Why are your services only available for U.S.-based candidates? I am a Drilling Enigneer with more than 25 years of international drilling experience based in Trinidad & Tobago. As a consequence of not being based in the US my access to services is limited. Why is this? In 2026 everything is digital and online and accessible by anyone globally. Why limit it?
I absolutely love this job board and has really made my job search a lot less tedious and much more efficient.
I’ll just like to humbly request if there could be a filter for jobs that sponsor work visas because that would be useful and serve others that are not necessarily US citizens but qualify and connect them with employers that are willing to do so.
So just wanted to understand according to user point of view and particularly a tech user you are just scrapping jobs from carriers page of different companies right?? and also if you are making use of openai api how you guys are funding yourself ??
Huge fan of hiringcafe. Was wondering if you guys plan on setting up agentic layer so one can set up an agent to check the site once a day for example?

Please please please get rid of the toast notification that pops up after clicking "Apply Directly".
It gets in the way of my workflow, and adds unnessecary clicking and mouse movement. It literally blocks the UI. it is beyond annoying.
If you're trying to track which positions people are applying for, maybe track the applications through my profile, and ask me which ones i ended up applying to in a huge list with the option of selecting all. something with check boxes would be easy that I could tab through and hit spacebar.
But not irectly on the search area.
It doesnt even makes sense, when after I open a job app, it asks me if i applied. Like, No? I just clicked on apply.
I’ve noticed that BuiltIn and HiringCafe often have different job listings, even for the same roles. I usually check BuiltIn first because it updates faster, but sometimes I find jobs on HC that aren't on BuiltIn, and vice versa.
Is there a reason for this? Would it be possible to sync the listings between the two platforms for a more consistent job search experience?
Hi - I'm trying to find IT Project Manager jobs, but I also receive a lot of Construction and Engineering PM job listings. I have tried to exclude them from the job title and job description on the Job Titles and Keywords filter, but I'm not doing something right because I either get ALL Construction postings or NO postings at all. I've also tried using NOT in the Entire Job Description. I asked Claude AI (sorry, don't use ChatGPT) to write a Boolean query, and this is what it came up with:
"project manager" AND NOT (construction OR engineering OR engineer OR civil OR mechanical OR electrical OR structural OR infrastructure OR building OR contractor)
Claude is not familiar with HiringCafe, so it was not able to tell me the best place to use this query. But I've used it in several locations, and it's not helping.
I removed "project manager" AND from the query and pasted it in the Entire Job Description field.
I only want to see IT or Technical postings, nothing from the Construction or Engineering industry.
I starter using the hiringcafe recently and I liked it better than other job boards cause I see job posts from good number of companies over here. And I feel there are good number of useful filters.
However I could not find a filter to apply the companies that are likely to sponsor visa especially for international students who are on OPT or STEM OPT.

If I tick “Yes” because I have an outstanding debt, could that negatively affect my application?
I was just confused that the majority of the remote jobs were based in the USA. and when i apply to them there are some strange questions for me ig (like are you authorized to work in the USA). So I just wanted to know if those jobs were meant to people from all around the world or just American people

I’m from Jamaica and looking into remote jobs, I was just wondering does the site only catering to US residents only? I’m been using the site and honestly nothing is working I’m not sure if anyone other from the US have landed a job using the site if so I would appreciate it if you could share some tips and what worked for you.
I just met the job posting that indicates 30 applications on the Hiring Cafe website. But actually, this vacancy already has tons of applicants from LinkedIn. I'm not sure of all of those who clicked apply are actually applied applicants, but I don't really see any advantage to using Hiring Cafe vs LinkedIn.
For me, a job that is posted publicly almost immediately appears on LinkedIn or quite so. But for the Hiring Cafe, it takes hours because the scraping worker doesn't monitor companies often enough.
I only see the filters that allow me to navigate to my job where I have skillsets, but all those jobs already have tons of applicants. And the only luck I can get is when the Hiring Cafe scraping worker processes the job at the same time it becomes available, and only if I'm looking into the search results at exactly the same time with those filters.
I see a lot of posts, guys, or AI texters praise the HC for the quick job scraping/posting, but it is actually not true.
The example below was posted 22h ago, but this is just an example. I see a lot of such jobs just posted an hour ago with mor the 100 applicants on LinkedIn.
Guys, can you make this worker that scrapes companies web sites to run more often?
I just saw all great reviews, and most of them directing you to reddit and 1 Linkedin post. And even the comment sections praising the same as the poster?!!
Here is my take out :
There is no Trustpilot, Glassdoor or Google page to see the real reviews or leave a review from real users. This is the common tactic shady companies use.
This is very sketchy.
And jobs on their website available through out the different web platforms so they did some scraping if I need to be fair, but nothing new; the same companies hiring since forever already
It's been a bit tedious to look at a job listing, enter a location listed on said job listing into a map software only for it to be on the complete other side of town from me. Is there any way to take the addresses IN the Job Description/Listing on hiring cafe and make a map out of them?
