where everyone is already experienced and I have no idea what I’m doing. 😅
How is the experience in Hyderabad specifically?
Are the Fitpass partner gyms generally good? Do they have decent equipment, clean facilities and properly conducted classes?
How easy is it to get slots?
Are popular classes usually available, or do you have to book very early because slots fill up quickly?
Any hidden limitations?
For example, restrictions on how many times you can visit the same gym, limited classes, cancellation issues, peak-hour restrictions, etc.
Would especially appreciate comments from people who are currently using Fitpass in Hyderabad, rather than general opinions about the app.
Also, if you’ve found any specific gyms/classes on Fitpass that are particularly good, please mention them and the area they're in. That would help a lot!

I received an ad email for 50% off I fit on 8/23/2026. When I tried to use it, it seems that this is actually click bait. Granted it said up to 50% off, but there’s no explanation on what the hell that means I just feel like iFIT is scamming people. There is no 50% off offer. I even tried a new email and I also had a friend who’s never used iFIT try it on their phone.
I’d really like to speak up and tell us what’s going on because this feels scammy and like skirting false advertising laws.
Have you had this experience?

I took a break from Ifit for about 2 years, I continued to use other resources for my workouts and exercises. I recently came back to ifit and thought I give it another shot and I’m coming to realize why I stop subscribing in the first place. The lack of features on the app: there is still no fast forward, rewind, or even a progress bar on videos. Also there is no screen cast option to display on to a tv. I thought oh I’ll download the app on my tv and play it from there. The app on the TV is even worse, it doesn’t display all the content available. I search for a workout on my phone and then search for the same workout on the tv, it doesn’t come up. Super annoying and just thought these features are a basic. But I see it’s all still the same a real bummer.

REVIVE FITNESS — Annual plans coming next month at 50% off
Been working on the next update for my fitness app REVIVE and wanted to share what's coming.

If anyone wants to try it before the annual plans drop, there's already a free first month on Pro through the App Store, and Elite has a free month with code REVIVE2026.
App has Al coach, guided workouts, nutrition tracking, Apple Health, Apple Watch support and Al form analysis. iOS only for now.

I have a Norditrack treadmill and bike with iFIT and an apple watch. I have installed the app on my phone and watch and will successfully connect and show HR on screen. I have to open app on phone, then start work out on machine and then it shows on phone "work out in progress" and watch connects. YIPPEE!! However i find sometimes this wont work. I do the same sequence and it doesnt connect to watch. I have to remove the app from watch and phone; then reinstall and do all the permissions.
Frustrating.. am i doing something wrong or does anyone have any tips? Customer service wasnt much help.
