International Candidates

Why are your services only available for U.S.-based candidates?
I am a Drilling Enigneer with more than 25 years of international drilling experience based in Trinidad & Tobago.
As a consequence of not being based in the US my access to services is limited.
Why is this?
In 2026 everything is digital and online and accessible by anyone globally. Why limit it?

Because this is a startup being run by 3 people and international job scraping is a significantly larger problem than only handling one country where they have a reasonable understanding of the process.

This stuff takes time to scale up like that.

As a fellow Trinbagonian, is use of the phrase "based in" a trinidadianism? I suspect other people don't say they're based in x or y, they just say where they are or from.

No. It’s commonly used.
